"A lot of things happened." Jinbei scratched his cheek.
"Was the news true?" Law asked.
"Wh-what news?" Usopp stuttered.
"Haven't you read the newspapers? Were you helping Vegapunk?"
"You believe everything they say?" Sanji asked while Zoro turned to Law and placed his hand on one of the hilts.
"We are on good terms and I'm holding on to that trust. Am I not entitled to know the truth?"
"Who are the people hiding behind the trees? Are they your friends?" Zoro asked.
"Let's just say they don't want me to be handed over to the government. To tell you honestly, they are pirates who took refuge here and I am that holds peace between them and the village. Some of them are victims of the government."
"Like making your captain sick? We are victims too. They lied! Tell him the whole story, Sanji!" Usopp pleaded.
"You say trust. Whichever truth we say, are you going to believe us?" Robin smiled and greeted Law with waving of hand before resting her arms on the railings.
"Heard them? Go back and help the villagers." Law yelled for the refugees to hear. Some shook their heads in dismay as they retreated.
"Did you become a mayor?" Sanji teased.
"I'm their doctor, that's all."
Usopp dropped the rope ladder and Chopper, Zoro, Law and Bepo climbed.
"We need you, Soba Mask-ya."
Sanji raised his eyebrows.
"Sorry, we made a deal without talking to you first." Chopper placed his hoof on Sanji's leg.
"You don't have to worry. We will not force it on you but think of it more as a favor from me." Law continued.
Sanji lit his cigarette.
"Sanji, in exchange for their help, they wanted you to cook for them." Chopper explained.
"What do you mean by them?"
"Everyone here…the villagers, refugees and us." Then Law swirled his finger, pointing everyone on the ship.
"I can do it but I don't want to waste food. I don't think your new friends trust us completely."
"Then it's more food to us. Bepo missed your cooking a lot. I don't see a problem here."
"Then I should get going."
"Bepo, you know what to do."
"Aye-aye, Captain!", and Bepo saluted before leading Sanji down the ship then to the forest.
"Where's mugiwara-ya?"
Chopper nodded and escorted Law to the entrance of the bar. Both wore their masks before Chopper knocked on the door and opened it.
When they entered the room, Law was stricken at the sight. Seeing Luffy's condition made his jaw drop open, unable to utter words.
He turned to Chopper to ask if it was normal but the racoon looked back at him with head tilted and walked past him.
"Law is here to check on Nami."
"Traffy?!"
Luffy looked at them in the corner of his eyes then let go of his stretched cheeks and head turned to Law. Luffy smiled with chopsticks dangling from the nose.
"Traffy!!!" Luffy looked like a trapped puppy in an invisible cage.
"Oi, mugiwara-ya. Don't carelessly spread the virus. Take off the chopsticks!"
Law stretched out his hand and summoned his operation room, "Room!". A bluish orb expanded from out of nowhere then throughout the whole bar.
"Mugiwara-ya, I'm moving you a bit. Stay still."
Law twirled his forefinger and Luffy's chair moved then walked to Nami's bedside. He took out his sword with the point of the blade directed towards the floor and placed the blade before his forearm. He told the sword, "Scan!" and it illuminated. He glided it sideways and stopped when it reached near his elbow.
"Mugiwara-ya, I would like to perform hemoperfusion on Nami."
"homo fusion what?"
"I'll be removing toxins from her blood to ease the inflammation. It will help her recover and prevent her from developing other health complications."
"Ummmm" Luffy spaced out.
"It was suggested too by Doctorina but we couldn't get the device nor the blueprint from her." Chopper explained further.
"This is only a trial but so far, it was effective in my experience." Law continued.
"If it helps then please …. I owe you this."
"No need… Black leg-ya is doing me a favor and besides, we are allies."
