Happy New Year and welcome back to another chapter of Astro Tron! I'm glad that 2020 is over because it was overall a crazy year.

We've finally reached it. This will be the final part of the Auxiliary Zord arc. This one's going to be fun to work on.

Also, I'd like to thank JTWAS1994 for pointing out the error for the name of Izuku's auxiliary zord. And in response to Dragon Rider 66, I did think about it, but I feel like those zords would be fine separately like the Jungle Fury and Dino Thunder auxiliary zords.

To recap what happened last time, Viro's Army attempted to destroy the Green Ranger's Zord: The Pegacorn Zord. However, with a little encouragement from Ruby, Izuku managed to focus on the task at hand and claimed the Pegacorn Zord.

Will the Astro Tron Rangers be successful in obtaining the third auxiliary zord? To find out the answer, let's get started because it's Morphin' Time!

The Scene opens with the Five Silhouettes standing in place and holding their left arms up as their morpher glows, causing them to instantly morph into the Astro Tron Rangers.

Power… Rangers!

Haywire tosses a disc-like container into space as it divides into ten small containers.

Racing to save your life

Cuts to Ruby, Ash, Kirito, Izuku, and Akiza finding their discs.

Fight off those that are filled with strife

Cuts to the five making a serious look on their faces and nodding. The entire scene changes to a fiery background with a silhouette of Viro and his army walking out of the flames.

*BOOM! CRASH*

"YOU IMCOMPETENT FOOLS!" Viro roared in rage as he fires energy blasts from his palm, sending a bunch of Gridoz Soldiers flying into the ceiling and walls of the throne room. Meanwhile, Ebony, Ivory, and Ninjoro get juggled a bit from the flying Gridoz Soldiers.

"M-Master Viro, you're gonna destroy the Nucleo!" Ivory stuttered in fear.

"We got a huge amount of Dust and a pack of Pokemon, yet all of you continue to lose to CHILDREN!?" Viro shouted as his fist was engulfed with purple electricity before slamming it onto the floor, creating an electric shockwave that knocked everyone into the walls while the machines beep loudly.

"We're trying to beat them, but they keep outsmarting us every time!" Ebony explained as she and the other generals got back up on their feet, wobbling from the attack.

"But this time will be different." Ninjoro swore while Ivory and a few Gridoz Soldiers that are still active attempting to get the machinery back up and running. "While Hawkeye and Batwing were on their assignment, I've found the location of another of their zords."

"I'm well aware of that, Ninjoro." Viro growled as he walked up to one of the monitors to display a map of an unknown planet. "That's why we'll prevent the rangers first, then destroy their zord. Diamole!"

The door opens to reveal a grid with the face of a mole, gray skin, pale belly, white claws that look dull and dirty, and claws for its feet. The mole grid entered the room while the Gridoz Soldiers backed up in fear.

"You called, Master Viro?" Diamole saluted with a rather squeaky voice.

"I got a special assignment for you." Viro said before turning to the mole grid and slowly approaching him. "I want you to take out the rangers before they get the chance to claim another zord."

"This will be a breeze." Diamole snickered while raising his claws up as they're now coated in a diamond layer. "With my diamond claws, I can easily trap the Rangers."

"What will those claws do to the Rangers? Blind them?" Ebony scoffed while rolling her eyes.

"Watch this." Diamole says as he turns to two Gridoz Soldiers, who are panicking as they try to open the door. Diamole rushes in and swipes his claws against the Gridoz Soldiers, turning them into a statue made of diamonds.

The generals are in complete disbelief as Ivory walks up to one of the diamond statues before tapping it gently.

"Ninjoro, Ebony, Ivory, go with Diamole. I want you three to distract the rangers so they won't get wise and outsmart Diamole." Viro commanded while clenching his fist.

"As you wish, Master Viro." The generals bowed in unison before exiting out the room along with Diamole.

Viro then walks over to his throne and sits down before laughing menacingly as he stares at the unknown planet.

"With this plan, The Rangers will finally meet their match. Game over, Haywire."

Astro Dome, Training Room

Kirito, who is wearing his ranger uniform, walks over to a table and grabs his morpher before summoning his shadow sword. He twirls it a bit before looking over to Akiza, who is also wearing her ranger uniform and practicing different whip techniques with her plant whip.

'I wonder if I can incorporate my skills from SAO into my fighting style.' Kirito thought before walking over to Akiza, but keeping his distance so he won't get hit by her whip. "Hey Akiza."

"Yes?" Akiza stopped swinging her whip and turned to the black ranger. "Do you need something?"

"I thought I might try out new techniques. Think you can help me practice?" Kirito requested while holding his sword up.

Akiza squints a bit as she knows that Kirito can be a bit clever and sly, but gives him a nod of approval before the two circle around each other, readying their weapons.

Akiza swings her whip sideways, only for Kirito to duck and roll forward as he prepares to strike his sword at her. Akiza smirks and spins around Kirito's strike and performs a volley technique with her whip, knocking Kirito back to a table with a bowl of apples and a few glasses of water.

Kirito grabs an apple and takes a bite out of it, prompting Akiza to raise an eyebrow in suspicion.

"What? Nothing wrong with a little snack." Kirito shrugged while rushing in and twirls his sword, deflecting each whip strike from Akiza as he slowly moves in closer.

"You should've put the apple down." Akiza said as she wraps her whip around Kirito's sword before yanking it out of his grip and catching it.

"Want me to get rid of the apple? Okay." Kirito smirked as he tossed the apple at Akiza, causing her to gasp and get bonked in the head by the apple.

Akiza rubs her head and drops Kirito's shadow sword to catch the apple before Kirito kicks her whip out of her hand as he grabs his sword and points it towards her neck.

"You wanted me to get rid of the apple." Kirito teased as he took the apple away from Akiza. "I'm a man of my word."

"That doesn't even count, Kirito." Akiza stated in an annoyed tone as she picked up her whip. "Getting rid of the apple does not mean tossing one at me."

"But you still left your guard down." Kirito said back as he took another bite out of the apple.

"I'll admit that's clever." Akiza sighed as she grabbed a cup of water before drinking from it. "But how does apple tossing count as a skill?"

"You just gotta use what's available." Kirito answered. "Besides, I learned a lot of skills back when I was trapped in SAO."

"Were you able to master them or did you cheat and use cheap tactics like what you did during our training?" Akiza said with a small smirk.

Kirito nearly choked on his apple, prompting him to put it down and grab a cup of water before drinking it to rinse his mouth and help the apple piece go down the right pipe.

"I-It's not my fault that your technique and fighting style is tricky to figure out." Kirito grumbled in an annoyed tone.

"Was that supposed to be a compliment?" Akiza gasped before giggling a bit. "Didn't you say that you have a girlfriend and you promised that you won't flirt with any other girls?"

"Hey, I wasn't trying to compliment you." Kirito said with a tick mark before letting out a sigh to calm down.

"Relax, it was a joke." Akiza said as she looked at Kirito. "And no offense, but you're not my type."

"What? Are you into bad boys with motorcycles and spiky hair?" Kirito teased with a smirk, only to have a towel shoved in his face by Akiza.

"O-Of course I don't!" Akiza shouted with with an angry glare and a small hint of pink forming on her cheeks.

"Wow. I was joking, but are you actually into that type?" Kirito asked as he looked rather surprised while removing the towel. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone."

"That is something you shouldn't be concerned about." Akiza said with a serious glare.

"W-Whoa, I'll stop." Kirito apologized with an awkward laugh before placing a hand underneath his chin. "But man. That was NOT what I thought you liked. I was thinking you were more into... classy guys?"

"What made you think that?" Akiza asked with a puzzled expression.

"It's the way you dress." Kirito pointed out. "Just thought someone who dressed like that would like those kind of people."

Akiza looks down at her uniform and does notice that it's a bit classy in comparison to the other rangers' uniform. "You do make a good point. But I do mean what I said earlier about that tactic."

"What do you mean?" Kirito asked.

"It is clever, but it won't always save you. Plus, it can be rather reckless." Akiza explained. "You can't always cheat your way out of a situation."

"I only use it because it can be useful." Kirito countered. "What happens if your original plan fails? What happens if you lose your powers and weapon or if they're useless against someone that's stronger?"

*BEEP, BEEP, BEEP*

"Another attack." Akiza sighed as her whip dematerialized back into her morpher. "We'll settle this later."

"Yeah, the others are probably waiting for us." Kirito said as he tossed his apple in the trash can and exited out of the training room with Akiza.

Unknown Planet

Ruby, Ash, Kirito, Izuku, and Akiza exited out of a portal as they're now in a jungle.

"This is where the grid attack is?" Ash asks as he looks around and notices that the jungle is deserted.

"Haywire." Ruby said as she took out her morpher and called the rangers' mentor. "What is this place?"

"It's a jungle based planet called Kipligino." Haywire explained. "It used to be populated by a bass variety of alien species long ago."

"What happened to them?" Izuku asked with a gulp.

"Unfortunately, the beasts that reside within the planet have exterminated them, including a mysterious being." Haywire said. "I'm unaware of what Viro's army is up to on this planet, but you must proceed with caution. Cecilia is currently looking into more information on the planet."

"Thanks Haywire." Ruby said before ending the call and started walking down a path with the other rangers behind her.

"Pikachu, can you use your ears?" Ash asks, earning a solemn nod from Pikachu as he starts twitching his ears to pick up any sound that isn't from the rangers.

The rangers continue to make their way through the jungle for a few minutes, noticing the amount of bones and claw marks around the area.

"This jungle's bigger than I thought." Izuku admitted.

"Did you hear anyone else Pikachu?" Ash questioned the electric mouse Pokemon, who shook his head in response.

"Let's stay alert." Ruby said as the rangers started to climb up a vine to get to a higher level.

As they continue to explore, Kirito starts to notice the old claw marks on every wall and pillar they come across.

'These marks look bigger than a regular beast.' Kirito thought while examining them. He then looks at the footprints on the ground. "Uhh, guys?"

"What is it, Kirito?" Ruby asked as she and the other rangers went over to where the black ranger was standing.

"Did you find something?" Akiza added before the rangers look at the claw and foot prints on the walls and floor. "Are those… beast prints? I remember reading about them in a book back at the Astro Dome."

"They look bigger than the regular beasts." Kirito pointed out before taking out his morpher and displaying images of his wolf zord. He then uses his fingers to enhance one of the images of the footprint before moving it next to one of the footprints.

"It's… It's the same size as our zords." Ash gasped.

"That explains why it looks so bulky." Izuku pointed out as the shape of the foot print has a bit of a square shape in comparison to a regular footprint.

"Do you think a zord's been here before?" Ash asked.

"I want to say that's the case, but look at the claw marks and footprints closely." Ruby said, getting on one knee to get a closer look at the giant zord print. "It looks old, meaning it was here a long time ago."

"D-Does… Does that mean this zord was here when this planet was attacked?" Izuku gulped as the rangers and Pikachu looked horrified after putting the pieces together.

"I'm sending this to Haywire." Kirito uses his morpher to scan the claw marks and footprints before sending the data back to the Astro Dome.

"If a zord is here, then it's possible that Viro's army plans to destroy it." Akiza theorized.

"Then we better find them fast." Ruby said as the rangers start to run down a path.

Astro Dome

Cecilia is typing on a computer, looking at various datas and news on Kipligino while Haywire is levitating numerous books in the air with one opened book in his hand.

*BEEP*

Cecilia noticed a message she received, causing her to click on it and sees that it's sent by [Kazuto Kirigaya].

"Haywire, we got a message from Kazuto." Cecilia spoke up, prompting Haywire to teleport the books back to the library and walk over to the blind krypton.

"Really, what did he send?" Haywire questioned as Cecilia opened the message box, revealing the images of the claw marks and foot prints. The two squint at the images closely before gasping and widening their eyes. "T-That's impossible!"

Cecilia turns on another monitor, displaying two videos: one of the map of Kipligino and the other with the rangers navigating through the jungle.

"Strange, the rangers haven't encountered Viro's army." Cecilia pointed out while raising an eyebrow. "And there are no signs of them moving."

"If Viro's army is not moving, then that means…" Haywire started until widening his eyes upon realizing what might happen.

Kipligino

The rangers manage to arrive in a slightly more open area of the jungle, still keeping their eyes open for anything suspicious.

*VRR*

Ruby feels her morpher vibrating before taking it out and accepting the call. "Hey Haywire. Did you get the images Kirito sent?"

"Rangers, you must morph immediately!" Haywire shouted in an urgent tone.

"What? Why?" Ruby asked in a worried tone.

"It's an ambush! MORPH NOW!" Haywire shouted before ending the call.

The rangers look at each other with nervous looks on their faces before taking out their morphers and shout- "Power on!" As the five glow in their respective colors, they morph into their ranger forms before they get hit by a couple of energy blasts, causing them to get sent flying in the air before crashing down on the ground.

"Is everyone okay?" Ruby grunted in pain as they slowly got back up and heard evil chuckles. They look around to see Ninjoro, Ebony, Ivory, Diamole, and numerous gridoz soldiers surrounding them.

"You rangers are becoming more predictable with each encounter." Ninjoro mocked as he rested his hand on the hilt of his katana. "Like a moth to a flame."

"You knew we were coming?" Kirito asked with a small grunt.

"Yes. And you're not the only ones who are growing stronger." Ivory pointed out before snapping his fingers, causing the gridoz soldiers to fire ball projectiles with grid outlines before they transform into virtual reality projections of various pokemon: Fearows, Zangooses, Sandslashes, Sandshrews, Croagunks, Zubats, Golbats, Sevipers, Onix, and Gyarados.

"The Pokemon from the Johto Safari Zone?" Ash gasped before making a scowl look.

"Wait, something's different about them." Izuku noticed as the Pokemon are flickering a bit.

"You catch on quickly, Green Ranger." Ebony giggled menacingly, placing a hand on her hip. "We knew you rangers would attempt to free the real Pokemon if we brought them to the battlefield, so that's why we created these clones."

"Just because they're clones, that doesn't mean they should be taken lightly." Ninjoro chuckled as he drew out his katana.

"I hope you're ready to lose, Rangers!" Diamole laughed dastardly.

"Watch out for that mole guy. We don't know what he can do." Ruby said as the Rangers summoned their signature weapons.

"Attack!" Ninjoro commanded as he, Ivory, Ebony, Diamole, the gridoz soldiers, and pokemon clones charged towards the rangers.

"I'll have my pokemon battle the clones." Ash said as he sent out Charizard, Sceptile, Infernape, Buizel, and Krookodile before the rangers charged in along with Ash's pokemon.

With Ruby

Ruby deflects a few shots by twirling her scythe before creating a gust of wind, blowing the gridoz soldiers away. She then tosses her scythe upwards before sliding underneath another soldier. She uses her speed semblance to perform a quick uppercut and follow it up with a roundhouse.

"Wow, all of that training paid off." Ruby said with a smirk before flipping in the air, kicking and punching a few gridoz soldiers that attempted to assault her in the air before grabbing her scythe. Ruby channels wind behind her, launching her towards the ground and spinning her scythe before slamming it onto the ground.

"Not bad, Red Ranger." Ruby looks back and sees Diamole running at her with his claws bought out. "But I'll bury you in the dirt."

"I won't let that happen." Ruby declared before clashing with Diamole.

With Ash and his Pokemon

Pikachu and Sceptile are dashing serpentine formation with Quick Attack to avoid Onix's Rock Slide and Gyarados' Dragon Rage. Pikachu's cheeks crackle with electricity before zapping Gyarados with Thunderbolt. Sceptile jumps towards Onix, only to get caught by its tail with Wrap. Onix prepares to crush Sceptile, only for the Forest Pokemon to spit out a barrage of seeds in its face, forcing Onix to release him.

The Zubats and Golbats fire a barrage of light blue crescent-shaped beams with their wings while Charizard spins like a cork to avoid them, occasionally using Dragon Tail to send them right back. Charizard looks up and sees the Fearows flying towards him while their beaks glow white before spinning like a drill. A cocky grin forms on Charizard's face before firing Flamethrower at the Fearows.

Buizel, Infernape, and Krookodile are facing back to back while the Zangooses, Sandslashes, Sandshrews, Sevipers, and Croagunks surround them. The pokemon clones charge in with various attacks like Gyro Ball, Crush Claw, Poison Jab, and Poison Tail.

"Bui, Bui!" Buizel called out to Infernape and gave him a nod, causing Infenrape to grin in return.

"Infernape." Infernape gestured to Krookodile, who gave him a nod in return.

"Krookodile!" Krookodile roared before burrowing underground.

Infernape and Buizel start breakdancing before firing Flamethrower and Water Gun, creating a double counter-shield that starts juggling the pokemon clones in the air. The two Pokemon stopped using their counter shield technique, allowing Krookodile to pop out of the ground and swipe his claws at the clones.

Ash tosses his water shuriken as it ricochets off a few trees, knocking down a few gridoz soldiers while taking out his shark launcher. He fires his shark launcher at a few more gridoz soldiers.

"Surf's up!" Ash jumps up before landing on his shuriken as it grows in size. He concentrates and glows blue, causing his shuriken to create a mini wave underneath while shooting a few rockets and lasers to take out the remaining gridoz soldiers surround him.

Before Ash can continue surfing, a grenade landed nearby as it explodes and unleashes a cold blast, freezing the mini wave. Ash's eyes widened underneath his helmet before jumping off his shuriken, grabbing it along the way.

"Are you done playing with water, Blue Ranger?" Ash turns around and sees Ninjoro drawing out his katana. "I wish to fight you seriously."

"I'm just getting started." Ash declared before tossing his shuriken at Ninjoro, who deflected it back with his katana. Ash jumps up in the air and catches his shuriken before slamming it down and clashing with the ninja grid.

With Izuku

Izuku jabs a few gridoz soldiers in the gut with the hilt of his lightning axe. He spins around to avoid a few attacks before channeling electricity into his axe before slamming it down on the ground, creating a huge burst of lightning that paralyzed the surrounding gridoz soldiers.

"Pegacorn Spear!" Izuku shouted as he summoned the pegacorn spear. He starts twirling it, creating a wind-like barrier that is sending the paralyzed gridoz soldiers flying into the air.

Izuku jumps up before he starts flying and thrusts his weapon a few times, taking out the gridoz soldiers one by one.

Before Izuku can assist his friends, he gets hit in the back by a ball of fire and a purple, causing him to crash on the ground while looking back to see Ivory blowing on the muzzle of his blaster, which was releasing steam.

"That should keep you grounded for a while." Ivory chuckled. "I really love these dust crystals. Gives us more possibilities to defeat you."

"Even if you got more power and weapons, that's not going to make us surrender." Izuku declared as he activates One for All at 5%.

"Prove it to me, Green Ranger." Ivory challenged as he took out his axe. Izuku charges at the Soldier Grid and swings his spear, only for him to parry the strike before the two start clashing.

With Kirito and Akiza

Kirito took out his astro blade and shadow sword and proceeds to block each thrust from the gridoz soldiers' spears. Once he found an opening, he jumped and spun while holding his swords out, slashing them down before he slammed them on the ground, creating a mini black shockwave that sent them flying.

Akiza spun her whip to deflect a few shots from the gridoz soldiers as her entire body glows pink, causing numerous pink vines to emerge from the ground and bind them.

"Not bad, Pink Ranger." Ebony stated as her sword was covered in flames before swinging it at the vines, sending a fire wave that burned the vines into a pile of ashes. "But I believe you've made enough pesky plants for one day."

"Fire dust?" Akiza asked as she leaned backwards to avoid another fire wave that Ebony launched. She gets back and sees Ebony closing in before the pink ranger does a standing roundhouse.

Ebony shifts to avoid the kick, prompting her to swing her sword at a rapid rate while Akiza dodges the strikes. Akiza continues to dodge until she finds an opening and wraps her whip around Ebony's arm.

"I'm not going to fall for that trick!" Ebony declared before yanking the whip, forcing Akiza to fly over to her and take out a blaster with her free hand.

Ebony prepares to fire her blaster until she sees Akiza creating a pink flower, jumping on it before flipping over the female grid. Akiza then wraps her legs around Ebony's head before flipping her to the ground. Akiza pulls her whip back and summons vines to bind Ebony and the gridoz soldiers who just recovered.

"Now let's take care of the prom-" Akiza took out her duel disk, only to see a bunch of black energy slashes cutting the vines and destroying the gridoz soldiers and damaging Ebony. She looks over and sees Kirito, who is looking away while whistling a tune. "I had that under control, Kirito."

"What? I was just trying to help." Kirito said.

"You could've asked if I needed help first." Akiza scowled.

"Just because you trapped them into vines, that doesn't mean they're out of options." Kirito stated.

"Which is why I brought out my duel disk." Akiza stated as she held her duel disk up to emphasize her point. "There was no need for you to interfere."

"Interfere? All I did was use my powers to take them down." Kirito said with a slightly annoyed tone. "And what will happen if one of your monsters didn't work?"

"I had support spells to compensate for that." Akiza said back. "And at least my strategy is more effective than yours."

"How is it any more helpful?" Kirito asked. "Thinking two steps ahead doesn't always work."

"Using cheap tricks doesn't always work either." Akiza stated.

While Kirito and Akiza continue to bicker, Ebony stares at them with an unamused and awkward expression on her face.

"Uhh hello? Are you two gonna save your argument for another time?" Ebony spoke up to get their attention, which doesn't work. Ebony pinches the temple of her nose and lets out a huge sigh before walking away. "I don't have time for this."

"You know, let's ask Ebony and see what she thinks." Kirito suggested.

"You're seriously asking our enemies for their opinion?" Akiza asked in a slightly angry tone.

"She's the only one-" Kirito paused when he noticed Ebony walking. "Hey! Get back here!"

"I didn't want to witness your pointless bickering, so I'll be ready once you two are done." Ebony said, waving her hand as she continues to walk away.

"We're not done!" Kirito shouted as he chased after her.

"Kirito, wait! Stay with the group!" Akiza demanded, only to see him and Ebony running. She lets out a frustrated groan before chasing after them.

'All according to plan.' Ebony thought with an evil grin.

With the other rangers

Ruby uses her semblance to run around Diamole to confuse his vision, causing him to try and slash the Red Ranger.

"Why can't you stay still!?" Diamole shouted as he continued to swipe his claws.

"I will if you will." Ruby said before delivering a kick in the back of Diamole's head, only to miss as he burrows underground. "Aww, that was supposed to be so cool."

Ruby looks over to see Ash's pokemon taking a bit of a breather from fighting the pokemon clones before glancing over to Ash and Izuku fighting Ninjoro and Ivory.

"I better help them before taking care of that giant mole." Ruby said before making her way over to her friends.

Izuku spins his spear, creating a massive cyclone of wind that pushes Ivory back a little while Ash fires his shark launcher at the ground, sending him back to where Izuku is standing.

"These two are tougher than before." Ash said.

"Stormbreaker?" Izuku suggested as he activated storm mode for his pegacorn spear.

"Let's do this." Ash smirked underneath his helmet, readying his launcher before firing it.

"We've seen your team attacks before. It's going to work." Ninjoro swings his katana while Ivory slams his axe down to slice through the blast, causing the blast to explode into raindrops that soak the two generals.

Izuku twirls his spear and raises it up, causing a bunch of dark clouds to appear in the sky. He then slams it down as a lightning bolt struck Ninjoro and Ivory, electrocuting them as they scream in pain.

"Very clever, Rangers." Ivory admitted with a cough. "But it won't be enough."

"Maybe this will be enough." Ninjoro and Ivory turn around and see Ruby, who just used her semblance to dash over them. Ruby twirls her scythe before swinging it, damaging the two generals as they're sent flying into a boulder.

"Nice work, Ruby." Ash chuckled as he and Izuku caught up to her.

"It's not over yet. There's still that mole guy we need to take care of." Ruby said.

"You rangers may be adaptive in combat, but you need to keep your guard up constantly." Ninjoro said with an evil chuckle.

The three rangers felt the ground crumble a bit before jumping back as Diamole emerged from the ground.

"Let's see who will shine first!" Diamole cackles as his claws are now coated into diamond layers before swiping them at Ash, leaving a scratch mark on his chest.

"Ouch! What kind of claws are-" Ash grunted before he starts glowing light blue and white before he demorphs and turns into a diamond statue.

"ASH!" Ruby and Izuku cried out while Ash's Pokemon widened their eyes in fear from seeing what happened to their trainer.

"What did you do to him!?" Ruby demanded as she and Izuku held their weapons up.

"Ruby, we need to be careful with his claws." Izuku stated while Ash's pokemon dashed towards their petrified trainer.

"Don't worry, Rangers. You'll join your blue buddy." Diamole taunted as flail his claws around with joy.

With Kirito and Akiza

Ebony continues to run through the jungle with Kirito and Akiza trailing behind her. The two rangers took out their astro blasters before firing at the female grid, who ducked and rolled underneath the blasts.

"Shadow Sword!" Kirito shouts as he jumps towards Ebony and slams his sword down, prompting Ebony to block it with her sword before the two start exchanging blows.

"Plant Whip!" Akiza swings her whip in a flash technique to hit Ebony in the face before punching Ebony in the gut.

"I had that under control." Kirito pouted underneath his helmet.

"Look, we're even now. Let's just interrogate her." Akiza said, summoning vines to hold Ebony down before walking over to the female grid. "Talk. Why are you here?"

"I got a bigger question: Aren't you worried about your teammates?" Ebony mocked with a grin.

"What do you mean by that?" Kirito questioned.

"Your teammates are probably dealing with Diamole by now." Ebony answered. "Compared to the previous enemies you have faced, Diamole is one the strongest grids outside of Viro's top lieutenants. He could even kill you if he was serious."

"Like we're going to let that mole kill us." Kirito stated, causing Ebony to laugh.

"What's so funny?" Akiza asked.

"Did you think you could take him?" Ebony laughed. "Cheap tactics and planning two steps ahead won't be enough to stop Diamole. Especially when he uses his diamond claws. One claw swipe from those and you turned to a diamond statue immediately."

"Diamond Statue?" Akiza asked before she and Kirito slightly widened their eyes in concern.

"And it gets better." Ebony said with an evil smirk on her face. "When that statue gets destroyed, the victim dies."

"So that's what they're after!" Kirito exclaimed.

"So what will it be, Black and Pink?" Ebony asked. "Are you going to finish me off and sacrifice your friends or are you going to save them, only to become a diamond statue and meet the same fate as them?"

Kirito and Akiza looked at each other, tightening their fist while it trembled. The two of them let out a sigh before running back to try and save their friends while Kirito took out his morpher.

"Haywire, Cecilia! We figured out what they're after!" Kirito alerted in an urgent tone. "But we need your help, fast!"

When Kirito and Akiza are out of sight, Ebony struggles to move her arm close to her before sinking her teeth into the vine, ripping it off before reaching in her pocket and taking out a grenade. She drops it on the floor before it explodes and unleashes heat, disintegrating the vines in the process.

"Whenever it's the old or new generation of Power Rangers, they have one thing common. They're too soft and choose to save lives before taking down their enemies." Ebony said with an evil chuckle before forming a sadistic smile. "Oh, I can't wait for the day to see them lose everything they ever cherish."

With Izuku and Ruby

"Hurricane!" Ruby and Izuku twirled their weapons, sending a cyclone of wind and lightning as it lifted Diamole in the air while zapping him.

"Oww! Ahh!" Diamole screams in pain before he starts laughing. "Stop, that tickles!"

"Not even that's enough?" Ruby asked as she's both confused and afraid.

"He's got to have a weakness." Izuku said, activating One for All at 5%. He runs forward before bouncing off different trees before raising and extending his left leg. 'Shoot Style!' He swings his leg to deliver a swift kick in Diamole's gut, earning a grunt and groan from the mole grid.

"Pesky green ranger!" Diamole shouted as he raised his right arm, getting ready to claw him.

'Crap, I gotta get away!' Izuku thought in a panic state as he flicked his finger, creating a wind pressure shock wave that pushed Izuku away from Diamole's claw strike.

"Deku, hang on." Ruby said, taking out Crescent Rose and a cartridge with a fire insignia. She loads it into her weapon before shooting a flaming bullet at Diamole.

"Let's add a bit of lighting to it." Izuku said, taking out his pegacorn spear and activating storm mode. He spins his weapon around, catching the flaming bullet in a current of wind and lightning before flinging it at Diamole, hitting him as he crashes to the ground.

"Ruby! Izuku!" The two rangers look back and see Akiza and Kirito emerging out of the bushes while running. "Are you two okay?"

"We're fine." Izuku answered while Akiza and Kirito noticed the petrified Ash with his Pokemon guarding him.

"Oh no… Ash got petrified?" Kirito gasped before gritting his teeth underneath his helmet.

"Don't worry, I think we got Diamole." Ruby reassured, only to hear a sinister cackle.

"You rangers are tougher than I thought." Diamole said, shrugging off the attack and leaving the four rangers speechless. "But your efforts will be pointless."

"What? He survived that?" Ruby asked in disbelief.

"He's just as tanky as Torwark." Akiza compared as she's also baffled by Diamole's endurance. "How do we get past his defenses?"

"What about the Astro Cannon?" Kirito suggested.

"I don't think we can use it without Ash." Izuku answered. 'Come on, there's got to be a weak point, but what?'

"I think playtime's over, Rangers." Diamole said before glaring at Kirito and Akiza. He smirks and buries underground.

"Where did he go?" Kirito asked as he and the other rangers took out their blasters.

Ruby's hand lightly trembles as she points her blaster in every direction. She then heard a chuckle, causing her to gasp until she felt a pair of claws slashing her in the back, causing her to scream in pain and demorphs, catching the other rangers' attention.

"RUBY!" Izuku, Kirito, and Akiza cried out as the silver eye girl turns into a diamond statue.

"Two down, three to go." Diamole counted.

"You're gonna pay for that!" Kirito declared as he charges at Diamole.

"Kirito wait!" Akiza cried out as she chased after him. Kirito fires his blaster at Diamole, who sliced through each shot and buries underground before emerging out behind the black and pink ranger.

"Watch out!" Izuku cried out in unison as he used his superspeed to shove his friends out of the way before getting struck by Diamole's claw strike and turn into a diamond statue.

"IZUKU/DEKU!" Akiza and Kirito cried out in agony as they got back up and rushed over to the statues.

"No… No no no!" Kirito panicked.

"Three down, two to go." Diamole laughed while he walked over to Ivory and Ninjoro, who just got back up after the paralysis wore off.

"Now let's take care of these statues." Ninjoro said, taking out his katana and preparing to charge in and slice the statues into a million pieces. He charges in and right when he's about to slash, his sword bounces off an orange barrier, sending Ninjoro flying into Ivory and Diamole.

"What now?" Diamole groaned as the villains slowly got back up and saw Haywire and Ceclia within the orange barrier.

"Haywire? Cecilia?" Akiza asked, having a small glare underneath her helmet.

"I'm afraid there won't be any statue destroyed under my watch." Haywire stated as he brought the barrier down. Cecilia adjusted the dilation of her visors before firing her laser vision on the ground, creating a cloud of dirt surrounding the villains as they started coughing.

"They're always interfering!" Ivory said, throwing a grenade on the floor that unleashes a gust of wind that blows the dirt cloud away before noticing that Haywire and the rangers are nowhere to be seen. "They got away."

"Let's not worry about that. We must focus on destroying that zord." Ninjoro said as he turned on his communication. "Ebony, where are you?"

"I'm almost out of the jungle. I think I found the location of the zord." Ebony answered. "I'll send my coordinates to you."

"Excellent." Ninjoro chuckles as he ends the call before receiving Ebony's coordinates and starts walking alongside Ivory. "Victory will be ours today."

"This is our time to shine and the rangers won't stop us now." Diamole laughed as he followed the two generals.

Astro Dome

After gently setting the statues in the meeting room, Akiza walked up to Ruby's statue and lightly tapped on it.

"Do you think they're still alive in there?" Akiza questioned.

"I'm sensing their life force within the diamond layer." Haywire answered as the gem of his staff was glowing. "I'm amazed that this grid has the ability to petrify its victim into diamond statues."

"And if we destroy the statues, then the person will die." Kirito said, looking away so no one can see his angry and sad expression while Ash's Pokemon are sitting down with frowns on their faces.

"Izuku and Ruby used team attacks and Diamole just shrugged it off." Akiza brought up. "And we can't use the Astro Cannon with just two people."

"What about the Tiger Zord?" Haywire and the two rangers turn to Cecilia, who is sitting at a computer.

"Tiger Zord?" Akiza asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Wait, so that's what the giant footprint we saw was?" Kirito recalled as Cecilia typed on her keyboard, showing images of a brown tiger zord with white stripes and gold claws.

"I was wondering why those footprints looked familiar." Haywire answered with a sigh. "The Tiger Zord is one of the three auxiliary zords, belonging to the Black Astro Tron Ranger."

"So it's my zord?" Kirito asked with a small gasp.

"Correct." Haywire answered. "While it's primary element is ice, the Tiger Zord's primary weapon is the claws that it wields. With enough speed and strength, this should put you at equal ground with Diamole."

"Wait, does the Tiger Zord have some kind of connection with Kipligino?" Akiza asked, earning frowns from Haywire and Cecilia.

"It was around the time when the previous Astro Tron Rangers were at war with Viro's Army." Haywire said. "It was a battle against Gridzillas on Kipligino, so the rangers used their zords to defeat them and the Tiger Zord was one of them. However, it turned out to be a trap. Viro's Army managed to hijack the Tiger Zord, which eventually led it to go on an endless rampage, slaughtering the alien race and beast residing on the planet."

Kirito's eyes widened in horror while Akiza slightly covered her mouth with one hand upon hearing the story.

"That explains why there wasn't anyone on the planet when we arrived." Kirito said with a shockingly sigh. He knew that there was something dark about Kipligino, but he certainly wasn't expecting one of their own zords of all things to be responsible.

"What happened with the zord?" Akiza questioned.

"The Tiger Zord ran out of power when it was attacking one of the temples." Cecilia answered as she displayed an image of the temple on her monitor. "And it remains immobile ever since."

"Now I get it." Akiza said, slightly slamming her fist on her opened hand after putting the pieces together. "Diamole tried to turn us into diamond statues and destroy us to not just get our discs, but to prevent us from reclaiming the Tiger Zord."

"If they tried to destroy the Pegacorn Zord last time, then that means they're going to try and destroy the Tiger Zord." Kirito theorized before grabbing his morpher and proceeded to leave the Astro Dome. "We need to go back to Kipligino and claim the zord before we're too late."

"Wait a minute, Kirito." Akiza spoke up, causing the black ranger to stop walking. "I think we should focus on preventing Diamole and Viro's generals from destroying the Tiger Zord."

"You think that's going to work?" Kirito asked as he turned around to face Akiza. "After what Ebony told us?"

"Guys, what are you.." Cecilia started.

"We've faced that before with Graveyard being immune to our regular attacks, Miss Fortune giving Ash bad luck, Shifter transforming into us and causing mayhem, Torwark's defenses, and when Orco drowned us." Akiza listed. "If we were able to stop them, then we can do the same with Diamole."

"Do you think that's going to work again this time?" Kirito asked with an annoyed tone. "You and I both saw what happened. Diamole took our team attacks like it was nothing and he was able to beat Ruby, Ash, and Deku. If we try and attack him without the Tiger Zord and claws, then we'll end up like the rest of our friends."

"Yes, but their main focus is on the zord, not us." Akiza stated, starting to get annoyed. "If we focus on the zord, Viro's army is going to win with two birds and one stone. Is that what you want? To let them beat us with your plan backfiring?"

"Kazuto, Akiza, stop this at once." Haywire spoke up.

"Did you not hear a single word I just said?" Kirito asked in an aggravated tone. "Your plan won't be any better."

"I'm not going to pretend that every plan we used went perfectly." Akiza admitted in an angry tone. "But if we don't take action and be Power Rangers, things would be even worse than they are now."

"Worse!?" Kirito raised his voice up. "Ruby, Ash, and Deku are diamond statues, you and I can't use the pegacorn spear and shark launcher, and we can't use the Astro Cannon with just the two of us!"

"We can still turn this around!" Akiza shouted. "I can still use my dueling cards and we can use Ash's pokemon!"

"And they could get wise and destroy your duel disk and capture Ash's pokemon in the process, leaving us vulnerable!" Kirito shouted back.

The two rangers continue to argue as their voices slowly grew louder and louder, infuriating Haywire while making Cecilia frantic.

"ENOUGH!" Haywire shouted as he stabbed the bottom his staff onto the ground, emitting a loud ringing sound.

"AHHH!" Kirito, Cecilia, and Akiza covered their ears and screamed from the loud ringing sound from Haywire's staff. The two rangers fell down to their knees as the ringing sound stopped.

"I understand both of your frustration. I'm just as stressed out about this situation as you two are." Haywire sighed with a strict tone before pointing his staff at Kirito and Akiza. "But venting it out on each other is NOT going to prevent Viro and his army from destroying the Tiger Zord. Until you two can put your differences aside and figure out a solution that will benefit both sides, I suggest you remain in the Astro Dome and relax for the time being. Do I make myself clear?"

Kirito looked at Haywire in fear before looking at each other, only to let a simple head turn and scoff as they both stood back up and stormed out of the meeting room. Haywire looked at the door that they went through before letting out a hefty sigh.

"Sometimes the human race can be such a stubborn species." Haywire said as he heard whimpering, prompting him to turn around and see Cecilia hiding underneath her desk. "Did I go overboard with the shouting?"

"A-A little." Cecilia whimpered as she crawled out of her desk.

"I apologize that you have to see me like this." Haywire apologized as he walked over to his adoptive daughter and gave her a comforting hug.

"I-It's fine." Cecilia sniffed as she returned the hug. "I understand why you have to shout like that. But, what about Kirito and Akiza, will they be alright?"

"Don't worry, they're smart enough to figure things out." Haywire answered. 'I hope they can figure it out. The last time I saw the Black and Pink Ranger in that scenario, it cost them their lives.'

Akiza's Room

Akiza is sitting at her desk, going through her deck of cards to bring into a battle with a rather angry expression on her face. She sets them down and takes a deep breath to relax before looking at her astron disc on the edge of her desk.

'Why can't me and Kirito just agree on something for once?' She thought until she heard a knock on her door. "It's open."

Akiza turns around to see the door opened with Kirito at the doorway, causing her to sigh and look away.

"Kirito, I know what you're about to say." Akiza said, still looking away from him as he entered the room and closed the door. "And it's not going to work."

"I understand your anger, Akiza." Kirito said in a small sympathetic tone. "But I just want to know that both of our plans may lead us to defeat. I know it's rough, but that's how it is. The world isn't perfect and-"

"DON'T TALK ABOUT THE WORLD BEING UNFAIR WHEN YOU HAD A PERFECT LIFE!" Akiza shouted as she abruptly stood up from her chair to face Kirito, who was startled by her anger. "Do you think everyone has a perfect life like you? You don't know what I went through. My powers... they were a curse when I first discovered them. It's so powerful that I ended up hurting everyone I come across. And in return, they pushed me away. Even my own parents sent me away because they saw a monster, not their own daughter."

"Akiza…" Kirito started with a frown on his face as he saw the crimson haired duelist walking to her bed before sitting down.

"Forget it, you wouldn't know how I feel." Akiza scoffed and remained quiet for a minute. "If you have something to say, then make it quick."

"...My life isn't perfect either." Kirito started as he sat down next to Akiza. "Back in my world, the game I was trapped in, Sword Art Online... if a player's avatar died, they died in real life."

"They… died in real life if their avatar died in the game?" Akiza asked in shock. She knew that Kirito mentioned how brutal Sword Art Online was, but hearing this left her completely speechless.

"That's right. In order to escape Sword Art Online, you have to fight and beat the game. I always fought when I had to and I made sure never to kill someone. But... life has a funny sense of humor and I ended up killing this guy who wanted to kill Asuna. Then I fought this guild, Laughing Coffin, who wanted nothing more than to kill players just for fun. It may have been in the game, but their blood is on my hand."

"Kazuto… I'm sorry, I… I didn't know." Akiza apologized. "But what are we going to do now? We're both going to hurt Ruby, Ash, and Izuku. No, not hurt. Their lives are on the line because of us. And we can't even agree on a single plan."

"Just because we have different views and ideals, that does not mean we can't work together." Kirito said. "Maybe your plan to stall Diamole and Viro's generals isn't a bad idea."

"...And with that, it could give us enough time to claim the Tiger Zord." Akiza said as she and Kirito looked at each other.

"So maybe, instead of focusing on what's best for one of us…" Kirito started.

"We should focus on what will be best for everyone." Kirito and Akiza said in unison. "Maybe we're not so different after all."

The two rangers looked at each other before they started laughing at how they were able to agree on something for once. After a few minutes of laughter, the two wiped their tears away and stood up from Akiza's bed.

"Now that we got a plan, let's tell Haywire and go stop Diamole." Kirito said.

"You're right." Akiza nodded before realizing something. "Hold on a moment. There's one more problem. If we defeat Diamole, he's going to grow big. Without Ruby, Ash, and Izuku, we can't form the megazord."

"You're right." Kirito said as he crossed his arms for a brief moment.

"Wait. If it's possible, maybe we can use their zord discs and form the megazord with just the two of us." Akiza suggested.

"And with the Tiger Zord, we can beat him." Kirito added.

"Let's go tell Haywire." Akiza said, grabbing her astron disc, duel disk, and cards before running out of the room with Kirito.

Meeting Room

Cecilia typed on her keyboard to display a video of Diamole and Viro's generals arriving at a temple.

"Haywire, they found the location." Cecilia spoke up as her adoptive father walked over and watched the video.

"Already? This'll be problematic." Haywire said with a hint of concern in his eyes.

"Don't worry, we'll stop them." The grid and blind krypton turn around to see a determined and smiling Kirito and Akiza.

"I presume that you two finally figured out a solution?" Haywire questioned.

"We did." Kirito nodded. "But we got a question."

"We're all ears." Haywire said.

"We were wondering if it's possible to use Ruby, Ash, and Izuku's zord discs to form the megazord without them." Akiza explained, catching Haywire and Cecilia's attention.

"It is possible." Cecilia answered before letting out a small sigh. "But you would need the discs in order to summon them."

"Let me see if I can retrieve them." Haywire said as he held his staff up, causing crystal and statues to glow before three glowing lights emerged out of them. The three lights hover over to Haywire, orbiting around him before three zord discs materialize into Haywire's hand.

"That's amazing." Akiza said with an impressed tone.

"Kazuto. Akiza. I apologize for my harsh tone earlier." Haywire apologized.

"It's fine, we had it coming." Kirito reassured as he grabbed Ash's frog zord disc while Akiza grabbed Ruby's racer zord disc and Izuku's rhino zord disc. "You ready Akiza?"

"Let's bring Diamole down and save our friends." Akiza nodded as the two rangers ran over to an opened portal before jumping through.

Haywire looked at the portal and left out a simple chuckle. "Just like the previous Black and Pink Ranger."

Kipligino, Temple

Kirito and Akiza exit out of the portal and see the same temple that Viro's army had founded earlier.

"So this is where the Tiger Zord is." Akiza said before taking out her morpher and displaying a map with one red dot and four white dots. "They still haven't found the zord yet."

"Let's find it before they can." Kirito said as he and Akiza ran into the entrance of the temple.

As they walk down the giant hallways, Kirio and Akiza can see numerous symbols etched onto the walls and pillars along with a few debris and claw marks.

"I knew that the Tiger Zord went on a rampage, but this is crazy." Kirito said, disturbed by the amount of damage that the zord has caused.

"This might be more challenging than last time, so we better be cautious trying to claim it." Akiza suggested, remembering when Ash's Shark Zord went on a rampage in the Hoenn Region.

As the two entered another room, Kirito walked back a bit and turned his head to see a golden pendant on a pedestal.

'Wow, it looks like one of the artifacts from Sword Art Online.' Kirito thought as he walked up to the pedestal. He picked up a rock that's by his foot and prepares to slowly reach out for the pendant until…

*SMACK*

"Oww!" Kirito felt something smacked the back of his head, causing him to drop the rock back on the floor and hold his head. He turns around with his hands rubbing his head to see Akiza, who has an unamused expression on her face.

"We don't have time for treasure hunting." She reprimanded. "Besides, I've seen that in movies before and it doesn't always end well."

"Sorry, I just curi-" Kirito started until he looked baffled at what Akiza told him before he saw her walking out of the room. "Wait, you saw that movie?"

"Yeah, I was curious." Akiza answered as Kirito catches up to her. "Is it wrong for me to see movies?"

"No, not at all." Kirito said with an awkward laugh. "I just didn't think you liked action movies."

"I only watch them once in a while." Akiza explained as they saw a huge hole in a wall in front of them. "I guess this is where the Tiger Zord crashed."

"It could be a trap." Kirito said as he and Akiza carefully walked through the hole in the wall, arriving in a giant chamber with a few pools, vines, and pillars with the Tiger Zord covered in dust within the crater in front of the two rangers. "Holy crap…"

"The Tiger Zord." Akiza said as she and Kirito looked up at the Tiger Zord before she looked at the black swordsman. "Go on and claim it. I'll keep watch."

"I'm way ahead of you." Kirito said, jumping up and entering the cockpit of the tiger zord. He took out his morpher and inserted it into the controller, causing the cockpit to light up along with the Tiger Zord's eyes as it started to get back up on its feet. "Yes, we might be able to surprise them!"

"Way to go, Kirito." Akiza praised until she noticed the Tiger Zord collapsing back down as the light in its eyes faded away, confusing the crimson duelist. "What's wrong? Why did it collapse?"

"The heck?" Kirito banged his fist on the controller, causing the lights to flicker a bit. "Uh oh. The Tiger Zord ran out of power."

"Can you recharge it?" Akiza asked.

"Or we can destroy it." Akiza heard a voice until she saw numerous laser blasts flying past Akiza, causing her to duck as the attack hit the Tiger Zord.

"Whoa!" Kirito flailed a bit as the cockpit shook.

Akiza coughed from the smoke as she got back up, only to see Ninjoro, Ebony, Ivory, and Diamole standing by the doorway.

"We've let you Rangers gain the upper-hand before." Ninjoro stated. "We're not making that mistake again."

"I hope you two are ready to join your friends as statues." Diamole cackled before the four charged in to attack Akiza, prompting her to dodge while putting on her duel disk and placing a card.

"Wall of Ivy!" Akiza summons Wall of Ivy and jumps behind it for cover before turning on her morpher. "Kirito, are you okay up there?"

"I'm fine." Kirito reassured. "Just hang in there, I'm gonna use my astron disc to charge the zord and I'll join you in battle."

"But you won't be able to morph or use your powers." Akiza said in a worried tone while Diamole swung his claws to try and destroy the Wall of Ivy.

"I can manage." Kirito said as he inserted his astron disc into the console before jumping out of the cockpit.

"You can't hide forever, Pinky." Diamole taunted until he and the generals felt rocks hitting the back of their head, causing the four to turn around to see Kirito with a rock in his hand.

"Real cheeky, Black Ranger." Ivory said, rubbing his head.

"I got your attention, didn't I?" Kirito asked with a smirk before walking over to a sword that's stabbed into the ground and pulled it out.

'Thanks Kirito.' Akiza thought as she inserted her disc into her morpher before pressing a button. "Astro Tron, Power On!"

*BOOM*

The four grids looked back and saw the Ivy of Wall exploding, causing the ivy vines to fly in the air as a pink explosion damaged them before they tumbled across the ground. Once they get back up, the smoke clears up to reveal Akiza in her ranger form.

"Why those…" Ebony grumbled as she and the other grids stood back up, brushing off the dust while Kirito flipped over the four before landing next to Akiza.

"If you two want the Tiger Zord…" Kirito started as he got into a battle stance with his temporary sword in his hand.

"Then you'll have to get past us first." Akiza added, readying her duel disk and whip.

"If you're that persistent, so be it." Ninjoro said as he, Ivory, Ebony, and Diamole readied their weapons.

Kirito and Akiza gave each other a simple nod before they rushed at the four grids, with Kirito sliding underneath Ninjoro and Ivory and Akiza using her whip to swing around the area to distract Ebony and Diamole.

Kirito gets up and turns around to swing his sword, only for Ninjoro and Ivory to block with their katana and axe before weapon locking with the black swordsman.

"So you're the black ranger that Tempesto fought." Ninjoro said.

"Gee, I'm flattered. What do you want, an autograph?" Kirito joked.

"No, I'm just glad that you won't be a disappointing opponent." Ninjoro answered with a glare. "Let's see if your skills meet my expectations like the blue ranger."

"Save the honor stuff for later, Ninjoro." Ivory said in a slightly stern tone.

"Are you two fighting me or each other?" Kirito taunted as he broke free of the weapon lock by kicking Ninjoro and Ivory back.

Ninjoro and Ivory looked at each other before glaring at Kirito as they charged towards Kirito. The two grids leaped into the air before slamming their weapons down, only for Kirito to dodge as they exchanged blows with each other.

Akiza swings around the area with her whip a few times, firing her astro blaster down at Ebony and Diamole as the two get hit by the first few shots before swinging their sword and claws to deflect the rest.

"You can't swing forever, Pink Ranger!" Ebony shouted as she took out a grenade and tossed it in the air before firing her blaster at it, causing it to explode as it sent Akiza crashing through a pillar.

"I better finish this off fast." Akiza grunted as she sat up a bit before taking out a card, only for a blast to knock the card out of her hand. "Ow!"

"Ohh, I'm sorry." Ebony mocked while twirling her blaster. "Was that one of your favorite cards? I thought you were much smarter than that, Pink Ranger."

"I don't think you'll be summoning your monster friends." Diamole said.

"Why you…" Akiza growled after seeing her card turned into a pile of ashes.

"Oh my, did I make the Pink Ranger furious?" Ebony asked in a fake terrified tone while a sadistic smile forms on her face. "This is quite a sight to see. Makes it more satisfying to end your pathetic little life."

Kirito swings his sword a few times, only to look back and see Akiza cornered by Diamole and Ebony before crying out- "Akiza!"

"You let your guard down!" Ivory rushed in to attack Kirito, who turned around and attempted to block the attack until Ivory's axe snapped Kirito's blade in two. "All yours, Ninjoro."

"Thanks." Ninjoro said, performing a spinning kick that sends Kirito flying into Akiza as they crash into the tiger zord's leg.

"Are you okay, Akiza?" Kirito grunted with a cough.

"I'm okay." Akiza winces as they try to get back up, only to collapse onto their knees while the four grids walk up to them.

"Poor Black and Pink." Ebony taunted with a sadistic tone and smile. "No Red, Blue, and Green Ranger to back you up. But don't worry, you'll join them soon enough and die along with them."

"Got any last words?" Diamole asked as he sharpened his claws.

"Yes. Have you ever heard of Mark of the Rose?" Akiza asked back.

"Mark of?" Ebony raises an eyebrow until she, Ninjoro, Ivory, and Diamole's arms are twitching, prompting them to use their other arms to try and stabilize.

"W-What's going on?" Ivory asked with a puzzled expression.

"What did she do to us!?" Diamole exclaimed until the four grids noticed a black rose mark with a red highlight on each of their abdomens.

"A rose mark? When did she!?" Ninjoro asked in confusion and shock.

"I've placed a card onto my duel disk when you were distracted by Kirito." Akiza explained.

[Flashback]

Akiza carefully peeks her head out to see the four grids turning to Kirito, causing her to pop her head back behind the Wall of Ivy and take out a card before placing it onto her duel disk.

[Flashback Ends]

"Wait, you've marked us?" Diamole asked, still struggling to hold his twitching arm in place.

"That's right. And I was waiting for the right moment to use it." Akiza said as she and Kirito helped each other get back onto their feet. "Mark of the Rose allows me to control whoever is marked. So, if I were to say, attack each other…"

The four rose marks glow as Diamole, Ninjoro, Ebony, and Ivory turn to face each other and raise their weapons up in the air. The four grids then land a lethal attack on each other as they all collapse onto their backs and knees.

"Wow that was pretty cool, Akiza." Kirito praised before making an awkward smile. "And kinda scary that you can control more than one."

"I couldn't have done it without your help." Akiza smiled as her inner thought has a chibi form of her with deadpan eyes and an awkward smile.

'I didn't know that I could control more than one opponent.' She thought while rubbing her head frantically. 'That has never happened to me in my previous duels before. Maybe it has to do with my Astron Powers? Wait, that doesn't sound right. I'll ask Haywire about it later.'

"That was well played, Pink Ranger…" Ninjoro grunted as he and the other grids got back up, only for them to start attacking each other.

"That stupid rose mark!" Ebony cursed in anger while the Tiger Zord glows brown and white.

"Kirito, go and claim the Tiger Zord." Akiza told him while picking up her whip. "The Mark of the Rose spell will go away any minute now."

"You got it." Kirito nodded before jumping up at the Tiger Zord and entering the cockpit.

The Tiger Zord jumped up in the air and crashed through the wall of the temple, letting out a huge roar while its eyes glowed red.

"Whoa, easy big guy." Kirito stumbles a bit before removing his morpher from the controller, instantly morphing into his ranger form. He took out a translucent disc and inserted it into his morpher before placing it back into the controller.

The Tiger Zord lets out another roar as its eyes flicker rapidly before the red light shatters, revealing a pair of sky blue eyes while Kirito's translucent disc materializes out of the morpher. It spins in a circle before changing into a brown color with a white tiger insignia on top.

"Yes! We got the Tiger Zord on our side!" Kirito cheered as he took his morpher out of the control panel. He jumps out of the zord as it fades away and glows brown and white.

Akiza swung her whip a few times, hitting the four grids to add a bit more damage until the rose marks faded away.

"Had enough?" Akiza asked, getting in a battle stance.

"You're going to regret that, Pink Ranger!" Diamole threatens until he sees Kirito landing on the ground, causing a brown and white blizzard to hit him and Viro's generals. "Oww! So c-c-cold!"

"The Black Ranger!?" Ninjoro shouted as the four grids tumbled back once the blizzard stopped.

"Hope you guys are ready for a snowstorm." Kirito smirked as he stood up, wielding dual dagger claws that are brown with white highlights and gold blades.

"Way to go, Kirito." Akiza praised with a determined smile underneath her helmet.

"No, he claimed the Tiger Zord!" Ivory gasped while Ebony screamed in rage before punching a wall nearby, creating a dent.

"If it wasn't for the Pink Ranger's spell, we would've won!" Ebony raged.

"Now, which one of you would like to go first?" Kirito asked, getting in a battle stance.

"I'll wipe that cocky smirk right off your face!" Diamole shouted as he charged in after Kirito, covering his claws in diamond layers.

"Stick to the plan, Diamole!" Ebony reprimanded, only to wince and collapse on one knee while holding her left abdomen.

"Sis, are you okay?" Ivory asked in concern as he and Ninjoro rushed over to the female grid.

"I'm fine. Let me finish them!" Ebony shoved her twin brother back and started to get back up on her feet, only to collapse on her knee again.

"You're too injured." Ninjoro stated before raising his sword up, summoning a wormhole above the generals. "We must retreat."

"He's right. Diamole, finish the job." Ivory ordered while wrapping his sister's arm around his neck before the general leaped into the wormhole before it fades away.

"Watch out, his claws are now covered in diamonds." Akiza warned, getting her whip ready.

[HyperDrive - Cass Dillon]

"I got this." Kirito said, earning a nod from the pink ranger as he charges towards Diamole. Kirito sees Diamole preparing to swipe a diamond claw at him, causing him to slide underneath the mole grid before jumping up from behind and swiping his tiger claws on his back.

[Going fast makes me feel alive.

My heart beats in hyper drive.

Do you think you can win?

Only if I lose.

Just let destiny choose.]

"Stop that, you'll ruin my beautiful diamond back!" Diamole shouted, only to get attacked by Kirito's tiger claws once more.

[I can hear you breathing'.

I can see you comin'.

I can feel the wind.

It's blowing me around.]

"Sorry, these kitty claws need to be sharpened and your diamonds are just what I needed." Kirito jokes, coating the claws into hard ice before swinging them, launching the ice shards at Diamole's chest.

[It's blowing me around. Take a shot at me runnin' side by side.

It's a blur... as I go by.]

"Save some for me." Akiza said as she leapt in the air, causing Kirito to duck and allowing her to deliver a dive kick in Diamole's face.

"That's it. I'm burying you two into the ground." Diamole scowled before burrowing into the ground.

[I can hear you breathing'.

I can see you comin'.

I can feel the wind.

It's blowing me around

See the sun arising.

Fire in the sky.

Greatness thrusts itself into our lives.]

"I don't think so." Kirito said before concentrating a bit and fired a blizzard into the hole, causing Diamole to erupt out of the ground, getting pelted by snow and ice. "Wanna finish this off, Akiza?"

"Sure." Akiza jumps in the air and glows pink as a storm of pink rose petals begin to form around her and Diamole. "Watch out because this rose has deadly thorns! Pink Petal Frenzy! FINAL STRIKE!" Akiza swings her whip rapidly, hitting Diamole while each rose petal grazes him before she crosses her arms and reels them back, causing a pink blast to erupt from the ground and hit Diamole.

"NO! I'VE LOST MY GLIMMER!" Diamole screams in agony as he crashes into the ground and explodes while Akiza lands next to Kirito.

[Song Ends]

"Yes, we buried that mole." Kirito cheered as he and Akiza looked at each other and exchanged a high five.

Nucleo

Viro sighs in anger as he sees Diamole's defeat on the main footage in the throne room. Meanwhile, his generals enter the room, with Ivory setting Ebony down in a chair to give her medical treatment.

"Curse those Rangers." Ebony groaned in rage and pain.

"It's not over yet." Viro stands up from his throne and shoves a gridoz soldier out of the way, entering the code and activating the Matrix Beam before it fires at Kipligino.

Kipligino

The laser hits the spot where Diamole was defeated, reviving him and enlarging him as the mole grid destroys the roof due to his now massive size. "I'll crush you like the tiny minerals you are!"

"Good thing we came prepared." Akiza said as she and Kirito inserted their zord discs into their morphers.

"Summon Zords!" Akiza and Kirito shouted in unison and pressed a button on their morphers, summoning the Snake and Wolf Zord before jumping into their cockpits.

"Kirito, I'll distract Diamole while you attack him." Akiza said as the Snake Zord slithers towards the mole grid.

"Sounds like a plan." Kirito smirked underneath his helmet as the Wolf Zord charged alongside Akiza's Zord.

"Think that a Snake and Wolf is enough to stop me?" Diamole asked he swipes his claws on the ground, flinging dirt and rocks at the two zords.

"Don't underestimate our zords. Snake Glare!" The Snake Zord slithers underneath the dirt and rocks before firing lasers from its eyes, paralyzing Diamole.

"Ouch! That stings!" Diamole shouted as he shrugs off the paralysis.

"Wolf Slash!" The Wolf Zord jumps towards and starts flipping rapidly while its tail glows black before slicing through Diamole, damaging him as he stumbles back.

"Let's bring in the other zords." Akiza said.

"I'll control the arms and you control the legs?" Kirito suggested, earning a nod from the pink ranger before they summon the Racer, Frog, and Rhino Zord.

"Activate Astro Tron Megazord!" The Racer Zord folds and splits as it forms the head and chest before attaching itself to the Snake Zord, which it attached its tail into the back of the now folded Rhino Zord. The Wolf detaches its tail and the Frog Zord tosses its shuriken in the air before the two zords fold into the arms while attaching itself to the sides. The Megazord grabbed the sword as the shuriken attached onto the belt buckle. "Astro Tron Megazord, ready!"

"Dang, I'm still blown away that we can still form the megazord with just two people." Kirito whistled in amusement.

"I agree, but let's save that for later." Akiza said as she and Kirito made the megazord approached Diamole while drawing out its sword.

Diamole swipes his claws a few times, clashing with the megazord as they circle around each other.

"You think that a sword can stop me?" Diamole laughs as he knocks the sword out of the megazord's hand before swiping his claws, damaging the megazord as it stumbles back.

"We got more than a sword. Rhino Kick!" Akiza performed a roundhouse, causing the megazord to kick Diamole in the gut as he let out a grunt and stumbled back.

"Frog Fist!" Kirito throws a right hook forward, causing the megazord to punch Diamole with its right arm.

"Psyche!" Diamole laughs as he catches the fist.

"He caught it!?" Kirito exclaimed as he and Akiza stumbled a bit when the cockpit slightly shook.

"We need to break free." Akiza said in an urgent tone.

Diamole lifts the megazord up and starts twirling it around, making the two rangers dizzy as they hold onto their control panels.

"Round and round they go. Where they stop, nobody knows." Diamole tossed the Megazord into a mountain, causing it to take damage while Kirito and Akiza fell onto their knees.

"Anymore of that and I'm gonna be sick." Kirito groaned before shaking off the dizziness as he and Akiza slowly stood back up. Kirito notices the tiger disc next to his feet before picking it up. "Akiza, are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"I think it's time to let that tiger out in the wild." Akiza answered.

Kirito took his morpher out of his controller, twirling it and tossing it up in the air before catching it. Kirito inserted the tiger zord disc into his morpher and pressed a button.

"Summon Tiger Zord!" He shouted as he summoned the Tiger Zord. Kirito jumped out of the megazord and entered the cockpit before he inserted his morpher into the controller. "Hope you're ready to play with this kitty, Diamole. Tiger Claws!"

"I ain't scared of a giant cat." Diamole declared as he covered his claws in diamond layers and charged at the Tiger Zord.

The Tiger Zord roars as it leaped back to avoid Diamole's claw swipes and dives down while its claws glow bright before swiping its claws down on the mole grid, damaging him.

"Eat some ice." Kirito said he held a hand out, causing the Tiger Zord to open its mouth before breathing out a cold breeze with a few ice shards.

"Whoa, not cool!" Diamole shouted as he got pelted by the ice shards while the cold breeze knocked him to the ground.

"Kirito, combined the Tiger Zord with the megazord." Akiza said.

"I'm way ahead of you." Kirito said as he took his morpher out of the controller before pressing a button. "Astro Artillery!"

The Tiger Zord starts sprinting with the megazord trailing behind it before the former disassembles itself into numerous pieces. The tiger's upper legs attached themselves to the Megazord's arms with the lower legs attaching to the Megazord's legs. The tiger's main body attached itself to the back of the Megazord while the tiger head opened its mouth before landing on the Megazord's head, forming the helmet as it created visors over its eyes. "Astro Tiger Pouncer Megazord, ready!"

"Those fancy claws of yours are nothing compared to my dazzling claws." Diamole compared as he charges at the megazord before the two start to clash with their claw weapons. The Megazord starts to overpower Diamole before he jumps back and prepares to burrow underground.

"No one gave you permission to dig." Akiza said as the Megazord got onto all four, allowing the backpack to fire ice shards at Diamole, knocking him back.

"Tiger Claws!" Kirito shouted as the megazord got back up on its feet and charged at Diamole while it coated its claw in hard ice.

"Whoa, down kitty!" Diamole panicked and prepared to swipe his diamond claws, only for the Megazord to swipe its claws and slice Diamole's claws off. "No! My shiny claws!"

[Power Rangers Theme]

"We're just getting started!" Kirito stated as he and Akiza crouched down to their knees and arch their backs forward, prompting the Megazord to mimic their movements as it unleashes a blizzard from its backpack.

[Go, Go Power Rangers! Go, Go Power Rangers!]

"Astro Tiger Leap! Final Strike!" Kirito and Akiza shouted as they jumped forward and swiped their hands down numerous times, prompting the Megazord to charge at Diamole before leaping at him, swiping its claws numerous times before sliding past the mole grid with one lethal slash.

[Go, Go Power Rangers! All Together, Power Rangers]

"Impossible! I'm supposed to outshine you! Not the other way around!" Diamole screamed in pain and agony as he collapsed and exploded while the Megazord got up and struck a pose in the process.

[Song Ends]

"Mission Complete." Kirito and Akiza said in unison before leaning against their controllers to take a breather.

"Wow, we did it." Kirito said with a small laugh. "Just the two of us."

"I'm sure the others would be proud of us." Akiza smiles as she also laughs. The two rangers looked at one another before giving each other a high five and friendly hug.

Astro Dome

Ruby, Ash, and Izuku's statue glows before the outer shell explodes in a bright light, causing the three to fall on their butt as they breathe rapidly.

"Wait, we're free?" Ruby gasps as she feels herself before looking at the others.

"We're back at the Astro Dome too." Izuku said as the three got back up and turned around to see Ash's Pokemon, who are crying as they dash towards them.

"Whoa, slow down guys!" Ash held his hands up, only for him, Izuku, and Ruby to get tackled by his pokemon as they hugged and licked them.

"Okay, I think it's wise to give them some space." Haywire told Ash's pokemon as he and Cecilia walked over to the pile. The six pokemon got back up as Ash returned five of them back into their pokeballs.

"We're glad you three are okay." Cecilia said with a worried and relieved tone.

"I'm glad that we're free from being trapped as a statue." Ruby said with a sweatdrop and an awkward giggle. "Though, I'm not sure how my uncle, dad, and sister will react if they found out."

"My mom would faint if she saw me as a statue." Izuku said, rubbing the back of his head.

"Your mom won't be the only one, Deku." Ash said with an awkward laugh before the three turn around to see Kirito and Akiza jumping out of the portal and entering the Astro Dome.

"Wait, you think that would be his type?" Akiza asked.

"I mean, it makes sense for how awkward he can be." Kirito explained with a small laugh. "He needs someone to give him encouragement and get him out of his shell."

"I suppose you're right." Akiza agreed before looking over to see the other three rangers, standing with blank expressions on their face. "Hi guys."

"Uhh, hello." Ruby said with an awkward wave.

"We're glad that you three are free." Kirito said as he and Akiza held out their zord discs. "Here. We were borrowing them."

"Oh um… thanks?" Izuku said skeptically as he, Ruby, and Ash took their discs from Akiza and Kirito's hands.

"Why did you have our zord discs in the first place?" Ruby questioned as she squinted her eyes. "I don't remember giving them to you two."

"Haywire gave them to us." Akiza answered.

"Diamole's been defeated and we got ourselves a new zord~." Kirito sang as he held up his tiger zord disc.

"Wait, a tiger!?" Ash exclaimed in disbelief.

"That's right." Kirito chuckles as he puts the disc in his coat pocket. "I'm thinking of naming him, Yukio. Actually, Akiza came up with the name."

"It's Japanese for snow, so I thought it'd be fitting." Akiza explained.

"I…. I…" Izuku starts to stutter in confusion.

"Did we… miss something?" Ruby asked as she looked back at Haywire and Cecilia in confusion, earning a chuckle from the two.

"It's a long story." Haywire said with a smirk. "Isn't that right, Kazuto and Akiza?"

"Definitely." Kirito and Akiza nodded in agreement with a small laugh, confusing Ruby, Ash, and Izuku even further while Pikachu simply shrugged his shoulders.

I hope that you guys enjoy Kirito and Akiza's focused chapter and the introduction to the Tiger Zord. I wanted to make sure this chapter is mostly serious and a bit dark while having some comedy here and there. Let me know what your favorite moments are.

And before any of you get any ideas of Kirito x Akiza, as much as that sounds interesting, I won't be pairing them together. They're friends with a bit of a rivalry, that's all they need to be. Besides, I'm already having Kirito paired with Asuna and Akiza paired with Yusei.

Epilogue

Ivory finished bandaging Ebony's wounds before he closed his medical kit. He pushes it back as a gridoz soldier comes by and grabs it before walking away to put it back in the medical room.

"I have to admit, I wasn't expecting your true colors to appear." Ivory confessed with a small chuckle.

"I think you should be worried about Master Viro punishing us for our failure." Ebony said as she slowly stands up, wincing from the pan.

"Easy sister. One step at a time." Ivory said in concern, helping his twin sister to walk out of her chamber. "I guess we better report to Master Viro."

"There you two are." The twins look back to see Ninjoro approaching them. "Ebony, are you feeling better?"

"It's none of your business." Ebony scoffed with a small blush. "Anyways, I take it you told Mater Viro of our failure."

"Indeed. But I also gave him good news." Ninjoro said. "We've located the 6th Astron Disc."

"You did!?" Ivory gasped before laughing with excitement. "That's incredible! Where!?"

"It's in a different universe." Ninjoro answered before his eyes averted in concern. "I've informed Master Viro of this discovery and well…"

"What is it?" Ebony asked.

"Follow me and I'll show you." Ninjoro said, leading the twins to the throne room as they stopped in front of the window.

The three generals looked outside of the window as the Nucleo was resting on top of a deserted planet with Viro standing outside with a few broken parts in front of him.

"What's he doing?" Ivory asked.

Viro's fist hands glow purple as he holds them out, levitating the parts in the air. Viro closed his eyes underneath his mask as the parts started spiraling around each other before forming a taller and beefier gridoz soldier with a black and purple metallic color scheme.

"Excellent. I think that should be enough for this rammer." Viro said with satisfaction as the rammer makes a few beeping sounds before activating its jet feet, flying over to 7 more rammers.

"He's… He's making new soldiers." Ebony said in disbelief of how many Rammers have been assembled.

"I haven't seen Master Viro this serious in a long time." Ninjoro admitted.

Viro looked at the army of rammers before looking away as his entire body radiated with purple energy.

"I've tolerated your shenanigans long enough, Haywire." He sighed as the energy started to grow more intense. "This time, I'm going to get those Astron Discs myself."
