Chapter 28 Jenny's surgery is over

Izzy's POV

Ten hours later, a doctor came into the waiting room.

"Okay Jenny is out of surgery, so only two people can see her." The doctor said to us.

"Izzy and I'll go." Matthew said to him.

As Matthew and I arrived inside the recovery room, we saw Jenny awake from her sleep.

"Hey, Jenny! How are you feeling?" Matthew asked her.

"Did they fix my knee?" Jenny asked us.

" Yes they did Jenny! I'm going to get the nurse." I said to her.

"Excuse me doctor, Jenny's awake." I said to him as we went back to her.

"Okay Ms. Grey, the surgeon managed to fix your knee. But, you will be staying in a wheelchair for 5 weeks. Then after the five weeks all over, you will be needing physical therapy tonight how to walk again." The doctor said to her.

" I'll make sure we'll passed out the message she fell back asleep anyway." Matthew said to him.

"Oh okay then." The doctor said to him as he left.

"I'm going for a walk." Laquan said to me as he went for a walk.

Laquan's POV

As I was taking a walk, my girlfriend cake running and landed on top of me.

"Really Diandra? You had to land on top of me?" I asked her.

"What I can't see your beautiful face?" Diandra asked me as I blushed.

"You okay? It almost feels like you've seen a ghost." Diandra asked me.

" Oh nothing, it's just that I'm worried about Jenny." I said to her.

"You're not falling in love with her are you?" Diandra asked me.

" No uh-uh, no I'm not falling in love with her not really no." I said to her.

"Good, because if you do, we're through." Diandra said to me.

"I swear to God I'm not falling in love with her, I swear to God." I said to her.

"You better not. Anyway I got to go home, see you later." Diandra said to me as she then left.

As I arrived back into the recovery room, I just sat down on the chair.

"So, how was your walk?" Izzy asked me.

"Izzy please, I don't want to talk about it." I said to her as I then looked at Jenny who was sleeping still.

"What am I going to do?" I asked myself.

As Jenny woke up, the doctor came back to explain to her about her x-rays.

"Okay, Ms. Grey, what I said earlier to your boyfriend and Izzy, you're going to need an x-ray on your knee and leg. And speaking of your leg, you might need to get surgery on it." The doctor said to her as she started to cry.

"Oh no Jenny's crying, what do I do Izzy?" I asked her.

"Try calming her down." Izzy said to me.

" Jen, please calm down, it's going to be alright." I saod to her while wiping a teaer off her cheeks.

"LAQUAN DWAYNE SUAREZ!" Diandra said to me with ranged.

"Oh, hi, Diandra!" I said to her as I stopped touching Jenny's cheeks.

" This isn't what it looks like, I was just helping her calm down." I said to her.

" I think you were doing more than that. I got to go." Diandra said to me as she left.

" Wait, come back." I called to her as she already left.

"Man I'm such an idiot." I said to myself as Izzy placed her hand on my shoulder.

" Hey it's okay." Izzy said to me.

"No, it's not okay Izzy." I said to her.

"Diandra saw what she saw, and she's probably going to break up with me." I said to her as I started to cry on her shoulder as she was rubbing my back.

The doctor's POV

As we took Jenny to get another x-ray, we started to take it. After we were done, we took her back to the recovery room.

"Okay Ms. Grey, so your second surgery is going to be in your leg. And ir will start tomorrow morning." I said to her.

Jake's POV

As I came into the recovery room with the kids, I saw Laquan crying on Izzy's shoulder.

"Hey, what happened Laquan?" I asked him.

"Well, when I was calming Jenny down, she was crying so I wiped her tears away. That's when my girlfriend came in, and saw the whole thing. I think she just broke up with me." Laquan said to me.

"Oh, sorry buddy." I said to him as I joined into the hug.
