Doody's POV
I walked down the hall to find Danny cause he promised to drop me off home, as I saw Danny at a locker and saw the girl walking away from him. It was Sandy! I hope she forgave him! "Oh come on!" He yelled. "Sandy!" He leaned on his back against the lockers. So I walked up to him.
"What's wrong Danny?" I asked.
He looked over at me.
"Nothing kid." He lied.
I let out a sigh.
"Was that Sandy? Did she forgive?" I asked her.
He shook his head no.
"Oh." I said quietly.
He smiled at me.
"Don't worry about it buddy." He said.
"But you love her." I said looking up.
"I do." He replied.
I had to ask!
"D-Danny, something's…been bothering me." I started.
"Oh, and?" He asked, crossing his arms to his chest.
"D-Did you lied to us?" I asked him.
"No of course not kiddo." He smiled.
But I didn't believe him for one second.
"It's just been bothering me for weeks because I felt like something was wrong, not right." I said.
He draped his arm around me as we walked out of the school.
"Don't worry about buddy," He told me. "She's just some chick, that's all."
"No she's not." I said looking at him. "Frenchy told me about her, to be honest Zuko….that girl is really special, I mean…a lot better than your past romance." I added as he let out a sigh.
"Doody…" He started.
"Even Putzie likes her." I added. "Well that's because he's Putzie, he likes nice girls." I said making him laughed.
"Anthony." He started.
I looked back up.
"I promise you that I'm fine." He lied.
"You sure?" I asked. "Because I can get Frenchy to talk to Sandy for ya."
He smiled at me.
"No, I'm fine." He said. "Don't worry about me kiddo." He said ruffling my hair.
I just let out a sigh.
"Alright." I said.
We walked to his car.
"So you and Putzie like her?" He asked me.
"Of course." I said getting in. "A real angel."
I mean, I never met but I knew there was something so special about the girl!
