Robby pov
It's still dark when we wake up and decide to finish the journey back to camp. Monroe leans on me for support the rest of the way back. We reach the newly built gate after the sun rises.
"Open the gate!" A guard shouts and we all walk inside.
Dr. Griffin walks up to us and looks at Mel with relief.
"I know you. Factory Station," Abby says moving some hair out of Mel's face.
"Where are the others?" Abby follows up.
"There are no others," Mel responds sadly.
"We found her a day from here. No survivors. Lots of supplies," Bellamy says.
"get her to medical," Dr. Griffin orders to one of the people standing around us.
Mel and Monroe leave to head over to medical. My mind wanders to Raven. Is she awake? Or even still alive? The anxiety left me when Octavia showed up, but being back here brought back all of our problems. Before I can finish my thoughts I see a head of blonde hair run and throw her arms around Bellamy. I see none other than a bloodied up Clarke griffin hugging Bellamy with everything and Bellamy eventually returns the hug and closes his eyes in what looks to be relief and pure joy. Well however Bellamy shows joy. Octavia and I look at each other and smile because were obviously thinking the same thing. We stifle a laugh as we break eye contact. I'm gonna be honest, if it wasn't for Finn I wouldn't be surprised if Bellamy and Clarke became a thing. They're the exact same person. They'd make a good couple.
"Now there's something I thought I'd never see," Octavia teases.
"Ditto," I respond.
It's funny how at some point Bellamy, Clarke, and I all hated each other and now we're closer than ever. We make a great team. At last their hug finally breaks and Clarke looks over at Octavia. She hugs her also, but it's a lot more casual.
"I'm glad you ok," Octavia whispers.
Clarke breaks the hug and whispers with a smile "you too"
I wonder if I'll get a hug or she'll just say "where's Finn?"
She looks over at me.
I hold up my forearm and hold up my forearm in wave.
"Howdy Princess," I say smirking.
She hugs me tightly and I hug back. During our hug, I look over and see Abby turn around and look at us briefly before smiling to herself and turning around.
"You've looked better," Clarke teases.
"Could say that same thing to you," I tease back.
"How many are with you?" Bellamy asks hopefully.
"None," Clarke answers sadly.
Raven walks over and smiles at us. I hug her and she grunts.
"Okay hero that's enough," she strains as I squeeze her.
"Where's Finn?" Clarke asks suddenly getting worried.
I look at Raven who's smile fades.
"Looking for you," I answer.
Clarke's eyes go wide.
"We have to find him," Clarke says going to walk inside.
"I agree," Bellamy responds as he and Raven follow Clarke.
"We'll meet up with you later," I say and look at Octavia.
"Well you've been patient," I tease.
"You don't even have a room do you," she teases.
I must make a startled expression that a cartoon would use every cartoon sound effect.
"No I don't, but when you father is the chancellor and you've stopped a culling Im sure that comes with a few perks," I say.
We walk inside and I run into Sinclair.
"Hey Sinclair, any idea where the rooms are I'm gonna catch a quick nap," I lie.
"Well, you my friend have a suite reserved. Courtesy of the people you rescued from the culling..." I know he's about to make that jab.
"Don't," I say.
"Prince Kane," he says then smirks.
I roll my eyes and shake my head. Sinclair used to mess with me all the time when I'd hang with him and Raven. He was quite a character and one of my other close friends. He would call me assistant prince of the ark even tho Wells' dad was chancellor. I hated it when I was younger, but it became a gag.
He showed me to my room or Octavia and my room if she wanted to bunk with me. My room was quite big. King sized bed and even a shower. My own shower! I felt kinda bad for being spoiled once again, but no reason to complain.
"Thanks," I say.
"No problem. Don't be too loud," he snarkily remarks with a joking smirk when he looks at Octavia.
I punch him in the arm.
We walk in and Octavia closes the door.
"Now where were we?" She teases.
"I don't remember, you tell me," I say seductively.
She takes off her jacket and top and I do the same. She then walks over and kisses me roughly before wrapping her legs around my waist.
After we're laying in the remarkably comfortable bed. She's leaning her head on my chest and I'm stroking her hair.
"Well. This or the sleeping bag?" I say smirking.
"Sleeping bag for sentimental value. This for comfort," she responds as she rolls on top of me and kisses me.
I wanna just cuddle with her forever, but I bet Bellamy Clarke and Raven are waiting on us.
I get up and put my clothes back on.
"Leaving so soon," Octavia says with the widest smile ive ever seen.
God I loved her smile so much. Even the one where she didn't show teeth and just had that lip smile.
"The others need us," I say putting my boots on.
"I'm sure they won't miss us for that long," she teases as she sits up, wraps her arms around me then places her chin on my shoulder.
"Once we bring Finn and Murphy back, we'll have plenty of time," I say and press my lips onto her's.
"I'll meet you there," Octavia remarks as she slowly stretches her arms and slowly gets out of bed.
When I walk out I wander until I find Raven.
"How was your seven minutes in heaven. At least you guys weren't as loud as unity day," she teases.
I playfully punch her in the arm which makes her laugh. That was certainly a tale that we'd never live down. I'm surprised I got no shit for it. I would've excepted a line of people to be cheering for us when we walked out of the tent the next day as our embarrassed faces looked at the ground.
"Where are Bellamy and Clarke?" I ask.
"They went to find Abby," she responds and points down the hall.
"Ok thanks. Wait how's your leg?" I ask.
"Sucks, but I'm learning to live with it," she responds with confidence.
I leave to find Clarke and Bellamy to discuss our next move. I won't rest until everyone is home safe.
Authors note: at last the next part of Robby's story is here. Kind of a filler chapter. Don't worry action will pick up in the next few chapters. I'm currently in finals, but I'll update once I'm out.
