A/N: welcome to the 12 days of Marichat Christmas special.

I will hopefully post daily. It's a little to late for 12 weeks of Marichat. All of these chapters will end with the final Christmas chapter. The Christmas chapter won't be the Christmas special. The Christmas special came before season two and this is the middle so I'm not going in chronological order.

Adrien:

12 days until Christmas. That means I need to find a gift for Mari in 12 days. That's going to be impossible! I have nothing.

She is such an amazing girl that it can't just be anything. An idea struck me. What if I get her a gift form now till Christmas. Instead of one, I could give her twelve. It could also be great since we have been together for 12 weeks so one gift for every week starting today.

I needed to make a list of things to get her. I started off with hobbies. She likes baking so I can get her some baking supplies. Or even better, learn to bake so I can surprise her with some home made bake goods that I made.

I also know she wants to be a fashion designer so maybe I can get her some sewing supplies. She said she was running out of some thread, which I didn't know was possible, so I can get her some.

I know she gets cold easily so maybe a nice blanket. It would be nice for movie nights. An alarm clock would also be very helpful in her case. I now she's Ladybug and that's why she's normally late but we don't get a lot of night akumas.

That's four. I didn't see a cleanser in her room. I can get her a chat calendar.

It was only 5 but I was thinking to give her macaroons or croissants for the other days. Christmas had to be big. The best gift I can give her.

"What are you doing?" Plagg asked. He was eating more Camembert. More! I know what I'm getting him this Christmas.

"Oh nothing. I'm just making a list of things to get Marinette for Christmas.

Plagged looked over my list. "Hmm, I think it needs something."

I think I already know the answer but I played along. "What?"

"Camembert." I rolled my eyes and started thinking again. Maybe I can make her all her favorite pastries and put them in a basket.

"I think I got it!" I yelled as I figured out what I was going to do.

"Let me guess, you're going to ask Marinette's mom to teach you to bake?" Plagg said.

"How did you know?"

"I read it." Now I feel like an idiot.

"First, I need to transform. I also need to get some thread for Mari. Plagg, claws out." He tried to take another bite of his cheese but he was already bing sucked into my ring by the time almost got into his mouth.

I jumped out the window, de transformed to her thread. I transformed back and went to the bakery. I walked through the door and Sabine greeted me. "Oh, Chat Noir. How may I help you?" She asked.

"I was actually wondering if you could teach me to bake. I want to surprise someone for Christmas." I said. Sabine smiled.

"Of course. May I ask, who is the girl?" We didn't tell Marinette's parents yet about us yet.

"Uh, it's classified. You know, superhero's only stuff."

Sabine chuckled. "Of course. The bakery's having a slow day today so we can start now if you want."

"I'm free. Just, please don't tell your daughter about this." Sabine nodded. I'm sure she was thinking that Marinette was the lucky girl but she didn't say anything.

We started out making chocolate chip cookies. They were easy to make and a good starter for a beginner.

"So, is Marinette home?" I asked Sabine as we were enjoying some hot chocolate while waiting for the cookies.

"She said she was going Christmas shopping. Why do you ask?" Sabin answered.

"Oh, know reason just wondering."

"Is my daughter the lucky girl?" I didn't think Mari wanted them to know. I tried to make another explanation and I didn't really try to hide it. Sabine did a laughs at my efforts. "It's ok. I get why you wouldn't want to tell us. I respect it, trying to protect my daughter. I won't tell Tom or Marinette that I know but she is a smart girl and might find out on her own."

She is smart, maybe too smart. What if she finds out that I know? Nah, impossible. I cover it up purrfactly.

Later, I thanked Sabine for the baking lesson and said that I will be back tomorrow for another.

Everything was going perfectly. I'll give Mari my first gift tonight.

Marinette:

I was thinking of what to get Chat Noir for Christmas. I was thinking about making him something to keep him warm in the winter. I was already working on something when I got a reminder from Alya that we were babysitting for the night today.

I took my bag, ran to the door, told my mom that I was going and left. I knocked on the door and she answered almost immediately. "Hey girl." She said.

"He Alya." I responded. I walked in and saw the place was ready for us to watch the twins.

"Movie, popcorn and pj's." Alya's twins came running out of their room.

"Marinette's here! Marinette's here." They jumped into my arms. They started laughing as I almost lost my balance.

"Etta, Ella. Hi!" I said. Etta was on my leg while Ella had a tight hold on my neck. "Ok, can't breath, please let me go."

Ella and Etta's grip tighten. "It's not us, it's the Sapotis!" The girls yelled as I tried to get them off of me. I didn't know who the Sapotis were but I went along.

After hours of watching the little monsters, it was finally bedtime. "So, I may have uncovered somthing about Ladybug." I almost choked on my drink when I heard what Alya said.

"Yeah um, so uh," thank god for Ella and Etta not being asleep. "Alya, the melon." I could see a vein starting to become visible as Alya walked back to the twin's room. She came back and I tried to make her forget about Ladybug. "So, who are the Sapotis?" I asked. I really was curious and not just change the subject.

"They're little monsters who cause mischief. They're part of some fable." Alya explained. "Ok, where was I?"

"Uh, we were about to pick a movie." I went to the stack of DVDs and held them up. I looked and realized the Ladybug and Chat Noir Movie was and immediately put it to the back.

"Oh right, Ladybug." Alya went on about how she found out that Ladybug was our age and I tried to convince her not to find out her identity. Soon, the twins struck and got akumatized.

Chat:

Another akuma broke out. Mari wasn't at home so I just left a note with the thread and said I was going to come back tomorrow.

I went and fought the many many Sapoti clones. It was probably an hour battle but during that hour we got a new partner and defeated like 1000 clones of an akuma.

After, it started to snow. I brought Alya's little sisters home and made sure that my Christmas letter to Marinette was signed and went home.

A/N: so, I rewrote Sapotis because I already had it set up when I started writing Marinette's prospective so I just went along with it.
