"You've gained 4 pounds in less than a week. That's great well done Izabela." Dr Alice Bennet smiled at Izzy. "Has she been eating well?" The doctor asked Marta. "Small portions. She says she gets full quickly and feels nauseous. She hasn't been sick though."

"Okay. I just need to run a few labs. Okay Izabela. Short sharp scratch." Dr Bennet smiled. Izabela didn't even flinch when the needle went in. The doctors eyes widened in shock but she didn't say anything. "The results should be back in a day or two and I'll email you the results as well as my report. I am going to prescribe some nutrition replacement smoothies for Izabela to have alongside her eating as much as she's able. Try and encourage her to eat but don't force feed her."

This was already Izabela's 2nd medical appointment of the day. The first one has been X-rays of her chest, looking at all the injuries to her chest and back. There wasn't much that the doctors could do since it seemed all of her organs were doing okay, she had some healing rib fractures, but again there wasn't much the doctors could do. They had given her cream to treat her sunburn. Her skin hadn't seen the sun for 3 years so it was easily burned and had become red and sore after her walk with Amanda and Frannie.

Appointment 3 was with Dr Agnes Johansson, a child psychologist. She often worked with children that had been involved in SVU cases. "Hello Izabela, do you like to be called Izabela or do you prefer a shortened name?"

"I not mind Izabela or Izzy." Izzy said shyly.

"My name is Dr Johansson but you can call me Agnes. I'm going to talk to you for a little while Izzy, then we're going to talk with your whole family. I'm a type of doctor called a psychiatrist so we're just gonna talk." Agnes told Izzy.

"All I do now is talk. To Olivia, Amanda, Rafa, my family. And now you" Izzy whined.

"I know you've done a lot of talking. Olivia told me about that. But as a doctor I am going to try and help you." Agnes said. Izzy told her about her kidnap, imprisonment and the rapes. The murders of Nina, Valentina and Ruslana. As well as the flashbacks and nightmares. The Doctor was kind and kept telling Izzy that her reactions were perfectly natural. After a while Dr Agnes invited the whole family into the small room. She let them talk amongst themselves for a while. She noticed Marta attack Izzy with questions. Andy stay quiet. Ola shoot both her sisters reassuring smiles and Anna looked hugely anxious. "Hey Izabela, over there I've got an iPad with some movies on. Would you like to watch one? While I talk to your parents and sisters. Izzy nodded and put the headphones on and sat on the sofa away from the adults.

"Anna how old are you?" Dr Agnes asked.

"15...I'll be 16 at the end of next month."

"Ok, you're old enough to be a part of this conversation."

"I've been talking to Izabela. It seems she has some form of PTSD, which is not uncommon considering what she's been through. I think due to not attending school she has some academic and social delays but you will need to get her to an educational psychologist, but that can wait until you're back in the U.K. How are you all getting on? Ola?"

"I'm doing ok. I'm so happy to have Izzy back. I was there when Ruslana was killed and I struggle with that a little."

"Struggle how?" The Doctor asked.

"Flashbacks when I'm trying to sleep. I'm okay though." Ola replied.

"That's totally natural. I think you should see a psychiatrist here and a psychologist back in the U.K. I'll suggest some names as I work with under 16s and families." Dr Agnes said and Ola nodded. "Anna?"

"I'm doing okay. It's all making me quite anxious. I have diagnosed anxiety. Urm i think urm it's just everything being different. I had a panic attack in Walmart with dad because they urm don't even have the same things like even the bread and butter is different. All the police is hard too. I'm really glad to have Izzy back of course. I think that I always dreamed that Izzy would come back and everyone would be happy and normal but it's not. We're not at home. Izzy screams all night and is really sad all the time. I don't even know." Anna shrugged.

"Anna. I know you have self-harmed in the past. Is that something that you have been struggling with lately?" The doctor asked and Anna looked at the floor.

"Anna na litość boską. As if I don't have enough to deal with, with Izzy. I don't need to be so stupid. Show me, show me now!" Marta yelled angrily taking steps towards Anna who made herself as small as possible. "Show me." Marta shouted again loud enough for Izzy to look up from her iPad.

"Mama no." Ola shouted

"Marta. I can understand your distress in hearing this. But I don't think that this reaction is helpful for anyone. You will get your chance to speak in a moment." The doctor said calmly "Anna, do you need medical attention now?" Anna shook her head. "Ok so we need to come up with a safety plan for you." The doctor told them. "Anna, who in your family would you feel most comfortable talking to?"

"Ola, but she is so busy with Izzy." Anna said.

"Not too busy for you kochana!" Ola looked wide eyed at her sister. "Of course Izzy is struggling and I want to be there for her, but you are too and I can be there for the both of you. You can talk to me anytime!"

"Okay, so you will talk to Ola when you are struggling. Could your parents take sharp objects away. Just give you the razor for when you shower?" The doctor asked and Anna looked anxious but nodded. "Andy can you take care of that?"

"Yes"

"Can you tell us how you're feeling?"

"I am very happy to have all my daughters together. I can I understand that it is difficult for Izabela to hug or anything or even be alone with me right now and that's okay but frustrating. I am also urm concerned to hear that Ola and Anna are struggling too. But I have no doubt that as a family we will get through this in the future." Andy said calmly. "Okay," the doctor said "and Marta, how are you feeling?"

"Angry mostly. I try to keep calm but I am angry. I am angry that this happened in the first place. I struggle that my daughter is finding more comfort in her sisters than me. I am angry that Anna is self harming." Marta said and Anna's eyes filled with tears. "I'm not angry with you Anna. I'm angry with the situation."

"Marta can we think of an outlet for your anger?" Dr Agnes said.

"I write, in a journal." Marta explained.

"Good. That's Good."

"I think that you should all take part in family therapy, when you get back to England. I have no doubt that it will really help you. I will contact Olivia Benson, Izabela and you as well Ola are competent to testify. It was lovely talking to you all. Thank you."

"Izzy, movie time is over, thank you doctor." Andy said and they walked out of the office. Andy hugged his two older daughters too him and he fist pumped Izzy. The only physical contact she was comfortable with from her father right now.

"Barba how did the grand jury go?" Olivia asked the ADA. "Obviously both Mr D and the mommy figure, her name is Maria Fernandez are in Rikers. The trials will be separate. Miss Fernandez is claiming that she was kidnapped from Mexico and did all she could to look after the girls."

"So there will be a trial for Mr D?" Olivia asked.

"Yeah he's not taking a plea, he won't give up any more names" Rafa said

"The Jones family saw Dr Agnes Johansson who has said Ola is fine to testify and she is happy that if we fully prep Izzy she should be okay to testify too."

"Great okay. Calhoun is defending." Rafa told Olivia "thank God it's a woman." Olivia sighed. "Tomorrow I can get Novak in and we can prep her fully. I can try and look at the evidence tonight see what Calhoun might ask her." Rafa mused. "So long as we tell Novak to be nice."

"Casey can be kind when she wants to."

"How's it going with the other girls?" Barba asked. "We've finally got a Russian translater so I'm not having to do it all. We're still trying to find most of the families. It's been easier with the Latina girls. Russians often have a hard time trusting the police. Most of the girls are starting to open up to us but some of the families might not have reported them missing. Most of them were happy to testify until I told them Mr D would be there and a few of them freaked but I'm working on them." Olivia mused.

"How many girls all together? Rafa asked.

"8 Russians and 6 Latina's then Izzy, not counting Ruslana." Olivia said.

"I haven't even asked you. You doing okay Liv? Seeing that must have been tough." Rafa asked tenderly.

"Rafael I'm fine. It's my job!" Liv rolled her eyes. "Okay Liv, but if you need me. You know where I am."
