That's a tough one. Given the Siege of Mandalore, the clones beat Maul's Mandalorians. But since they were aided by Mandalorians, it could be different if they weren't there. If it was two armies with just soldiers facing against each other, I would say Mandalorians. But if the clones had their ships and walkers, I would say clones.
As for Huntsmen and Huntresses, that's even harder. Each Huntsman and Huntress has different weapons and Semblances. The clones would lose no doubt, since their shots wouldn't immediately break an Aura. As for the Mandalorians, it would be harder to kill them (given their Beskar armor and fighting skills). They might be evenly matched, I dare say. Huntsmen and Huntresses may kill Grimm on a daily basis, but the average Huntsman and Huntress rarely fights against other people.
