The prompt: "Looks like we're gonna be stuck here for a while."
Tohru raced to the platform, clutching her sunhat to her head. "Conductor-san, come back…!"
The train was fading into the distance.
"Looks like we're gonna be stuck here for a while." Kyo pointed out the departure board.
"Five hours?!" Tohru wilted. "I'm sorry, Kyo-kun…"
"Don't worry." He patted her shoulder. "We'll have more time for sightseeing than we thought."
"Ah! You're right!" She grabbed his hand, suddenly beaming. "What about that forest trail? Or that shop we passed earlier…"
She pulled him down the steps, but not before he pulled her into a hug.
Being lost with her was worth everything.
