The next morning the heroes woke up from their nap.

Axew: Morning, Heroes. Let's give it our all.

They walked out of the house and suddenly Emolga shouted their names.

Emolga: Heroes!

Emolga then ran towards the heroes, stopping in his tracks.

Mario: Woah! Emolga! What's the matter? Why do you look so freaked out?

Emolga: He's here! In Post Town! The suspicious Pokemon!

This news made the heroes gasp in shock.

Yoshi: What!? No way!

Pikachu: You mean… The suspicious Pokemon that HAPPI sent a notice about-that suspicious Pokemon?!

Meta Knight: *in thought* Hmm… This is going to be interesting.

Emolga: Well, I don't know about that… It seems like this Pokemon collapsed on his way here to Post Town…

Ben: Wait… You mean he collapsed?

Emolga: Yeah, He's been taken to the inn already, and the signora's looking after him. I got a glance at him, at least. He didn't look all that scary to me…

The heroes felt relieved at that news.

Aelita: So basically there's no guarantee that he's even a bad Pokemon.

Tia: Hopefully not.

Emolga: Yeah. But he's not from around here and no one's ever seen him before, so… It all seems pretty suspicious. Gurdurr's already assuming the worst. He started treating this new Pokemon like a bad guy right away. It's not pretty.

Zatch: *sigh* Knowing Gurdurr, he never trusts new Pokemon before he knows them.

Kirby: Poyo.

Toad: We got it. We'll swing by the inn sooner than you think.

Emolga: Yeah, you do that. I'll go get the others together.

Emolga then left to go get the other Pokemon.

Luigi: Okay, this suspense is starting to scare me a little.

Meta Knight: We all better head to Post Town at once!

They then headed off to Post Town and saw all of the Pokemon gathering around the inn.

Jumpy: Wow. Lots of Pokemon.

Toadette: Excuse us, but could you let us through?

The Pokemon did just that.

Kiyo: Wow. That was easy.

They went inside the inn and saw a dark creature with yellow glowing lines around its body.

Toad: So, that's the suspicious Pokemon. Doesn't look like much of a bad guy.

Gurdurr was yelling at the Pokemon.

Gurdurr: Don't you play innocent with me, bub! I want to hear some straight answers! What kind of plot are you brewing, coming to our town like this?!

Jeremie: Hey, hey! Back off, Gurdurr! (pushing Gurdurr away from the Pokemon) We don't know if he's good or not. Plus, He's injured!

Creature: No… I...I never… Ugh.

Yellow Kirby: Poyo, poyo. (jumps on the bed to check on the creature's health.

Meta Knight: Don't touch him, Yellow Kirby. He's very injured and we do not know if he's friendly or not.

Yellow Kirby: Poyo. (Gets off the bed)

Swanna: Gurdurr. Jeremie is right. He's still in pain. Stop being so ridiculous.

Gurdurr: *pouts* Urgh! B-but Swanna... He could just be pretending to be hurt, you know? Then, once everyone's let their guard down, that's when he'll strike!

Swanna: Don't be absurd. He isn't you after all!

Mario: Yeah. Especially after you tricked us into getting you blue gems and hiring Scraggy to steal them from us!

Kirby: *angrily* Poyo, poyo!

Gurdurr then backs off.

Gurdurr: … ...Sorry.

Axew: This is the Pokemon that collapsed?

Herdier: Aye, that's right, sonny. I was just oot for me mornin' stroll...ye cannae imagine me shock! Findin' a poor hurt Pokemon lyin' there in the road!

Timburr: I dunno. He doesn't look like a bad guy, but… Well, he's not from around here, right? So we don't know for sure…

Mario: Wait.. So if he's not from around here then he must've come from the same world where Pikachu is from. But, I'm not sure.

Aelita: We gotta take extra caution though, we don't know if he's a bad guy or not.

Just then, Emolga came into the view with Virizion and Dunsparce behind him.

Emolga: Sorry for the wait, everybody! I brought Dunsparce and Virizion, too!

Cooper: *in thought* Gee. And, I thought he didn't like Virizion.

Suddenly Virizion shrieked.

Virizion: ...Oh! Umbreon!

Everyone in the room gasped that Virizion knew the creature's name.

Virizion: Umbreon… What happened to you? What's his condition?

Meta Knight: So Umbreon is his name, huh?

Kirby: Poyo.

Mighty Ray: Dark name.

Swanna: He'll pull through. He's been injured, but..it mostly just seems to be exhaustion at this point. Give him some time and some rest and I think he'll be fine.

Virizion: Are you sure? Thank goodness…

Toad: So Virizion, you know this Pokemon?

Virizion: I know him. His name is Umbreon. He's a dungeon researcher.

Odd: Wait… A dungeon...researcher?

Virizion: *nods* Yes. Umbreon researches the mysterious powers present in this land, including the dungeons. That research was his life. Especially his investigations of the Great Glacier.

Dunsparce: The...the Great Glacier?!

Virizion: Do you remember what I told you all before, when we saw that mirage? That I had seen the Great Glacier up close, from a mountain on the seaside? That's when I met Umbreon.

Saitama: Well, that makes sense.

Herdier: Hoho, so that's the truth o' it! Here we all were, blatherin' on aboot nothin'! Seems there's nae a thing tae worry aboot wi' this here lad.

Gurdurr once again looks down.

Gurdurr: ...Fine. Sorry.

Virizion: But Umbreon wasn't the only one I met then, either. He had a partner. Espeon. Umbreon and Espeon were investigating the Great Glacier together, you know?

Mighty Ray: Wait… You mean Umbreon has a partner?

Megumi: Then where's that Espeon or whatever now?

Meta Knight: Did something happen to Espeon? I guess the only one with the answers is this Umbreon guy right here.

Swanna: I don't think you'll be getting any answers today, then. But I'll let you know as soon as Umbreon is up and moving.

Lin Chung: Got it.

Jumpy: Umbreon sad.

Jeremie: We have to help Umbreon.

Mario: I think we all better head back to Paradise, first, huh?

Emolga: Yeah. Let's go get some requests done from the board for now.

Genos: Swanna take good care of Umbreon.

Swanna: Don't worry, I will.

They then left the carpenter and went back to paradise.

Aelita: Before we all go on to missions, let's go get some items we need.

Odd: Smart thinking, princess.

Yoshi: Wait… Princess?

Aelita: My friends call me princess sometimes, Yoshi. It's really nice.

Tia: You guys sure know how to get along.

The heroes went to Cinccino's place.

Cinccino: I heard the Pokemon that was carried to the inn is OK.

Ben: Yeah, Umbreon is being treated by Swanna.

Cinccino: I'm so glad! Fun to give and fun to receive! Everyone loves the Gift Shop! I can create a gift to suit your liking!

Zatch: Wow. You can create a gift? That sounds great.

Tia: We will take a Wooper and Foongus gift and whatnot.

Cinccino: I'll do my best to make the best gift possible for you!

With that; Swoosh… Swish swish…

Cinccino: OK! All done!

Toadette: Thanks, Cinccino.

Cinccino: No problem! All the Pokemon that receives this will love it.

Silver Fang: Thanks for the gifts. See you later.

The heroes went to the board.

Mighty Ray: Awesome! There's a new dungeon we hadn't got into.

Jumpy: Let's complete dungeon.

Meta Knight: Alright! Team let's move out and find Seismitoad.

The heroes left the paradise over to the dungeon.

Breezy Meadow

The Breezy Meadow was a pretty breezy forest with green grass and beautiful flowers.

Genos: Wow. What a nice breeze.

Silver Fang: They don't call this breezy meadow for nothing.

Litwick: Well, then, I suggest we better get going then. The sooner we find Seismitoad the better it is for everyone.

The heroes proceed to travel through the meadow while collecting items along the way and taking out Cottonees and Venipedes.

Kirby inhaled an Archen and transformed into Wing Kirby.

Meta Knight: He's now Wing Kirby.

Wing Kirby picked up Yellow Kirby and flew across the forest and found Seismitoad.

Wing Kirby: Poyo, poyo! (pointing at Seismitoad.)

Yellow Kirby: (flapping his arms about) Poyo, poyo.

Mets Knight: It seems that the Kirbies have found Seismitoad. Let's go.

The heroes came across Seismitoad.

Seismitoad: I really don't know how to thank you heroes.

Lin Chung: No problem, Seismitoad. Klinklang. Let's get out of here.

The heroes then left the dungeon.

Back at the Pokemon paradise.

Klinklang: Thank you for finding Seismitoad for me!

Zatch: Anytime, Klinklang. We're always happy to help.

Klinklang: I'll give you this as a reward!

Klinklang then gave the heroes the items.

The next morning the heroes woke up and went outside and just then:

Timburr: Heeeeeey!

Mario: Hello, Timburr. Is something wrong?

Luigi: Why are you panicking?

Timburr: Umbreon's...Umbreon's up and movin' now!

This news made the heroes surprise.

Axew: Are you serious!?

Timburr: Yeah. Only problem is… (starts sweat dropping)

Kiyo: And that is?

Timburr: Umbreon says he's gotta get outta Post Town right away.

That news made the heroes gasp.

Jumpy: Why Umbreon leave so soon?

Timburr: Course we told him not to push it, but he just ain't listenin' to a word anybody says. So the signora told me to come and get you.

Pikachu: We better round up the others and get there, ASAP!

The heroes quickly then headed off to Post Town.

In Post Town in the inn Umbreon was seen struggling to walk out of the inn, but was having trouble due to his injuries.

Gurdurr: H-hey!, fella! You shouldn't push yourself yet!

Umbreon: B-but...if I don't make it in time… (tries to walk b but stops in his tracks) Ugh!

Timburr: Come on, listen to reason… It's just too soon to be moving around like that. Rest up a bit longer, OK?

Right after he said that; the heroes along with Virizion, Dunsparce, Emolga and the other Timburr appeared.

Virizion: *stern voice* Umbreon!

Umbreon turns to Virizion.

Umbreon: Virizion… Seems like I owe you for clearing up the misunderstanding about me… I've gotta thank you for that. And while I'd love to stay and chat… I've got a prior appointment…

Swanna: Seems you have a reason to be in such a rush…

Umbreon: Ugh!

Toad and Toadette walked up to Umbreon.

Toad: Whoahoho! You're not going anywhere especially in that condition.

Toadette: I think it's best that you stay here a little longer.

Virizion: Umbreon… Why don't you explain what's going on? We might be able to help, you know?

Umbreon was speechless at the moment before he spoke.

Umbreon: That's true enough. Fine… Let me start from the beginning.

Umbreon then explained everything to the heroes.

Gurdurr: What!?

Saitama: You can't be serious!

Mario: You literally ran all the way to Post Town…

Zatch: ...because you were being attacked by some strangers?!

Umbreon: That's right… They attacked Espeon and me out of the blue… We both ran off in different directions. I was lucky enough to end up here, but… Espeon… She's probably still on the run from those monsters… I've gotta go… I have to find her!

Emolga: So that's why… But...why d'you think someone would've attacked you two?

Mario: Who were these people that attacked you?

Umbreon: My guess is...they were probably after these.

Umbreon showed them two strange symbols.

Kirby: (tilts head in confusion.) Poyo?

Toad: What are those things?

Litwick: Strange symbols.

Axew: Are these...cards?

Umbreon: Is this your first time seeing them? They're called Entercards. See, everyone knows that the land around here has unusually high mysteriosity… But even the mysterious power in these kinds of areas does obey some rules. It follows certain paths. What we call ley lines.

Luigi: What do ley lines do?

Umbreon: Simple. The flow of these ley lines affects and determines the mysteriosity in an area. Once we realized that, dungeon researchers like Espeon and I began to wonder… What if we could use the power of those ley lines for ourselves? That's where the Entercards come in. As for what the Entercards actually do… Well-

Just as Umbreon was finishing his sentence, everyone but Meta Knight was asleep, much to their surprise.

Meta Knight: What the heck!? Weren't any of you listening to a single word Umbreon, just said!?

Umbreon: Yeah! And why are all of you asleep!? Wake up, right now!

That outburst woke everyone up, who had confused expressions.

Mighty Ray: Huh? What happened?

Jumpy: Jumpy don't know.

Gurdurr: Huh? Were we sleeping?

Zatch: Sure looks like it.

Emolga: It was like some awesomely powerful spell was cast over us-like being hypnotized…

Mario: I was dreaming about a world full of spaghetti and ravioli.

Kirby and Yellow Kirby were drooling at the mention of spaghetti and ravioli.

Yoshi: I was dreaming about being back at my island eating lots and lots of apples, bananas, oranges, berries and watermelons.

Swanna: I for one had a lovely dream! Now I feel all refreshed.

Umbreon: Sorry… I guess my explanation was a little on the technical side…

Gwen: You think?

Umbreon: Seeing it for yourself is probably the easiest way to understand it. Let's go outside.

Umbreon proceeded to go outside but grunted in pain from his injured leg.

Silver Fang: Are you alright, Umbreon?

Gurdurr: (turns to his Timburrs.) Go on, you two. Help him out.

Timburrs: Yes boss.

The Timburrs walked up to Umbreon and held onto him.

Timburr#1: Come on, we've got you. You up to walkin', Umbreon?

Umbreon: Yeah… Sorry about this.

The whole gang followed them outside.

Patrat came along followed by a red round creature, a pink round spherical creature with pink ears and curled turf of fur on its head(Jigglypuff), an orange weasel-like creature(Buizel), a peach horse-like creature, a purple feline-like creature with tufted fur on its cheeks and fur(Purrloin), a brown and muscular ape wearing a tie around its neck.

Ape: And what seems to be going on around here? And is that Kirby and Yoshi?

Jigglypuff: You seem to know those odd around creatures, Donkey Kong.

Donkey Kong: Of course, Mystique Sonia. We met back at the Melee tournament a few months ago.

Buizel: Let's just hope, Aelita, Jeremie and Odd are with them too.

Horse: Meru meru me.

Purrloin: I can barely understand a word you're saying, pony boy.

Horse: Meru meru me.

Zatch turned around and noticed the horse.

Zatch: I cannot believe it. Ponygon. It's me Zatch.

Ponygon recognized Zatch's voice and ran up to him, catching the other heroes's attention.

Ponygon: Meru meru me! (hugs Zatch Bell)

Kiyo: It's about time we see you again, Ponygon.

Mario: Wait, is that Donkey Kong?

Donkey Kong: Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Toad and Toadette! It's been a while since I've last seen you.

Yoshi: Donkey Kong! Boy, are we're glad to see you.

Lin Chung: Mystique Sonia and Yaksha. Boy, am I glad to see that you both are

alright.

Mystique Sonia: Lin Chung: Jumpy Ghostface and Mighty Ray. I'm glad to see all three of you again. Strange creatures can't get rid of a pretty girl like me that easily

Mighty Ray: Yeah, you're pretty sassy when you want to be.

Mystique Sonia: *growls* And I can tell that you're pretty bratty and you want to be, pig!

Mighty Ray and Mystique Sonia glared at each other as the heroes looked at Lin Chung and Jumpy Ghostface.

Odd: Do they also fight like this?

Lin Chung: *sighs* Yeah, pretty much, before we fight against High Dollar's army.

Buizel: Odd is that you, Aelita and Jeremie?

Jeremie: Ulrich, It's so great to see you again.

Meta Knight: Red Kirby. Thank goodness, you're well. Looks like ENeMeE's teleporter rays sent you here as well.

Red Kirby: (nods) Poyo, poyo.

Kirby and Yellow Kirby walked up to Red Kirby and high-fived him.

Kirby and Yellow Kirby: Poyo, poyo, poyo!

Meta Knight: Did Green and Blue Kirby get sent here too?

Red Kirby: (nods) Poyo, poyo.

Meta Knight: I hope they're alright.

Genos: If it isn't Tatsumaki. That Purrloin form suits you well.

Tatsumaki growled at that remark.

Tatsumaki: Make fun of my form and I will scratch you up so hard!

Saitama: *whispers* Here we go again.

Ben: Now that we found some of our friends, let's listen to Umbreon's story.

The heroes turned back towards Umbreon.

Umbreon: All right. This ought to do it. Everybody? If you could step back a bit… Here we go.

A bright light shined around Umbreon, blinding the heroes.

Emolga: Wow. That's a bright light.

Tatsumaki: Is that some kind of portal?

Umbreon: Actually, it's a Magnagate. It's an entrance…to a dungeon.

Virizion: Wait…an entrance to a dungeon?!

Umbreon: Yeah. Though this one isn't complete. We start by crafting Entercards for the ley lines we want to read… Then, using different combinations of those cards and varying their placement…

Mighty Ray: What do we do with those Entercards?

Umbreon: We can change the flow of the ley lines and force them into new patterns, you see. Then, boom, you've got the entrance to a dungeon. The entrance to the dungeon that you see before you now… it's a particularly special one. Chances are, no one else in the world has ever used it. It's a path that Espeon and I finally found after compiling all our years of research. We're using the power of the sun and the moon to manipulate some serious ley lines. But...these two cards here aren't enough to summon up a real Magnagate.

Meta Knight: *thought* Umbreon has such an interesting story.

Umbreon: I'd need the other two cards if I wanted to summon a usable Magnagate.

Just then the Magnagate closed off and disappeared.

Mario: Wow, that's a very special dungeon.

Virizion: I get it now. And the other cards you need...are with Espeon, are they?

Umbreon: Yeah. The Entercards are with Espeon. By combining both sets… It seemed like we were finally going to be able to complete our research. But we were attacked right after we finished making these cards. That's why I've got to assume that the enemy's after our Entercards.

Swanna: When you consider the fact that no one has attacked you since you've been here… It seems they might be trying to avoid drawing attention to themselves.

Gurdurr: I dunno about that, Swanna.

Mystique Sonia: Huh? What are you talking about Gurdurr?

Gurdurr: They could just want you to think that. Then they strike! Outta the blue!

Tia: In that case, we all should protect Umbreon, as soon as we see the creature that attacked him.

Zatch: And that leaves Espeon.

Umbreon: What? Y-you mean…

Axew: Yeah! There's no way we wouldn't save her after hearing all this!

Saitama: Yeah! We can't just sit here and do nothing when someone's in trouble…

Ben: We're heroes!

Aelita: It's our duty to help people when they need it!

Kirby: Poyo, poyo, poyo!

Mario: Being a hero is what I do!

Luigi: Me too!

Yoshi: Me three!

Toad: I've been a hero with Mario before and I can still do it!

Toadette: I may not be much of a fighter, but I still wanna be a hero too!

Donkey Kong: That's the spirit, Toadette!

Dunsparce: We're the PM1, after all!

Mighty Ray: Leave it to the pros! We'll get Espeon here safe and sound!

Umbreon: Th-there aren't even words… I promise I'll pay you back for this somehow. I think Espeon ran off in the direction of the Crags of Lament. I know I saw some of our pursuers heading that way. I'm sorry, but I'm counting on you for this one. You've gotta save Espeon from them!

Virizion: We will. You can believe that.

Pikachu: Well then… Let's head to the Crags of Lament and save Espeon.

The heroes headed off to rescue Espeon.

Little did they know that Yamikage and Moagie along with a few Air Riders were watching them.

Moagie: So that's what Kirby and Meta Knight look like, round gumballs. I can't wait to get a shot at them!

Yamikage: And, I didn't think Donkey Kong would get sent here as well.

Air Rider#1: Remember both Mario and Donkey Kong come from the same universe, Yamikage?

Yamikage facepalmed himself.

Yamikage: Crud. How could I forget?

Air Rider#2: We better inform ENeMeE about this.

The villains transported inside of Nightmare Enterprise 2.

ENeMeE turned to his minions.

ENeMeE: So, did you locate the heroes?

Yamikage: Yes, sir! They're heading for Crags of Lament to rescue Espeon.

Bowser: I'm going to crush those heroes, starting with Mario!

Suddenly a wizard-like turtle in a blue robe appeared on a broomstick, named Kamek.

Kamek: Wait your 'impatientness'. Before you go let me give you some magic to power yourself up and avoid being turned into a Pokemon.

NME Salesman: That only happens to humans for some reason, Kamek. But, that will do.

Just then a pumpkin-like creature walked into the room.

Creature: What's going on here? Is there big sandwich?

Moagie: No Pumpkintir, we're coming up with a plan to dispose of those heroes!

Pumpkintir: Ohhw! Me cwush hweroes! Me nanna cwush hweroes!

Escargoon: It's crush heroes, not 'cwush hweroes' fatty!

Pumpkintir: Hey! Who you're callin' fat!? Slug!?

Escargoon: I'm a snail.

Moagie: Big brother knock it off. Now's not the time for that.

ENeMeE: Indeed! Yamikage, I want you and Moagie to go with Bowser to crush those heroes and bring a few Air Riders with you. Pumpkintir, get the Demon Squadron ready for the final battle!

Moagie grew happy that he going to fight Kirby.

Moagie: Hahaha! Awesome! Get ready Kirby! Your time in this world is over!
