Been a while, but I hope an extra-long chapter can make up for it ;) This chapter is a bit more graphic and entails rape, so read at your own discretion. Enjoy.

"I can't believe he just threw us out like that," Marco shouted.

"Would you stop complaining! And he threw YOU out, I don't exist to them."

"I've been walking for over an hour for no reason! So I can complain all I want."

"You are talking to me, I thought you got rid of that habit."

"I know I'm talking, I'm deliberately talking because he threw me into freaking nowhere! Then no danger of being deemed crazy."

"Shut up, something is stalking us." And true to his words, there were rushing in the bushes behind Marco.

"Beasts, there are multiple." He clarified to his partner in his head.

He kept his walking pace, "And you aren't a little bit worried?"

"I'm ready. I have a hand resting on my sword handle and Solis was nice enough to instruct me in armor before he stranded me. I also made sure to walk the densest improvised path where superior numbers are less advantaged."

"Great, and what if you cant defeat at least one of them? It's a whole new dimension."

"Instinct is a constant in all dimensions and their instinct is to be in a pact. They are too weak to be alone and need strength in numbers either for security or for food and if I cant beat one or more of them then we are doomed from the start and might as well die."

"You wouldn't think the safe kid was one of your nick-names."

"I don't get it either, I just had a helmet on in the shower, it's perfectly normal not taking risks or at least minimize-."

In an instant, Marco drew and slashed an attacking wolf-like beast. The beast got a swallow sidecut, but enough to draw blood that stained its pitch black fur. The beast had sharp teeth and its claws were long and more like talons. But you could mistake it for a wolf if you ignore its size.

Marco found himself in a pincer-like position, the injured beast was at his back, and the smaller lookalike beast was at his front. He had a few options and escape was out of the question. Once he could fight head-on or the better option, he could fight on his terms. The beast was no doubt faster than him, but he was sure that their ability to turn was worse than his and he was going to take advantage of that.

He turned one 180 and ran straight for the presumable alpha and he could hear movements from behind. The alpha charged as well and when it leaped, Marco spun like in football, but went to the left and ran into the dense forest.

He cast one look behind and saw the other beast look at the injured alpha, it had leaped and landed painfully when it tried to change its landing to follow Marco. The other beast tended to the injured alpha but gave chase when the alpha roared, however, Marco used the distraction to hide. Furthermore, he threw a stone he had picked up and it was loud enough to send the pursuing beasts after it.

Marco wanted to collect the alphas head, it is the opposite of what he had done earlier, but he was certain the beast didn't have anything weird like laser eyes or something. Besides he needs food and he might as well take a leg if he also takes its head.

With the drawn decision he went back to the beast, he sneaked in a bush about 30 meters from it. The alpha was licking its cut unaware of the presence of Marco. He slowly raised his sword and when it was above his head he threw it.

The alpha roared in pain when it caught a sword in its neck, unluckily it didn't go deep enough to slay the beast. Marco charged and the alpha did its best to face him but even standing was pushing its limits.

Seeing its poor state, motivated him even more. He was going to put it out of its misery. A sluggish swipe with its paw was easily avoided and he now had his hands on the embedded sword.

"Marco wait!" His partner shouted.

"I was just about to kill it. Why?" Marco pressed lightly on the sword daring the beast to retaliate.

"You gotta save it, trust me."

"... And how will it understand that?"

"I got that covered, just save it and I promise it will be worth it."

Marco let go of the sword and fortunately, its cut and stab wound was on the same side so he pushed the beast on its side. While he evaluated the injuries, his partner connected with the beast while he touched it.

"!" Marco got into a fighting stance while turning around. He was face to face with five growling beasts. The beasts charged, however, a weak roar from the alpha stopped them. They instead got low ready to jump at the slightest movement from him. The alpha roared again this time louder and they reluctantly adopted a sitting position.

He returned to examine its wound and he was surprised how efficient its pelt and spit was at stopping its bleeding. He could cauterize the wound on its neck if its spit and pelt weren't enough, but it was too early to make camp and not to mention the unwanted attention fire could have on predators, or perhaps it would keep them away. He hopes it would be the latter.

Deciding not to start a fire he would use some of his precious magic as a last resort. It was impossible for it to licks its neck wound, but one from its pack could do that, the problem was to make them understand, but his partner could properly deal with that.

"Hey, I need you to get them to lick its neck when I pull the sword out."

"They aren't dumb, you know? If you catch their attention and point to the sword they will understand." Marco did as his partner suggested and true to his words they understood.

When the sword was out they licked rigorously. In a minute he would see the effect of their saliva and in the meantime, he would need some insight from his partner.

"I can already guess what you are going to ask and to answer I'll ask a question, why would they even target you?"

"They were hungry." If Monster arm could facepalm he would and Marco could feel the impulse from his partner. " Alright. If I'm honest it doesn't make sense from a predator sort of view, Why use all that time and energy on small prey like me? I would at best be a snack."

It did perplex him, but it could very well be that they don't need much food to live and that food is scarce in this dimension, it would also explain their pack only consists of 4 or perhaps their species simply existed of packs of 4. However there was other prey, he passed quite a few himself, they were specifically targeting him and his partner did say that they would be of help, with that in mind it suddenly clicked for him.

"They were fucked by the inhabitants of this dimension and thought I was one of them. Meaning-"

"They know where these people are!" His partner shouted over him.

A bit annoyed by the loud yell in his head he resisted to forcefully shut Monster Arm up in his head.

Marco gestured the beasts away and they did so, but with obvious menace directed at him. Marco examed the effects on the wound, but it wasn't good enough. The wound was fine, but it would be better if he healed it, not only for the alpha but for himself. Sure it could give him a direction, but one could easily end up in a different direction especially in a forest.

"Hey, can you make a deal on my behalf?"

"That didn't sound like a question."

"It wasn't."

Monster Arm mocked mimicked his reply but did as told. Marco knew he would do it, especially when he had control. Marco didn't specify what the deal was about and, but he trusted that his partner would understand. He didn't specifically have trust in his partner, but rather trust in their mutualism bond.

This bond reminded him of something. Monster Arm had voiced a rather terrifying opinion. It was terrifying because he could see it himself. Monster Arm had compared their relationship to his and Stars. When they first meet it could be said that Star was the parasite and when he came to mewni the roles were reversed. And in both cases, they first rejected the idea, but to be fair in his case he didn't know her and with her, they had a history and a good one at that. However, in the end, he took responsibility and gave her all he could while she couldn't do the same.

He didn't know have many times he tried, but when Monster Arm finally got through to him he sounded very annoyed. "Marco! You son of a bitch!"

"What!" he returned impulsively.

"I've made a deal. And you don't even have to ask. They will take us on the right course."

Marco was impressed so much so he accidentally praised his partner.

"You expected less? Nah, I'm the goat.-"

He dismissively agreed under Monster Arms' continued self-praise, "Sure you are."

Marco placed a hand over the neck wound and put his magic gemstone to work. He could feel something deep in him flexing. He could use the magic in the stone, but it would be better to use his own since his recharge much faster than the stone. And the reason for that is quite simple. The stone recharge from him and it uses energy to convert from him to stone.

5 minutes after its wound was healed, now it was only the long cut. And that also took time. It wasn't instant healing, but it was the best he could do and almost the only thing he could do with his magic.

He was confused when the alpha submitted itself to him a feeling shared by the other beasts.

"What deal did you make?" Marco asks as he was helpless to fight against the urge to pet the big alpha. He started rubbing its forehead and then that turned to scratch and it took little time to find its sweet spots. It was identical to that of dogs, but this felt a lot better. Its pelt was soft, very soft, with one hand behind its ear his other began scratching under its chin.

He didn't know how long he did it, but it was long enough to make the other beasts jealous and wanting some scratching too. But they varied of him. It was clear what they wanted, but they didn't approach him when he extended a hand to them. He removed his mask, but that didn't help.

He rose and the alpha followed suit, "No, you stay." He said while gesturing accordingly. And it seemed the beast understood as it laid itself on its stomach. He told his partner they were going hunting and he asked him for the details of the deal he made.

After an hour or so he came back with an animal on his back, it was weird for the beasts to see a creature carrying a dead bigger creature on his back.

He dropped it beside the other beasts that were laying next to each other. And when one tried to approach it, "No not yet!" The beast narrowed its eyes but a growled from the alpha made it back off, but it shared the narrowed eyes.

Marco shook his head began to skin it, he didn't know what it was but surely its pelt was worth something and he needed money when he got into town. When he was finally done he cut a hindleg off and tossed the rest of it to the beasts.

And just as he thought the smaller beast has devoured the meat while the big one simply watched. If it were a proper alpha it would eat first and let the others eat the leftovers. However it is like an acting alpha, it would also explain how Monster Arm was able to convince it to submit. But now he was in charge of a small pack that consists of 3 pups and a mother.

They would move at night since the beast are nocturnal predators and Marco could see in the dark using magic, not that it was needed. The smaller beasts were done eating and what was left of the sizeable prey were now more bone than flesh.

Marco whistled and caught the attention of the mother and threw the hindleg in front of her. "Eat."

When they were done eating they would all rest until nightfall. Marco tried a few times to cuddle with the pups, but they weren't having it and so he had to settle with the mother. He still couldn't fathom how soft her pelt was and it wasn't like she was fluffy, but it was so smooth. He even managed to fall lightly asleep by using her body as a pillow. And when he woke up he found himself surrounded by the beasts. It was nice, but unfortunately, they would have to move because the sky was dark red and soon it would be night.

He stood and whistle loudly waking them all up. "We are going to civilization and you all need to be civilized then you won't be in harm's way. I promise"

"..." He saw no reaction from them, they just looked at him turning their heads a little in confusion. And here he thought they could understand him.

"I thought they understood me." He complained inwardly.

"You idiot, they understand as a child would, they are wild beasts after all."

Once again he would declare their destination. "We are going to where the bad people are. But do not worry. Be good and I will keep you safe. I promise."

The pups didn't take well to that and adopted a threatening pose accompanied by a growl, however, an intense bark from the adult shut them up and she continued with a few more. It seems they only listen to her. Marco needed that to change and it needs to be before it causes trouble for him. But there's no way to do that now.

"Then let's go."

He approached the mother and she understood before he even asked. She laid down and allowed him to ride her. He felt a bit guilty about his dragon-cycle like he was cheating on it. But the anticipated ecstasy that would fill him from riding the unknown beast easily suppressed his sense of guilt. And he wasn't disappointed.

They moved quickly through the forest, it made him feel stupid to think being in a dense forest would give him an advantage. They could easily change directions at a spur of a moment. They even used trees as platforms jumping on and off of them. It was hard to hold on, but he did anyway. They paid no consideration to him and it was fine with him, the faster the better.

He didn't know how long they traveled but his fingers were getting numb and so was his butt. And he was thankful when he saw light in the dark. The sign of civilization. They stopped about 100 meters or so away.

"You stay here and wait. Okay?"

A soft bark was given as confirmation and he is returned petted the behaving mother. He looked to the pups, they turned their heads but not without stealing glances at the pleased mother.

With the night vision, he looked into what looked like a hideout outside a cave and the few people he saw were dirty with torn armor and clothes and wielding weapons. "Okay, can't make any assumptions, maybe that just how people are in this dimension."

"Really? Pretty sure you made a lot of assumptions of the wolfkin."

"I did not. And wolfkin?"

"Yeah, that's what your pack are."

That new piece of information just made him think about the theory of constants and variables of all dimensions. A theory he believes in, why else would all dimensions have English as the most common language and such similar tech. Sure they weren't the same, but they were definitely similar to what his home dimension had developed, even if it was in the medieval era.

"I give in and I'm gonna make it worse by deeming these people as bandits."

He recons with ease, he could see in the dark like it was day and he quickly developed a plan. He could climb a tall tree nearby a shelter that housed kidnapped women and the men were thoroughly enjoying them. He had caught a glim of them when climbing the tree and the women looked broken, not resisting just baring with it.

The place was the ideal infiltration point because of the noises that would camouflage his own and it is also the reason he can't take the raping men out, if the noise would cease it would make them alerted. He would like to save them here and now but it would put the hideout on their guards and it seemed to him that it didn't matter if he saved them later rather than sooner. If it's broken then it's broken.

Landing on the roof without causing alarm, he did recon, but now with better vision. He could count 10 guards. 8 patrolling in pairs of 2 and 2 standing watch on highpoints. The 2 should be prioritized. The question was, how?

The first one he would have to do the assassin creed style and climb up, but once he killed one he would need to kill the second fast, else the other would spot a dead bandit or that there was missing one. He could throw his weapon on the second bandit, but he was pretty far away.

He decided to trust his throwing skills and executes his plan. It went very well, but instead of throwing the dead bandit weapon in the neck of the other, he hit his ribs that caused him to stumble off and fall.

Two good things came from this slight mess up, first, he could throw hard enough to pierce both lungs cause there was next to no screaming, and second, the patrolling bandits apparently respect the dark or are terrified and decided to group up to investigate.

They blob up with no discipline or formation, but to be fair what more can one expect from bandits. It was going to be too easy, but maybe he could use this opportunity to train his brutality. Like sneaking, he isn't the best at it and he is far from used to it, but they are useful skills to have. He had witnessed firsthand how Solis made battle-hardened barbarians flee in terror and that day he learned what bloodlust was, it's not something like anime makes it out to be, it isn't something one can turn on and off. It is made of shock, sounds, terror, and plain danger, and when it all is in front of you, it makes your blood run cold and freezes you if your instinct doesn't kick in and makes you flee. Marco would be more than adequate if he could do even 1/10 of what Solis displayed.

Marco jumped down and in mid-air, he created a red dome just big enough for all of them with a snap of his fingers. He landed on the leading bandit just outside of the gate before he could light his torch. With his fingers in the back neck of his first victim, he crooked his head back.

The stunned bandits came back from the initial fright and were overcome by terror, the screaming neck-fingered bandit voiced was amplified in the dome and then, "The moon is red." It was but a whisper, yet everyone could hear it as clear as if it were in their head and they couldn't help but look up when the skinless face with two floating, red-colored crescent moons used their half-dead friend as a muppet by lifting his whole body, bending his neck into a perfect 90 degrees and forced him to look at the moon, finally ending his screaming and allowed them to think. Every drop of blood pulled the bandits out of shock and then everyone thought the same, FLEE.

It would seem it was every man for themself, they didn't care if they shove or pulled others if it gained them even a cm away from that monster, but they soon reached a transparent, red wall. They screamed and shouted after help, but no sound could leave the dome.

Marco got an interesting idea, in mid of their continued screaming and attacks at the dome he created a hole by forming a ball of air between his palms and then expanding it. The hole was just big enough for him to get through, but it would allow his newly semi-tamed beasts access.

He whistled as loud as he could. There was no longer a question of if they would understand. As a matter of fact, it's almost like they have a connected mind... He makes a mental note to talk with his partner.

When the whistle died down so did the terrified bandits, after all, how can a skeleton whistle. Marco stepped closer and the bandits' backs grind even more against the dome. He was now just behind the edge of being completely visible. He knew with one more step, the illusion of being fleshless would crumple and his voice would completely erase it.

"Hello there."He took a step and enjoyed all of their expressions, One was even more scared than before and the rest were of anger combined with shame. It was engaging every time he revealed himself. He would get a kick out of it. It was sick and he knew it, but can one blame him, anybody would be a bit twisted after his training.

After realizing he was but a kid. They cursed profanity at him and how dare he do anything. They took an even tighter grip on their weapons. Marco calmly picked up the dead guy's weapon. He had a small smile ever since his greeting and he still kept it even when he threw the picked-up weapon. He instantly killed one of the chargers when he couldn't react in time.

The dead bandit didn't deter them even when some kind of gas-like substance came out of him, they still believed in their numerical advantage. Hearing steps behind him, he drew his sword, and like a fish in water, he slipped past them, cutting the throat of one of them. They turned to face Marco, but as soon as they did they got attacked from behind. A decisive bite to the neck suffocated them to death after much struggle, but not nearly enough to get out of a neck bite.

There was only one left, the scared one. The bandit could see the substances come out of the dead, out of every hole be its eyes, ears, mouth, and even their wounds. It flew out of them like smoke and just vanished like breath on a very cold day.

He didn't move one bit closer. "Do you have anything to persuade my blade?" It was perhaps a long shot to get important info, but surely he knows something.

"I-I-I- c-ca-" As he was having trouble at forming, Marco took his mask off for the first time since coming to this dimension and found a kind smile. He tossed a container with water to him.

"Relax, if you give me all the info you know, no matter how small then I won't kill you." The frightened man took a very deep slurp. He digests the words as well as the water. Trusting Marco's words he tries again.

"There is an escape tunnel leading o-out just a bit further than the east wall." Marco nods satisfied, but a gesture that he should continue anyway. "Our- my leader was once a high-ranking knight, but he is now a bandit since his kingdom was burned to the ground. He has full shining armor, but no helmet, you can't miss him."

Again Marco gestured to him to continue, but there was no more, "Alright, show me the escape tunnel and then you are free to go." The bandit nodded eagerly and followed Marco. "Make a loud sound and you're dead, understood?" It was clear that he took the threat to heart as he was slick with sweat and trembled in fear. "Wolfkin, take all the bodies out in the dark and- nevermind."

They were already eating the dead bandits. He needs to correct that in the future they cant eat whatever they want because it's bound to cause problems. He can already imagine a scenario where they eat other people's pets, mounts, or perhaps even someone's child or parent.

Casting their questionable discipline aside, he whispers something to the female wolfkin. He walks to the edge of the dome along with his guide. He places a hand on the dome and in a few seconds, he absorbs the dome completely with his hand.

They reached the entrance or rather exit of the escape tunnel. " I am a man of my word, so you are free to go." The bandit eagerly ran away.

Marco reached the end of the tunnel and was block by furniture. He listened intently and deemed that was no one in the room. He pushed as quietly as possible and got out. Making sure he placed it back perfectly, he ventured on. He left what he assumed was the storage and soon heard loud yelling.

"When my father gets his hands on you, he will-" The yelling of a woman was abruptly stopped by what sounded like a slap.

"Know your place, you imperial whore! Maybe I should remind you before you get ransomed." Marco hurriedly followed the sound of the yelling but made sure to hear nearby footsteps.

"Get your filthy barbarian hands off me! I will have you castrated if you don't stop this instance!"

The loud shouting made it easy for him to sneak near, he had a good view of the rape that is about to unfold. The leader in armor had stopped feeling the young woman and started taking his armor off all the while the woman yelled and threatened him.

It is hard and takes time for a knight to remove his own armor with no help. So much so that Marco began to wonder if he should first take care of everyone else in the cave, he had only seen a dozen or so bandits. The cave wasn't big, there was only the storage, dining area, sleep area, the place where rape was occurring or at least attempted, and then the entrance.

As the leader was nearly done with his armor. Marco had to end his ponder and save his first-class ticket to civilization. When the armor hit the ground, he in one swift motion draw and stapped the leader with his sword.

The quick end to her would-be rape stopped her shouting, but only for a moment. "Quick unbind me!" He immediately placed a hand on her mouth, but it was too late. One bandit investigated the unusual sentence and called everyone when he saw the dead leader. In less than a minute every bandit was standing facing Marco and his still yelling damsel in distress.

The young woman wanted him to unbind her but to her confusion he dismissed her. "No? My name is Kassandra Schlussen. Unbind me, I can fight too."

He just ignored her and was consumed by a red foggy dome along with all the bandits. There were 13 bandits and a few seconds later the dome disappeared leaving only the strange-looking bloody black warrior with dismembered corpses around him. He now stood in front of her, giving her a hand to grab with her bound ones.

Finally standing she demanded him to unbind her. "No, gratitude?"

He unbinds as she puffs her chest. "Hmph, I'm sure my father has compensated you." She folded her arms and looked away.

"I'm sorry, but who is your father?" Marco was happy the mask hid most of his face, he hates snobby rich kids and so far she reminds him of Jeremy.

"You aren't paid to help me escape?"

Annoying as she was he just have to bear with it, she is exactly what he needs. "No, but I would be happy to escort you to your father with compensation."

"Yeah, yeah you will receive compensation if you escort me. But why attack a bandit camp if you didn't know I was here?" That wasn't the question in her head. She knew the answer, no doubt he was a mercenary. She wants to know why a noble would be a mercenary and since he is hesitating to answer her question, he must know what she is going to ask next.

"I needed supplies and getting them from looting a bandit camp is free, you are merely a bonus."

The answer left her a bit dumbfounded, 1. it was rude to reduce her to a paycheck but she was used to it by this point, 2. who risk their life for supplies when there is a town 2 days away if you are on foot. He clearly has the money, his sword is of great quality and his armor looks custom made and he doesn't look famished and was exceptionally clean... He even smells good?

She violently shook her head which left Marco a bit confused. "Schlussen, can you stay here? I need to find some blankets for some..." stopping for a moment to find the right words but there arent any and he just says how it is, " raped women."

"Raped women?! What are you waiting for?!"

Marco quickly went to the sleeping area mostly to comfort the poor souls, but part of it was to leave that noble for some time. Unfortunately, she ran along.

"Why didn't you save them before?! How could you leave them unattended!"

The questions came in rapid-fire and he had no earthly chance to answer and tbh he doesn't think explaining it to her would have any effect.

He only saw three women but there could be more and just to be safe he grabbed all the blankets from the beds or more like hay on the floor.

Reaching the sweat smelling building he walked in and took a quick glance. There were three and he had carried at least 13 blankets, but it's fine a few of them could be used as a towel.

"It's alright now, I'm here to free you." He didn't get any indication that they heard him, but he proceeded anyway.

He broke the chains with a swing of his sword and pried the shackles with his hands alone, however, he made sure to not touch them. After freeing them all, he heard the noblewoman.

"Schlussen could you dry them while I go and look for some clothes." I would be best if a woman helped them if he did it, it could be a disaster, who knows how they would react to a man's touch.

"I already have clothes and get out!"

Marco left without complaint. Even if she is an arrogant ass, she isn't that bad of a person. She has a very strong sense of justice and is very proud, but no way in hell would he put up with her attitude and become friends with her. There is one thing he could do and that was to bring the corpse of that ex-knight no doubt he has a bounty on his head.

As he left the cave he saw an angry noblewoman. "Why are you out here?"

"Because there's nothing but trash in that house." She firmly states and it confuses and angers Marco. He can clearly see one of the poor women, however, there's one difference she has a new head injury.

"What. Happened." It took all in him to hide his anger.

"That peasant whore dared to grab my wrist that's what-." and in an instant, the noblewoman fell unconscious. Marco stood there with a cleansed fist. The awkward and uncomfortable position she adopted when she fell smoothed his anger a bit. As petty as it was he felt a bit of satisfaction from leaving her like that.

When he entered he could feel his anger boiling, even his partner dared not to comment now or before fearing to become a target for his fury.

The new injuries to the women were fueling the anger in him, anger at that noble bit but mostly anger at himself and it was just overflowing. Things that wouldn't normally enrage him did. The way they had their legs open and welcoming was sick. He could clearly see it was a lesson taught by the nail wounds on their inner thighs. Semen coming out of them as he was emotionally open, things that weren't his fault but still felt like it, he had kept it all at bay with logic and reason but now everything was his fault.

"Please, just give me a swift death." an exhausted voice ran through his analysis.

It was the woman he could see through the door. "You're not going to die, I'm just gonna clean you."

Never the less she tensed when he gently grabbed her hand but he could move her arm with no resistance. He gently rinsed her body from top to bottom. All the while watching her, he completely concentrated on her each movement done with utmost care. Caring and comforting her was easing him and diminished his guilt and it was something more that he couldn't quite locate. Most importantly it was helping to distract his temper.

But to her, it was completely different... something magical.

The only part left for him to rinse was her thighs and her not-so-private part that now was closed. He had kept a close eye on her reactions, she still tense at his touch perhaps more, and not only that, her heart rate has increased as well as her breath. It seemed to him that she could be on the verge of a panic attack.

He hasn't spoken since he began cleaning her and by being quiet he hopes she could calm down. While cleaning her thighs nothing happened besides her coming closer to a panic attack. He embraced her with a blanket and moves to one of the other women.

"Kinda ironic that you misread the one who is easiest to read."

"Shut up, if the noble was easy to read I would have known this would happen."

Marco could almost feel his partner facepalming himself "Wasn't referring to that bitch."

He was about to ask what he meant, but a pair of lifeless eyes caught his attention. He threw blankets away and checked for a pulse, but there were none and the same was for the last one. And from their corpses, it was easy to guess which was the one who grabbed that woman's wrist.

And his anger was boiling yet again. He even instantly thought up a story to have her killed. He was too late to save her, but he killed her killer. Surely her corpse and her killer's corpse could give him some money and information. He would follow through but she knows the way to town and unless there's a map in the cave he needs her. He decides if there aren't any maps then she can live.

He was about to storm off but he sees the only living victim and remembers that she needs to be dressed. He has half a mind to strip the noblewoman and use her clothes, but it would be a problem if her clothes get recognized on another woman.

The clothes Schlussen brought didn't include underwear and she was only equipped with baggy pants and an oversized shirt. He isn't worried about dressing her, he had cleaned her vagina and that didn't cause a panic attack and him dressing her would be far less likely.

He was about to leave, "Wait, take me with you." It was the woman who asked him to kill her. It was a positive sign that convinced him she would get through this.

He squatted to her level and smiled a smile that was just barely visible by the mask. "I'll be back and get you. Don't worry."

He was about to leave again when his scabbard was weakly grabbed, "You promise?"

"I promise." He smiled genuinely that woman had lively eyes as she had just found a purpose.

He searched everywhere but no map was found and as such he couldn't kill her.

"I'm- watch it!" He caught a falling woman, it was the victim.

"Hold on, I'll heal you." In a few seconds, she was healed, she was surprised at first but then quickly she was sad. He was about to ask her, but she asked something first.

"What happened to her?" She was no doubt referring to the unconscious noblewoman.

"She was hit by a rock." He gave her a small smile, not that she could see it but he did nonetheless.

A small snicker accidentally escaped her lips and her face was contorted in fear. "No- I didn't, I'm so sorry, please forgive me, I mean no disrespect to your mistress."

Marco was caught off guard by her sudden outburst. "Calm yourself. She's not my master."

"You aren't a knight under her?" He shakes his head and she breathes more easily like a burden has been lifted. "Then who do you serve?"

"No one, I'm my own master or I'm soon to be my own, I've yet to finish my training."

She wanted to ask more and know more about him, but she was unbelievably tired and Marco quickly bought onto that. But she had one last burning question.

"Can I stay at your side?"

He dragged the noblewoman by the hair and lent a shoulder to Clem the only survivor of the noble woman's rage.
