Two weeks later.
Erin was leaning on the trash can in the locker room throwing her guts up. Ruzek walked in and saw her then quickly walked out. He saw Kim and Hailey in the break room. "Morning ladies? Is Erin okay?"
He sounded concerned, "What do you mean?" Kim asked?
"Well she's in the locker room throwing up? I don't know just thought it might be a bug or something and I really don't want to catch anything," he held his hands up as he backed out the door. The girls looked at each other concerned and walked into the locker room to see Erin bent over holding the sink.
"Hey Erin. Are you okay?" They both asked as they stepped towards Erin.
"Yeh I think I just ate something bad for breakfast," Erin said quickly splashing her face then she turned towards them.
They looked at her concerned, "Seriously I'm fine," Erin stated bluntly walking out. Hailey and Kim looked at each other and both shrugged their shoulders.
Erin sat down at her desk, Jay could tell something was up. She'd been in a mood for the last week. He looked at her and mouthed, "You okay," she just nodded and went back to her work.
Voight walked out of his office, "So we have presentation tonight, I expect everyone to be there and dress nice. Looks like we won't get a case everything's been pretty quiet so go home and get ready."

Erin was in the bathroom. She'd been in there for an hour. Jay knocked at the door, "Babe everything good in there? I'm sorry to rush you but I need to shower, we have to leave soon," she opened the door and walked passed him in a towel.
"Yeh sorry was just getting ready," she threw him a fake smile, "Babe?" Jay questioned, "Seriously I'm fine," she walked up and kissed him, "Go shower."
Erin sat on the edge of the bed, she could hear the shower running. She looked into her hands as she held a pregnancy test. To say she was shocked was the least. They got told it was a slim chance to conceive so they hadn't exactly been careful yet this was the second time she was pregnant, if this was actually real. She heard the shower stop and quickly hid the test.

Later that evening. Everyone was sitting around the table chatting and drinking. Having a good time.
"How about after this we head to Molly's?" Ruzek asked the table.
"Sounds great, I'm in," Jay said as he looked at Erin she smiled and nodded but he knew something was off.
Everyone else agreed and said they were in, even Al and Voight and that rarely happened.
Hailey and Kim we're leaning up against the sink in the bathroom when Erin walked out of the toilet. She had been crying.
Hailey passed her a paper towel, "Okay Erin you need to talk to us."
She wipes away her tears and reached in her clutch pulling the pregnancy test out placing it on the sink.
Hailey and Kim both were shocked, "Wow," they smiled and quickly hugged Erin, "This is great isn't it?" Kim questioned.
"I guess. I'm just not ready for this. This wasn't suppose to happen." Erin shrugged.
Hailey rubbed her arm gently, "Erin I don't want to make up the choice for you and obviously you have to speak to Jay about this but I remember when you found out you lost a baby and how you both felt about it. So this, this is really good news."
Kim nodded, "I agree, it might not be the right timing but when is it the right time?"
"Thanks guys, I'm really thankful to have you's," she pulled them in for a hug, "Come on let's get to Molly's."

It was getting late when Herman shouted last drinks. Everyone grabbed their last drink and crowded around the table, there wasn't many left. "Cheers to being the best dam unit in Chicago," Voight raised his glass.

Erin unlocked the door to their apartment. They both walked inside, she put her keys and phone on the bench. She tried reaching around to grab the zipper of her dress, "Hey let me get that for you." Jay laughed as he rushed over to her, he could see her struggling.
"Thanks," she smiled.
"Babe we are good aren't we? Because you have been off lately and you weren't drinking much, you don't seem yourself." Jay said worried.
She pulled the pregnancy test out of her clutch and placed it in his hands, "We are better then good."
He stumbled backwards and sat on the chair that was pulled under the kitchen counter. "Really?"
Erin smiled, "Yes Jay really, your going to be a dad."
Jay rushed over to her and picked her up spinning her around, "Mrs Halstead. I love you so much."
