Olivia sat next to Jenny's bed after Rollins left.

"You need to go home," Jennifer told her.

"I don't think you should be alone," Olivia said.

Jennifer looked at the IV in her arm, then back at her sister.

"You were really mad earlier," Olivia said. "You really think Ryan would have done that after all the years of being your best friend?"

"He's the only one that knew before the first attack, Liv," she said.

"He's really protective of you," Olivia told her. "It just seems uncharacteristic to betray you like that."

"You not wanting me to be alone isn't the only reason for staying, is it?" Jennifer questioned.

"No," Olivia admitted. "The doctor asked me tell you this because she thinks it should be told to you by family."

"What is it?" Jennifer asked.

Olivia took a breath.

"You're—"

"Aunt Jenny!" Noah yelled, running into the hospital room. Rollins following him in. He saw her condition. "They hurt you…"

"Yeah, but I'll be okay," Jenny said. She forced a smile even though it hurt.

"Can you give us a minute, sweetie?" Olivia asked. "Then you can talk to her all you want afterwards."

"Okay mom," he said. He walked out of the room with Rollins.

"What is it you need to tell me Liv?"

"Jenn, you're pregnant," Olivia told her.

Jenn looked at Olivia, then at her abdomen.

"They're sure?" She asked.

"Yeah," Olivia said.

"I just realized something," Jennifer said.

"What's that?"

"You said you adopted him after his mom died and that you worked on her case, right?"

"Yeah," she said.

"Then was he a product like we were, wasn't he?"

"Yeah."

"We all are," Jennifer said. Jenny looked at the doorway. "You don't let it affect you when you raise him, right?"

"No, I don't," Olivia said.

"I'm going to love him or her no matter what and treat them better than my mom ever did," she said. She looked back to the door. "Can we wait to tell Noah?"

"I think that's a good idea, actually," Olivia said.

"Can I talk to him now?"

Olivia walked out of the room. Within a few seconds, Noah ran in. He sat up on her hospital bed, next to her.

"I wish you could've went with me," he told her.

"Me too," she said.

"I love you, Aunt Jenny," he told her.

"I love you, too, Noah," she said.

"I'm gonna head out," Victor told Rollins and Fin. "Gonna check on Ryan. He got really upset at what Jennifer told him."

"Do you think she might be right?" Rollins asked.

"No way," Fin said. "Like you said, he wouldn't even tell us."

Clark took out his phone and dialed Ryan's number. There was no answer.

"That's weird," Victor said.

"What is?"

"He didn't answer his phone," he said. "I dropped him off at my house over an hour ago."

"Maybe he's in the shower," Rollins said.

"He takes showers in the morning," Clark said. "It helps him wake up."

"Why don't you track his phone?" Fin asked.

"Good idea," Clark said.

They put his number into the tracking system. Clark stared at the computer.

"That doesn't make sense," Clark said.

Ryan was downing a beer in a bar.

"Hey Ryan," Clark said, sitting next to him.

Ryan looked at him.

"What do you want, Victor?" He asked with a slurred voice. He was drunk.

"You told me that you never drink," he told him.

"Yeah, well," Ryan started, "my best friend never hated me before either." He doesn't look at him. "Another one." The bartender gave him another beer.

"She doesn't hate you, Ryan," he said.

"She thinks I told that piece of sh-sauerkraut that she's a product of rape," he took another drink, "when I didn't."

"Wow," Clark said with a laugh, "even when you're drunk, you try not to curse."

"Shut up," Ryan said. He went to take another drink, but Victor took it away from him. "What the hell are you doing?!"

"Saving you from getting alcohol poisoning," Victor told him. "I'm taking you home."

"No," he said.

"Get up," Victor told him.

"Leave me alone," Ryan said, "and give me back my beer!"

Victor looked over and saw a trashcan. Her threw it and it landed in the trashcan with sound of the glass breaking.

"That's it!" Ryan said. "I'm out of here!" He stood up and started to stumble. Victor caught him before he fell.

"Let's get you home," Victor said. He held him up as he walked to his car.
