Reid is going to do whatever it takes to get Henry back.

I wasn't going to go that crazy with Madelyn. I was kind of mean to Reid in She-Wolf. At least he got a daughter he loved out of it.

Chapter 11 Tracking Reid and Madelyn

Agent Hotchner quickly got to work. "We need footage of cameras in the area. We need to find the car that Reid and Madelyn left in."

"I'll call Garcia," Morgan said pulling out his phone.

They did not have the plates. But make and model was better than nothing.

J.J. was still clearly upset over the situation. Will was doing his best to keep her calm.

"We need to profile her now as a stalker," Rossi said.

"Where would she go." Prentiss offered.

"She would want some place private." Morgan said.

"She would want something romantic," Prentiss added. "She's been romantically infatuated with Reid since the beginning."

"There is nothing else in her name." Hotch said.

"She has no known aliases," Rossi added. "Any alias she would devise would have a connection to Reid."

"Everything about this is focused on Reid, even with Henry." Morgan said.

"So, we need a victimology as well," Hotch said.

"His apartment," J.J. said out of the blue joining the group.

"His apartment," Hotch said.

"Madelyn used to watch Reid from across the street." J.J. explained. "She knew when he came home and turned out the lights. She said she pictured him there, reading."

"She wouldn't have enough time to drop off Henry there, unless she had an accomplice." Morgan said.

"She wouldn't work with anybody," Rossi said.

"She could get someone to help her unwittingly, like she did her aunt." Prentiss said. "If she's working with someone, they don't know it."

"She does have a charismatic nature about her. That was how she accomplished this." Hotch said.

"Right now, his apartment is the best shot," Hotch said. "Until we know otherwise, Morgan and Prentiss will head there."

Morgan and Prentiss nodded and then took off.

"What about us?" Rossi asked.

"We wait for word from Garcia or Reid." Hotch answered.

The agents returned to the mobile unit. There was nothing they could do for the time being.

Rossi and Hotch began working on a game plan for when they were contacted. Reid would leave them messages. Any calls coming in would need to be recorded.

Hotch's phone rang. "What do you have Garcia?"

"We got lucky," Garcia said. "I looked through the traffic cams. I have only one car that matches the description that Morgan gave me. Also, I got a partial plate."

"Put out a bolo. But do not engage." Hotch said. "If Madelyn is cornered, she may hurt Reid."

No one wanted to say that she would also cause harm to Henry. They still did not know where he was or what condition he was in.

Rossi approached Will and J.J. "You two should go home."

"Not until I have Henry back and Spence is safe." J.J. said.

"You understand we can't let you near her." Rossi said.

"We know," Will said.

One of the agents approached them. "Sir, traffic caught sight of the car. It is parked, no one inside. Here's the address."

"J.J., Will," Hotch said. "Go home."

"No," J.J. said.

"We'll stay back, we promise." Will said.

Hotch and Rossi knew there would be no changing their minds.

They both got into the SUV and headed to the address the car was parked at.

Hotch and Rossi immediately walked around the car. It was parked legally. It was parked to not gain attention.

"She changed transportation," Rossi said. "She's doing everything she can to cover her tracts."

Hotch was too angry to note how elaborate of a plan Madelyn had created.

Morgan and Prentiss went to Reid's building. They quickly divided when they reached the building.

Morgan circled the building. He was looking for any signs of Reid or Madelyn.

Prentiss went upstairs towards Reid's apartment. She pulled out the key to his apartment from her pocket and unlocked the door.

With her weapon drawn she entered the apartment and looked around. It didn't appear to be disturbed.

Slowly she made her way through the apartment. There were no signs of forced entry or of Henry being there.

Prentiss called Morgan. "There's no sign of them here."

"Same here," Morgan said. "We need to sit tight in case they come back this way."

Waiting right now was all that could be done.

No one on the team liked that.

Reid and Madelyn continued kissing.

Madelyn's hands roamed over Reid's body.

Reid forced himself not to cringe and to touch Madelyn in return.

Madelyn finally broke away. She let go a sigh as she looked at Reid.

Reid pulled back and did his best to look shy. He looked away and smiled slightly. "I haven't had much experience." He took her hand.

"That's okay, I don't mind teaching you a few things." Madelyn said. "We have time."

"I did want to say that I was sorry." Reid said caressing her hand. "I should have looked at you yesterday. I should have realized who you were."

"I smiled at you," Madelyn said.

"I remember," Reid said looking into Madelyn's eyes. "I guess I'm not used to woman liking me, I didn't think I was attractive or desirable."

Madelyn smiled back and placed a kiss on Reid's cheek. "You are handsome, I saw that the moment that you rescued me. It was just like a fairytale."

Reid resisted the urge to tell Madelyn the truth about fairytales.

"Come on, I think we should check on Henry." Madelyn said starting the car.
