Chapter 12:

The sun was beginning to rise, bathing the canvas outside the expansive windows of the Cullen home in rays of orange and gold, bringing with it a sense of warmth that couldn't quite touch the frozen hearts of the inhabitants inside.

Today, the sun would be shining with a mocking sort of vengeance.

I stood at the window, my wife and I leaning against each other as the golden rays snuck through the trees like a ghost to land on our diamond skin and cast rainbows of light prisms on the walls around us.

My family and I had slipped into a comfortable, if tense, silence a few hours ago, and I had gleaned all of the information I could from the silent thoughts of my siblings and my parents. I had simply taken it all in, turning it over in my head like a bad taste I desperately wanted rid of, contemplating the options before us. There was no more time for that. Why delay the inevitable? And Bella was the only one out of the metaphorical loop. I could only protect her for so long, and I didn't have the desire to feel her wrath if we started making decisions without her.

"So," I turned to the room of undead beings behind me, keeping my grip on my bride. Anyone would be hard pressed to separate us at this point. "From my understanding, and please correct me if I miss anything, but the wolves only found out about the break in the treaty a week ago, when Charlie visited Billy and mentioned how different Bella sounded, resulting in Billy deducting that she had been changed. Sam then came to the house to inform you of his knowledge and offer a brief truce while they weighed their options?"

Carlisle, taking the lead as always, nodded along. "That's correct. He is not eager to start a war. Even though he may be confident in a win, considering they outnumber us greatly now, he still doesn't want to lose members of his pack."

"Is he aware that we also lack that desire?"

"I made it clear, yes."

"So what's the hold up? Why aren't we leaving?"

"He expressed the need to hold out and see what Jacob wanted to do. He is the second in command, but this affects him quite a bit more...personally then the rest of the wolves." He glanced at Bella, who looked like she just might be sick so I tightened my grip.

"It doesn't affect him at all. What happens between Bella and I is no longer his concern," I attempted to remain calm with my statement, but the subtle undertones of anger gave way, betraying me.

"It is their concern if it violates the treaty."

"They knew this was the plan."

"Yes, but the nature in which it was carried out is disconcerting to them. You must understand, Edward." They're afraid that if you slipped up once, you may do it again. His thoughts continued. As well as the dangers a newborn vampire brings to the table. They fought the newborns with us and know how bloodthirsty they are, and though I let them know that Bella had more strength than we thought, they were not convinced.

The lingering thought in Carlisle's head caused me to growl in frustration. "All I understand is that once again, my indiscretions are the issue. Bella and I will leave. It is up to you what steps you take from now on."

"Oh, sweetie, don't think of it that way. Everyone makes mistakes, we will face this like a family as we always do," Esme's calm, sure voice cut through the tension.

"I'm not leaving until I see Charlie," Bella stated suddenly. I looked down at her to see her brows furrowed together, her mouth set in indignation.

"Bella, love, you know that's not possible," I urged. I had avoided this fight for too long now.

"Edward, I'm doing fine. I've been around humans a few times now, you yourself even said I was doing better than you imagined. I'm all he has, and if I can make this transition easier then I'm going to."

"You've been doing amazingly well, yes, but do you really want to risk a slip up with your father? I can't allow you to do that. You would never forgive yourself."

"You're not allowing me to do anything. If I want to see Charlie, there's nothing you're going to do to stop me," Her face was contorted into anger now, that usually titillating newborn fury gearing up for battle.

I sighed and looked to the ceiling, deciding the best way to proceed without too much trouble.

"Guys, I think we should give these two a moment," Alice chirped.

The family nodded and all filed out of the room. It was a facade they put on to give the illusion of privacy, lord knew they could still hear every word.

I turned Bella to face me, placing my hands on her shoulders and looking into those ruby red eyes of hers. "Love, we will come back and visit Charlie. I promise you. But I cannot...no, I will not put you at risk. You know that anything involving you being in danger is a hard line that I drew long ago."

"Jacob, or the rest of the wolves for that matter, aren't going to hurt us, Edward. They're friends. They protected me when you weren't around so why would they hurt me now?"

I winced at the pang of her low blow. "None of that matters now, Bella. You're an enemy. We all are."

"They fought with us against Victoria."

"Yes, while you were still human. And only to protect you and all the humans of Forks. You are not a part of that species any longer. Their patience with us was always riding on a very thin one, but in their eyes they have one rogue vampire and his newborn, out of control wife threatening everything they exist to protect. The wolves don't exist without us, Bella. It is far too deep ingrained in their DNA to hate us for that to be overlooked because someone they were once friends with has joined the 'dark side'"

I took in the sight of my bride, her arms crossed indignantly across her chest, her face set and determined. It didn't escape my notice that the position of her arms pushed her breasts together, deepening the cleavage there and though I was extremely agitated, I really just wanted to run my tongue along that tantalizing line.

"Edward," She said firmly, forcing my eyes back to hers.

"Isabella," I responded with the same firmness.

"Alice, come here please," She asked, my pixie-like sibling flitting into the room instantly. "Will I hurt Charlie if I see him?"

I shot daggers at Alice, begging her to side with me on this silently.

"Bella, you know I can't predict that." Alice said calmly.

"As of right now, what do you see?"

"I don't see you hurting him."

"Alice," I growled pleadingly.

"Shut up, Edward," Bella spat at me, then she looked to Alice. "Is it, or is it not true that when Edward and I first met, you had visions of both him killing me or of me winding up one of you?"

"Yes, that's true. That's pretty cool that you remember that," Alice paused to beam a proud smile. "But Bella, you were Edward's singer. And he was in love with you. It's a much different scenario now."

"I love my father. And if his blood doesn't draw me in like mine did for Edward, then there is even less danger."

"Maybe we should get the family in here to vote," Alice suggested. I could already in Alice's mind that the vote would not wind up in Bella's favor.

"There is no vote, this is my decision," Bella responded.

"We don't make decisions alone that could affect us all, Bella. I'm sorry," Alice remained calm in the face of Bella's ire. I respected her for it, considering the wrestling match we just witnessed.

"Fine," Bella responded, shaking my hands off of her. "Come on, guys. Come tell me how ridiculous I'm being."

The whole family returned to the main living area now, all of their thoughts on edge. No one was very eager to set this sexy little ticking time bomb in front of us off yet again. Admittedly, the 'sexy' sentiment was purely my own.

"Bella, I am confident that I can speak to your father and convince him that you are okay until the time comes where you are in more control," My father's voice spoke, composed and smooth as always.

"Carlisle, how can I be in more control when I've never lost control?" She asked.

"I'm sorry, Bella. We can't risk it," He replied.

"Fine. Esme?" Bella asked, settling her crimson eyes on my mother.

"I apologize, sweetheart. I can't consent to that," Esme replied, the familiar maternal guilt in her eyes that she gets any time she denies one of her children of something they want.

Bella sighed. "Emmett?"

"Sure, B. You can handle this. You handled Rose just fine," Emmett answered, the smile on his face never wavering and his dimples as deep as ever.

Rose hit him playfully in the chest, glaring at him. "Not to start another fight, Bella, but I really don't think it's a good idea. Contrary to some very nasty comments I may have made, I know you care about him, and I would hate to see something happen that you would not be able to move on from. Not to mention the danger it would put all of us in with the wolves."

Bella nodded, unusually accepting of Rose's words. "Jas?"

"Sorry, darlin'. I'd like to remain the only one in the family agonizing about his newborn discretions," His voice was tinged with a bit of his southern drawl, which surprised me. That was usually reserved for Alice, but it seemed that Jasper had a soft spot for the new addition to the family, which warmed my frozen heart just a little bit.

"Got it. Well, I guess my hands are tied," Bella practically growled. I deeply resisted the urge to tell her we could arrange just that. "So then, what's the plan?"

"I would like to remain as cordial with the wolves as possible. I think we should meet with them upon Jake's return and try to renegotiate the treaty. Then, we should leave. The only reason I believe we should wait is for the simple fact that eventually I would like to return to Forks, and I would like for that to remain a possibility," Carlisle stated.

Bella's eyes lit up all of a sudden, her whole demeanor relaxing from her excitement. "And wouldn't it be a more convincing argument for them if we had proof that neither Edward or I are dangerous?" She asked.

"Well, perhaps," Carlisle replied warily. He knew precisely what she was suggesting. We all did.

"So? Wouldn't a visit to Charlie prove that? Listen, Edward and Alice can come with me. Jasper and Emmett, and hell everyone else for all I care, can wait in the woods during the visit. If I lose my shit, Alice can see it coming and warn Edward, they can get me out of there with the help of Jasper cooling me down. No problem!" Bella's rage was replaced with the sort of giddy excitement that you would see from a little kid that won the toy she wanted out of one of those claw machines.

A contemplative silence settled over the whole family as they debated the words she had just spoken. Here's the thing about our family - sometimes they tend to make decisions based almost entirely on making one of us happy. It didn't happen often, and it only happened when the problem at hand was particularly important to the party in question.

It was the reason I had been allowed to leave the family and drink human blood, it was the reason that we left Alice and Jasper alone during their time away from us in the eighties, and it was the reason the family had stayed in Forks and allowed the relationship between Bella and I to continue. It was also the reason that Rose and Emmett were even members of our family at all. All of these decisions had been made against the better judgement of the family, but something amazing always came out of them. Something that always wound up strengthening the family in the long run.

While I listened in on the thoughts of my siblings and parents, I could see that this would be the first time they would wind up giving in to Bella in this way.

Oh, the poor dear. She just wants to say goodbye to her daddy. How can we hold her back from that? Esme's maternal voice questioned.

She's stronger than I ever thought she would be. And she's been around humans a few times now, plus she's taking all the risks into consideration. Jasper thought, though he went on and on analyzing every angle of the situation like the true warrior he is.

Emmett was already on her side, so his thoughts were more reverent than the others. Shit, this girl's got bigger cajones than I thought! She always did give you a run for your money, Ed, but wow! Watch out, we got a badass over here!

I don't like it, but I know she cares about the man. I would want the same if I were in her shoes. I suppose it couldn't hurt to try, as long as we're there to stop her. Rosalie's kind mental voice towards my wife was still shocking to me, but it wasn't surprising to me that after they bonded over shared familial love that this would be something she would give in to.

Alice's mind was filled with rapidly fleeting shots of the future. Charlie perplexed at the sight of his inhumanly perfect daughter, a painful visit with him shooting daggers in my direction, but also final acceptance. Charlie blowing up about all of the secrets but again eventually succumbing to approval. The man shutting down for a few days before calling and giving his blessing. They all ended in the Chief's love of his daughter winning out against his better judgement. Even in the vision of Bella momentarily losing her composure and lunging at her father Alice and I were able to hold her back and remind her who was standing in front of her. We were still somehow able to convince Charlie to accept whatever it was he was seeing.

"I can't find a single path that leads to Charlie or Bella being hurt," Alice spoke quietly, looking at Carlisle. "It's not foolproof, but it could work."

I snarled in the corner, that new familiar betrayal bitter in the back of my throat. Carlisle mulled it over for quite some time and when he finally spoke we were rapt with attention.

"I think we should think a little more about it. Alice, why don't you take Edward and Bella to see their wedding gift and we can meet again tomorrow. I think the two of them could use some privacy and we can discuss things in the meantime." He knew the tension between us would make no room for me to be able to look at the situation objectively. He had been dealing with my stubborn overreactions for a century now, and Carlisle knew precisely how to handle them. He also knew that since Bella came along, she was the best medicine at our disposal to be applied to any hurt that I may encounter.

"Oh! Yay!" Alice exclaimed, jumping and clapping her hands.

Bella rolled her eyes. "You guys are never going to accept the fact that I hate gifts, are you?"

Everyone laughed, the pressure releasing from the air just a tiny bit.

"We sure aren't, B, so you may as well get used to it. Besides, you're newlyweds and we already heard about the damage you did on Isle Esme. We like this house and don't need you two coming in like a wrecking ball to take it down," Emmett jested.

Bella's eyes looked to the ground and I awaited the blush to color her cheeks. I still hadn't gotten used to not seeing the familiar human tells in her, but I was beginning to learn her vampire ones and the gaze hitting the floor seemed to be what had replaced the blushing. "Yeah, um, sorry about that, Esme," She said quietly.

"You're fine, honey, I would expect nothing else after what happened there. It can all be fixed," Esme reassured, leaning over to pat Bella's shoulder.

"Shit, you two are lightweights compared to Rose and I," Emmett boomed with a loud laugh. Rose simply looked at him with the familiar lust that never seemed to waver between the two of them.

Bella's ruby eyes darted to me and she looked uncertain and timid, as if she was unsure of whether I wanted time alone with her. It broke my heart. As angry as I was about this situation, I was not about to have my wife feeling this way. Not when it came to me. I held my hand out to her, pleading with my eyes for her to take it and craving the connection of her skin on mine. There had been this dull ache in my chest since she had shaken away from me, but as she took my hand and I used that grip to pull her tight against me it all melted away, along with our surroundings.

Our gazes locked on each other at the same time our bodies wrapped around one another and without saying a word we traded thoughts of love and devotion. I brought my hand up to cup her cheek, then pulled her into a searing kiss. The moment our lips touched it was quite like a match striking against its box and it took everything in me not to take her right now against the wall of the living room.

"Oh good lord, don't make me hose you two down! Let's at least get to the gift before you start that!" Alice snapped, stepping up and physically prying us apart with her tiny hands.

Bella's eyes hit the ground again and I scowled at my sister. "You can be a real pain in the ass, you know that?" I asked her.

"Yup! But you love me!" With that she grabbed one of our hands in each of our own and began pulling us towards the front door. "Now, come on!"

I held tight to Bella's hand, not so tight on Alice's, and exchanged thanks and farewells with my family as they called out to us to enjoy ourselves and have fun.

"Don't do anything I wouldn't do, little bro!" Was the last thing I heard from Emmett as we hit the line of trees.

Alice turned once we were in the forest and looked to me expectantly. "Edward, you already know what it is and I can show you where it's at, and I've already seen how she's going to react, so my final gift to you is to leave you two here and let you make the rest of the way on your own. If something comes up I will call you, so keep your phones on," She stepped up to Bella and placed her hands on her face. "I am really so happy you're officially a part of the family, Bella," She said, pulling her into a tight hug before turning to me. "And you," She looked stern, but only for a moment. "I'm happy you've finally found your forever," She leaned up on her tiptoes to kiss me on my cheek, though I still had to bend to meet her halfway.

"Thanks, Alice," Both Bella and I said, sharing a knowing smile between the two of us.

"Now, the next thing I say is going to be the most important thing of all," I rolled my eyes knowing what she was about to say. "Remove the clothes carefully. I don't care how many homes and trees and rocks you smash, but have some respect for fashion!" She was scolding pointing her finger in both of our faces.

"Yes, Alice. We'll be more careful from now on," Bella mumbled quietly, studying the dirt that covered her dress from her earlier brawl.

Alice sighed. "Go on, you two," She ran through the trail in her mind of how to get to the cottage and the moment she finished Bella and I had taken off.

Minutes later we stood in front of our new home, though I wasn't sure how long we would be able to enjoy it. Still, the small cottage appeared to be plucked right out of a story book, made of lavender grey stones and thick terra cotta shingles, covered in vines of honeysuckle plants as if the house grew from the ground rather than being built here. Authentic natural amethyst stones led up to the thick, arched, wooden door that was accented with heavy wrought iron details. I had seen the home in all of my family's minds, but it didn't quite do the reality of it justice. It was small, but it was perfect.

Judging by the look on the face of my bride, I wasn't quite sure if she was about to cry or scream, perhaps both. "Tell me what's on your mind, love," I pleaded with her, my voice low while I pulled her close to me.

"They bought us a house," She stated succinctly.

"Incorrect. They built us a house," I replied, admittedly rolling my eyes a little. It seemed her habits were rubbing off on me. Certainly not the only thing of hers I craved to be rubbing off on me.

"Okay, that's a little bit better. How is it that something so quaint can look so expensive?" At this question she used the toe of a scuffed up heel to nudge one of the stones.

"Why is it always money with you?" I grumbled. I was beginning to be a little irritated with the events of today. The pressure of the wolves and Charlie and Bella's mood swings was getting to be too much. I needed my loving, sexy wife back.

"Well, Edward, I can't help it that I'm not used to having millions of dollars at my disposal," She snapped, glaring at me.

I winced a little bit, then grinned facetiously. She had no idea and the information would do her no good at this point.

"What?" She asked.

"Nothing, love, come on. Let's see the inside."

"Edward Anthony Masen Cullen you tell me what that look was about right now."

"Did you just full name me?" I raised an eyebrow in amusement.

"I did. Now spill it."

I sighed. "We don't have millions at our disposal," I paused, hoping that would be enough information for her. Her eyes narrowing to angry slits told me I was incorrect. "It's more like billions. Maybe even hundreds of billions? I don't know, it's been awhile since I've looked at the finances. I've been a little occupied with your spellbounding self."

I squeezed her tighter to me, attempting to kiss my way out of the trouble that was coming. I started at her hairline, then made my way down her jaw, all the while Bella stood frozen and gaping like a fish out of water. By the time I made it to her lips she still hadn't come to her senses and the lack of response for her stung.

"Love, it's not a big deal. We donate much of what we come into. Over half. But with Alice's gift, we can make very beneficial investments and we use that to the advantage of everyone, not just us."

"I don't even know what it's like to have thousands, let alone billions. Billions? Seriously."

I groaned and dropped my arms from around her, stepping back. "Why does it matter? It's just not something we concern ourselves about. We have enough problems, don't you think? We need to be able to flee and set up a new life at a moment's notice, and money makes that much less of an issue," I ran my hand over my face in frustration. "Bella, I'm trying to be understanding here. I really am. It's my fault that you're in this position."

She opened her mouth to protest but I held my hand up to stop her. "No, let me finish," My voice was firm, but I never raised it above normal speaking volume. "I am so extraordinarily grateful and amazed that you have taken to this with the grace that you have. Goodness knows that I am no stranger to short tempers and a stubborn nature. I wouldn't ask any different from you because as infuriating as it can be, your bull-headedness is one of the most thrilling things about you, but I must urge you to stop feeling like everyone is attacking you all the time. Especially me. I can't lie, Bella, it hurts me."

She stared for a few minutes, stunned, and then she launched herself at me. For just a fraction of a second I thought we were gonna have a repeat of the fight from earlier, except much less exciting since there was no way I would ever fight back.

I caught her as arms and legs both wrapped around me in a tight embrace. "Oh my god, Edward, I'm so sorry. Please, you have to know I never meant to hurt you. This has all been an adjustment and everything is just so overwhelming right now. I didn't expect coming home to be so much, but all the new sights and sounds and smells. I was just adjusting to the senses and now it's like my nerves are exposed all over again. Please forgive me," Before I could even respond her lips were on mine.

Can vampires get whiplash?

"Please, Edward," Another kiss. "Oh god, I'm so sorry, please," More kisses.

As much as I was enjoying this, I also needed her to know that everything was fine between us. I started laughing against her eager lips which caused her to pull back just a little bit. "Love, it's fine. You don't need to apologize. I understand, I really do." With torturously slow movements for our kind I unwound my arms from around her waist, running my hands down her side and underneath her round behind, giving it a firm squeeze.

Bella laughed, resting her forehead against mine. "I'm ridiculous, aren't I?"

"Ridiculously beautiful. And it's been far too long since I've been inside you. Can I take you home now?"

The look in her eyes quickly darkened with lust and she nodded eagerly. "Yeah, I think we have a home to christen," She whispered against my lips before another overpowering, heated kiss.

I carried her to the door without hesitation and when we got there she turned the handle so I wouldn't have to remove my hands from her delightful rump, and I loved her all the more for it. Teeth and lips and tongues fought each other with a fervent rapacity that overwhelmed my very being.

"Shall we take a tour?" I asked against her lips.

She laughed and turned to take in the surroundings. Though the cottage was small, it only consisted of a living room, a bedroom, a closet the size of the bedroom, and a "bathroom" that took the term a little too literally, being that it only held a large fancy shower and an equally large, equally fancy tub, each with an obscene amount of shower heads and jets respectively. The decor was eclectic, pieces that were all mismatched and thrown together yet still looked perfectly matched. One wall of the living room held books upon books, including some of my many journals, at least the more recent ones. Another wall held shelves of CDs and vinyl. I gave up cassette tapes long ago, finding they were more hassle than they were worth, but I never could let go of my vinyl. Off to the side stood a state of the art sound system, equipped with an iPod dock, and a record player. A massive sectional couch framed the interior of the room, leaving a cozy bearskin rug spread out on the floor in front of the fireplace. This place, unlike the main house, was not intended as a ruse for any sort of guests. This was designed solely for the purpose of being the marital home of two newlywed vampires.

Of course, it only took us seconds to take all of that in, seeing as everything besides the closet could be seen from the living room.

"Living room, bedroom, and what I can only describe as a kinky water sex room since there's no toilet, I think I got the gist," Bella stated simply.

I laughed at her boldness, though it no longer shocked me. "Well, where shall we begin?"

She tapped her finger on her chin and looked up as if suddenly faced with a very serious decision. "Set me down for a second."

I pouted a bit, but obliged her nonetheless.

"Close your eyes, handsome."

"Superhuman hearing love, that's not going to do much."

"Did I ask for an argument?" She asked sternly, and one look in her heated eyes told me exactly how this was about to go, and it was the most erotic thing I've ever seen.

"No ma'am," I growled quietly, closing my eyes. I heard the soft thuds of her shoes hitting the floor, she took a couple steps, the velvet of her dress rubbed against the spandex of the tiny shorts that I heard slide down her legs. A little more rustling of fabric, hands on upholstery, shifting feet and then…

"Okay, baby, open your eyes."

I nearly came undone at the sight before me. My wife is bent over the back of the sectional, long white legs leading up to perfect round orbs with her raspberry center peaking out. As if that isn't sultry enough, her dress is still on only it's pulled up around her waist. The crimson of her dress matches the bright eyes that look back at me, and one wedding ring clad hand comes up to pull the pin out of her hair, allowing the messy chocolate waves to flow. She knows that everything about her is my weakness, but I especially love her hair.

"Take your shirt off, Edward. But don't move one step until I tell you too."

A low growl rumbles in my chest with the need to bury myself in her to the hilt, but I follow her orders.

"Mmm, you look so good baby. Now your pants. Leave your boxers on."

I kick my shoes off, then my socks, and my pants follow suit. My erection springs forward, tenting the navy boxer briefs almost painfully.

Bella bites down on her lip and I watch, completely enraptured, as one hand slides down the front of her between her body and the couch. Then her fingers reappear between her legs, spreading her outer lips. The wetness of her coats every bit of her center and thighs, and then I noticed some drip to the rug below and I want to weep at the waste. "See how wet I am for you?"

I nod stupidly like some idiot college frat boy seeing breasts for the first time. She has to know that she knocks all sense of reasoning right out of me.

"Come get on your knees behind me, Edward."

Never one to disappoint, I'm kneeling behind her in an instant, eager to offer up any sacrifice this goddess may ask of me. My body is a tightly wound live wire and I'm leaning in to please her when I'm stopped.

"Ah, ah, ah," She scolds me somewhat gently. "I didn't say you could have a taste yet. Is that what you want?"

Jesus, I never could imagine that seeing her take control like this could be so alluring. The same woman that spent so many nights begging me to touch her is now telling me no, and I wonder briefly what kind of sick person I need to be for that to be making me as rock hard as I am. Still, I nod my agreement.

"Say it, Edward. Tell me what you want."

I looked up at her, an angel surrounded by a halo of dark waves, and lick my lips before I speak. "Let me taste you, love."

A wicked smirk lands on those voluminous lips of hers. "Ask me."

I'm about a second away from burying my face in her, I doubt she would protest, but I oblige. "Can I taste you, Bella? I want to feel you come on my tongue, will you let me do that?" Yeah, I think two can sufficiently play this dirty talk game of hers.

All amusement is lost in her gaze and is replaced by uninhibited lust and need. "Yes, you may."

Her voice is low and husky and as beautiful as it is it doesn't come close to the sounds she makes when my tongue is on her, lapping up every ounce of her arousal and hungrily devouring her from front to back. I take a few long strokes of my tongue from the sensitive bud to the puckered pink if her back side, and then I focus solely on that delicious swollen clitoris.

My hands can't stand not being on her and for a moment I revel in running up her legs, over her behind, feeling the tension in her whole body tightening like a spring ready to snap underneath the silky softness of her skin. I keep one hand gripping her buttocks, pulling it back so my tongue can dive inside her, and my other hand reaches for my throbbing, aching member.

As lost as she's been in the pleasure I'm giving her, she notices this motion and somehow has the wherewithal to pick her foot up and use it to move my hand away. "That's only for me to touch," She breathes between pants and gasps, and my frustrated growl against her sends her careening into her first of many orgasms.

Normally I wouldn't stop. Normally I would devour her until she came at least a few more times. But normally I'm not on the verge of spontaneously combusting and taking the whole town down with me.

"Fuck me, Edward. Just like this," she growls.

Quickly I'm on my feet and shredding off that pesky dress. It was dirty anyways, Alice will get over it. One hand goes around to grab her breast, the other tangles in her hair, and we both cry out in the perfect harmonization while I bury into her in one long stroke.

She's so tight and so wet around me, but I take no time to bask in the feeling. I need release. I need to feel her shattering around me. I need to know that even if the world ends, this never will.

I'm thrusting into her violently, the clash of our bodies making the most delightful sounds, along with her moans and cries of "Oh god, yes," and "harder, Edward." I hear the wood inside the couch begin to crack and not eager to break the furniture on the first round, my hand in her hair moves instead to grip her neck and I'm pulling her up so her back is arched off of the sectional. I lean to kiss and bite that lovely neck that I have a hold of, the new angle allowing me to hit her in a new spot while also tightening the grip her walls have on me.

"You're so fucking sexy, love. I will never grow tired of fucking you. You were made for me, and you're mine," I growl on her ear.

She nods desperately, her hands coming back to grip my thighs. "You feel so...God, so good. I'm yours, Edward... All yours." She cries out between desperate moans.

"Come for me, beautiful. Show me how good I make you feel." I run my tongue down the side of her neck as I feel my own orgasm building, and shortly after I feel the throbbing of her climax around my shaft and hear the telltale signs that tell me she's coming. The pressure of her inner walls send me over the edge and I spill my venom inside her with a loud groan while my teeth clamp down on the tender flesh where her neck meets her shoulder. My bite sends her off on another instant orgasm and we're off in a strange chain, one wave of pleasure after the other crashing against us relentlessly.

The only thing that stops us is the sound of cracking and Bella's screams turning from pleasure to pain.

I'm stunned, thoroughly unsure of what happened or what to do, so I simply freeze. I only realize what has happened when Bella's hand comes up to feel the bloodless indentations my teeth made in her skin. I had bitten too hard. Somehow even with her resilient new form, I still managed to hurt her, and now it's my venom causing the hisses of pain that she's trying to suppress.
