The Following is a Work of Fanfiction...
The headlock student was in the middle of eventing by herself on the rooftop. Beside her was someone who she would bother as a test dummy depending on the device. As she sits down eventing, the other person was lying down looking at the sky lighting up his cigarette as he enjoys the nice air.
"Hey! Check this out!" She said showing off her blueprints for the next creation.
"A robot?" the paper slapped in his relaxing face.
"Yes! After the Gundam you explained, I have the idea to create probably the greatest baby Ever!" she explained.
"At the least-"
"Shut up!" She said hitting him with a wrench.
As they were enjoying their break time the bell soon interrupted their vibes. The tall teen have gotten up from the floor stretching out the tense body he has.
"Welp, we better get going-" He was soon interrupted when his friend have hugged him from behind.
The bell continued ringing.
"Hey! Hey! Let's hang out for a bit!" She said with the euphoria coming out of her target eyes.
"Sorry, but if I don't, Iida will continue to give me the same excuse over again." He said letting go of his friend who soon lost her smile. "But don't worry," He said. "We'll hang out afterwards!"
As soon the teen let go of his friends hands he went directly towards the entrance door for the rooftop.
The bell continued ringing...
"No, wait up..."
The bell continued...
"Wait! If you keep going..."
"... You won't come back..."
The bell ringing from her alarm clock have been continuing on from the piles of spare parts. She soon gotten up from the bed taking step by steps surounding coffee mixture, tools scattered around the floor, and food wrappings. As she gotten out of bed she fell down on her workshop desk which given her a bad injury to her nose. Hatsume looked over the junk until she lose her balance and fell down as she grabbed the curtain which brings out the sunlight she hadn't seen for a good few days.
"HSSSSS!" She yelled out the sunlight until the alarm finally was shut off with a wrench she grabbed.
Finally, the alarm was shut off.
She appeared in her muscle shirt and pink stripes panties; she was half-dressed, thankfully she lock her room for the privacy she needs with no distractions necassary and the need for hygiene's. She looked outside of her window and sees the nicely dawn rising. Hatsume then looked over at the other dormitory buildings with students from different classes coming out.
Mei took a huge breathe of fresh air along with the incredible steam engine she turned on for her next creativity which will help those for trying to use their arms for engine.
The sweat of hard work have finally hit her senses as she decided to take the showers the dorm provides for all students. As she yawned halfway through the hallway she took a closer look at her appearance.
"Whoops!" she flabbergasted before anyone would see her indecent appearance.
Afterwards, She went through the whole school day as she continues to create the latest designs for the upcoming license exams all students in the Hero Course will soon participate. Her school day have soon been on break which given her much more time on her babies. In times like these, she would go over to the Development Studio, which have been opened since the Sport's Festival.
This was different than before.
After lunch, in front of her was the entrance to the rooftop.
She inhale and exhale as she looked at her toolbox and school bag.
"Yo! What's up!" She said cheerfully as she opened the door.
Mei looked at the opened rooftop completely empty. Looking at the scenery have suddenly made her feel empty inside. She was hoping for someone to either sitting down, laying down, or even smoking as he reads his books.
Instead, the room was completely empty, and was giving a summer breeze.
Hatsume never felt this way before in her life. Maybe when she was a younger kin she have felt the emotion. Its hard to understand oneself having the confuse feelings for someone who was pretty much close to be more than just some random stranger.
Hachiman was her very first best friend.
Development Studio
PowerLoader have announced the studio will be opened until seven at evening. The upcoming license exams for the Hero Course is closing within two weeks, which gives almost all the students of Support Course limited time to developed each costume to be more useful along with weaponry which can also be useful for their costumes and quirks.
Outside of the room were a few characters from 1-A.
"Deku!" Uraraka yelled her friends name. "Are you also here for an upgrade?"
As the green hero have noticed his friends arrival, the studio soon exploded from the inside. Deku have let his gaurd down from the unexpected impact which almost rivals Kacchans level. Afterwards, the whole group were in shock, or at least Uraraka, witnessing Mei on top of Deku.
Soon, they all gathered around the studio getting their repairs. Luckily, before Mei would cause more damages, PowerLoader have warned her with one last strike if she continues to make more havoc in his studio room. And so, they begin looking at the database upon their skillful combat. Deku would often use hand-to-hand combat which have gotten the idea for Mei, who seems to be looking forward of what she was about to commit.
"Tadah! This is my baby, POWER SUIT!" She said proudly suitng him up with an exoskeleton robotic suit. The suit can sense the muscles contract and aids the movements at will.
As much as it supports the whole body, it may have a certain flaw when trying to command.
"Ow, ow, ow! My back is breaking!" The greenette yelled out.
Soon enough, Iida was the next target.
Earlier, The Super Cooler Electric Booster, was just gonna be use for a later date; but after hearing Iida wanting to improve his legs radiator Mei have an oppurtunity to use one of her babies.
PowerLoader have seen the riot Hatsume was creating. At times like these, he really should've kicked her out already, but as a teacher he paid close attention for his students; Mei was not being herself since the move in. For now, he will just let it slide in the end of the day.
Afterall, there are costumes to be developed.

The end of the day, Development Studio was finally at its hour. Before closing, Hatsume looked through her junk of gadgets which were both working development and possible failure. Inside the piles of gadgets was a scroll; the scroll was something she have been keeping since the summer break.
"Hatsume..." Power Loader have called his student.
Instant flash, Mei have put away the scroll.
"PowerLoader-sensei!" She called her teacher. "I just figured out how to make the Shoot Style that Midoriya person said!" She showed the plans in front of his face.
Hatsume was soon interrupted when her teacher placed down her idea and grabbed the scroll. PowerLoader never expected to see Mei not bragging about her future babies as he unrolled the whole scripture. Seeing the idea from top to bottom is as expected from a prodigy like Mei. She never gives up on creativity even when there are times failure have placed.
For once, Hatsume wishes not to showoff.
"Never would've thought you put a creation away." PoweLoader have said looking at the blueprints. "Seeing how excited you were earlier have gotten me worried..." He said giving the blueprints to Hatsume.
"Oh~" she said treacherous. "You worried about me~ the destroyer of all creativity?" She sarcastically asked looking down on her blueprint.
"As annoying you can be, it's a teachers responsibility to understand his students." He said placing his hand on her shoulder. "And for once, I'm actually starting to understand what the problem is..." He said looking at Hatsume who put on her steampunk goggles she created herself.
"Right now, Hatsume..." He wished to continued to lecture her until she speak for herself.
"I'm fine..." She said with a cringe smile. "Something like this... shouldn't bother me..." She clenched her capsule hardly.
Hatsume walked out of the room leaving her teacher behind. It was for the best two of them to be in their sepearate ways; especially for a student.
Hatsume, dressed in her school uniform before leaving, decided to head back upstairs on the rooftop bringing out some sort of pressure out of her chest. As she looked at the empty roof, she just walked towards the fenced looking at the view. Her friend would always looked at the sky view having inner thoughts or what's ever on her mind.
What her teacher about to say before she head out was probably what she needed.
She closed her hands onto the fence as she looked downwards at the horizon. Mei was ready to blow off some steam as her vision begins to be a bit fuzzy. Her facial expression cringe with the tears coming out of her eyes.
Out of nowhere, someone else was on top of the rooftop.
"He~h, I thought I was alone until now,"
A voice came out of nowhere from behind.
Hatsume thought she was alone, but not until a lizardy girl have spoken.
"...Hey, why the long face?" The greenette asked the pink headlock who was wiping off her tears.
Mei wipe off the tears, so she would hide her embarassment.
"Nothing... nothing at-" She was interrupted when she received a tissue in midair.
Looking at the tissue was only one piece of the body part, a hand right in front of her.
"... Buggy D. -"
"Tokage Setsuna!" she denied.
(A/N: Hatsume was about to call her Buggy The Clown because of the similarity of their powers)
The tears were faded away as Mei took notice the quirk.
"You're... from 1-B..." She asked the hero-in-training. "What are you doing here?" She asked the student who was grinning the entire time.
Setsuna have gotten off the entrance building and floated on her landing.
"I came here because I wanted to see what the rooftop is all about." She said walking towards the steampunk girl. "Mostly because I feel like a pterodactyl when the wind breezes or when I activate my quirk." She explained the partial matter of her resolve.
Hearing her explanation have made Mei quite hysterical. Having an imagination like that is quite similar to Mei's imaginative creative babies.
"Wow! you got some cool goggles, and some awesome eyes!" She said with excitement.
Mei soon gotten closer to the lizard girl as she proudly talks about the goggles she invented. And as the dusk was approaching, the two of them have talked on their way the dormitory. And as they talked, ideas were starting to hit Setsuna as she finally figure a way to make her new move and developing her quirk.
"Hey," Setsuna asked Hatsume. "What were you doing in on the roof?"
Hatsume flinched, and looked away for the moment. It was embarassing, she never really cried like that before, or cried for any reason of the matter. But being with this prehistoric-fanatic, with a gal attitude of sort, have made her day much more dubious.
"I... needed a breather..." She explained. "The rooftop, used to be the place where I create my babies." Mei said giving the lizard girls a confusing look. "I... had a friend who would go up the rooftop. But... he's gone now. And here I thought, 'I'm Alright with this.' or so what I think he would have done."
Tokage raised an eyebrow curiosity; this person, exactly who is he and what's great about him. Like Mina, Tokage can be a tease as well when it comes to a relationship, but most of her interest is her love for dinosaurs.
However, she did have some interest for someone.
"And is this friend... what is he like?" She asked continually.
The two of them were having a good vibe going. At first Tokage may be hit something which will make them intimate worse until Mei have spoken.
"He's..." She said with her chest out. "The best labrat and friend a girl could ever wanted!" She said proudly and much more complicated at the matter.
Setsuna intrigued of what Mei have said. So intrigued, in fact, she laughed so hard to know that there are those people who are also similar to Midnight.
Setsuna assume Mei is a pervert who enjoy S&M.
Roll with it, She thought immediately. "And just what's so interesting in your slave- I mean, labrat?" She dodged the bullet.
"I guess, everything about him!" She said cheerful than before.
"He doesn't care about standing out than anyone from the hero course... He's really strong than he may appeared and get even stronger when I create unique babies to support him... he may be some sort of Yankee, but he really has a big heart for a person with a corpse quirk... he's a smoker but that doesn't bother me because it brings out a nostalgia stench... of all the people I ever met, he's my first friend to see me for being myself and not some freakazoid... I miss him... I... miss him..."
Tightly holding onto the scroll, Mei was starting to stir up the feelings from the inside as she spreaded her tears coming downwards from her goggles. Desperate times means desperate measures, Tokage understood exactly what her deal was and as a hero she stood beside her. Soon enough, she also have a heartfelt moment understanding who Mei was talking about.
"Hey, you know what?" Tokage have a suggestion. "If we ever see our friend... let's punch him in the face!"
Setsuna declared an oath with Mei; Hatsume was completely confuse about the oath until Setsuna have explained everything about the camp site crisis. The story she had told was a bit dark but at the point there was something else their missing classmates have been holding... another quirk. Either he had it or not, Setsuna wants to have a long talk with her captain for multiple reasons which pretty much involve leaving everyone... and when Tokage means everyone she meant his captains harem (Or so she laughingly claims).
"After all that, he get's captured!" She finish her explanation. "That's why I say we punch him in the face, Mei-chan!" she suggested to her new comrade.
It was all a laughing matter, but what Setsuna said was probably the best solution for leaving his friend behind.
Not today, tomorrow, or the day after, but someday, the heroes will retrieve Hachiman from the villains.
And when the time comes, it's up to Mei's decision to react for her friends welcoming.
"Hahaha! That's quite the deal!" Hatsume laughed with joy as her tears are out of her system.
The tow of them have made an oath and will someday, and hopefully see their friend again.
"Tokage, took you long enough." Kendo have said with worries.
"Sorry, nee-chan! I was just having a chat with the newcomer!" Setsuna have explained her absence.
"Newcomer?" She asked confusingly. "What do you mean?" She asked until some of 1-B were discussing much more about the exam sights taking place. Mostly, it was about Tetsutetsu intell on class 1-A and the exams whereabouts. Monoma even begin encouraging the whole classroom.
Tokage went over to her room looking back at her conversation and the friend Mei was talking about. When they heard about Hachiman's kidnapping they were all in mourn about their friend who never returned. Itsuka was trying to be the strong one for everyone and even let them know to leave 1-A to themselves. Losing someone is as much more painful than to give as much insult. Strangely, and suddenly, Monoma have been keeping his mouth shut for a good amount of time. Maybe when they pass through their exams then he will say something immature and shallow.
There is a new discovery for Setsuna; it seems as though her captain have been meeting with a friend the whole semester at the rooftop.
Originally, she was there to get her mind off of things as well. Mostly it was about her missing friend, but it was also her her new developed costume and super moves. So far, she had nothing until she met Mei who was upsetting. With her advice and possibilities Setsuna may pass her exam if she can muster the strength for her quirk.
As she lay down on her bed, she looked at the picture she and her teammates have taken back then. The first picture was when they all give a thumbs up, the second was when they decided to do emoji faces, and lastly it was an extra surprise as Setsuna have give her captain a hug which also bump into Yangi and Itsuka in the way.
Now, a new member have entered the party.
Two Weeks Later
As the weeks have past, the exam have finally arrived, and the only chance of passing is approximately fifty-fifty chances of getting a Provisional Hero License.
As the whole class have arrived Aizawa gave a little lecture to his students.
"Time for our cheer!" Kirishima have said.
"Plus-"
"ULTRA!"
Someone from a different school have rudely interrupted the motivated cheer to which have always been the logo to UA academy. A tall student who supposedly from a different school have yelled out and was soon lectured about his unforgiven rudeness.
"OH! I'M SORRY!" He said deeply hit his head towards the ground. "I JUST LOVE FREAKIN UA!" he said with pure heart.
Seeing the hat he was wearing, it was the logo of the rivalry school of the west side of japan, Shiketsu High.
"Inasa Yoarashi..." Aizawa have announced his name. "He was under special recommendation for UA and his grades were good enough to enroll. For some reason, he decided to leave." Aizawa have fully explained to his class.
As for his quirk, it was strong.
