This time as usual Harry apparated to Hogsmeade with Luna and mixed with students when they all deboarded the train.
After reaching the castle he was informed that there were Dementors in the train, Dumbledore told everyone that they are here to protect them, hmm Harry thought and knew that learning Expectropetronum was a very good idea.
After eating, he left for his room and when he was sleeping he decided that he is going to practice wandless magic as it's pretty handy to have in times of need.
The next day he woke up at 4 AM and instructed all his houselfs to clean the chamber of secrets as it is going to the place that he will practice from now on because Dumbledore cannot monitor the Chamber of secrets.
The Chamber of Secrets was rumored to be created by Salazar Slytherin and was protected heavily with wards, it cannot be found out by Headmasters of the school as well. He found out that it was a good place to practice the magic of course after repairing it.
He was repairing The Chamber of Secrets after elfs cleared it. The Chamber looked beautiful, and he started decorating it, he closed all the pipes and dug another pipe leading to his room, for direction to his room he asked Sam his familiar Basalik.
Like this, his time passed, and he started divulging in Wards, Runes, and Potion, doing it his time was passing, on the other hand Dumbledore was mad after finding that his stone was not working, and he was not able to get guardianship of Harry.
But he found out someone else had it, he was furious as his carefully laid down plan had failed. He thought of asking Harry and advising him to change his guardianship to him for the greater good and summoned him for a tea.
After rejecting Dumbledore Harry advised him to not care about his personal matter when Dumbledore asked him if he was leaving with Dursley or not, Harry left saying they had nothing else to discuss, he was feeling mental probe from the former, but he didn't act out as it will make Dumbledore even more suspicious.
And his plan was to take him out as swiftly as possible with ease and from Tom's memories he figured it would have to be quick, as Dumbledore performed many Dark rituals to gain the upper hand on a fight if it lasted more than 5 minutes.
The next day everyone was startled as claw marks were on Gryffindor entrance door there were whispers of Sirius Black, apparently, Harry was so busy with his work that he forgot to check up on news, as he had very little time he decided to use Legilimens on Hermione to find news regarding Sirius, he knew it was not right but many people were looking at him, and he needed to be prepared.
When he used Legilimens he was shocked by many things, but the yellow stone kept his head cool, after a while he reacted and made an angry face and followed the students to the Great hall, as asked by Professors.
They were made to sleep on the floor of the Great Hall, and became angry as How can Hermione do this to him and his friends, she was telling everything about him to Dumbledore many things she told were wrong as it was a false thing he did to keep an image.
She is a spy just like Ronald's is he used Legilimens on Ronald in his first year when he didn't have that much control over his Legilimens ability, he knew for sure that Delph was not a part of it and decided to tell Delph about Hermione and Dumbledore.
He also got to know that Sirius Black was his Fathers best friend and his house secrete keeper,
He was angry but he controlled his anger.
The next day he told Delph to be ready at 4 AM as he will reveal a few things to her, he asked Dobby to fetch her in The Chamber of Secrets, Delph was angry after hearing it, and she became furious when he showed her the memories through a device.
He discussed help in managing his business, she told her she will inform her father this Hogsmeade visit, Harry got to know that they have a new DADA teacher, she told Lockheart became too brave and visited the forbidden forest and never came back.
Harry on Delph asking permitted her to use this Chamber but only She, Luna, and himself should know about it, she agreed but asked him to consider her friend and her sister. He agreed but said no more than that, and She started to practice magic, and he left the Chamber.
He wanted to teach Hermione a lesson well what a better way than books and the time turner Dumbledore gave her Harry thought. He was not a good person he admitted and told Delph already about that, so he came up with a plan.
He used magic to change information on how to use the time-turner book in the library just a little so that if a person uses a time turner like a loop continuously they can have much more time than using normally.
Like a used time turner to go back in time, then after a sec used again to go back in time so that you can exist in many places at one time, and he didn't inform the consequences of doing it.
Like a fish, Hermione took the bait and used the time turner like this for a few days until she fainted one day when Harry changed her time turner with a dummy one.
He purchased the Murders map for about 200 Gallons from the twins while he was doing the deal with them to not prank him. Using it he kept track of Hermione and many more people.
He kept The time turner for future needs and got in work for meeting with Delph's family.
