A/N: Hello. :) Thanks for waiting. I have not only finished this chapter for "Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix", but also 4 more chapters after that. Seeing as this adventure is a bit similar to "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree", I wanted to add a couple of similarities from that, but in a different sort of way. Enjoy. :)

Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix

Chapter 10: The Honey Tree

After stopping Jafar, the group returned to Merlin's Study before Sora and Kairi entered the 100 Acre Wood where they found a tall, curious tree buzzing with bees when they heard a small voice nearby.

"Hello, i-is anyone there?", the voice asked nervously.

Then, Sora and Kairi noticed from inside a log nearby a small piglet walking out, looking around nervously.

"Wh-Wh-What am I to do? I'm all alone. Pooh? Pooh? Where are you? It's me, Piglet.", Piglet called.

However, he turned around and a couple of shadows crept over him before the piglet looked up and saw Sora and Kairi towering over him and instinctively ran away behind the tree.

"Hey! There's no need to be scared.", Kairi spoke, trying to assure the piglet, who peeked out from its trunk, checking to see if Sora and Kairi are gone.

While, Kairi was still present on that spot, Sora snuck up behind him and the piglet stood frozen in place, completely terrified.

"Oh dear! I was j-just... N-Never mind. I'm sorry!", Piglet apologized, frightened as he closed his eyes and Sora knelt down to his level as Kairi caught up.

"Don't be scared. You're looking for Pooh, right?", Sora guessed.

"You know Pooh?", Piglet asked.

"Yep. In fact, we met him once.", Kairi responded before Piglet sighed with relief.

"So, why are you looking for him? Did something happen?", Kairi asked.

"Oh, y-you see, I-I have something for him. I have to take it to Pooh right away!", Piglet responded before he turned, noticing none other than Winnie the Pooh walking toward the tree.

"Oh, Pooh!", Piglet called as he ran to meet the bear, who began sniffing the air, smiling.

"Oh, I believe I smell a delicious something—a something like honey!", Pooh deduced before Piglet called to him again.

"Pooh!", Piglet called as he met him in front of the tree.

"Hello, Piglet. How have you been?", Pooh greeted.

"Hey, Pooh.", Sora greeted.

"Oh, hello, there, Sora. And hello as well, Kairi.", Pooh greeted.

"Oh, I-I'm so glad to see you. I thought you'd gone away. I brought wh-what you asked for.", Piglet asked, giving Pooh a blue balloon.

"Thank you, Piglet.", Pooh thanked.

"So what do you want a balloon for?", Kairi asked as she and Sora walked up to Pooh.

"Psst.", Pooh only whispered before saving his hand forward with Sora and Kairi leaning close to him.

"Honey...", Pooh whispered.

"Oh. But I'm not sure anyone can get honey with a balloon.", Sora stated.

"I do.", Pooh responded.

"Really? B-But how?", Piglet asked.

"I shall fly like a bee. Up to the Hunny Tree, see?", Pooh responded as he held onto the balloon and started floating upward.

"Hey! Wait a minute.", Kairi spoke, grabbing onto Pooh's left leg before lowering him enough to where he wouldn't float away.

"If you take their honey, won't the bees be angry?", Piglet asked.

"Hmm...", Pooh spoke as he stared at the balloon, thinking.

"Oh!", Pooh spoke before looking over to Kairi and Sora.

"If you two could only chase away those bees, I'm quite certain I could get a small morsel of honey. Would you help me get some honey?", Pooh requested.

"Sure!", Sora agreed as Kairi nodded before Owl appeared and landed on a branch above them.

"Oh. Hello there, Owl.", Pooh greeted.

"Good day, Pooh. What are you doing? Using a balloon to get some honey? Splendid idea! And it looks like Sora and Kairi are helping you as well, hm? Well, then. Allow me to offer a few pointers.", Owl spoke before flying to a higher branch.

"Ahem! Now, take note. Once he's launched up in the air, Pooh can get honey by floating up this tree with his balloon. The honey is inside the tree hollows, not the beehives you see here.", Owl states before he continued, flying to an even higher branch.

"There's quite a lot of honey in these holes. If Pooh gets too close, the bees will come out to protect their honey. If they get to Pooh, they'll pop his balloon. What one of you has to do when that happens is focus on these bees and swat them away. The more time Pooh has at each hollow, the more honey he can eat.", Owl explained.

"You think that'll work?", Kairi asked.

"Yes. There's also more honey higher up, too. Although, jumping from branch to branch might prove difficult. All the same, I'm sure you can catch up to Pooh quickly should the situation occur. Good luck.", Owl spoke before flying away.

Later, Kairi helped toss Pooh into the air and he floated up the tree, gathering honey while Sora jumps from branch to branch and swatted away the bees that attack, letting Pooh enjoy his meal. After a few minutes, Pooh grabbed handfuls of honey in his mouth from inside the tree.

"It is rather funny what I will do for honey.", Pooh giggled.

"So, you think you might need help getting out after you finish eating?", Kairi asked to Pooh with a shout.

"No hurry. Take your time.", Pooh assured, slurping up some honey with his hands while also singing to himself.

Pooh: 🎵Bears love honey and I'm a Pooh Bear🎵

"It's okay, Kairi. We can wait.", Sora assured.

"Yeah. You're right. I just hope he doesn't get too stuck in there when this is over.", Kairi agreed, giving a slight giggle at the thought.

Pooh: 🎵Time for something sweet🎵

After helping Pooh get unstuck and get down the Honey Tree when he finished his meal, Sora and Kairi leave the 100 Acre Wood with a summon gem in hand before giving it to the Fairy Godmother.

"Oh, another summon gem? Let's help this little one. Here we go! Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!", Fairy Godmother spoke before Sora and Kairi are granted the power to summon Bambi.

"If you find any more of these stones, be sure to bring them to me.", Fairy Godmother advised.

"Okay. We will.", Kairi grinned.
