Long before the 500 Year Clan Wars, within the Lumen Sages was one family who bore a prominent force within the clan for centuries. They were known as the "Volsung Family." 11. NEW YEAR'S UPDATE

I know I haven't regularly spoke directly to the readers on FF, so first off: Happy New Year! ^_^

Secondly, I wanted to update you guys and let you guys know that the story hasn't been cancelled or on hiatus whatsoever. INSTEEEEADDD, what I have been doing is:

- Reworking the next three chapters to add more depth to side characters (which includes deleting old dialogue and adding new dialogue) as well as making it flow into how I want the story to flow going forward.

- Working on another bonus chapter that was writing on the spur of the moment and takes place before Sigurd and Bayonetta got married.

- Aspecial one-shot that I won't be able to post on here according to FF's guidelines. However, there are websites (coughcoughAO3coughcough) that do allow such content to be uploaded onto their sites that I will post the special one-shot on. ;-)

I figured it would be good to communicate this with you all to make sure you all aren't kept out of the loop as to whether this story will end. Yes, it will end as I've written the bulk of this story back in fall of 2019 and as I'm going back to proofread over chapters, I've been enjoying reworking chapters so that this story can be presented even better than when I initially wrote it down.

Also, did I forget to mention to make up for the lack of content, all of this will be dropping on the same day? Which means, you will get the next 3 chapters of the story as well as the bonus chapter, AND the special one-shot. :DDD

Thank you to everyone who has read this story and supported by leaving a review or even by giving it a chance to read. I greatly appreciate it as Bayonetta is a series near and dear to my heart.
