"Excuse me? But what exactly do you mean by that?"

"We have decided on temporarily separating you, and Hawks, for the meantime. You will continue your other responsibilities, but you will no longer be helping him personally for the time being."

"Wait, this is too sudden. We just-"

"You've gotten quite attached to him and the same with him. He needs to focus on his hero training. If not, he won't be reaching the expectation we wish for him to be at."

"He's only a child. He has plenty of time to reach your expectations later."

"You may only believe that, but we need to be stricter with him. Letting him loose too much will cause trouble, just like what had occurred today. He's to be the best hero in our capabilities, yet here he is, in fistfights with other children. What exactly do you think will occur if we aren't stricter with him once he debuts as a hero?"

"While you are just a new father to Shimura, we've been taking care of Hawks much longer."

"Why Hawks? Are you trying to erase Takami's past?"

"This shouldn't implore you anything of what we do. If you wish to know, ask Hawks once you are permitted. The only other way for you is to get permission from Mera. Of course, the visit will be under his supervision."

"Just because I work for you doesn't mean I agree with the way you are handling with Takami."

"I'm becoming more disappointed with you. You're allowing your relationship with the boy, blind your view of the aspect. He willingly agreed to do this many years ago. Believing your bias is changing his aspect of us. In truth, he remains neutral. The relationship you harbor around people will one day be your downfall. Allowing yourself to be stirred and driven by the emotions you have and not think in a realistic mindset."

He looked at her in complete awe, his head lowering as his gaze focused onto the tiles of the floor, giving a courteous bow.

"Thank you for your words, madam. I will reflect upon my actions and patiently await when I'm able to be with Takami, to train him to become a hero."

The president had a slight smile on her lips as she hummed in response, casually dismissing him away from her office.

Kageyama walked out, sitting down in his seat, staring up to the paneled ceiling. A heavy sigh left his lips, closing his eyes, his mind wandering in the many events of the day.

He hadn't expected Keigo to end up fighting with those children. It was understandable they were trying to injure an innocent animal. Still, it was too much. He had a crazed look in his eyes. Even Tenko was scared of such a scene.

His eyes fluttered once again, looking at the time, '21:57'. It was late, needing to hurry back home, aware of the burden he left onto his friend. Once back to his apartment, he walked inside. Closing the door behind him, announcing that he arrived as he took off his dress shoes.

The light pattering of feet running, The moment the male looked up. He stumbled back, tackled into a bear hug.

"Dad! You're back. Is Takami okay?"

"Yes, he is. We both got in trouble for what happened."

"We can still see him, right?"

"Not for the meantime. Sadly"

"Oh..."

The tone in Tenko's voice shifted between excitement, worry, and, lastly, sadness.

"Hey, don't worry. I'm sure it will pass by quickly."

The boy only nodded in agreement.

The sounds of a different sound of footsteps approaching the two, an energetic smile on the person as the bright blond hair bounced with each step.

"Kageyama, good to know that you're back."

"Ah, yes. Thank you again, Yagi-sama."

"No worries, I'm glad I was helpful."

"Still, I am sorry. We just met a few weeks ago. Then I suddenly ask you to watch over my son."

"Don't worry about it. You didn't have anyone else, so I'm more than glad to help."

"Thank you again. I'm not sure how I can make it up to you."

"If you feel guilt, then you can invite me to eat next time we met."

"Sounds like a plan. Visit us when you're back here."

The blond man smiled, wrinkles creasing around the edges of his eyes and mouth as he departed.

Shigeo looked at Tenko and smiled at him, petting the boy's, short unruly hair.

"Did you enjoy your time with Yagi-sama?"

The boy deflected his gaze, seeming a bit awkward with the specifying of the older male, biting the inside of his cheek before giving a short reply. "He... was, alright, may I go to my room? I have school tomorrow."

Shigeo nodded, watching the boy retreated to his room, sighing as he sat on the couch, a pang of guilting surging through him. It must have been awkward for Tenko to have a random stranger take care of him, even more, knowing of what happened today were consequences of his treatment towards Takami.

Browse knitted in frustration. How exactly far reflection on himself save from any dire future occasions? He knew the president was right.

He acted too harshly on his emotions. He always had. The expressionless face he had, defied how much he wore his heart on his sleeve. Would he have to go into the philosophy of stoicism just for this? He needed to have a clearer mind than he has now.

He didn't want to complicate more the current relationship he had with HPSC, especially with Keigo or Hawks? He would never know how for now, on addressing the boy.

Okay~ Hope you guys are enjoying the story so far, I have a long plan for it all. I do hope you all will continue reading this story, I try to update when I can. Anyways hope the pacing seems to be good, did you guys were a bit surprised by the guest? Maybe not? I had planned for the meeting but later on, but it seemed right to add him now. I want to say thanks for all that have liked and followed the story so far, but I will say. there won't be any romance. Very small mentions yes, but that's all. I can't write romance, it's very 'cheesy' in the American aspect. I say that from watching countless soap dramas and international romance dramas and novels lol. I can't make that genre pop-out well to me personally. Anyway, that's all, would love it if you guys follow the story if you enjoy it a lot, bye!
