Hello my fellow readers, writers, and people who have been enjoying this story and my others so far, I'm back with yet another new chapter. In this chapter we'll be going over the events of Fairy tail episode 85 titled code ETD with Hope/Charmcaster in the mix. i'm going to be honest here it's been a while since I saw the Edolas arc so I honestly don't know what goes on in this chapter and therefore what code ETD stands for.

Well I guess we'll find out together anyway I don't have anything else to say so without further ado let's get this show on the road.

Hope's P.O.V.

Both Lucy and myself removed our shoes since we were both wearing high heels and were getting tired of them stabbing us while we sat in the cell. Lucy said "it's hard to believe it all Happy and Carla are creatures called Exceeds which are kind of like angels of this world. They're above humans and that means they're queen is like a god she has absolute control over all of it.

Her word is never challenged she had final say over who lives and who dies in Edolas one being with that much power the whole thing is crazy." I said "well to be honest unless Adwatcha has been defeated by the freedom fighters in my actual homeland it's just the same as in Legerdomain." She asked me "how could anyone choose to live like this" and I said "often it's not a choice they're forced into it.

They may not like it but apparently the humans of Edolas are too powerless against the exceeds in order to fight back against them." Then a voice said "my you've done research on our world and you're very thorough" and then the person stepped into view it was Erza knightwalker. The bars moved up and I said "so we're being taken for our court appointment" and knightwalker glared at me.

Lucy seemed to not have realized that it wasn't the Erza from our world because she asked "Erza is everyone else ok" and knightwalker said "yes they're all quite safe" and Lucy said "what a relief." Knightwalker said "your attitude is puzzling to say the least do you understand the situation you're in it's far from envious."

Lucy said "yeah you've got a point there I guess you just look and sound like the Erza I know so I guess automatically let my guard down for a minute." Knightwalker said "you mean my Earthland doppelganger" and Lucy kept pushing "and in my world you're one of the strongest and most loyal members of Fairy tail we've ever had."

Knightwalker gasped and said "is that true" and Lucy said "you're powerful, cool, collected, and a little scary there too. But everyone in the guild trusts you with their lives you love cake, and you have like a million outfits that you'll wear sometimes it's kind of surprising how girly you can be" and Knightwalker just ignored her rambling and grabbed both our slime cuffs and started dragging us behind her."

As she was walking she said "I've heard enough obviously I'm not the Erza that you know" and after a moment she threw the both of us against one of the walls that had what looked like a window without glass. Lucy said "please listen you and I aren't enemies all I'm trying to do here is save my friends lives. Look Erza I know you're not the same person but I know you're someone who has a heart you can't be someone who laughs at other people's suffering."

Knightwalker said "shut your mouth" and she grabbed the cuffs with the spear that she was holding and held Lucy over the edge of the window. I said "well you've certainly done it now cheerleader" and knightwalker looked at me and said "I don't know what you're so smug about after I dispose of her you're next."

The only thought in my mind was "Not if I can help it"and while she was focusing on Lucy I got into a better position to strike. Lucy said "please Erza" and Knightwalker said "I hope you've made you're peace" and Lucy retorted "how could you do this to someone who wasn't even fighting back the Erza I know is kind she'd never hurt a defenseless person."

Knightwalker said "I thought I made myself clear I'm not her I love watching other writhe in agony I've earned my title as the Fairy hunter. No one has killed more Fairy tail wizards than I have" and I could hear the fact that Lucy was holding back tears and said "no you can't say that with her voice now with Ezra's face."." I wanted to already enact my plan to kick knightwalker hard enough to send her over the edge as well only with her being the only thing holding Lucy over the edge I couldn't at this time.

Knightwalker chuckled slightly and said "then I'll simply say goodbye" and she thrust the spear forward which unstuck the goo from it and sent Lucy hurtling down to the ground below. I figured if Lucy was going to die then I would at least avenge her" and I kicked Knightwalker in the back of her knee which sent her stumbling forward and forced her to lean over the edge which caused her to bend her ass forward giving me the perfect target.

Before I actually could though she regained her composure and got back up and moved fast enough to avoid my second kick. She looked at me with pure rage in her eyes and without saying anything the just grabbed me with the staff and did the same to me as she did Lucy. As I was falling I saw that Happy and Carla were diving down to catch us and while Carla grabbed Lucy because Happy facepalmed into a wall which was kind of hilarious he regained enough composure to at least catch me.

I looked up to him as we were flying upward thanks to their wings and I said "didn't I say that I'd kill the two of you if I ever saw you again." He said "I'll explain what happened later but just know that at least Carla wasn't leading us to that trap of her own free will." I thought it over for a second and said "if I don't believe the explanation just know that I will kill the two of you on the spot."

He didn't say anything in response to me which for his sake was good and as we got back to the window knightwalker said "but why the queen she gave the order these Earthland girls were to be executed immediately." Carla said "the order has been rescinded" and knightwalker said "I'm sorry but while you may be an Exceed you don't have the power to terminate a directive handed down by the queen herself.

I respectfully ask that you hand over the girl at once" and then Carla said something that honestly shocked me to no end "do you not know your place bow down you're in the presence of greatness here of royalty. I am the eldest daughter of queen shaagot but you may call me divine princess Carla of Extalia.

Knightwalker got a shocked look on her face as did Happy and Lucy and knightwalker actually bowed down and said "I beg your forgiveness you're grace." Carla said "where is wen" but quickly corrected herself "the two dragon slayers" and Knightwalker said "in the basement of the west tower." Carla said "I demand you to release them at once" and knightwalker responded with "I'm afraid I cannot I don't have the authority I'm truly sorry."

Carla kept pushing "I won't accept your excuses" and knightwalker said "yes it's unacceptable but" and a voice I hadn't heard before came from down the hallway we were just in and said "Erza those two are fallen Exceeds they've officially been banished from the kingdom of Extalia" and it looked like a man like version of both Happy and Carla only completely black and wearing robes.

Lucy said "that doenst sound good do you know who he is" and Happy said "no I've never seen him before all I know is that he's got to be the biggest cat I've ever seen." Carla said "We've got to go now" and Lucy said "hold on I thought you were some kind of princess" and I mentally facepalmed "don't you get it blondie she was lying so she could find out where Natsu and Wendy are."

As we were flying away I assumed heading west there was bell going off as if alerting the whole kingdom army followed by someone's voice. The person said "attention all soldiers there are two fallen Exceeds escaping with two prisoners of the court the fallen are blue and white terminate with extreme prejudice."

Lucy seemed to be more forgiving of Happy and Carla then I was because she said "you saved me thank you" and I said "you're seriously forgiving them that easily." Carla said "I agree I thought you would be angry" and I said "well I still am but I'm holding off on killing you and Happy until we get Wendy back from the kingdom at least."

Lucy seemed surprised at what Carla had said "why for what" and instead of explaining it to her I let Carla. "because we got you captured in the first place" and Lucy said "but you made up for it by rescuing me yeah" and she looked at me with a slight glare and I said "I guess I won't kill them but that's all I'm promising" and Lucy said "right Happy."

He said "I'm so sorry Lucy" and she said "maybe it would be a different story if you hadn't come back to get us but forget about that for now. I'm still shocked that Carla is a princess" and I said "didn't you hear me she just said that so that Knightwalker would obey her" and Carla confirmed "that was just a bluff obviously."

Happy looked at her with a goofy look on his face and Carla said "why must you look at me like that Happy" and he responded with "I'm just smiling because that's totally something you would do." Carla said "regardless we must focus on the task at hand which is finding Wendy and Natsu" and Happy said "where are they" and Carla said "weren't you listening they're in the basement of the west tower."

Carla then said to Lucy "why are you smiling now Lucy" and she said "oh it's nothing" and we were heading right for a tower and Lucy said "is that the west tower there." Being the sarcastic bitch, I am I said "no it's the north tower we're just heading to it to get captured again of course it's the west tower" and there was a sound of rushing wind even more so then there was before.

I looked behind us to see a literally army of flying cats on our tail and one who looked like a cat version of that troll we teamed up with during the nirvana incident said "give up now Fallen escape is futile." Lucy said "wow that's a lot of flying cats" and the troll cat said "now men go" and the whole army said "yes sir."

Carla said "We're too exposed in the air like this let's get to the ground" and Happy said "that's not a good idea they're all over the ground too." Carla said "Lucy can you use your Celestial magic" and she said "I'm pretty sure this sticky stuff is blocking my powers. As we were trying to figure out what to do I heard an elderly voice say "initiate code ETD right away" and there were horns being blown.

Clara must have heard the voice as well because she said "we have to get inside immediately and as we got inside somewhere I said "so since you knew we needed to get inside do you know what code ETD is." She said "I haven't got the foggiest but I'd assume it's something to do with the Exceeds" and I said "well I figured that since the ones that were chasing us are being covered by a light-blue light in the sky and it looks like it's hurting them."

Carla said "why would they be firing on them like that" and Lucy said "what the heck's going on here" and I said "you're just as in the dark as we are blondie." Lucy said "but it doesn't make sense I thought the people in Edolas practically worshiped the Exceeds is this some kind of rebellion." I said "oh gee I don't know as if the lasers firing the sky and the Exceeds looking they're in pain wasn't enough of a clue what do you think."

She just half-heartedly glared at me and looked back at the light in the sky and Carla said "I'm not sure but I think it would be wise to use the confusion to our advantage. This may be our only chance to rescue Wendy and the others" and Happy said his usual "aye" and we started flying down the hall in order to keep ahead of the soldiers.

After getting to a flight of stairs Carla and Happy let both Lucy and myself down and we started running down the stairs. As we were running Happy said "things are getting worse by the minute" and Lucy said "who knew Edolas was so close to starting a war with the Exceeds." I stated "well when people are oppressed once they feel they're ready they try fighting back so it's not really all that surprising."

Carla said "what they choose to do is none of our concern we have no stake in the matter they can wipe each other out if they like." We continued running until the spear that knightwalker usually carried landed right in front of us creating what looked like a crater. She then appeared on the other side of the crater and said "this is as far as you'll be going" and Lucy said "oh come on seriously I thought you had more important things to do than bother with us.

Knightwalker chuckled slightly as her spear lit up with what looked like electricity and I was about to say that we should move away when we were blasted away by the spear itself. Lucy who was closer to it seemed to be the most hurt if at all and I saw knightwalker jump into the small crater and retrieve her staff and she said "impressive you just took a direct hit from my magic.

And yet you're still breathing but not for much longer" and she walked toward us and I had a feeling that she was just going to stab us through with the staff which could also be used as a spear. As she was closer to Lucy she said "you see my orders said nothing about taking you alive so it seems there's only one option" and she raised the spear-staff ready to plunge it right into Lucy's back as it charged up another lightning strike beam.

Happy actually body slammed her with enough force for both of them to hit the wall and the spear discharged and shot out the floor below Lucy who started falling along with Happy. Carla however took action and spread her wings and looked at me for the briefest of second with a look that said sorry but it's up to you now."

She flew down and grabbed Lucy who had grabbed onto Happy as she was falling while Carla was pulling them both up. Then faintly I heard a scream that sounded somewhat like Wendy and that drove me to getting back on my fight and I called out to the army that had been behind knightwalker. I said "I don't care if my hands are bound I'll fight you all until I get to my sister" and while I had been bluffing they seemed to not bother calling it as I walked closer to them.

However another cave-in happened and I took that as my chance to get away and I meet up with Lucy, Carla, and Happy and we went and hid inside what could have been a storage room for wine or something. After the voice of the soldiers faded away Carla said "as it stands now we're trapped in here like rats" and Lucy said "I'm sure they have a ton of soldiers guarding wherever they have Natsu and Wendy.

We probably can't get anywhere near it" and Carla who sounded on the verge of tears said "We came so close but Wendy" and she just trailed off. Happy started to regain consciousness since he must have been knocked out when he hit the wall and he said "there's no way we can give up now we owe it to Natsu to keep fighting until our last breath.

That's what he would do for us we can still win if we believe like he does if we don't honor his fighting spirit and help him we don't even deserve to survive." I said "I agree with Happy in this case I wasn't there for Wendy when she needed me the most so if I can't save her I don't deserve to live either I owe it and a lot more to her for not being around."

Lucy said "do either of you have any idea what we should do" and Happy actually had a good idea he would take the lead while carrying a bag of flour and lure the soldiers after him. While we were hiding around the corner he flew toward the soldiers and he said "get ready for my poison mist attack" and he flung the bag of flour open which spread it everywhere.

As the soldiers were still under the assumption it was poison one of them said "hold on this isn't poison it's just flour" and he flew down a corridor and the soldiers followed him. Carla who had stayed with us said "seems the plan worked" and we went down the hallway the soldiers had been standing in until they went after Happy.

Lucy looked down the corridor he had went down and said "I really hope he can outrun them" and we went forward only to be blown back by that damn staff of knightwalkers again. She said "providing a distraction to drive away our forces is the most predictable strategy you could have chosen do you really take us for amateurs."

Being the smartass, I was I said "yeah I do" and she got a pissed off look on her face and we heard Wendy screaming and Natsu grunting in pain. Lucy said "what are you doing to them in there" and Nightwalker said "in order to us to successfully execute code ETD we must acquire the necessary magic power" and I saw a ghost of a smile on knightwalkers face as Wendy's scream could be heard.

I got up and was immediately pissed off that she was taking a sick pleasure at Wendy's pain and I said "okay you bitch I've had just about enough of you I'll take you on hand to hand combat only." As she was about to accept my challenge an ice cold mist appeared in the room after a shatter of stone sound. Knightwalker said "what's happening" when a voice came from inside the mist and it sounded like Grey and he said "you got some nerve lady.

You know they're with us and you decided to mess with them anyway" and a voice that sounded exactly like knightwalker said "anyone who would lay a hand on our fellow guild members will be dealt with accordingly." I had a feeling that since the word guild left her mouth the voice that sounded like knightwalker was actually our Erza.

Carla said "but how I thought you were gone" and Grey ignoring what she said "you've made a big mistake and now you're on Fairy tail's bad side you should have known better than to mess with us. As the mist cleared some Lucy's face had a relieved look on it and I was right it was our Erza and Grey which for once I was honestly glad to see the stripper.

Yet another chapter done and wow a lot happened in this chapter which is good anyway in the next chapter we'll be going over the events of Fairy tail episode 86 titled Erza vs. Erza which pretty much explains what happens in that episode. But regardless I'm going to be going over every episode unless the arc that I'm on is a filler arc in which case I'll just skip it entirely like I did with the Daphne arc.
