Is Zerg a Quirk

Okay so a few people have asked a couple questions regarding this story so I'll go ahead and answer them.

Q: When will they start attending UA? A: it will be the next year from the story POV so there will be a training montage or something to help pass the time.

Q: Will there be cute Zerg running about? A: Yes there will be Zerg running about but I'm not too sure about considering them cute.

Q: Is it gonna be Bakugo x Kirishima? A: yeah it will be.

Q: Will the USJ still happen? A: Probably yes.

On with the story!

Chapter 13: Recovery

Bakugo swore bloody murder as he dodged away from a flying car wheel. "YOU FUCKING BASTARD EXTRA ILL FUCKING MURDER YOU!"

"Calm down brat." Aizawa grunted in annoyance as Enginium and Miss Joke used two pairs of Bolas to restrain the badly burnt and unconscious villain while the police cordoned off the area with hazard tape and a team went into the sewers to secure whoever was left down there. Of course a certain explosive blonde had followed upon hearing that a insectoid girl who looked like a zerg was fighting alongside heroes.

"Who the fuck is...DEKU?!" Baku shouted in shock pain seeing the badly burnt girl who looked like someone put her face to a belt grinder. She was situated on a large sheet of metal with a blanket draped loosely over her. The blanket was already torn in several sections. With a duel burst of explosions from his hands Bakugo shot at the girl, skidding to a stop on his ass, barely avoiding Aizawa's capture scarf.

"Which fucking bastard did this to you." The explosive blonde growled. "Fist Aunty fucking sold you to prison now this?!"

"Calm down or I'll knock you out myself. Now how do you know my ward?" Aizawa growled protectively as his capture scarf twisted about him like a viper ready to strike.

"She's my cousin you shitty extra! I was told she died over ten years ago by my bitch aunty!" Bakugo snapped.

"You're acting irrational but given the circumstances it's expected of a civilian." Aizawa droned as he knelt down next to Izumi and pulled out some bandages. "Move out of the way or help. Your choice."

"Give me that." Bakugo snapped as he snatched away the bandages and carefully set them down on Izumi's chest. "Now watch."

Aizawa barely raised an eyebrow, say he did and he'd kill you, at how several small zerg began to unravel the bandages and started to run the around the worst injuries.

"They're somewhat sentient. Not the first time this has happened either. When we were kids I hurt her, badly." Bakugo muttered, mostly to himself, but Aizawa heard him. "I didn't mean to blow her fingers off but I did, her zerg were able to use parts of her hat to bandage the area while it healed. I just hope this heals back like her fingers did."

"So you bullied her." Aizawa frowned as he watched the zerg do just as Bakugo said and bandage the worst of the injuries.

"Not like that. Call her a Deku bug yes, attack her? No, she's family." Bakugo sighed as he took another offered roll of bandages from Aizawa and placed them where the zerg could easily get to them. "So, who are you anyway you shitty extra?"

"I'm Eraser-head the pro hero. Izumi here's my ward." Aizawa stated. "Now who are you?"

"I'm Katsuki Bakugo." The explosive blonde stated with a confident smirk that was marred by worry for his cousin. "Future number one hero."

"Not with that attitude." Aizawa stated simply. "shape up or give up on your dream, there are enough arrogant tryhards already."

"YOU WANNA DIE SHITTY HOBO!?" Bakugo snapped.

"Ka...c-chan." Izumi muttered softly, her voice scratchy and harsh.

"Izumi I'm here." Bakugo hushed as he held her remaining hand. "Don't worry Itoko, everything will be fine."

[LATER]

It was with a low groan of pain that Izumi gained consciousness. The sterile white walls and beeping on monitors easily gave away the nature of the room she was in. As she slowly pulled herself into a sitting position she noticed quite quickly two important things. Firstly there was a clear plastic wall around her about meter or so away from her bed, the next was Momo was cuddled upto her side and had obviously been crying if the small wet patch on her arm was an indication. A small flying zerg reminiscent of a wasp with a honeycomb for a tail flew above her, screeched then landed on her leg before curling up.

"Oh good you're awake." A man in a doctor's coat stated as he walked into the room, careful not to disturb the plastic barrier. "You've been our for four days, we have to section you off to prevent your zerg from running loose in the hospital after your first night here."

"Which hospital is this?" Izumi asked as Momo clutched to her side tighter.

"Musatafu ward hero hospital." The doctor answered as he began to look over a clipboard by the door. " You came in with 4th degree burns over your arms and face, 3rd degree on your chest and legs and one hand was completely gone. You're lucky you have such a rapid regeneration aspect to your quirk or your be in here for another six months."

"Cool." Izumi muttered before a small army of zerg rushed out from under the furniture in the plastic barrier and swarmed onto her legs, the smallest was the size of a large ant but the biggest was cat sized and had four curved tusks on its head and six legs ending in elephant like feet. "Aren't you adorable." She crooed as she patted the larger zerg species. The zerg crooned under the attention before flopping onto its stomach and tried to get comfortable on the shredded blanket at the foot of the bed.

"Erm yes. It is." The doctor stated uncertainly. "Your guardian, a mister Aizawa will be here shortly to pick you up."

"Sure." Izumi muttered distractedly as she played with the zerg. The smallest, the Zerglings seemed to of started running in small circles in joy while the hydralisks kept rubbing their heads against her legs like small cats.

"IZUMI YOU DEKU BUG!" Bakugo shouted as he literally booted down the door.

"For the love of Kami kid, stop doing that." The doctor snapped.

"Shut up! That's my cousin you shitty extra!" Bakugo snapped.

"Kachan!" Izumi shouted in joy. She hadn't seen him in years, he certainly had grown up physically but still had his mother's temper and attitude. The zerg she had been fawning over seemed to pout at the lack of attention and began to nudge Momo's arm.

"What the hell were you thinking?!" Bakugo shouted. " You could of been killed." He stomped through the plastic barrier ripping a large hole in it.

"Quiet. Too early." Momo groaned as she created then threw a stuffed Pomeranian that looked simular to Bakugo at the explosive teen. " Go annoy your boyfriend." With that she flopped back onto the bed and cuddled the zerg which started to croon once more.

"Well I would but he's been dragged into getting coffee with long ears." Bakugo scoffed.

"Wait, boyfriend?" Izumi asked.

"YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT?!" Bakugo shouted as the doctor tried to round up the larger zerg that had escaped.

"Nope. This is Momo, my girlfriend." Izumi stated as she nodded her head to the sleeping girl. "She's probably the only one asides my birth mum that the zerg like."

"I can tell." Bakugo growled as he gestured to a the hydralisk chewing on his shoe lace.

"Bad hydralisk. Not food." Izumi scolded making the zerg flinch and rush under the bed. "Sorry kachan."

"Whatever. Shitty bugs." Bakugo growled in annoyance. " You still planning on going to UA?"

"Of course I am, I mean originally when I was tossed in Tarterus, I had to give up on the idea, liked the thought of being a vigilante for a while tho." Izumi admitted.

"Even thrown into a hellhole and you want to be a hero." Bakugo shook his head as a blue skinned man with a flat topped head and large eyes in a black suit with a white puff of fabric pinned by a large nail quickly ducked into a room and into the cupboard near the door.

"Don't tell her." The man hissed in a thick Transylvanin accent.

"Watashi no ai dracy where are you?" An overweight brown haired woman with a face not even a mother could love asked as she peaked in through the doorway. The doctor jumped in fright as did the zerg and Bakugo who recoiled in disgust. Izumi merely frowned slightly haven seen worse during her illegal imprisonment. "Maybe the next floor." She sighed before skipping off.

"Is she gone?" The terrified blue skinned man asked as he cautiously peaked out.

"She is." Bakugo stated in sympathy. "That is why I prefer guys."

"Blasted woman with her flabby neck flabs, almost as bad as van Hellsing." The man grumbled as he stormed off in disgust. "Chocola where are you my little girl?" He called as he went in the opposite direction to the woman. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHH YOU AGAIN!!!!" with a scream he ran past the door again, the woman from before chasing him.

"That poor man." The doctor shuddered in disgust.
