Things have happened since our last message. My laptop that I was writing that contained EVERYTHING on the stories ended up crashing and ended up losing all of my information for my account here along with documents and so forth. The only way I can even get back anything is what was already published with the 3 stories. So right now I am pretty much starting over from scratch with "New Beginnings" where much like the previous ones started, Chuck at the beach and meets Hailey with her out of the box plan of meeting him lol. This time instead of 2006, it happens in 1999. The summer before he begins Stanford.
Which means that he won't date Jill, just remain good friends but he still will be hurt by the betrayal. Also some little things will come out as well on the way towards the "Chuck Pilot". What I am planning on doing is tie all three stories together at some point. With "An Extremely New Beginning" to cover from them meeting in 1999 up until the events in the 2nd story that started in 2006 through the Tango episode, the original story began sometime within a 2-4 week period after the Wookie mission with Carina. There is much work to be done and hoping to be able to get someone to beta if anybody is available to help out.
This will be a long process though, since starting from scratch. Basically I am gonna take what is written and copy/paste over it to make the necessary changes and corrections along with injecting some improvements as to what new ideas that came to mind after everything was done, such as certain scenes or situations that should have gone different than was originally written. Like for example the last few chapters of "An Extremely New Beginning" that shifted towards another arc that included some action missions and completely put Chuck/Hailey on the back burner. Stuff like that when writer's block hits and just trying to finish something instead of saving it for future time in story. Until then, let's try to survive 2021.
