Quickly, scrambling for there weapons, the three teens were soon being cornered in the room by approaching White Fang members, closing in from the crowd. Blake quickly looks around for an exit plan or an escape, when her eyes meet the power break." Close your eyes!" Blake yells as the two guys look. She aims her pistol with electrical Dust and fires into the power break, causing it to burn out in a bright flash of light. The warehouse fills with screams and scrambling Faunus members as the bright light caused them momentarily blindness. Roman and Neo, on top of the stage scramble around trying to find out what's happening as the darkness surrounding them.
" There!" Blake points to the catwalk and runs at it before jumping into the air by using her ribbon. Leonardo skids forward and uses his ninja training to use the wall of the warehouse to push him upwards. Sun follows last and causes the members of that area to sip as he drops a banana peel with a laugh.
On top of the catwalk now, Roman and Neo try looking up at it as they hear noises happening but are still blinded from everything Balke had done." UGH! STOP THEM, YOU ANIMALS! DON'T LET THEM ESCAPE!" Roman yells as Neo leads him towards the machine.
Back on top of the catwalk, the three fight there way down it, with Sun using his nunchucks to cause the White Fang members back, Leo slicing and swinging around the support beams and chains to push off members, and lastly, Blake using her semblance to get members stuck in her rock and ice clones.
The three had a clear shot towards the windows, hearing a machine start-up and were about to make there escape, till it was obstructed by a group of members and the White Fang Lieutenant." Oh, you aren't going anywhere. Adam's been waiting a long time to see you again." He narrows his eyes and holds up his chainsaw. Blake steps back, clutching her weapon as she presses her scroll right as he lunges at them.
Leo's sword crashes into the chainsaw as he grunts and tries bushing him back," You aren't keeping her here, anymore." He spat as Sun used his staff to trip up Jason and let Leo escape with him and Blake.
" NO!" Jason yells as Blake fires a bullet of Ice back at them, causing the catwalk to be covered in slick ice, right as they see a large machine charge at them.
The glass shatters as they crash through the window, trying to get as far away from the building as they can, till the machine comes crashing through the wall of the warehouse and begins chasing after them. The three raced and jump over the building's rooftops as the Paladin chases after them through the streets.
" We'll never be able to outrun this! Blake, we need back up! Calle everyone!" Leonardo yelled, looking back at the sight of the machine racing towards them.
" And make it fast!" Sun yelled.
" On it!" Blake called back, reaching for her scroll as Leonardo saw Blake and Sun beginning to turn a shade of purple and yellow, causing them to speed up. They were using there aura's to outrun Torchwick, but Leo hasn't yet. The paladin was catching up to Leonardo, no matter how fast the turtle tried. He thought he was sewer apples, till Blake looked back and her eyes widened," Leo!" She grabbed her weapon and shot outwards, catching Leo in his ninja armor and pull him forward towards the cat Faunus," Come on! We can lose him on the highway" She yelled as her scroll went off and she began to send her message to everyone.
" Everyone! If you can hear me! We need back-" Sun then yelled, getting them to move out of the way as the Paladin crashed towards them.
From Beacon's library, Weiss grabbed her scroll and jumped hearing that before connecting herself to Donatello and Ruby's coordinates to get there in time.
" They got a robot, and it's big, really big!" Sun yelled.
From the alleyways of Vale, Donnie pulled Ruby out of a garage pin, right as their scrolls went off and Ruby smirked hearing what was happening. They nodded at each other and ran off.
From Juniors place, Yang is on her bike, holding her scroll up as the two turtles and humans listen to it," The Torchwick guys in it-" The scroll cuts out as Yang looks worried, seeing the there auras depleting quickly.
" Where the heck are they?!-" Before the hot head turtle could finish, the three ran by with the machine hot on them.
" I think that was them"
" Yeah. I got it." Yang through on her helmet as Raph pulled Mikey on and the two-shot off with Mikey yelling and Neptune holding on for dear life as they chase after them. Back on the highway, the three fighters managed to get onto it by jumping onto cars to try and stay far from Roman, however it didn't stop Roman much as he in the mech could just slam and push cars out of his way like nothing. Soon the two hot heads on the motorcycle approach the paladin on its sides as it streaks down the street. Yang turns on her scroll for Raph and her to communicate together.
" Hey, hothead. We got trouble. We have gotta slow it down and they're auras are going low and I think your brothers' is gone." She told him as Neptune gave Yang a nod and grabbed his weapon.
" That's cause Leo doesn't have one!" Mikey yelled as Raph looked back towards Mikey, trying to keep pace with Torchwick.
" What?!" Yang and Neptune shouted.
" Look! Long story! Just keep this robot distracted! I got a plan!" The bike then crashed through the hologram sides and onto a path going higher into the air, leaving Mikey screaming and holding onto Raph.
Roman growled from inside the machine she heard the bike crash through the hologram, that's when he saw Yang and Neptune following him. Neptune grabbed his weapon right as Roman sped up and crashed into many cars, causing them to fly towards Yang and Neptune, while on the bike.
" Hold on!" Yang yelled as Neptune almost flew back. The bike shot through the street, trying to avoid the many cars coming towards them. Once, Neptune got his footing, he pulled out his gun and began frying electrical bullets into the Paladin. He then stood up and leaped forward after turning his gun into a trident and stepped it in the back. It didn't seem to do much till, Sun stopped and used his semblance, cause two clones of himself to try and stop the machine. They exploded on impact with no result.
" Go ahead of me!" Sun yelled and jumped back to save his teammate, only to have to two be violently knocked off the highway, and lose there aura's.
From inside the machine, Roman laughed as he saw the two fly off the railing," Oh the joy in screams! That should be a song," He grinned, only to stop when he heard an engine coming at him. His eyes widened as he saw the shell cycle, in the air, aiming to hit him. The wheel crashed into the glass, making the Paladin stumble back on the road and trip over as Mikey used his updated weapon to trip and burn the robots lower half.
" That's how a turtle do!" Mikey laughed as the two drove off," I knew we were smarter than them!" Mikey snickered, only for their eyes to widened as they heard the Paladin with an angry Roman inside coming at them.
" Nevermind.." Raph hissed and tried speeding up towards Yang." What's the plan, blonde?" Raph said.
" Follow us!" Yang yelled as she sped up. From the front, Leo and Blake looked as Weiss leap off ahead of them from a highway top. The Paladin races towards Weiss as Yang and Raph moved out of the way, only for Weiss to stab the ground, forming a sheet of ice and sending the robot off the edge to the bottom of the highway where Ruby and Donatello stood, holding their weapons in their hands, ready to fight. The six came down from the highway top, holding their weapons as well ready to fight.
" We're in trouble now," Mikey said, looking up towards the Paladin with a smirking Torchwick inside it.
" We need to find his weakness. This is a prototype." Donatello started before Ruby got an idea.
" I know just the thing!" Ruby looked towards her team and nodded," Freezerburn!" Ruby and Blake shot back as the turtles watched Yang shoot up into the air as Weiss stabbed the ground causing a sheet of ice to form under the coming down and slamming her fist into the ice, causing a cloud of mist to form and burn out the machines laser grid on it. Roman growled looking around. Mikey's eyes sparkled as he looked towards his brothers," Guys! Can we do this! Raph! Me and you! We can be the...wait for it...Punch line!"
" Later!" Raph yelled," Be what you are; a ninja!" He yelled, before smirking as Yang flipped over him and into the cloud of smoke. He swore she saw him wink again at him. The four turtles disappeared into the mist and began messing with Torchwick and the machine. Hitting him from the back only for him to become irritated and begin to fire. Missing the two teams as they flew by. Then, it lands a hit on Blake and Yang was hit back as Ruby shot forward for an attack. The two girls flew back, only to be caught by Leo and Raph. They quickly thanked him when they heard Ruby again." Checkmate!" Blake and Weiss nodded as they shot forward, causing Roman to move back as they pushed him.
" Go for the joints!" Donatello yelled after using his weapon to propel himself forward and swipe at the machine. Weiss nodded at him and stepped into the machine. Its joints screeched and it was about to crush Blake when Weiss summoned a glyph and pulled her back. The heiress's eyes widen when she saw Donatello on the Paladin.
" Donatello!" Weiss shouted as Torchwick's machine gripped onto the turtle and sent him flying, however, he was saved by a white and black glyph. Holding him like a net." T-Thanks Weiss.." He chuckled.
" You're welcome. And stay close!... Please" She tried to say nicer as behind her Leo and Raph dashed forward, weapons fully out.
" Hey! Nobody hurts our brother!" Raph hollered as he and Leo went up into the air and stabbed down into the sides of Torchwick's machine.
" You've freaks have been a thorn in my side for too long!" Torchwick shouted and slammed down on a button, causing many lasers to begin to fire off. Raph and Leo's eyes widened as they flipped off the machine, but the rockets came firing at them. Then, Weiss fired at Blake, causing a glyph to form under her. The rockets come firing at her till the time glyph sped her up. Everyone watched as she quickly cut down each rocket like it was nothing. Leo used the Ribbon to shoot himself forward as Ruby shot by Blake," Ladybug!" She shouted as Leonardo went for the top of the machine, using the pillars to get around like trees. Ruby and Blake went from the bottom, cutting and slicing at the Paladin's legs in a circular motion. Ruby shot into the air with Blake as she grabbed onto Leonardo's hand. Torchwick looked up and his eyes widened as the three came crashing down and broke the machine arm off.
Finally, Yang was up. She took a running start and leaped into the air, slamming her fist into the machines' backside many times.
" Blondie! Don't take all the fun now!" Raph said as he turned his sias's into its gun form and jumped into the air, firing bullets into the machine and stabbing it. Roman growled, becoming enraged, the machine began to shake and Yang's eyes widened, she quickly shoved Raph off as she threw three pillars and smacked against the at one." YANG!"
Yang fell off the pillar, only for Roman to punch her straight threw another one. Raph's eyes widened as he realized why she did that. Everyone else however was left speechless.
" Yang!" Blake yelled.
" Is she okay?" Leo looked toward Ruby only for Raph to chuckle.
" Smart move xiao long." Raph smiled," This'll hurt him." Ruby nodded.
" With each hit she gets stronger, and she uses that energy to fight back! That's what makes her special!" The Paladin came stomping forward and threw a punch aimed at Yang, however she catch the punched aimed for her, stopping it cold. Before, she sent one right back into it, exploding the air off into many pieces as er eyes burned red.
" Your sister is so cool!" Mikey yelled," And she's a hothead like Raph!" Mikey snickered. Yang was then kicked into by the mech and shot past the two teams. Ruby's eyes widened as she called out to Blake and Yang.
" Bumblebee!" She called as Blake threw out her ribbon for Yang, who grabbed tightly onto it. Blake swung her forward like a ball of fire. Blake slammed Yang into the robot, sending it stumbling backward." We need to slow it down!"
"And how do you propose we do that?" Weiss questioned.
" Go for the bottom of the machine! Its legs would take it down quickly! Does your team have an attack for that?" Donatello asked quickly as Ruby grinned and nodded quickly.
" Ice Flower!" Ruby grinned and twirled around as Weiss ready a shot. Forming a row of three ice glyphs, she nodded towards the turtles," Go help Yang and Blake!" She smiled, before becoming formal Ruby took the shot, firing bullets of ice into Roman's mech, slowly it down as the turtles came crashing forward, keeping the machine in place as Blake swung Yang around one finale time, creating a ring of fire before slamming a killing blow into the mech. Causing it to fly back and cripple into tiny pieces on the ground.
Roman raised from the dust and angrily dusted himself off from the wreckage he was stuck in," Just got this thing cleaned." He hissed angrily. Only to look at the team of eight before him. Clearly, the odds weren't in his favor tonight. However, before the shot could hit him, it bounced off something with a fiery explosion. From behind a parasol, they could see it was the tiny girl from the docks that night. Roman placed a hand over the girl's shoulder and grinned.
" Ladies, freaks, Ice Queen. Always a pleasure~" He tipped his hat towards them," Neo if you would..." He smirked as she bowed, setting Raph and Yang off as they still wanted a rematch after the dock incident.
" Hey, snowcone! Better hope you won't melT-!" Raph shouted, only for the two to shatter into the glass right in front of them."...shatter.." Raph's eyes widened as Yang looked around in confusion. He realized she was the girl from that day who was on top of the roofs, who shattered into the glass once she hit the floor. Like Noe just did..."
The noise from the bullhead's engine alerted everyone to the site of Roman and Neo getting away from the fight and into the night sky.
" So I guess he got a new henchman." Yang hissed.
" That girl...That cheating little girl! Why didn't we know it was her!" He growled in irritation.
" Yeah, she really-" Mikey was about to say a pun when Weiss ended up having the same idea as he did.
" I guess you could say she made our plans...fall apart?" Weiss tried joking.
" No. Just no." Yang deadpanned.
" What? But you do it!"
" At least, Yang doesn't steal jokes!" Mikey said.
Weiss huffed," No it was not!" As the three argued Donatello, Leonardo, Blake, and Ruby made they're way towards the wreck of the machine that was left. Donatello squatted down before examining what was left of the broken mech.
" Can you keep any of this, Donnie?" Leo asked, looking over it.
" I'm not sure if I can. What I've found out from Atlas's history with tech, they track most of their machines. Roman will be in trouble for taking the military machines after he busted it this badly. I can't take any parts if we want to get in trouble." Donatello got up as Weiss came over and sweetly joked.
" Studying the history books I gave you?"
Donatello chcukled and rubbed the back of his head," Uh-yeah! They're pretty interesting actually!"
As Donatello and Weiss talked, Leonardo looked at his team, seeing Yang help Raph to his feet and smiled saying something too him, he looked towards Blake who was glaring down at the machine.
" Blake?" She stopped at looked towards him.
" We'll get them next time. We have the information to stop them." He stated. She sighed and looked down again.
" Sure..." Blake soon walked off, wanting to get back to Beacon as soon as possible. He wanted to go after her but he knew the best that everyone needed there spae after something like this.
" Don't worry Leo." Ruby smiled, placing a hand on his shoulder blade," We'll make sure Blake will be okay."
" Yeah, dude! She has all of us to make sure she's not alone, plus I think she really likes hanging with kitty!" Mikey tried cheering up Leo, who chuckled softly and wrapped an arm around Mikey, tightly.
" Alright," He hummed," Now what was this about combo names?" The leader tried humoring his younger brother.
" Well, I was thinking! After seeing their cool moves, which you have t show me again Rubes! I was thinking maybe something like..." As the team of eight began walking off home to Beacon, as well to find Sun and Neptune, from top of the highway's over top stood a familiar mint hair girl and a lanky, silver hair boy.
" What a show that was. Bra-vo." Mercury clapped slowly as Emerald groan.
" Mercury, take this seriously. Do you really want Cinder to yell at us again?" Emerald raised a brow at him as Mercury shrugged.
" Lighten up, Em. Can't I have fun on the job?"
" You can do that on our own time, but if you think your gonna make this into some kind of joke then-"
" That would make you the punchline, won't it?"
The two straightened up as from above a figure came down, a large figure. From the moon's light, it revealed to be the large mutant, Tiger claw.
" Pity, they send children on missions hear." He snarled as from above-stood Cinder.
" Oh, claw. They aren't so terrible as you think," She smirked as the tiger helped the fair maiden to the lower level," But I am disappointed you aren't taking this seriously, Mercury."
The lanky boy groaned," Cinder, when are we actually going to do some action? I've been dying out here for weeks, for some crime or violence."
" Patience boy. You'll get your time." Tigerclaw huffed.
" Oh, dear. He reminds me of you now, doesn't he?" Cinder smirked as Emerald walked up to Cinder holding her scroll for her.
" We got plenty of pictures of the teams fighting. Roman and Neopolitan should be returning to the base soon enough." Emerald informed her as Cinder skimmed through the picture till she stopped at the last one and handed the others towards Tiger Claw.
" These...creatures...are the ones you are looking for?"
Tiger claw hummed, which turned into a snarl," I've almost killed them all before. But they had help back in New York...now they are alone." He grinned toothily.
" What a shame." Cinder remarked." You two say you're itching to explore Vale?" She smirked and tossed a pamphlet into Mercury's chest," Check out this bookstore. Jason says you may enjoy it~" Cinder grinned." We're moving operations underground soon. The witch of the west has new plans for us all if we're going to help your master back to this domain.
