As soon as they were all huddled up, they took their attention to Galeem, who only stared at them after his own little laugh. The Lord of Light stared back down at everyone, as if he expected it thoroughly.

He hovered one of his wings near the top of his core, stifling back a threat immediately.

"Oh ho ho, this is just too perfect!" Galeem said in a mockingly sad tone, "Didn't you idiots know that the ritual you tried to banish me upon earlier won't work if it doesn't last for a whole minute?"

Sonic gulps as he slowly backed up. The rest have grew more worried and/or scared, unaware of what Galeem was going to be planning next. Master and Crazy Hand looked at each other, knowing that their whole plan screwed up as a result.

Galeem inches towards them slowly, higher as he prepared for something?

"And what's better?" He taunted, "You wasted your time bringing yourselves here, every threat of my power, in one easy to destroy CIRCLE!"

He slashed his wings swiftly, launching a wave of blue fire right at the group. They cried out in pain as the effects took place. The room slowly caught on fire, but it wasn't that dire at the moment.

"Eek!" Mia yelped.

"Fire! T-The room's on fire!" Redd cried, nervousness visibly shown on his face.

Meanwhile, some blue ropes came out of nowhere, and they wrapped around the two hands. They grunted as the ropes tightened, and as they were forced to be higher, until they were now in direct eye contact with Galeem.

The Lord of Light doesn't look back, however. He still had his attention on the weakened Agents.

"You guys wanna see what happens when things don't go your way?" He teased.

"Hey! Leave them alone!" Flint commanded as he points at the biggest threat out there.

"You've gone too far, Galeem!" Caleb shouted.

"Yeah! We're not scared of you!" Chany added, bringing out her Kensa Splattershot Pro, ready to attack. Flint equips his Hydra Splatling, and Caleb already had his Octo Shot in hand, with a Splat Bomb in the other.

"Oh, but you SHOULD be!" Galeem retaliated, exerting force on one of his wings. Suddenly, Chany, Flint, and Caleb felt a pain inside of their minds. They dropped their weapons as their eyes rolled back, with a yellow glow around them.

Meanwhile, the idols and Aaliyah felt the same thing after them. Their bodies were stuck in that one position. Not talking, not moving. They were stuck, and couldn't do anything about it.

Sonic gasped in fear, while the twins stood close together, with fear rising in them every growing second.

"O-Oh my cod!" The twins shouted in unison, while Sonic was too paralyzed with fear to speak.

The unconscious members of the group were levitated over to Galeem, where he looked at them one by one. And despite that, he did it pretty quickly, as he quickly spoke some more.

"You know... this castle could really use some DECORATION!" Galeem exclaimed, clenching his wings to make the captives disappear...

...when they reappeared as individual banners, with afraid expressions. Mia, Sonic, and Redd gasped as they saw the fate of what happened to their friends. Stuck in these posters that Galeem just created out of thin air specifically for them.

The light god looked towards the posters, not amused just yet. He was craving some more destruction.

"Looks like it's too late for the future of Smash, Master Hand!" Galeem blamed as he points at the leftover Inklings. Then a bunch of yellow bars formed around them. And they were all jumbled up together, covered by electricity so not even slipping through in squid form will get them out of this mess.

"Uaaah!" Sonic held back a loud scream as he backs up some more. But he couldn't do it all the way, as the bars were all around them.

"Ah! Guys!" Crazy Hand screeched, as he and Master Hand were shocked at the outcome that they were in.

"But you can still save the last strong remnants of Inkopolis Square!" Galeem continued. The cage then stops forming, revealing the shape to be a sphere that was barricaded by all these yellow bars. Yet, they still had some room to reach their arms out, despite the overabundance of the bars that are trapping these poor squids.

He angrily floats over to the tied up gloves. Even more frustrated than originally intended. He looked like he has grown sick of the disruptions at this point.

"Last chance! Tell me how to take the City of Light beyond Inkopolis Square, and I will spare these three Agents!" Galeem demanded. Upon hearing the plan spoken out loud, the three tried their best to evade Galeem's tricks and try to call out to the two hands.

Sonic looked over in fear, still silent with fear.

"No! Master Hand! Crazy Hand! Don't do it!" Redd exclaimed.

"Yeah! Galeem makes bad deals!" Mia added. Galeem grumbles in anger as he floats back to the sphere cage they were in. He was fuming at this point, growing towards them quicker than they anticipated.

"Don't you toy with me, Agent 3!" The Lord of Light shouted, "I... SEE... EVERYTHING-!"

As he continued talking, the brightness of his core has rose about 10,000 times more. However, Mia manages to karate kick the core spot on. Sonic and Redd smile as they saw the damage being done, but they were also surprised on how that was managed.

"AAAAAGH! Not again! Why?! Every time!" Galeem complained as he lays down on the floor, wings covering the front of his core.

"Nice shot, girl!" Crazy hand complimented. He and Master Hand felt the ropes loosen, and they fell to the floor because they were still slightly weakened prior to those previous attacks.

"Gah, and I just regenerated energy back from that!" Galeem shouted again, rubbing his wings on his core to try and ease the pain.

"I know that hurts, because Sonic told us that your core is your weak spot. Nothing more, nothing less, b**ch." Mia teased, smirking as she places her hands on her hips. The electricity surrounding most of the bars grew louder, until they've gotten silent.

That told that Agents they can now slip out. The three look at each other and nod in unison, slipping through the sphere cage in squid form.

"Agh! Aaaaagh!" Galeem kept yelping in pain, giving everyone a chance to take an immediate action. Meanwhile, Master and Crazy Hand get up. Sonci took the initiative to give a suggestion for what they had to do next.

"Save yourselves!" Sonic called out, "Run! We'll take care of Galeem!"

The two hands stood there in shock from the last part that they heard.

"What?! That's a suicide mission!" Master Hand warned.

"Trust us, Master Hand! We escaped him before..." Redd started, smiling as he spoke.

"And we'll escape him again!" Mia chimed in, continuing the sentence. She joined up with Redd and Sonic, giving a quick group high five before carrying out their quick escape plan.

They all turned towards Galeem, waving their arms wildly.

"Hey, Galeem! Come and get us, your spherical jerk!" Mia taunted. Then they ran immediately into another room, hoping Galeem would give chase. As the Lord of Light recovered from the small pain in his core, he noticed the leftover Agents trying to run away.

"RRRRRRRRRGH!" Galeem growled, core glowing brighter as he tightly clenches his wings. Mia stopped for a moment as Sonic and Redd continued to run. Mia then flips Galeem off with the middle finger as she smirks, then runs back to join her brother and Sonic.

Master and Crazy Hand weren't too fond of what just happened, as they knew what could happen if they got caught.

"What- NO! It's too dangerous!" Master Hand cried. Without thinking, they began to chase after them to aid them in their escape from the Fearical Dome.

That was proven useless, however.

Galeem summoned powerful energy from his wing as he exerts more force. This made Crazy hand and Master Hand squirm and writhe in pain. They couldn't move, and Galeem forced them onto the floor as the pain settles in on them more.

"Not so fast! YOU TWO WAIT HERE!" Galeem bellowed, raising his huge wing up as another sphere cage forms around the hands, while the empty one disappears as well. The cage that the hands were in didn't have electricity, though, as they all knew that Galeem's power was too strong. The Lord of Light lets go of the force he put upon the hands.

Galeem's core grows even bigger as the yellow glow goes away, and was replaced with a more rainbow glow. The wings went through a major change. They were shaped in four huge chompers, while two more were supported as long, slender arms that were entirely the same wings.

And another major change is that the transitioning orange shades to blue shades were no longer present. Instead, it was a transitioning rainbow color, and they were changing REALLY fast compared to his regular form.

"I got some cephalopods I need to make into CORPSES!" Galeem shouted as his furious form finishes its transformation. He looks at the trapped hands with the same insane expression he had, but could barely seen. This time, they knew Galeem was NOT messing around.

"SEE YOU REAL SOON." The Lord of Light said in his deep voice before he stomped over to chase the runaway Agents. Master Hand and Crazy Hand looked over as Galeem was running, uselessly trying to stop him.

"No! Wait, no, NO!" Crazy Hand begged as he tried to reach on over. Nothing. Absolutely nothing happened. They could just look as Galeem latches onto the ceiling, then crawls like a spider to the next room where the three Agents were still running away.

"Oh, what do we, WHAT DO WE DO?!" The left-handed glove exclaimed as he grasps the bars.

"GUUUUYYYYYYYSSS!" Master Hand screamed as he roughly pounds on the cage, trying to get their attention. That was also proven useless, since the runaway Agents were already far away to the point they can't hear them.

Sonic, Redd, and Mia were already in the next room that was way farther away. They panted as their running energy was slowly depleting. But they had to keep going. Their lives depended on it.

"GRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Galeem screeched as he chased after them, breaking anything in his path. He was directly behind them, several feet away as he tried to use his long slender wing-arms to boost himself to catch them.

The Inklings looked behind them and yelped, still running for their lives.

"WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU SQUIDS, I'M GONNA DISASSEMBLE YOUR MOLECULES!" The Lord of Light bellowed. Sonic grabs the twins as he led them over to a room on the right. They continued their runaway as Galeem had to stop due to the sudden turn.

But the Agents soon came across a dead end, filled with nothing but the wall that trapped them there. They gasped, afraid they might've screwed themselves big time.

However, that wasn't the case. They realized they can attempt to super jump and find another way on the other side. The ceiling was high enough, after all. Maybe this wasn't too bad for them after all!

Galeem inched towards them as he attempted to grab the Agents.

"YOU TRICKED ME FOR THE LAST TIME!" Galeem shouted. But as he tried to grab them, the Inklings already were in their squid forms, and super jumped away before Galeem can crush them in his fists.

They screamed as they tried to extend their super jump distance, while Galeem continues this deadly chase by climbing up with ease. And this seems like it's gonna last a long time, so the Agents had to find some escape routes to trick Galeem and make him lose chase.

*meanwhile, back with the hands...*

Nothing changed for them, unfortunately. They were still trapped in the sphere cage with no way of getting out. And everything they could try would be proven useless with each attempt, no matter how destructive or helpful it would be.

Crazy hand lays on the floor, groaning as he felt like admitting defeat.

"Ugh, I can't believe this! The Agents are gonna die and it's all my fault! Because we couldn't get there in time during their fight!" He complained. He then eases up as he shows a dejected pose.

"*sigh* Master Hand, you were right all along... we're too weak to put up with this..." The left-handed glove admitted. Master Hand gently pats his left hand pal.

"Ah, don't blame yourself," Master Hand said, "I was the one who tried to stop Galeem before his whole World of Light act began. I fell for all his tricks and flattery. You would've seen him for the terrorist he is."

He helped Crazy Hand up, slowly shaking around to try and get rid of any sore spots and bruises.

"How did things get so messed up in the Smash universe?" Crazy Hand questioned.

"We used to be like those Agents before Galeem and Dharkon came into view," Master Hand replied, "The world's about to end, and they're not quick to giving up. How do they do it?"

"Easy. They weren't exactly trained in Smash standards. They don't know any better." Crazy Hand confessed, trying to shrug. Master Hand floats a little higher as he glares at the room that was across from them, but far away due to their trapped state.

"Whoa, where are you going?" The left-handed glove asked. Master Hand then extends his palm out. And out came a Smash Ball. But this wasn't any Smash Ball. It was bigger, brighter, and had tons of energy filled inside it.

"EHHHHHHHH?" Crazy Hand was confused beyond belief at this point.

"I'm going to play the only card we have left: lead Galeem here and sacrifice myself," Master Hand responded, "He might be able to take over Smash some more, and maybe even worse. But at least he might let Inkopolis Square and its citizens free.

"What?! Are you kidding me?!" Crazy Hand shouted, "Are you honestly telling me there's nothing else we can do?!"

"Galeem's only true weakness is darkness, but we have no use of that now," Master Hand sighed, "If this special Smash Ball hasn't lost its power during the time I was controlled, we might be able to use it to trap Galeem and take his energy once he steps aside to hurt us all."

Crazy Hand looks at the Smash Ball curiously.

"What if me and those Agents helped give it power? It's not like I would be good for anything." He suggested. Master Hand sighs and comforts his partner some more, knowing the harsh reality of how this whole thing will be stopped.

"There's nothing from you that he wants. It has to be me." He admitted. He inches towards the bars again and grasps them. He was growing afraid of what he knew had to be done for the sake of the multiple universes that are, and will be, in danger.

"We need to take his deal. It's the only way he'll agree to save you, the Agents, and just Inkopolis Square in general." Master Hand continued. Crazy Hand heads over to look at his right-handed glove partner.

"Do you really think he's going to make good on that deal?" Crazy Hand asked. Master Hand sighs and looks dejectedly at Crazy Hand as he continued to speak.

"What other choice do we have?" The right glove confessed.
