And so we continue...
Just as he began to make his way back inside, the chicken jumped him. Galaxy screamed as the beast let loose a horrible roar, all her teeth exposed. He was quick to duck under the monster, but she simply landed on her feet and charged again. Andromeda's fist suddenly flew through the window and slammed the chicken right in the head, sending it sprawling on the grass. Everyone gathered around the beast.
"What the heck is this thing!?" Cody asked.
Galaxy shook his head. "I don't know."
All thoughts ceased when a horrid howl echoed across the island, causing the campers to snap their heads up. They shared looks, and looked back down at the chicken.
That was now gone.
Everyone began looking around frantically, hoping the beast was still somewhere.
"I hope Milky Way and the others are okay", Galaxy said.
Back in the forest, MW, Courtney and Duncan were running for their lives, constantly getting thrown off path when another robotic beast jumped infront of them. After endless detours, they somehow made it to the cliff from the first challenge. They turned and saw their chasers: The two headed fox from earlier, a brown bear with a hat and bowtie, and the bunny that jumped Black Hole, only orange and glowing like a jack-o'-lantern. The three Bass looked over the ledge of the cliff.
"We have to jump!" Milky Way yelled. Courtney clung to him.
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Duncan responded in a panicked tone. Just as the three monsters were about to attack, the teens jumped into the waters below. The beasts looked over the ledge, but when they didn't see the teens, they left. Almost instantly after, MW surfaced from the water, Courtney still clinging to him, and Duncan next to him. They quickly swam to shore and took a breather.
"What do we do now?" Courtney asked.
"We follow the beach to the camp", Milky Way answered, "We have to tell the others. Now." Thus the three friends began to run to the camp.
Back in the forest, Black Hole was able to get away from the blue rabbit without any more injuries. It slowly walk through the forest, just anywhere away from these monsters. After wandering around aimlessly for minutes on end, Black Hole came across something.
The craft services tent.
He could hear Chef and Chris happily chatting inside, completely oblivious to the chaos that was unfolding on the island. He slowly made his way over to the tent opening.
"Chris! Chef!" BH called. The host and the cook stepped out of the craft services tent.
"Where have you been all day, dude?" Chris asked, "You look awful."
"Fighting for my life."
"You've missed most of the challenge, maggot!" Chef barked, "What do have to say for yourself!?"
Black Hole turned. "Stay. Behind. Me." Chris and Chef were left confused, but when they followed BH's sight, the fell silent.
The hook handed fox stood still, a few feet away, barely visible in the light. It then howled and charged, Black Hole doing the same.
Elsewhere on the island, Milky Way, Courtney and Duncan were still following the shore to camp. Only the noises were their feet hitting the sand and the calming waves. They stopped when they heard some nearby bushes rustling. They turned to see a flaming fox with a large hook step out of the forest, The beast quietly growled as it looked around.
At least, it seemed like it was, since it had no eyes, only fire.
The three teens slowly backed up as the fox stepped onto the beach, the calm breeze causing his flames to flicker and sway. The fox's hook arm slowly raised, and his head slowly turned to the teens, his jaw opening more and more. The teens knew they had to run. Now. They turned tail and ran, the fire fox unleashing a howl and giving chase.
Back at the camp, Galaxy was pacing around the campground as the others sat on the steps of the main lodge, silently watching the panicked teen worry. They suddenly heard screaming from further down the beach. Everyone looked, and gasped. Milky Way was with two of his fellow Bass, running away from a flaming fox.
"Guys!" Galaxy screamed, "C'mon!" Everyone joined in to the screaming, all gesturing them to hurry. The three running teens picked up the pace, jumping over odd metal spikes in the ground. After they reached the group...
"NOW ANDROMEDA!!!" Galaxy shrieked. Andromeda, who stood in the back of the group, pressed a button on a remote he was holding. The metal spikes rose from the ground, electricity crackling between the two prongs. The fox wasn't fast enough to react, so it stepped right into the electric net. The beast howled in pain as sparks flew. After a few seconds, the prongs lowered, leaving the fox standing still, smoke pouring from his once lit body. It then collapsed on the beach with a loud this. Taking this as an opportunity, Andromeda stomped over to the fox, and crushed the things head with his foot.
After taking a few minutes to calm down, MW, Courtney and Duncan explained everything that happened after leaving the boathouse to the others. They were all in the main lodge, with Andromeda half listening, half looking out the window.
"So you're telling me there's more of those things!?" DJ exclaimed. MW nodded.
"That would explain why Black Hole was missing for so long", Gwen said.
"Well, what are we supposed to do?" Geoff asked.
Galaxy, who was deep in thought, snapped his fingers. "I know what we can do to stop these things!" He exclaimed as his face lit up. "Well lure them all here, shock them, then trash 'em!" Everyone else shared nervous looks, unsure of the plan. But, Galaxy felt so sure. And did he ever lead them astray before? After a few moments of silence, the others agreed, although reluctantly.
"Good", Galaxy said, turning to Milky Way and Andromeda, "I need you guys to set up the trap." He began to head into the forest.
"Wait!" Milky Way exclaimed, "Where are you going!?"
Galaxy looked over his shoulder, and held up his AK. "To find the others." And so he walked into the darkness.
Back at the craft services tent, Chris and Chef kept there distance as Black Hole fought the fox like a rabid lion. Both creatures growled and clawed at eachother, teeth clenched, eyes deranged and filled with fire. Black Hole threw the fox off itself, right into a tree. The fox was quick to recover, jumping back on his feet. BH was to spent on energy to keep this up. The fox was ready to pounce again, only to be met with a barrage of bullets from his left. BH, Chris and Chef looked over and saw Galaxy giving the beast hell with his AK-47. After sponging several clips, the fox fell to the ground, filled with holes. Galaxy gave a triumphant smirk, then turned to the others.
"Follow me back to camp", he said, "We have a plan." And with that, the four left, unaware a certain black bear was watching everything from afar. He growled viciously, the entered the darkness.
After Galaxy brought the three stragglers back to camp, he began to layout the plan:
A trap similar to the one that knocked out the flaming fox, only bigger, will be set up in the middle of the campgrounds. After finding some sort of bait to get the beasts into position, the prongs will activate, zapping the animatronic nightmares into oblivion. With the plan set, everyone got to work. Galaxy, Chef and Black Hole acted as lookouts, Andromeda, Courtney and Milky Way were setting up the trap, and the others were doing a mix of both. As everything was happening, Galaxy walked off, turned on his communicator when no one was around, and made a call.
"...And that was what we think is going on." Galaxy said. He had sent the call to the very same boat that dropped him and his pals off on the island. The boat, as it turned out, never completely left the island, instead opting to stay a distance away for security purposes. On the boat were the remaining members of Galaxy's band of misfits:
Comet, the second in command, purple tux and hair, always one to complete his missions first.
Quasar, the traditional British gentleman of the group, cane of a thousand wonders in hand.
And IG-45, an IG class assassin droid who was repurposed into a bodyguard.
Back with the conversation, Comet had his head in his hands, groaning as he leaned on the console. Quasar face was filled worry as he gripped his cane tightly. IG showed no emotion, as usual. Comet took a moment, then sighed. "Okay, we'll look into this. I'll do all I can." Galaxy nodded and ended the call. Comet stood up and began to make his way around the ship, Quasar and IG following closely behind.
"What should we do?" Quasar asked, his usually sophisticated voice laced with worry, "We never expected the FNaF universe to be here."
"We help Galaxy get the bait for his trap." Comet said. He hid the emotion in his voice well.
"I recommend we contact the generals." IG suggested in his monotone voice. Comet whipped around and glared at the robot, who didn't flinch.
"We do, and all of our cover is blown", Galaxy retorted. IG nodded, then Comet continued, "If Mimic does have something to do with this, it could cause armageddon. We keep this on the low."
IG remained silent... until, "You want me to hack the feed so this doesn't get into the episode?"
Comet nodded, then he turned to Quasar. "I want you and Ennard to assemble a stealth team to investigate Boney Island. I feel like something is on that island, and it might be our answer to this problem." Quasar nodded than ran off. IG left in the other direction, leaving Comet all by himself. He sighed, then made his way to the ship's bridge.
Quasar was swiftly making his way to the barracks, the room where Ennard typically hangs out. Ever since they found his remains in a scrapyard in the [REDACTED] universe, they rebuilt him like the way he wanted, and he became a part of Galaxy's odd and dysfunctional family. Quasar entered the barracks, which was filled with troops. They all turned to the gentleman, then shot up and saluted. Quasar tipped his top hat to them, then cleared his throat.
"Gentlemen", he said in his British accent, "I'm looking for Ennard. Have any of you seen him?" All the troops pointed above Quasar. He looked up and saw his friend, clinging to the ceiling. After he was spotted, Ennard jumped infront of Quasar.
Ennard was a robot, but not in the traditional sense. His body was made out of metal cords and tubes all tied together to form a vague body shape. Despite this, he stood straight at a respectable five feet. His face was hidden behind a mask that had a red nose and party hat. It also was clearly split into four quarters. The reason for this was answered when the masked opened as Ennard gave his full attention to Quasar.
"What do you need?" Ennard asked. His voice had a slight bit of static in it.
"Comet said me and you needed to assemble a recon team to investigate Boney Island."
Ennard nodded. "Give me five minutes."
"Jolly! I'll meet you at the bay." With that Quasar made his leave as Ennard began scanning the troops for the best team he could assemble.
Later, Comet was resting on the bow of the ship as he saw Quasar and Ennard's boat leave for Boney Island. Comet shot a quick glance at Wawanaka, and dread filled his heart.
"A storm's coming", he mumbled to himself, "And we'll be the only ones that can stop it."
Mimic's chaos has only just started... And Boney Island will become a warzone.
