Fear of Scary Things and Broken Relationships - Bloopers and Outtakes

I've decided to put an extra chapter in it, just for fun. I had that crazy idea since the beginning of what it would like when the mayoralty of the story was recorded with a complete team of cameras under the leadership of a director.

Bloopers and Outtakes

"Let me get this straight, you want to follow us a whole day, trying to make a movie of us, even when we are on a mission while we have to follow some kind of script?"

"That's correct. We want to follow you during the day. We'll set up a camera teams in the tower and a few more in the city. If necessary, we'll put some more all across the country."

"Right, and why exactly do you want to make a movie of us?"

"To show the fans how you teenage superheroes live throughout the day. Everyone knows the Teen Titans, but nobody knows what you're doing on daily bases."

Robin took a glance over his shoulder, getting an approval nod from the other Titans. "Fine. But don't enter the training room, evidence room or our private rooms unless you got our permission. Especially Raven's room. Understand?"

"Why not?"

Raven glared at the director. "Don't even think about it. You invade our privacy and you will experience this day that agonizing that you will remember it in death. That is a promise."

"I... think that you are making a very clear statement. No entering your privacy."

"Good, you wanna start tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow at seven."

"Very well."

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"I swear, the only thing I've found is a small bit of tofu!"

"And I'm not eating tofu!"

"Please friends, why are you not trying my newfound pudding of bonding? It has lots of both of your ingredients and great additions of cheese and mustard."

Both Beast boy and Cyborg stared at Starfire who was holding a large bowl, containing a light brown odd looking substance. It took more than a few moments when realization drowned Cyborg's mind. "Are you telling me that you've used all the bacon we've for that? Combined with tofu?! Like hell I'll eat that!"

Star looked shocked at first. Then tears started to appear while she was getting angry. "I will not allow that you are yelling at me like that!" She threw the bowl at Cyborg face. "Here! I demand you to eat it this instant!"

Cyborg was all covered with brown pudding while Starfire keeps yelling at him. Beast Boy almost died of laughter.

"Cut! We've a break of 30 minutes."

Raven entered the room and saw the scene for a second, ignored it and went to the kitchen to make some tea. "Surprise me that it didn't happen much earlier."

"Cu...! Really?"

-o-o-o-o-

"He even didn't go to the circus. That Raven didn't go with us is one thing, but Robin? He just said that he ain't time for it and that he hate clowns. I don't get it," Cyborg said.

Beast Boy shrugged out of frustration. "Yeah, we've tried everything! We even asked him to play videogames with us and he just ignored us like we don't even exist!"

Raven rolled her eyes as she turned around with her mug of thee "Why am I not surprised." She took her seat on the table and took a sip.

Beast Boy shot her a look. "Oh yeah? Like you did anything to help him! All you've done is sticking your nose in those stupid books and lock yourself up in your dark room!"

"Better than staying here and being annoyed by your pathetic charms, watching your drooling before eating fake food and making a mess in the kitchen while listen to your bad jokes and games. Not to mention the traces of furballs and animal droppings you left behind."

Cyborg fall of his chair, rolling on the floor laughing who was joined by Starfire within seconds while Beast Boy was getting angry. "What...?! You take that back!"

"Cut!"

"What, you don't like my point of view?"

"Cut! Guys, can we just move on without making a fight?"

-o-o-o-o-

"What, don't you ever try something new?" Robin's and Raven's icy glares remained. Jinx starts to feel uncomfortable while Robin hold her by her collar. After a moment she became nervous and she try to avoid the cold glares, only to catch Cyborg's one. It took another moment when she finally give in. "Alright! I heard about some guy who's obsessed with fear so I buy one single vial of his gas! Happy now?! It took all the money we've got," she muttered the latter.

"Who?" Raven coldly demanded.

"Scarecrow," Robin scowled.

Jinx eyes widened. "Huh?"

Jinx Was about to continue when Cyborg cut her off as he scratched the back of his head. "A scarecrow? How on earth can a straw man being alive? And making gas?"

Robin lost it and turned to Cyborg. "Because he's Scarecrow! That's why! You wanna see him for real?! Then get your metal ass to Gotham City and you'll know!"

Cyborg jumped away from Robin, trying to shield himself of his outburst.

"Very informative Boy Blunder."

"That was my point," Robin scowled.

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I sense someone, someone with little emotions. Very little emotions."

Robin didn't move. "It's him."

"Alright... then why do I sense that he is surprised right now, on a positive way that is."

"That's because I didn't know that Robin is in Gotham," a dark gravel voice said from the shadows behind them. Both Robin and Raven turned around to meet a tall dark man who stepped out the shadows. "It's good to see you Robin." He then slightly turned to the girl. "Raven."

"I which I could say the same," Robin blurted out.

"That's your problem, not mine," Batman graveled.

Raven rolled her eyes. "So much for family reunion."

"Cut!"

-o-o-

"Alright... then why do I sense that he is surprised right now?"

"That's because I didn't know that Robin is in Gotham," a dark gravel voice said from the shadows behind them. Both Robin and Raven turned around to meet a tall dark man who stepped out the shadows. "It's good to see you Robin." He then slightly turned to the girl. "Raven."

"Wow, I didn't expected that you actually know my name," Raven deadpanned.

"Not only that, I also know that you are only half human."

Raven shot Batman a death glare. "What did you just say?"

"Cut!"

-o-o-

"That's because I didn't know that Robin is in Gotham," a dark gravel voice said from the shadows behind them. Both Robin and Raven turned around to meet a tall dark man who stepped out the shadows. "It's good to see you Robin." He then slightly turned to the girl. "Raven."

Raven turned to Robin. "Can we go now? I don't like him."

"Is it because you're half demon?"

Raven eyes widened in pure shock. She stood frozen in place, speechless.

"CUT! Wait... you're a demon?!"

Raven glared at Batman. "One more word from any of you and I'll show you a demon."

"..."

-o-o-

"It's good to see you Robin." He then slightly turned to the girl. "Raven."

An evil grin appeared of Raven's face. "Nice to meet you too Bruce."

Batman's eyed widened, shocked that she knew more about him than he had ever thought.

"CUT! For Christ sake try to be nice for once! We are not waiting for World War Three!"

-o-o-o-o-

The car's roof slides open to the front, reveling the interior with only two seats. "Get in," Batman said as he walked around the Batmobile before he jumped in to it, taking the seat behind the wheel. Seeing no other options but sharing the seat with Robin, she rolled her eyes and followed her leader and sat down right next to him. Only one thing could make things worse.

"Buckle up." Raven inwardly groaned and reached to the seatbelts behind her and handled it over to Robin, who immediately fastened it, pressing them more against each other. Batman hit the accelerator and both birds were pressed into back of the chair.

It took a few moments when Robin placed a hand on Raven's leg. She eyed him. "Keep your hands off me."

"Why?"

"Because your life depends on it."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"I don't think so."

"Cut!"

-o-o-

Batman hit the accelerator and both Robin and Raven were pressed into back of the chair.

In a few moments Robin leaned against Raven. She shot daggers at him. "Get off me, now."

"Why should I?"

"Because I'll sent you and Bat Brain to another dimension."

"Cut!"

"But you're so cozy!"

"Cut!"

"And so warm!"

Raven had a hard time to hide her blush underneath her hood.

"CUT! Guys, get a room!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I see that you have put some upgrades on Batmobile."

"You always have to keep up. I've a new one but it's in repair as we speak, forcing me to take this one."

"A new one? Why?"

"This one is getting old, it has seen lots of action. The Batwing and the Batcycle are replaced too."

"What?! You can't do that! It's the most awesome ride you've ever had and will in the future! I bet that the other one isn't as awesome as this one!"

"I don't care. It's my decision, not yours."

"Party pooper," Robin muttered.

"I hope you realize that you're misery failed by imitating the Joker."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"Raven, close your eyes."

Raven was a taken aback by Batman's command. "What? Why?"

"Close your eyes till I say that you can open it."

Raven rolled her eyes. "And here I thought that we know everything about each other."

Robin raised an eyebrow. "Like what?"

"That the Batcave is basically the basement of Wayne Manor."

Batman hit the brakes, hard.

"Cut! C'mon guys, I like to...! Wait, what?"

-o-o-o-o-

"Batgirl I assume?"

"Yep, she's alright."

Batgirl smiled the moment when she saw Robin and his mysterious partner. Batman stepped aside and allow her to meet the young visitors. "Robin, it's nice to see you again, has been a while."

"It's good to see you too." Robin gestured to Raven. " Batgirl, this is Raven. Raven, meet Batgirl."

Batgirl took a closer look at her before eying Robin. "Your new girlfriend?"

Robin was taken aback while a mischievous grin appeared at Raven's face. "Maybe, why, jealous?"

Batgirl glared at Robin as she folded her arms. "After what he did to us, you can keep him."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I can open a portal which leads into my room. I memorize the locations where I opened a portal so I can return to help you to capture the Scarecrow."

Batman glared down, as if he was in thoughts. Raven could tell that Batman wasn't very happy that someone could enter the Batcave that easily. "I know what you are thinking, and I know that your secrets must be keep as it is."

Batman pondered Raven's words for a moment. "What do you know about me?" he eventually asked.

"That you shared your bed with supermodels but prefer Catwoman, Talia or Zatanna for example," Raven grinned.

"Cut! And, what?"

Batman shot her a glare while Robin rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Ugh, can't you guys just get over with?"

"What's the fun in that."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

This is a part that also didn't made the story. There was no director or any camera nearby because of private reasons and the consequences by Raven when invading it.

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"You're more than an empath and a magician, aren't you?" It was more a statement than a question.

"What makes you think that?" Raven asked while Robin raised an eyebrow, curious about Batman's theory.

"Ever heard of Etrigan?" Batman asked.

Raven raised an eyebrow. "I have read about him, a demon captured inside a human, Blood if I recall it correctly."

"James Blood, he's a friend of mine and so is Etrigan. When I see you, I see something familiar with them, items included."

Raven was getting annoyed. "So that's where you got your theory, being friends with a demon and its host. How startling."

"That's not all."

"Elucidate me."

"Not now. We've other matters at hand."

"Like what?"

"Your friends."

Raven rolled her eyes. "Fine."

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"Cyborg, we are already inside the Tower, heading for Beast Boy's room."

"O-kay, I'm on my way." A confusing looking Cyborg on the screen responded.

When the three of them stopped just before Beast Boy's room's door they didn't wait very long when Cyborg appeared around the corner. His eye widened in uttermost surprise when he saw the Dark Knight himself. "Wow... Batman? Is that really you?"

"How are they doing?" he asked with his trademark gravel.

Cyborg didn't overcome the great surprise of the fact that one and only Batman, the Dark Knight, the greatest detective on the world was inside the Titans Tower. After a few moments of silence Batman was getting impatience. "Still waiting."

Cyborg yelped as he jumped in chock. He then glanced down before glancing at the three of them with a sweat droplet on his forehead. "Uhm, will you guys excuse me? I need to go to the bathroom before my systems' getting wet." He raced through the hallways, heading for the bathroom.

Both Robin and Raven looked awkwardly at each other before looking up at Batman who glared down at the birds. "I don't think he's much of help."

Raven gazed at the direction where Cyborg had disappeared. "For once, I agree."

"Cut! Looks like we're having a break of 30 minutes."

-o-o-o-o-

Robin sat down on the floor diagonally behind Beast Boy. "Look, I have something for you to help you with your fear." Beast Boy slightly turned a bit at the direction of Robin while Raven took her place behind him. "Really, what's that?" "It's a medicine, an injection to make you better. It might sting a little but I want you to trust me to give it to you."

Beast Boy started to shake by fear. "An injection?! Dude no! I hate shots! I hate shots! I hate shots! Please don't do this to me! I hate it!"

Robin rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Beast Boy, you sound like Harley Quinn! I don't care if you hate it or not, so be a man and take the shot!"

"But I'm only 14. And who's that Harlequin?"

"It's Harley Quinn, she's a criminal in Gotham City. And you're 15 for two months by now."

Beast Boy turned around and looked confused at him with sad eyes. "You knew? But how...and why didn't you tell the others? And why didn't we have a party?"

"Two names, Slade and Terra."

Tears appeared in Beast Boy's eyes. He dropped on Robin's shoulder while weeping Terra's name.

Both Robin and Raven rolled their eyes. "Nice work Boy Blunder," they simultaneously said.

"Ugh... cut! I guess we've another break of 30 minutes."

-o-o-o-o-

"The titanium needle is design to penetrate the skin of alligators and crocodiles with ease, it should be able to penetrate Tamaranean skin." Batman said.

Robin frowned as he turned his head a bit. "I should've known that you've checked the background of the Titans."

Raven created a wall of black energy right in front of Batman who walked right into it. "So, that's why you know so much about me. Checking our background in every single way you can think of. You went inside the restricted files of the Titans database, didn't you."

Batman rubbed his sore nose before glaring at Raven. "No. Batgirl did at my request."

Raven's illuminated icy cold glare shot daggers at Batman's cowl. "Once we are back in Gotham, I'll tear her apart so you can see the consequents of invading my privacy. Then I'll sent you and the remnants of her body to another dimension where you can do with it whatever you desire."

"Cut! C'mon guys, get over with!"

"Correction, first I'll sent the director into that dimension, then I'll kill Batgirl."

"..."

-o-o-o-o-

"Starfire, it's me Robin."

"Friend Robin? I am afraid Robin, I am so afraid, I do not know what is happening to me and why."

"I know, but I have something to help you. I need to enter your room to give you the medicine. Star, I need you to trust me on this."

"I am afraid that I cannot. I am afraid that when I open the door that something horrendous will enter my room."

"Yeah, tell me about it, he's standing right behind me. He's big, dark and scary who can sneak into your room like a ghost and haunt you all night till you die a heart attack."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

Batman glanced at his pupil. "Robin, we need to talk, in private."

Robin and the others turned to Batman, he had an idea why Batman needs to talk to him but wasn't for sure. "Fine, follow me." He then glanced at Raven and Cyborg. "We'll see you later."

Raven glared at the duo. "I don't think so. I'll go with you to make sure that he won't do anything unpleasant."

Robin raised an eyebrow. "Like what?"

"Using you as a punch bag for stealing technology from Wane Industries, telling you that you're a lousy crime fighter and a worse leader, or yelling at you for leaving him the way you did, or he'll demand you to drop -"

"Cut! That's enough!"

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

There was no director in these upcoming because of private reasons and the consequences of invading it. This time it was Batman that made a short but very clear statement with his well-known Batglare.

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"I've heard that you went to Chu Hui to improve your ability. Knowing you, I assume that you pass the tests."

Robin raised an eyebrow. "You mean the True Master? Yes, I did. I thought that I had already been trained by the best but I figure out that I missed something." He quickly turned to Bruce. "No offence."

"Why not? My training isn't good enough? You should have paid more attention back in Gotham so you won't need that extra training."

"Hey, it was mine decision to go to the old lady on top of that mountain! Not yours and not the others but mine!"

-o-o-o-o-

"So, I understand that you have some interest in Starfire."

Bruce talking about girls. "Yeah, I did," his smile faded. "But now, I'm not sure."

"Not surprising, dating with a member of your team always leads to disaster."

Dick rolled his eyes. "Right, like you will ever join a team."

"Two, she's a princes and heir to the throne of another planet, you're an orphaned circus boy who's adopted by a rich boy, both having issues. Lots of issues."

"I wonder where that come from," Dick deadpanned.

"And three, if our enemies know you've something special, they will not rest until they got us through her."

"You're really paranoia, you know that?"

"I call it being cautious. And you better take my advice."

"What, and being lonely for the rest of my life? I don't want to be end like you."

"Suite yourself. When things goes wrong, cry me a river."

-o-o-

"So, I understand that you have some interest in Starfire."

Bruce talking about girls. "Yeah, I did," his smile faded. "But now, I'm not sure."

"Why not, you finally figured out that you the two of you can't reproduce?"

Robin sat there confounded. "What? What do you mean?"

"Biologically and genetically, there're too many differences between humans and Tamaraneans. It will never work."

Dick glared at Bruce. "Oh really, but you know what? I don't want her anymore! She's too demanding, sticky annoying and have absolutely no clue of the aspects of life on all levels! And don't come up with Barbara! The two of you knew everything of each other for who knows how long so you can have her! In fact, I'll rather spent the rest of my live with Raven! She's the only one who understand me and respect my whole being!"

"I thought you will. She's a dark, wicked and sarcastic one, but I can handle it. Still, your kids would be very interesting with having her demonic powers though."

"My what?"

-o-o-o-o-

"You didn't want her entering your mind because you were more worried about her safety than all of your secrets? Including mine, Alfred's and Barbara's?"

Dick runs a hand through his hair as he smiled sheepish. "Uhm, yeah, but Raven know how to keep a secret, I know she won't tell anyone, so... I trust her."

"She knows everything about us and you still know nothing of her? I'm going to interrogate her once we're back in Gotham, in my own way."

"I won't do that, you'll end up dead. Or at Arkham, where you can play cards with Joker, Ivy and Two-Face."

-o-o-o-o-

"A girl with mysteries huh? Well that sounds interesting. Why don't you give her a shot?"

Dick gazed Bruce in his eyes as he raised an eyebrow. "Me and Raven? I don't think..." Dick went silent as his gaze turned away from Bruce as he was in thought. "...never thought about that..." he mumbled after a few moments.

"What? You're both acting like you're in love with each other and you're still clueless? I can easily see it you know? I'll say, dump the alien chick and grab the half demon with both hands!"

"What?!"

"You heard me! Go for it!"

"Alright, alright, jeese! But If I'm missing, don't try and look for me. I'll be already in some interdimensional graveyard."

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"It's about time that the both of have decided to drop the chatter and show up," Raven said with her trademark monotone.

Batman and Robin exchanged looks for a moment before gazing at Raven while Cyborg gawked back and forth at her and the duo while sweat droplets appeared on his forehead, afraid of what happened next. Raven saw the faces during the awkward silent moment. "What?"

Batman glared at the dark girl. "It appear that you are the straight one."

Raven returned the glare. "Learned from Boy Blunder who on his turn learned from Bat Brain."

Batman's glared at Raven for a few moments before glaring at Robin. "It appears that she have a habit to put people mentally down."

Robin shrugged. "Well, that's Raven."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

Batman glared at the dark girl. "It appear that you are the straight one."

Raven returned the glare.

The contest of glaring between Batman and Raven went on for at least five minutes, making Robin wondering who would be the first one to give in while all the others became more uncomfortable by each passing second.

Eventually, someone dared to make a sound.

"...uhm…cut...?"

-o-o-o-o-

"Batgirl, did anything happened while we were gone?"

"No, nothing."

"Nothing?"

Batgirl shrugged. "Well, since the three of you took so longs, I've decided to order some food and watching cartoons while eating."

Batman glared at his partner. "So, you basically didn't pay attention on what's happening in Gotham. For someone with your background, you know better than that."

"Tell that to Robin end the rest of the Titans, all they do is playing videogames and eating pizza."

Raven glared at Batgirl. "For your information, I don't do videogames."

"True," Batgirl admitted, "you can't rip your nose of your books."

"Better than playing with a teddy bear."

"Cut! ...a teddy bear…?"

-o-o-o-o-

"I see no big differences since I left, we can handle it."

Batman give Robin a communicator in the form of an earplug. "Good. If someone shows up, make sure you won't get infected with the feargas. Take them out and call us. We need information of Scarecrow's hideout."

"You can count on us," Robin said as he put the earplug in his left ear. He then turned to Raven. "C'mon Raven, we'll take the Batcycle."

"No."

Robin turned to Raven. "What? Why not?"

Raven folded her arms across her chest. "I'm not getting on that speeding death trap. Especially when you're the one driving it."

"Aw, c'mon Raven, It's going to be fun."

"I don't do fun."

"Right, I forgot that your definition of fun is insulting people and threatening them with the most horrible ways of death and sent them to another dimensions."

Raven shot him a look. "Careful Bird Brain, that includes you."

A grin formed of Robin's face. "I know, that's why I like you."

"Cut!"

Raven rolled her eyes. "I'm flattered."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

Batman and Batgirl watched the Batcycle leaving the Batcave. After a few moments Batgirl stood next to the Dark Knight. "You know, I still can't believe that Robin has formed a team of superheroes. He seems to be close to them. Well, at least to her."

"I didn't see that one coming too. It won't surprise me that the birds will eventually form a couple."

Batgirl eyed Batman with a painful expression on her face. "What? You're telling me that Robin just forget me after all we've been through?"

"He never forgot you, it's just the fact that Raven is the only person who understand him better than anyone else." Batman turned to Batgirl who was sulking with folded arms. "Don't act like a jealous schoolgirl, it doesn't suit you."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"You think I'll tell? Not a chance."

Raven shot the goon a death glare. "I'm asking you only once, where is Scarecrow."

"You're not scaring me witch, same as Bird Boy."

Raven used her powers to levitated Jimmy against the wall, hard. "Don't tempt me. I can easily shove a crowbar down your throat, skin you alive, rip your body apart and sent your limps into various dimensions. I assure you, you will have no time to regret by keeping your mouth shut before the agonizing encounter begin."

"Cut!"

Jimmy glanced at Robin, begging for help who only shrugged. "Don't look at me. I won't stop her."

"Cut!"

"Not even Batman won't dare to stop her."

"CUT! Holy Jesus Christ! Seriously! Guys, can we just continue without death threats and all?!"

A devilish grin appeared on Raven's face while her eyes remained on the terrifying criminal. "Where's the fun in that?"

Jimmy wetted his pants.

"Ugh... cut! We're having a break of 30 minutes… again!"

-o-o-o-o-

Robin has his arms folded across his chest. "You've never changed, don't you."

Batman ignored Robin's statement as he remained his trademark glare. "Scarecrow is in the Lower East Side, he is in the left warehouse behind the Laffco toy factory." He and Batgirl went to the Batmobile down the street.

Raven and Robin were left behind and she turned to him. "That was his way of interrogation?"

"Yes. Not exactly my style."

"Why not? It's a perfect way to squeeze information out of the criminals. It works better than my death threats and certainly better than the clamors of yours. I suggest we're follow the example of the Bat from now on."

Robin shot Raven a look. "Right in front of Starfire, Cyborg and Beast Boy? That's the worst idea I've ever heard from you."

"That's the reason why you never adopted his way of interrogating? Afraid that it might influents the rest of the team? I don't care Bird Boy."

"Cut!"

"As a leader, I do."

"Cut! Guys, save this fight for private times, alright?!"

Raven rolled her eyes. "Fine."

"Ugh... cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"Friend Beast Boy, who is that Big Bad Bad you are talking about?"

Starfire's innocent voice made both Cyborg and Beast Boy turning to her direction who floated towards the boys. "Starfire, I'm glad ya show up. How're ya feeling?" Cyborg asked as he got on his feet.

Starfire hold her arm. "Confused if I must be honest, but I do not have the horrendous feelings of being haunting any longer."

"Yeah, tell me about it. Ever since Batman's here I've a strange feelings that he's watching me all the time," Cyborg muttered.

"Who?"

"Batman!" Beast Boy shouted in excitement. "The Dark Knight! Robin's mentor! I mean... c'mon, didn't you ever heard of Batman? Look, he's great and awesome and all, but I've also heard that he's all dark, scary and creepy and stuff."

Cyborg shot Beast Boy a look. "Man, did you ever seen that guy? If not, shut up and don't mentioned him while I'm around alright?"

Starfire looked confused at him. "But Cyborg, is he not the mentor of friend Robin like Beast Boy mentioned? And if so then why are you so afraid of him while Robin is not?"

"Hey, Robin know him for who knows how long alright! I'm scared? Yes, I am! And you should be too. Remember that big dark creature when Robin was inside your room? That was him!"

"Cut! C'mon guys, you can't do that to her!"

Starfire did remembered the three horrific creatures in the doorway of her room, a large scary looking metal skeletal robot with glowing white and red eyes that had to be Cyborg, a smaller black shadow which was surrounded with black tendrils, having four glowing red eyes and a devilish grin that had to be Raven and a really big dark monster with huge demonic wings, long pointy ears, fangs and white glowing soul piercing eyes, who had to be the Batman the boys were talking about. Starfire shook her head, in an effort to banish that awful memories with no effort. She put her head in her hands while weeping. "Please do not tell me that Robin has been trained by such an evil darkness."

"Ugh, Cut! Great job guys, now we've another break of 30 minutes."

-o-o-o-o-

A yelp makes both Cyborg and Starfire turned around to face a scarred looking Beast Boy. "Dude, no way I'm going to that place! It's suicide! It's all dark and creepy up there! It's even worse than Raven's room!"

Cyborg shook his head. "Star, Gotham City's all across the country, and from I've heard, it's a very big and nasty place where Batman and Robin are born. The criminals over there are different and more dangerous because they're wearing guns and use it all the time. Not like lasers or other high-tech stuff, but old-fashioned guns, and unlike Robin we ain't trained to face that kind of threat. Even without all these killing criminals it's still nothing like Jump City, it doesn't called Gotham for nothing, that city full of older and darker skyscrapers, bridges and other buildings. We also won't have any clue of where to look while Robin knows the way around. Besides, you and Beast Boy are just recovering from the feargas, you're in no condition to go to a place like that."

"But that is horrible! How can people live in such a horrible place with the darkness and all these murderous criminals with guns and having no way to escape to the bright places like Jump City. I which we could help friends Robin and Raven."

"Don't worry Star," Beast Boy started, "I'm sure that Robin's won't mind to be at home for some time. And I think that Raven would like that place too."

Starfire glared at the boys. "No! I refuse to believe that friends Robin and Raven will call a dangerous and dark place like that a home!"

"Cut! You guys better stop now!"

Beast Boy shrugged to prove his point. "But it's true! There's no way you can't deny that!"

"Cut!"

Starbolts formed in Starfire's hands while she floated in the air with a threatened look on her face with glowing emerald eyes. "I demand you to apologize of calling the darkness a home of our friends!"

"CUT! Guys, cut it off!"

"Alright, alright Star, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get you angry."

"That is not good enough you green fur ball!"

"I know, I'm sorry, I shouldn't say... wait, what did you just call me?"

"Cut!"

Cyborg couldn't hold his grin. "She called you green fur ball, grass stain."

"Cut! For Christ sake, don't start a fight now!"

"You learn that from Raven?! I bet you do!" Beast Boy turned into a lion and charged at Starfire with a roar as she threw starbolts at him.

"CUT! Everyone clear the room! Abandon the Tower!"

-o-o-o-o-

"But why boss?"

"Everyone is scared of something! But if there's someone who's resistible to my feargas, then we have to find out what I'm missing here! This gas that I have created has to be perfect!"

"Uhm, I still don't get it boss. I think it's much easier to scare them with a gun in his face than all these science stuff."

Scarecrow let out a sigh. "If you think that brute force has the future, then you're wrong. Fear will bring whole societies on its knees, not guns."

"Really? How?"

Scarecrow hold a single vial of gas in front of the goon's face. "You see this? Take it outside, drop it on the ground and you will know."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"It come to my attentions that you are Raven right? How ironically that you, of all bird are here to stop the Scarecrow. Don't worry Raven, you will learn your place, and that is the way of fear!"

Raven rolled her eyes. "Really, and how exactly, extending your arms like a straw man on a cornfield while waving with your cane? I'm petrified."

"Well, what do we have here? Someone who actually paid attention at school? Sounds like that literature is your favorite class."

Raven eyed Scarecrow with a bored look. "Honestly, I've never see the interiors of a school building."

Batman, Batgirl, Scarecrow and even the cuffed goon gazed at Raven like she had grown an extra pair of eyes. Robin and Raven saw the faces. "What?"

Robin let out a sigh. "I know where you're educated, but for most people it's very normal to send their children to a public or private school."

Batman turned to Raven. "Are you educated at home?"

"Not exactly."

"Has it to do with your powers?"

"Basically, yes. Anything else?"

"Where did you get educated?"

Raven was getting annoyed as her gaze turned into a glare. "That is none of your concern."

"Why not? Afraid that I'll pick up your children after their lessons one day?"

"Cut! Guy, can we make an agreement not to mentioning any children?"

Batman's glare went from Raven's shocked face to the director. "No."

"…uhm...cut…?"

-o-o-o-o-

"Please stop the darkness!"

Raven retreaded her powers as her cloak shrink to its normal size while levitating back to the floor. Her eyes went back to normal and she glared down at the curled up victim, who was shivering out of fear and mumbled words like surrender, darkness and make it stop. She then looked up at the others, seeing their expressions. "What?"

Robin shook his head as he let out a sigh. "Guess it gonna take months before he'll recover."

Batman and Batgirl were surprised at Raven's actions. He pressed a button on his belt while she made a huge mental note not to challenged Raven like Scarecrow did, or at all. She didn't knew what Raven really was and the dark undertone in her voice alone makes her shivering. "Alright, that was one of the most scariest things I've ever seen."

Batman turned to Robin. "You know that would happen, don't you?" It was more a statement that a question.

Robin shrugged. "Well, after all we had to encounter, I'm more surprised that Raven didn't released her rage."

Raven rolled her eyes. "Thanks a lot Boy Blunder, it really feel encouraging."

Batgirl was baffled and gazed at Robin. "Wait, are you telling me that she can be worse than that?"

Raven glared at Batgirl. "Much worse. And don't you dare to defy me."

"Cut!"

Bargirl raised both hands in defense. "Wow, I won't dare."

"Cut!"

-o-o-

"Alright, that was one of the most scariest things I've ever seen."

Batman turned to Robin. "You know that would happen, don't you?"

Robin shrugged. "Actually, I had something else in my mind, but when he ask for it, well..."

"It's not just that, it was also a way to release the frustrations I've build up since I've met Bat Brain."

"Cut!"

Batman glared a Raven. "Really, like what."

"The fact that you let Bratgirl infiltrate the restricted files on the Titans database and calling me a demon for example."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I'm detective Montoya and this is detective Bullock. We have some questions. At first, we would like to know who you are."

Raven raised an eyebrow, she wasn't used to be questioned by the authorities. "Seriously, we captured Scarecrow and make things easier for you and now we need to answer your questions? This is a pointless waste of time," Raven said with her trademark monotone voice.

Harvey didn't care about the words of the strange girl. "Oh yeah? Then explain me what happened to Scarecrow!"

Raven rolled her eyes underneath her hood. "A lousy bag of donuts who demand me to explain of what happened to a criminal who's been arrested. Now I've seen everything."

Harvey was taken aback while Renée, Robin and Batgirl tried to hold their laughter, but failed.

"Cut!"

-o-o-

"Seriously, we captured Scarecrow and make things easier for you and now we need to answer your questions? This is a pointless waste of time," Raven said.

"Oh yeah? Then explain me what happened to Scarecrow!"

"Honestly, it's hard to explain." Then a grin appeared on Raven's face. "But I can show you."

Robin and Batgirl turned to Raven. "Raven don't!" "Please, don't do it."

"Cut! Raven, that wasn't funny!"

Both Harvey and Renée were surprised at the reactions while Raven let out a sigh. "Fine, have it your way."

"Ugh, cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"Robin, I would like to know why you reappear in Gotham City, we all thought that you quit working for Batman and moved to Jump City," Detective Montoya said.

Robin sighed. "Yes I did, but when someone used Scarecrow's feargas against my team, I had to be here to make sure that it won't happen again."

"That make sense," Renée muttered as she wrote on her notebook. "I assume that Raven is one of your teammates?"

"Teammate? She's more than that. She's my friend, my best friend, my partner in more than one levels, she's my soul mate since we're mentally bounded, my-"

"It won't take long and you call me your Angle of Darkness."

Renée raised an eyebrow while Robin eyed her. "Actually, yes."

Raven rolled her eyes. "Thanks for the compliment Boy Blunder, I'm flattered."

"Cut! C'mon guy, it's no time for romances!"

Raven glared daggers at the voice. "You have a death which?"

"Cu...! Well, no... I rather stay alive..."

"Then keep that noisy hole shut."

"..."

-o-o-o-o-

"Ow, and what do we have here? A new addition to the Bat Family? Sure it doesn't look like one, unless the Bat produced a vampire," Joker muttered the last line with a dark grin.

Raven stopped with her movements, glaring at the clown who's grin took place for a dramatic sad one. "Aww, what's the matter, lost your tong? And why so serious, can't take a joke? Have you already been that long with that party pooper?"

"You have no idea," Raven said with her trademark monotone.

An evil grin appeared on Joker's face. "Ah, any chance we meet each other under different circumstances?"

"You do something I don't like and I'll make sure that you'll regret it for the rest of your miserable life."

"Well, that's some kind of treatments I normally get from Plant Lady."

"Why am I not surprised."

"Cut!"

-o-o-

"Aww, what's the matter, lost your tong? And why so serious, can't take a joke? Have you already been that long with that party pooper?"

Raven glared at the Joker "I'm warning you, when you only point a finger at me, you won't get a chance to regret your actions."

Joker's grin went darker. "Really, let's try this, shall we?" He pointed a finger at her.

"For your information, you're still behind a wall of glass," she deadpanned.

Joker scowled at her. "You're no fun, you know that?! Just like the Bat, no fun at all! Are you related to him?! I bet you are!"

Raven rolled her eyes. "Only in your dreams."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-

"The two of you did a good job."

Robin turned to his mentor with a smile on his face. "Thanks."

"Sounds crazy, but a good thing that Scarecrow sold had his gas to the wrong person, otherwise you won't be here at the first place," Batgirl said.

"Very convenient indeed," Raven said, annoyed by the fact that Batgirl was right.

"I think it's time for you to go home," Batman said.

"Since you're asking so nicely," Raven deadpanned. "The only reason I'm leaving Gotham is that I don't like to be in the same place with you. But the moment you're retiring, I'll take it over."

"Cut!"

Batgirl turned to Raven as she raised an eyebrow. "How so?"

"All the other places are too bright for my taste."

"Cu...! ...really?"

"Good to know, but that won't happen," Batman said.

"Cut!"

An evil grin appeared on Raven's face. "We'll see about that."

"CUT!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I do not understand, Cyborg and Beast Boy told me that the Batman was a dark and scaring crime fighter in the City of Gotham which was an unpleasant and dark place to be where most of the criminals are having weapons you are calling guns and do not hesitate to use them of which we are not trained to fight against it. How can you have a great time in such horrible place like that?"

"I won't mind to live in Gotham," Raven simply said. Everyone except Robin looked at her as if she had grown an extra pair of eyes. "What?"

"Dude, Raven, you can't be serious?! I mean, all the darkness and those freaking old stuff and all these buildings with scaring looking statues and other stuff and then there's the Big Bat and all those..." Beast Boy stopped rambling when something crossed his mind. "Oh, right, I forgot, you're Raven I'm talking to. All you do is being dark."

Raven rolled her eyes while Robin grinned as he turned back to Starfire. "It's not that bad, it's just a different place, that's all. But now I'm glad that everything is back to normal."

"Dude! How can you tell that Gotham City is "just a different place"?" Beast Boy turned to Raven. "And my head is still hurting me when you say that you don't mind to live in Gotham!" Beast Boy waved his armed in a dramatic way to prove his point as he continued. "I've heard about some crazy dude who's half black and half white, crazy terror clowns, a poisonous plant lady who can control all kind of meat eating plants, dangerous man like animals including Batman himself, a living wooden puppet, a living straw man, a very smart dude with all kinds of riddles, a dude who can control your mind, an iceman and even a freaking evil god while most of them and all the other criminals carrying guns to kill all the time! I mean, dude, It's worse than the criminals we've dealt with!" Then he faced Robin once again. "And you know what? I've tried to tell Starfire that Gotham's practically your home but she refuse to accept it!"

"Cut!"

Robin and Raven exchanged looks before glancing back at the three. "Starfire was getting upset and the both of you got a fight," Raven said with her trademark monotone.

"Cu...! How do you know that?"

The three of them nodded. Robin glared first at Beast Boy then at Starfire. "Starfire, it's still my home, but for now I don't wanna be part of the so called Bat Family for a while. Right now the Titans is my home and I'll stay here till I'm strong enough and ready to go back."

"Cut!"

Starfire's eyes begun to watering. "But friend Robin, you cannot tell that such a dark place can be your home? You are so brave and smart and bright and you are great friend to all of us. You cannot have such darkness within your soul, can you?"

"What?! Y'all telling us that we're nothing more than some kind of training exercise to increase your ability on all fronts?!" Cyborg yelled.

"Cut!"

"Of course it is! What do you think we're doing the last eight mounts! Being on vacation?! Of course it's a training exercise! To all of us!"

"Cut! C'mon guys, we can't have another fight right now! So cut it out!"

Cyborg and Beast boy stood there speechless like Starfire, who's tears begun to fall. Raven saw their faces and folded her arms across her chest. "Nice work Bird Brain, now we have to deal with three teenagers who are apparently still clueless with the darker aspects of fighting crime."

"CUT!"

-o-o-o-o-

"You know, it's kinda weird that Robin and Raven knows what they are doing by only looking at each other. Do they talk through their minds or something?"

"No, they just understand each other. If two people with similar backgrounds are close enough for some time, things like that can grow into each other," Batman explained. "Robin and I had it too once."

"Well, that makes sense."

"Yes, but his connection with her is stronger than I had with him."

"What does it mean?"

"Raven is the one who have to control her emotion, otherwise things might go wrong. What she did with Crane is nothing compared to what she is able to do. However, they are more at ease when together and open their mind to each other. I know that they like each other, but they don't know it yet"

Batgirl eyed Batman in shock. "What? Robin left us, met some pretty alien girl and now he's dumping her for some scary freak?"

"Cut!"

"Raven isn't a freak, she's an empath, capable to read mind if she wants. She did it once to Robin in an attempt to save him in which she partly succeeded. Fortunately for us, she knows how to keep a secret, she has many of her own. I'll leave that to him who want to know everything about her than anything else. I know him well enough and I've learn more than enough about her. If there's one girl who he really needs, it's Raven. No other person would understand him better than her. Not even me, let along you." Batman glanced at Batgirl who was sulking with folded arms. "Stop acting like a jealous schoolgirl, it doesn't suit you."

"Cut!"

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

There are more parts without the director and his crew. They got thrown off the island by Raven the moment that they started watching a movie.

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

"Care if I join you?"

"Be my guest," Raven said without thinking. It was when Robin took a mug and one of her herbal teabags that she realized her mistake. "Uh, Robin, since when do you drink tea?"

"Since my time with him."

Raven eyes Robin. "Herbal tea? I doubt it."

Robin smiled. "We had Earl Grey. But I guess herbal tea won't be that different."

"You'll be surprised."

Both of them finished their tea, went to the long table and took their seats. Robin took a first sip and was a bit surprised by its flavor. He made a face. "Damn, it tasted like Plasmus!"

"I've warned you." Robin shook his head.

"Correction, Plasmus tasted better than that!"

-o-o-o-o-

"I'm sorry Richard."

Robin was speechless. He had suspected that Raven saw his past or his secret identity or both, but it still hit him like a lightning bolt. It took a few moments when he overcome his shock. He shook his head before placing it in his hands as he let out a sigh. "So much for secret identity."

"Don't worry, I won't tell. Besides, you still have your mysteries."

Robin looked up, seeing the slightest form of a grin on her face. "Oh yeah? Like what?"

Raven turned a bit in an attempt to hide a blush, in which she failed. "The boy behind the mask."

A mischievous appeared on Robin's face. "Well, if you drop yours and tell me everything, I'll remove mine."

Their mugs went black before it exploded, covered both birds with mug and tea. Shock and fear was readable on Raven's face. He looked a bit guilty at her. "Maybe I shouldn't say that."

She glared at him. "No, you shouldn't"

-o-o-o-o-

"So." Robin hesitated, looking for the right words. "The bond we're sharing now, do you, regret it?"

"Yes. The fact that I have to feel the emotions of an unguided projectile is both uncomfortable and disturbing."

"Unguided projectile? Aw c'mon Raven, you know me better than that."

"I thought that I did, but the past two weeks, I have my doubt."

-o-o-o-o-

"Now, you have to talk to Starfire. She is quite upset that you ignored her the last few weeks and I think you have to make it right to her."

Robin raised an eyebrow underneath his mask. "What do you mean?"

"Your relationship with her."

Robin let out a sigh. "Seriously, you really think that I like Starfire like that?" A look on Raven told him to explain. "C'mon Raven, do you really think that I want to sneak all night into her room to have some 'quality time' with her? Yes, she's lovely and looks great and all but she's taller than me and her curves aren't even as close as perfect like yours. Besides, she's way too bright, too innocent and too naïve to understand me. And the kiss she give me the day we all met?! Poison ivy is a better kisser! Hell, even Batgirl is a better kisser than Star!"

Raven sat there speechless for a moment. "Do you really think that I'm perfectly curved?"

Robin realized his slip and a blush appeared on his face. He nervously scratched the back of his head. "Well, I... uhm... Yes...?"

-o-o-

"Seriously, you really think that I like Starfire like that?" A look on Raven told him to explain. "Look, she is great, lovely and full of life, but too many things happened in my life already and I can't have someone who's clueless with the darker regions of myself. No offence, but I think she's too bright, innocent and naive to understand me." Robin let out another sigh. "She isn't the one I want to live with for the rest of my life. Not to mention of having children, if it is even possible to reproduce."

"Unlikely. Genetically and biologically, there are too many differences between humans and Tamaraneans. Both species have evolved in separate planetary systems and have never encounter with each other."

"Yeah, yeah, I've figured it out by now alright. Besides Batman told me the exact same thing."

"Wow, didn't expect that Bat Brain and I will agree at one point," Raven drily said.

A grin appeared on Robin's face. "He also told me that you won't have any problem to have children with humans."

Raven's face went pale as both mugs on the table exploded again, covering both birds with mug and tea for the second time that night. Raven failed to hide her blush once again as he find it quite amusing.

-o-o-o-o-

"Just friends?"

"Yes, nothing more. Raven, I really don't want to hurt her, but I can't fool myself either. It's already cracked and I need to break away from her, no matter how much I hate it."

"Sounds like you found someone else."

Robin let out a sigh. "Honestly, I do, but I don't know how to approach her. She's unique in all levels, never see it before, not even in Gotham City and I've see a lot down there."

Raven sat there in silence, thinking. She then gazed at Robin. "She live in Jump City?"

Robin looked shocked at Raven's bold question. "Well..."

He was cut off by Raven. "Mask or not, I can tell when you are lying, so you better tell the truth."

Robin let out another sigh, knowing that he couldn't escape it. "Yes, she does.

"How does she look like?

He was getting annoyed. "Raven, Please stop. It's embarrassing enough already."

A grin appeared on her face. "I know."

-o-o-o-o-o-o-

- The next morning -

"Alright, that was the worst day I've ever been through. Never again."

Robin couldn't agree more. "Good, we didn't like it either when you and all those cameras were following us the whole day."

"Yeah man, it did slow us down, even in the common room," Cyborg said.

"Not to mention our privacy being invaded," Raven added.

"Well, I'm glad that we survived it so far."

Raven glared at the director. "Good, now get your ass off this island before I'll do it myself, again."

"Huh?"

Raven's glare intensified. "Now."

Robin shrugged. "No sense of stopping her."

"Uhm... bye..."

I want to thank you for the comments, I really appreciated it.

I would like to answer some questions in it, trying to make things sense. It's a Teen Titans - BTAS/DCAU crossover. Blending both series while trying to follow the timeline of the DC Animated Series was more complicated than I expected. The Justice League were not formed at this point of this timeline, it was formed after Dick Grayson/Nightwing moved to Blüdhaven.

Bruce Wane and Superman meeting for the first time could be at the time before Tim Drake showed up as the new Robin but I didn't find any sources that can confirmed me, so I stick with that theory.

Happy holidays and a happy and above all a healthy 2021 for everyone.
