While Emma was sleeping, Regina got tired of searching. She would ask Emma if she knew the page where she found the spell to hope having a counter spell written under it. If it wasn't, then Emma would have to spend the rest of her life like that, because Regina didn't have any other books that could bring a solution to the current problem. Or, if she was lucky, the spell would wear off on it's own, which could be the best option in case of failure to find a counter spell. There was no other possibilities. Either find a counter spell or hope it wears off one day. What a bright future for mini Emma ! Honestly, Regina was really sorry that she could not offer a solution with all her books (she had searched in almost a hundred books in the few hours that had just passed). She would be of no use to Emma if she tried to think of a solution right now, she was just too exhausted and angered by the fact that she wasn't able, that she still wasn't able, after all those years of practice, to find a counter spell to this particular spell. She had thought it was a beginner's spell, but maybe it was a more advanced one ? Either way, she should have been able to find a solution, and quickly. She really wanted to help Emma, but right now she couldn't. She decided to stop searching, at least for now, and to start preparing dinner. She was hungry, she was tired, she needed a break. Emma was still sleeping in the small bed. Honestly, Regina missed the blonde's constant chatter. It was just too silent right now. But she could not wake her up just because she felt alone. No, she couldn't. She wasn't THAT selfish. She was, once upon a time, but she wasn't anymore. She now understood that she didn't have the right to do everything.

She decided to go to the kitchen to prepare for dinner. She didn't really like leaving Emma alone when she was so tiny and defenseless, even if she was only going to be one room away from her. She wanted to be able to keep an eye on her at all times, especially because she was tiny and it could cause a lot of problems. So she transported the house and the tiny bed to the kitchen with her magic, on a shelf just above the counter where she would cook. She then decided to make soup. She took a bowl, putting water and vegetables in it. A few minutes later, Emma woke up. She went out of the little bed, not knowing that she had changed location. She walked sleepily until the end of the shelf was under her feet. She then noticed that after the end of the shelf, there was nothing but air. And walking on air was not something she was able to do, even as a witch. She didn't have time to fully react to the situation. She was already falling from the shelf.

Regina had not seen what was happening, she had turned around to grab something from a drawer a little further in the kitchen. She was alerted when she heard a splatch. Turning towards the noise, she suddently saw Emma, drenched, swimming in her soup among the vegetables. WHAT. ON EARTH?! Emma, who was trying not to drown into the soup, began to laugh when she saw Regina's dumbfounded look. She laughed so much that she forgot where she was, slipping on the side of the bowl, and disappearing underwater. Seeing that, Regina woke up from her dazed expression, running towards the tiny sheriff who would drown if she didn't save her. She plunged her hands into the bowl of soup, grabbing Emma and taking her out of the water as fast as she could. She put her on the counter, near the bowl. Emma didn't move. She didn't even seem to breathe ! Regina started to perform CPR with one of her fingers, trying to revive her, completely panicked. Was Emma going to finish her life like that, having drowned in a bowl of soup ?
