Chapter 13: One Punch Man - The Strongest Hero
"Alright then folks, onto the next world. A world that is actually kinda like the first world a bit, but with a few differences." The Voice tells his Fate Cast as they all sit down, ready to see this next world.
"Like the last one." Ritsuka brightened up. "So we're seeing more super heroes! Yeah!"
"Awesome!" Guadako cheered.
"Um, Senpai." Mash then asked. "Not to be mean, but why are you so excited about these heroes, when we have many right here." Mash then pointed out the obvious, that they were sitting in a room full of literal Heroic Spirits.
"Oh, uh." Ritsuka scratched his cheek embarrassingly. "Cause...you know…"
"I mean. Heroic Spirits are nice...but…" Guadako tapped her fingers together nervously.
Truth be told, both, before they entered Chaldea, were the type who read comics back in their once normal life. Comics of super heroes of all sorts, like the Man of Metal, or the Dark Owl. Stuff like that. And while Heroic Spirits were utterly amazing, that didn't mean these two didn't have dreams of imagining modern day heroes with cool powers in their daily lives.
Plus, while they would never admit it, they found a few of the Heroic Spirits to be...weird.
'Especially the women/men.' The siblings shivered, with Ritsuka the most. He had to deal with lots of the female Servants making advances towards him, and well...that kinda scared him. I mean, he's just a normal dude and these girls just go up to him and make moves that make him scared of what will happen if he says no if they ever ask the deed. His three primary stalkeks also scare him.
Also doesn't help that even if the two do accept the Heroic Spirits, and even being friends with them, both are fully aware some of them are far from being 'heroic' and are actually just jerks, murders, or creeps.
Makes one wonder what idiot called the throne the 'Throne of Heroes'?
"So then," Cu decided to move the conversation along. "While you said this world is like the last, is it safe to assume there are differences to."
"YHep. And in some ways, this world focuses on Quality just a bit more." The Voice explains.
"Oh." Da Vinci got a twinkle in her eyes. "You did mention that the last world had many heroes, where the vast majority of Quirks weren't anything special. Is this world different from that?"
"It is." The Voice then decides to explain a bit of the lore. "See, in this world, there are no Quirks, and only a specific few have supernatural power. In which case, the heroes here rely on three things. Their wits, their own physical training, and technology."
"I suppose when you lack powers, training is indeed useful." EMIYA Archer also had to train to the bone to get where he was, unlike his pathetic past self who got to cheat by taking his experience for himself. What a loser.
"Yep. Only these guys take their training to the absurd." The Voice says before a spotlight falls onto the man who cuts the swallows, Kojiro. "You there, good assassin. With your Noble Phantasm, you can create three simultaneous strikes against an enemy, yes."
"Correct." Kojiro smiled. "An unavoidable move that I attained from constant training."
"It is powerful, I can attest to it." Artoria agrees, smiling at the old battle.
"A man called Atomic Samurai can do the same, only with over 100 strikes." The Voice instantly says, with silence occurring. "Also, he's only human." Kojiro closes his eyes and they stay closed. Then he vanishes in golden light.
"Oh my gosh!" Ritsuka says in shock.
"He died from disgrace!" Guadako adds in.
"Wait, are you serious!" Beowulf grins already imagining what a fight with such a man could be like. Though he wasn't the only one, as countless other swordsmen were now interested in this man as well.
"Don't be mistaken, this man along with those called the S-Class are so powerful, they can face you Servants and damn win!" The Voice tells them with confidence. "If I recall properly, against normal humans you Servants would win 9.9/10 times."
"Wait, 9.9? How does that happen?" Ritsuka asks.
"I understand." Medea says to the Master. "Basically put, we Servants will always win against humans because of, well, how weak and squishy you are. But if certain conditions are met, which is rare, then even a human can win against a Servant."
"Though it certainly doesn't happen often." Hell, EMIYA Archer's past self only won the battle because he attained his Noble Phantasm and the skills at the right time and place.
"However," The Voice then interrupts them. "If I also recall, you guys are only strong against humans for another reason. Particularly, that pesky rule that says human weapons can't hurt you." Guns, knives, bombs, because of their Spiritual Bodies it won't work against them at all. "Take that away, and while you'll still mostly win, a human winning against you goes from 9.9/10 to 9/10."
"I can agree with that." Billy the Kid raises his own weapon. Other Servants like Drake and Blackbeard with him.
"No offense to you guys, but guns are considered superior because in modern times, they're faster and stronger than an arrow." Billy gleeful says to the arrow users.
"Hell yeah. Not to mention cannons." Drake laughs. "You few who I faced certainly experienced that when I used my own cannons."
"Never bring an arrow to a gunfight." Blackbeard grins with all those like Chiron and Atalanta now hoping the next time they have a brief break, they can have a contest to prove these jerks wrong.
"Ignoring bias." Holmes calmly says. ":There's no denying that if it weren't for the protection we gain as Spirits, then humans killing us with their weapons would be more threatening." After all, he's been shot at and it always threatened to kill him. Now, he didn't fear it because he had that protection, but took it away, and well, he'd have to keep an eye out on getting injured.
"And in this world, the greatest of humans have strength and power that exceeds normal humans due to how deadly that world is." The Voice then tells them. "Don't be mistaken. Depending on match-up and blah, blah, blah, even you Servants can beat the S-Class. But you shouldn't underestimate them either, just because they're only human. Because unlike the average humans of your world, the humans of this world were forced to continue fighting to save the day, thus gaining power you wouldn't believe."
The screen then turned on, ready to show them this new world.
"This is a scene showing someone I wouldn't call a proper hero, but a hero all the same." The Voice then says with a hint of a smile. "With the exception of Tatsumaki and Blast (who have their own gifts), this will show the strongest 'normal' human there is, versus a being that can kill even you Top-Tier Servants if you aren't careful."
Now everybody was just excited to see where this would lead, and sat down to see what made this world so different. With why it made even the Voice praising it.
The scene was dark, where the area was utterly empty.
Then a sound could be heard, and suddenly in a blur of light, a being that wasn't human could be seen running. One that slammed himself onto a human, who didn;'t look anything special. Yet that man blocked this inhumane beings attack, one that sent the wind flying.
Laughing, with a roar the strange being with one eye and blue 'skin' began throwing countless punches onto the human. One eventually sent him flying, and the human began running backwards with the being chasing after him until he caught up and kicked him away. The two battling in mid-air with the powerful being attacking yet still being blocked. The final one sending the two slamming into opposing pillars, but then going at each other again to clash once more.
At this time, the human finally made his first move and through a punch. One that caused the beings own right arm to fall off much to the beings surprise. His one eye wide alongside the eye on his chest. "Even though my true power has been unleashed, somehow, you are still able to keep up."
"Yep." The human says and raises a fist in respect. "You're tough. Cool."
"What the-who the heck are those guys?" Ritsuka sees them battling, with them showing moves that should belong to Heroic Spirits.
"Especially that one-eyed man." Guadako says. "What kind of mythology creature is he?"
"None." The Voice tells her. "That blue being is actually no mythological creature. If anything, he's the closest to what your world would consider an Alien God."
While most didn't really get that, Da Vinci nearly spilled her drink. An alien! As in, from the stars!? Seriously!
"And I can say that if it weren't for that fine man there, then that world is doomed." The Voice then chuckles as he sees Saitama. "Moving on however, let's see another scene and show you the other strong heroes that can actually match you."
The scene then changes and it reveals a ruined city. All caused by the massive alien ship up above, where a buff man stood his ground as he watched over it.
"Oh damn." Guadako says. "War of the Worlds."
"World of the what?" Mash asks.
"Uh, nothing." Ritsuka tries to stop her.
As for some of the Servants, they solemnly looked at the destruction caused. That wasn't good at all.
"Putting City-A back together might be impossible." Tank Top Master says. "I'll think about it later. Right now, I should be focused on the battle." His eyes were staring at someone high above. "She may be way up at Rank 2 or whatever, but I can't just leave everything to one little girl." His fists then clenched. "I happen to have my own ways of fighting enemies in the air. Like this!"
Suddenly the human grabbed a piece of the ruined ground...and lifted it up with one hand!
Needless to say, amny Servants were shocked by this.
"...He is just a human, right." Ritsuka says, as if trying to deny that a normal man can somehow do that when he, a normal person, obviously couldn't.
"He had good training." The Voice dispels Ritsuka's thoughts who then decided to start exercising more.
The man then threw the giant ton of cement, where it hit the ship overhead.
"Hey!" Then the voice of a young woman called out to him. "What do you think you're doing?" Suddenly Tank-Top Master screams as he feels himself-no-the rubble around him rise in a green glow. "This area's got some nice rubble to play with." It then shows a green haired girl in a one piece black dress floating with even more rubble around her. "Get out of my way, and let me do so."
Tank Top Master fell to the ground below thinking, 'S-she's using her psychic power?! I give up!'
As for the Number 2 Hero, she lifted more and more rubble, and launched it all away. Each piece hitting the ship without a miss and destroying parts of it all over as she watched over it boringly. The very invaders screeching in horror shouting out:
"Oh no, we're under attack again!" An alien shouts.
"Return fire!" Another commanded.
"We can't! The guns are completely jacked!" A third reveals the bad situation they are in.
"Seriously?! Then we're all dead meat!" One says the horrible truth.
"This planet's too tough to steal from!" Another shouts.
"Lord Boros, save us!" One cried out.
"I just wanna go home." Another tears up.
As for Tornado herself, she just keeps on going and going not even breaking a sweat.
"Fun fact." The voice chuckles as he remembers the latest chapters, with Tornado versus the Monster associations top boss. "This girl is so powerful, she can blow up an entire city if she feels like it."
In the theatre, Shiki looks at her ally Asagami Fujino, the world's most powerful telekinetic user. The girl herself blinking and then shrugging. Still though, even the Archer had to admit, how rare it is to see someone with even greater power than hers. Who would have guessed.
As for the other heroes down below, they watched in awe of Tatsumaki's abilities.
"Such incredible power." The human cyborg Genos says. "Tornado may actually bring it down on her own."
A certain assassin who was also full of metallic prosthetics oohed and Genos's own limbs.
Nearby, another hero walks up to Genos. "I have some errands to run." the hero Drive Knight says. "Therefore, I will be heading out now. Things appear to be under control."
"Sure, go ahead then." the youngest hero in his super backpack says to the S-Class. "Some of the other heroes have already left too."
"Woah, what!" Guadako balks. "Some heroes left the battle! I don't understand everything that's happening, but, shouldn't everybody be helping out."
"Indeed." The raging berserker of the Amazons says. "If one's home is in trouble, then everybody should aid in it. Not leave."
"Yeah. Not gonna sugar coat it, the heroes here, like you guys, not all of them are heroic per say." The Voice explains to them. "Some are really only in the hero business for personal reasons be it selfish or good. And while there are genuine good people in the Association, a bunch are really just glory hogs."
"Then why call it a Hero Association." EMIYA says a bit angrily. "That is not heroism."
"Who cares." Blackbeard then says to EMIYA. "They're still saving the day, and like that cool Drive Knight said to that good-looking bastard Genos, the situation is under control."
"It doesn't excuse these other heroes for leaving however." Artoria backs up EMIYA. "They should still be helping. Not leaving just because one member has it under control."
"Still," Mash herself speaks up. "It feels wrong that they would just leave it like that." What an innocent girl she is.
"Like I said, with the exception of a few, the S-Class heroes aren't exactly your definition of hero in some ways." Kinda like Servants such as Jack the freakin Ripper, Angra Mainyu, Nobu, and other Servants who only helped people because it was that, or oblivion. Otherwise they would kill innocents without a care in the world.
"Before I go, Genos, Have you got a second?" Drive Knight then turned and walked toward the S-Class Hero. "There's something I wish to tell you.'
'Drive Knight.' Genos thought. 'Class S, Rank 9. This is a first.'
Drive Knight stopped near him and then said, "Listen. Metal Knight is actually your enemy. Be careful."
"What do you mean?" Genos asked.
"You will know soon enough, but for now, stay away from him." He warns Genos as he leaves with the cyborg watching him go.
"Trouble with these heroes?" EMIYA scoffs.
"Eh, teamwork is tough for them unless a crisis like this comes." The Voice gives a non-existence shrug. "Some like Metal Knight being mysterious either because they want to keep something hidden, or he's a bad guy. Who knows really." Good suspense for the story.
"I'm not sure how to feel about these heroes." Martha sighs, but decides not to judge them too badly. After all, they are still trying to stop this literal alien invasion. May the Lord help them.
Elsewhere, many heroes are currently battling a very powerful alien. One that shapeshifts his arm into a blade and goes against none other than Atomic Samurai.
"Fun fact." The Voice then says. "This guy can actually hurt you, since he's not human."
"Safe to say it's because he's not from earth, thus ignores the normal rules we Servants have." Da Vinci analyzes. Understanding that these alien invaders are indeed capable of hurting them as the Voice says, since in some ways they're not part of the rules Gaia has established.
"And who is that guy facing him?" Guadako asks about the strange man.
"That's Atomic Samurai." The Voice answers. "And you'll see why he earned that name."
The great swordsman then used his blade to render the aliens flesh, only to be forced to continue cutting through it. The damn invader capable of regrowing his flesh over and over until Atomic Samurai was forced to back off and next to his fellow allies Metal Bat and Puri Puri Prisoner while the alien laughs tauntingly at them.
"Bastard." Atomic Samurai curses. "You sure are making things interesting around here."
As the alien invader stands up, he states, "I'm beginning to taste victory." He sneers ready to kill them all. That is, until he heard a familiar groan. "Huh?"
Then, walking toward them, is an old man who was utterly ripped and adjusting his shoulders. "Ah, that's better. The stiffness in my shoulders are gone. Guess I'm a little rusty."
"..." Both Ritsuka and Guadako look at the old man who has way more muscles then even some Servants they know, then at their own body.
"Now that's a man." Medb giggles. "A bit too old for my tastes, but make him a few years younger and well…"
"Damn." Chloe laughs. "Talk about the tough old guy."
"He looks strong." Beowulf grins.
"Not to mention the type who can last in a fight, judging by his age." Hector smiles. "Can't wait to see how he fights."
"No." The alien says in disbelief. "How can you still be alive?"
"Hey." Suddenly the alien sensed it too late, as a voice was heard behind him. "Forgetting something?" Then without hesitation, a hundred slashes were made all at once at the same time. "Atomic Slash!" The hero roars as the alien is then cut into countless pieces.
"That's…" Arturia looks at the move in shock. "Is definitely more stronger that his Noble Phantasm."
"I should have summoned this man instead of that idiot!" Medea says, surprised that there was another who could do the same as Assassin, only a hell lot better.
"Yeah, that's definitely an upgrade." Ritsuka says without mercy. Thankfully, the real Kojiro is long gone as if he had seen this, he would have vanished in light again.
"Still," Kid Gil then speaks up. "This isn't over just yet." After all, can this freak not regenerate.
"Insolence." The alien was of course still alive. Slowly gathering up together with a small red orb seen. "Such complete insolence!"
Walking in the regenerating storm of red, is none other than Bang, who walked without a care. Though by no means did he walk without a plan. "You move that heart-marble-thing around inside your body in order to hide its location," Bang reveals the aliens achilles heel. "But your regeneration process always begins with your head. Therefore, in the center of that must lie...your heart!" Then, where the head was slowly regenerating, a hand burst out and pierced it, where it held the heart of the alien invader. "After seeing it happen so many times, even a monkey would figure it out. See, checkmate."
"NO!" Melzargard shrieks until Bang shatters the marble, thus ending the alien as he turns to goop and his threat ending. The other heroes satisfied as they then gathered around to congratulate Bang.
"Silver Fang!" One the the A Class heroes ran up to him.
As for Atomic Samurai, he sheathed his blade and just grinned. "All I needed was one more swing." He told his fellow hero. "Keep your hands to yourself, and let me finish what I started, Silverfang."
"My goodness." Silverfang says as he rubs his back. "I really need to do more full-body workouts."
"We got all the heads." An uncomfortably naked man says in a cheer. "That was the last one. Victory is ours!"
The hero Metal Bat thought otherwise. "Yeah, but there's still that big-ass ship up there to deal with." He points out with all the heroes looking up while seeing Tornado still sending as much damage as she could. Wondering if she truly could bring it down.
"It definitely can't be easy bringing a floating ship the size of a damn city." Jeanne (Alter says. "I'm honestly amazed some brat can do that much damage."
"Careful." The Voice teases. "Said brat wields not only the power to affect you, but to kill you as well. She doesn't take it to well being called a brat." Just ask Genos.
"Is that girl really a hero?" EMIYA frowns.
"Hey, she saves the day a lot and doesn't kill people, so that's a bonus." The Voice says with EMIYA glaring at the being who dared to mock his harsh path. Artoria also with him with the Voice of course not caring at all.
"Regardless, while I won't deny that girl is strong, I find it hard to think she can destroy the entire ship." Holmes gazes at the massive spaceship. "The size and weight is so great, I can't even imagine how she can do it. Even we Heroic Spirits would have trouble bringing it down."
So then, how will they finish it off.
Elsewhere, in the ruins, other heroes were out helping the people. When the aliens struck they killed so many, but there were still those who lived. "Okay, I believe this is the last of the reported survivors." One of the heroes Lightning Max says as they got the injured. "Let's move."
"Yeah, sure." The hero Stinger agrees.
"Mumen!" Max then says to the Bicycle Hero who is looking up at the ship. "Quit your staring, and come on!"
"Right! Mumen says. "Coming!"
"Heads up now." The Voice then speaks up to everyone in the room. "As of this moment, a battle will occur. One where the two fighters involve will show their power to the point where if they had stats, with the exception of Mana, Magic Resistence, and a Noble Phantasm, the rest would be fuckin EX Rank."
"Okay, I'm definitely seeing this." Cu sits back and ready to watch.
"You have to be joking." Ishtar says. "I admit, the humans of this world do seem...strong, somehow. But EX Rank stats, I can't see that."
"Remember Ishtar," Jeanne then speaks to the Goddess of Venus. "These humans are a lot different than even our Masters."
"True." Miyu says in agreement. "Unlike our world, it seems humans of this world are a lot more tougher. If anything, these S Class Heroes seem to be on par with Servants."
Servants were considered the most powerful familiars of all. So humans stood practically no chance with very, very, very few exceptions. Why, even she and Illya, two magical girls who battled those stronger than them, only did so because they had the Class Cards. Miyu under no delusion that if they didn't have their wands, they'd have died like any other normal human long ago. So it amazed her that these humans managed to fight in a way that felt like they were Heroic Spirits.
"Impossible." EMIYA Archer didn't believe it. "I can't see normal humans being capable of such feats." After all, the sword that was EMIYA has seen many battles, where he faced many Heroic Spirits. Where every single time he saw humans who fought those rouge familiars and only ended up dying, despite some of them being quite powerful.
"Guess there's only one way to find out." Ritsuka summons the popcorn.
"Uh-hu!" Guadako has her own popcorn. "So let's get watching!"
As Mumen left, up above a battle took place. One nobody knew at all, and one that will decide the literal fate of the planet. For inside, two all powerful beings were duking it out.
"Raaa!" The alien pirate Boros roared as he threw numerous punches despite one hand, while Saitama blocked them all with his own fists. Soon the battle began evolving into that of kicks, bashes, and more punches. The very room they fought in lighting up as Boros chased after Saitama with their blows creating a force that shook the room.
The alien pirate Boros having glee on his face.
The human Saitama looking rather normal as the fight went on.
The two then continuously clashing in blurs until finally Boros got the first move and kicked the hero away full force. Then in a flash, he punched the hero so hard, that Saitama went through five pillars until he hit the sixth which stopped him. As for Boros, who then entered a new energy state and soon bursted off and went through those exact same pillars, only melting them down through his sheer power and kicking Saitama in the gut.
The force of that kick causing the sixth pillar to explode with Saitama then running up the pillar zigzagged with Boros chasing after him. Rushing in a straight line with enough power that it melted the pillar continuously, the two then running around the pillar upward causing even more damage to it.
Once they reached the ceiling they kept on fighting at such speeds even when they slammed at the top, and just burst through it until they were soon on the roof of the ship with both landing apart from each other. With Boros more than satisfied with this battle.
"Nice moves." He complimented. "As I thought, you are strong. Of the myriad beings I have battled thus far, only you have survived for this long." His body began emitting blue energy of great power while Saitama just stared.
Boros then roared as a pillar of light flew out of him, energy coursing through the eye in his chest as Boros shouted out, "Now to release the destructive energy held within me!" He then launched a massive energy ball of pure energy right at Saitama. "Any normal creature would find even their bones vaporized!"
The energy hit Saitama, and a vast majority of the ship was vaporized where the clouds around were forced away by the sheer explosion that occurred.
Yet even then, Saitama showed himself to be alive with little to no marks. However, Boros instantly came upon him.
"Behind you!"
"Huh?"
Then came the punch so hard, that the scolding air around them vanished as it was pushed back by the air from the blow. The sky turning from an orangy red back to a light blue. Saitama silent.
"...So...that happened." Guadako chews on her popcorn.
"I'm surprised that you're taking this so easy." Mash says to her senpai, who just looked shock at a feat so great, that only Servants should have been capable of pulling this off. With Mash also fully aware the low-tier Servants, who can still defeat any human, would be killed by this Boros figure like nothing.
"I mean, no point in freaking out over it." Ritsuka then says. "It's still a surprise, especially this Saitama guy and how he survived. But hey, definitely awesome."
"Oh yeah." Cu grins with anticipation. "That alien dude is definitely the bomb. Hell, I wanna fight him. Even the human bastard. Those two, those two were just epic!"
"Their potential," Scarathach looks at them with interest. "It's above anything I've ever seen. And that human…" That power, that strength...Only her student ever showed the potential to do what she always wished for, but now she wonders, if this 'Saitama' also has the potential to kill her.
"..." EMIYA grunts. As if a part of him refuses to accept this scene. Yet he couldn't deny that what he witnessed was so insane, that he had to accept that this strange human did what not even his past self could do. Hell, he could tell that even he could lose unless he used Unlimited Blade Works. 'And yet I get the feeling this Boros hasn't even shown his full power.'
"You were a worthy opponent, but the outcome of this battle is clear." Boros then says to Saitama. "My species won the struggle for survival, amid the harsh environment of our home world."
The scene then shows among the stars, of worlds beyond the earth.
"Oh!" Helena giggles and leans forward, very much interested in this. A few other Servants also feeling the same, as while earth had countless innumerable legends, stories of space were still rather interesting.
"We possess the ultimate in regenerative abilities." Boros tells Saitama, as suddenly an image then shows him. "I in particular have the godlike traits of self-healing, physical prowess, and latent energy beyond your conception. A wound that would be fatal for you, heals on me in mere moments."
Suddenly, his destroyed limb twitched. "By focusing all my energy on my destroyed arm, I can exponentially speed up the healing process." In an instant, his arm regrew back. "Good as new."
"Ha!" Cu then says. "My Gae Bolg will stop that crap."
"No it won't." Da Vinci then replies. "Remember, he's an alien. He doesn't follow Gae Bolg's normal rules of cursing it's target."
"Indeed." Holmes agrees with the genius. "If I recall, it stops natural recovery. But this being can just use his unknown energy to 'speed it up' and be good as new."
"...Damn." Cu curses. Okay, so this guy was definitely a winner in the super-power lottery.
"This being is indeed a formidable foe." Chiron comments. "I can see why the Voice said even we Servants would have a tough time. I can't imagine going easy on a being like him, unless I want to die."
So then what about Saitama.
Boros continued his statement of his superiority to Saitama, smug as ever. "You on the other hand, will only get injured more, all while your stamina gradually decreases down to-"
"Shut up." Saitama then says out of nowhere.
"Huh?"
"Now that takes balls." Drake grins with Arturia (Alter) scoffing at such crude words. Yet if it works, it works.
"Blah, blah, blah. You're boring me out of my mind." Saitama boldly states to the dominator. "Are you finished?" He asked seriously.
Boros stares at him for just a moment.
"Not yet!" Then glows pink indicating a new move.
"Pink's the way to go!" Chloe hugged Illya. "Isn't that right sis?"
"S-shut up!"
A dome of energy surrounds Boros and soon he becomes white with visible veins and his mouth gone, and yet even then spoke saying, "Meteoric Burst!"
Suddenly he moves so fast, even Saitama is surprised and says, "Uh…"
He gets punched instead.
A punch so devastating it destroys an immense amount of the surface of the ship while even killing some of his own crew.
"The hell." Artoria (Alter) growls. "That power is like a Noble Phantasm. Anti-Fortress!"
"Man this dude is powerful." Nobu says with a pout. "I want that strength!"
"And it's likely this man is just getting started." Scarathach says.
Saitama, while fine, is within the blast when suddenly Boros comes right at him. Where he then assaults the hero in a barrage of constant blows all over. Punches, kicks, elbow strikes, anything. He then grabs Saitama and moves at such speeds that puts jets to shame while also melting down the very surface of his own ship!
The energy shunted from my body transforms into a propelling force…' Boros thinks as he continuously drags Saitama around like garbage while destroying so much of his ship. 'Elevating speed and power to a level beyond the limitations of living flesh!'
Boros then goes above Saitama after letting him go, raises both fists and clamps them together and slams them onto Saitama. Hurling him at devastating speed to the ship until just as quickly he went down and kneed him into the gut so hard, the great hero was sent all the way...slamming into the moon!
"I don't think my divine protection will do anything against this bastard." Achilles says in defeat as even if this bastard can't break through his armor, he could just send him flying to the damn moon.
"This being is indeed a powerful foe." Edmond admits. "If anything, only our very best can do anything against him, and even then it won't be easy."
"So these are the powers of those outside our world." Mash says softly. "And yet, Saitama...is doing so well against him."
"Are you kidding me?" Ishtar then says. "The dude was sent to the moon! Not even we Servants can survive that, since we need air to circulate our mana."
"I wouldn't be so sure of that." The Voice grins.
As for Saitama, he blinks and sees the very earth before him. Where he then suddenly stands up...and quickly holds his breath.
The more intelligent Servants were now wondering how he's even surviving the environment that is space.
The hero then quickly notices the weaker gravity, and knew what to do. After grabbing a rock and seeing how easily it 'floated', he threw it away and got into position. Bending his knees, he squats, and then did the unbelievable. He jumped...and left a massive mark on the surface of the moon.
At this point, the Servants were now realizing the Voice was indeed correct about Saitama's EX Rank Stats if he were a Servant. Because what he just did was damn impossible and yet did so anyway.
Truly, an amazing human.
Back on earth, Boros starts panting. For all his power he too has limits. Doing this places enormous stress on my body, similar to anaerobic exercise.' He then leans down a bit tired. 'As a result, it shortens my life. Therefore, it should only be used as a trump card for settling fights as quick-'
Before that thought could even finish, out of nowhere like an asteroid Saitama comes down. The force of his land so great the very ship tilts with the heroes down below astonished.
"It's tilting!" Metal Bat shouts.
"Nice!" Black Luster Alloy yells to Tornado. "You're doing it! Awesome work Tornado."
"..." As for the young hero herself, she just stares since after all, she didn't recall doing that.
Back on top, Boros just stares in silent shock with a widened eye as Saitama steps out of the crater toward him. The hero having a smile on his face doing so. "Cool." He says. "I made it back."
"Alright, I admit it." Cu then says. "While I still wanna fight this bastard, I don't think I can beat him."
"He's not invincible." Medea herself then says. "A well placed curse and the like or conceptional power can deal with him." Though even then, Medea can say she didn't want to fight this man in a clash of fists. While the rules stated humans can't hurt then, even the strongest ones...something told Medea that this man can just ignore that rule.
"I wish we could see more of his story." Merlin giggles, imagining what crazy things Saitama gets into. But it seems this story is about to end soon. So best to enjoy it as best as he could.
Boros continues to watch, unmoving.
'This infuriating man…' Boros then narrows his eyes. 'Makes me want to give this everything I've got!' He then starts running toward Saitama with the intent to give it his all. Having never seen a worthy opponent. Instantly going for the same barrage from before. Only this time, Saitama was through just waiting and threw a single punch.
One that caused Boros immense pain as his own face split back into having a mouth bleeding and him being sent back. Yet even then, he looked at Saitama and smiled, saying, "That's the way Saitama, you are indeed worth the effort."
In response, three words were said alongside a barrage of fists. "Consecutive normal punches."
In an instant, Boros was turned into a bloody paste.
"Is there...no limit to this guy at all." Atalanta says with a small sweat seen on her. Other Servants feeling both the excitement yet small chill at how some normal human could display power that may as well be above even their own.
"He...he is a normal human...isn't he?" Ritsuka then asks the voice. Because he knew if he faced Boiros, he'd have died instantly.
"He is." The Voice says. "And that's what makes him the strongest of them all."
"Like that answers anything." Billy the Kid shouts at him.
"That alien was so strong, and yet he died." Achilles states. Astounded by this raw power Saitama has.
"Oh, that." The Voice gives another non-existent grin. "Don't count Boros out just yet."
Boros's eye showed utter shock...then glowed ominously before the entire damn body reformed back together.
"Bullshit!" Guadako then says. "Not even a Servant can regenerate that fast!"
"Not even when I was under Mothers corruption...could I do just that." Ushiwakamaru shivers.
"The closest that could do it were the Laumu...and even they could die." Merlin can tell, this Boros was no joke. And this story was about to end in a way that decided everything.
"I will defeat you!" Boros declares, as golden light comes out of his body. His eyes a golden glow as he floats into the air above Saitama, showing his greatest move of them all saying, "All of my energy will be released, blasting you...and this planet straight to hell!" He roars as his ship starts falling apart with Saitama watching in silent.
"A-A-Anti-PLANET Noble Phantasm!?" Astolfo yells.
"No." Da Vinci breaks into a sweat of her own. Having not felt this since Goetia. "Even with such a Noble Phantasm, it would never destroy the world thanks to safeguards in place."
"But this Boros is a being that is a foreigner. A complete invader." Waver also says with utmost seriousness. "If anything, I have no doubt that his claim that his attack can destroy the world is utterly true. In that regard, Noble Phantasms may as well be toys to him."
Damn. Thank goodness there weren't beings like him here. Because otherwise, Chalkdea will either lose a lot facing him, or face utter destruction. 'Although,' Waver turns to Mash, who is nervous. 'Her power may be one of the few things that can stop that bastard. Not that it will be easy. So then, Saitama.' Waver looks back at the screen with his assistant Grey, who's holding onto him, also watching. 'How will you stop this?'
In the center of the energy, Boros awakens and unleashes his greatest power of all. "COLLAPSING STAR ROARING CANNON!"
A great deal of energy then shot down. The mark that would kill all life and destroy the entire planet, reducing it to space rubble. Yet even then, in the face of such a threat, Saitama stood still and then gave his own response. "In that case, I'll use my own final move."
Everybody in Chaldea watched, to see just how Saitama would even stop an attack that even the vast majority of Servants who weren't Mash could even defend against, let aside the entire planet.
"Killer Move, Serious Series...Serious Punch." Then with that move named, he threw out a single fist toward the planet ending attack...and split it in two, with the attack so great, it not only caused the energy orb that held the ship of Boros to break and start falling, but the clouds from all across the world felt the power of that punch. Clouds being pushed aside, and even on the other side of the planet the plants moved towards the great attack that defended their world.
Yet at the center of it all, was Boros. Utterly defeated, no limbs, dead eyes, and about to die. And still, he was alive.
"I'm not even sure who the bigger monster is." Amaska says. "Boros for surviving a blow that would kill even us...or the man who punched the equivalent of an Anti-Planet Noble Phantasm and extra."
"I must say, I'm glad this Saitama is a hero." Chiron smiles. "While he seems off, at least his power is used for the side of good. "Yeah. Cause if it were against the human order, I think the planet would be screwed." Ishtar says in fear, imagining such power used against them.
"Tch." EMIYA looks away. His feelings now conflicted. All his life he's been in so many other worlds and timelines, working for Alaya. He would sometimes make allies, and they would all die because ultimately, they were just human. Humans that could only die a worthless death, thus why he was summoned since humans were so worthless in facing an actual threat to the world, thus why he gained the power as a Counter Guardian.
'And yet…' EMIYA clenched his fists and teeth grinding. 'Where I sacrificed everything and lost so much...suffered so much...this man gained everything and became an actual hero.'
Not like...him…
As Boros laid still, at last he then spoke. "Did I lose?" Is all he asked. "I can feel nothing."
Saitama, whose back was turned against him, looked back at Boros with respect. "You're still conscious. You really are strong for real."
"The prophecy held true." Boros says. "The battle was...a hard-fought one."
"Prophecy?" Ritsuka sounds confused.
"Yeah, that." The Voice then decides to share a little background info. "That guy, Boros, he was a powerful fighter. One so strong as you just saw, there were little to no enemies for him to face. So he went around destroying and conquering worlds just to find one, and Saitama just happened to be it."
"Are you kidding me?" Cu admits, he also wouldn't mind having a good fight, searching for the right opponent. "But even he wouldn't just kill worlds to do so."
"I suppose this is the result of a being that only cares for himself." Kid Gil says. "Then again, he is an alien, so he has a different sense of morality."
"Doesn't mean we have to like or approve it." Lancelot says in anger, glad Saitama took down this alien overlord.
"Yeah." Saitama then says to Boros, apparently agreeing with him. "It sure was."
Boros, suddenly then says, "You lie."
"Eh?" Mash says.
"You were holding back, weren't you?" Saitama says nothing, confirming Boros's thoughts. "I never stood a chance. It wasn't even a battle. You obliterated me. Heh. Heh. So much for the words of prophecies. You were just too strong." Boros then at last says as now, he entered death, his hair turning white.
While the battle was enjoyable, and Boros didn't regret it, the alien knew the truth, and said one last thing to the wandering hero as the ship slowly falls down. Calling out his name, "Sai...tama."
And so, the battle was won. Showing this worlds one of its greatest, if not THE greatest hero of them all.
Saitama.
The screen ends there.
"Holding...back…" Okay, it was official. If this guy existed on the Throne of Heroes, Ritsuka wanted him.
"I only got a small look at these other S-Class Heroes, and yet it's clear that Saitama probably outclasses them all." Moriaty says, impressed by this immeasurable power Saitama wields.
"A hero. That's what he is." Jeanne says, amazed by the feat Saitama did.
"Better get your magic ready." Circe smirks to Medea. "That may be the only thing that can work if we somehow face someone like him, if he truly does exist on the Throne. And becomes our enemy."
"I can definitely see why you said this man can challenge us." Li Shuwen acknowledges this man's grand power. "His strength is so great, I doubt Martial Arts would even work on him."
"Only curses and cheap shots will probably do against him." Cu spits out as he imagines, using not the thrown version of Gae Bolg, but the one that pierces the heart. "Plus you gotta give it your all, or die trying."
"To think, there was a person out there, despite being human, that can challenge not just Servants, but maybe even Gods." Mash lets out, believing this entirely.
"And he'd be a cool ally!" Guadako says. "Heck, even that Tatsumaki girl is wicked."
"I definitely want to visit that world." Scarathach gives a little smile. "It seems worthwhile."
"Indeed." Beowulf agrees with her.
"I just want to see if there are any stories of them worth writing." Hans huffs. "That Saitama doesn't seem like a good protagonist...but maybe those close to him will be."
"Glad you all liked that world." The Voice says. "Because now we're moving on."
"Oh, then what's the next world? One about robots?" Guadako asks.
"Who knows. Because I'm putting this on a random baby." The Voice laughs. "Let's see what we get here."
Yep. I'm pretty sure that S-Class, while not guaranteed complete victory, can definitely challenge the Servants pretty well considering their Charles Atlas Super Powers and their own abilities. I mean, these guys can punch so hard, that it isn't even funny.
I can already imagine Gilgamesh (Archer) taunting Tatsumaki, then growing angry when she uses her power to throw his weapons back at him.
Not to mention the man of the hour Saitama, who can pretty much kill a good chunk of the Servants, even Top-Tier ones. Only curses and junk can probably deal with him, and even then they have to do it fast or risk getting the Boros treatment, where unlike him, they can't regenerate properly. I doubt Spartacus could handle those blows, or at the very least not to many.
Anyway, until next time.
