Madara: A New Journey
In the very early morning of the next day - before the sun has truly come out - there is a faint knock on a thin wooden door that travels across the empty street. A woman, dressed in a silk form-fitting nightdress stands at the door and nervously looks around at the empty street.
There is no response from her knocks. The woman slowly slides open the door so to make as little noise as possible. After crawling into the crack she created, she silently closes it behind her. Taking a gander in the room with reddened cheeks, she spots in the centre, the back of a man, sitting calmly in a meditative pose.
The woman is determined. Breathing lingers in the room as she approaches and gently touches his shoulders with a sultry and delicate touch. Falling to her knees, she places her weight on his, letting her breasts touch the defined muscles of his back.
She leans forward, grabbing his shoulders with a needy clutch and whispering in the man's right ear with heavy lustful breaths, almost to the point of touching his ear with her lips. After speaking some sultry words that aren't appropriate for children, she licks the bottom of his ear and kisses his neck.
Despite this, there is no reaction from the man. The woman leans back, finding it strange for him to not move at this point. Tugging at his body and trying to garner a reaction only proves that he's not present mentally. She panics and presses her ear into his back to listen for a heartbeat, but, there is one, loud and healthy.
She gets in front of him and tries to shake him awake. It's very difficult to even shake his body, in fact, she hasn't been able to move him at all. Like pushing a wall and thinking you moved the wall, but in reality, it was you who got pushed away.
She stops her pointless efforts and sits helplessly in front of him. A strap on her dress has fallen off her shoulder in the struggle, revealing a little more skin that glows ever so slightly under the sweat she just worked up.
Just when all hope is lost in her heart. The man's eyes suddenly open in an instant with a hint of disturb. Madara looks around briefly before coming to a stop on the defenceless woman in front of him. For the first time in a while, confusion appears on his face in full.
He wasn't paying attention to this world while within his soul-scape, discovering his next path towards ocular evolution. A silly mistake he won't make again. "What are you doing?" He asks calmly as the confusion disappears and is replaced with cold intolerance.
Misaki is stunned and stammers for words but can't find anything to explain it in a way that isn't awkward. If only he was awake earlier, that entrance was grade A killing. All the pent up words are let out with a stressed sigh. She drops her head down and avoids eye contact. "Am I not attractive? Or is it because I'm a mother?"
His eyes narrow. "What are you talking about? Coming to satisfy some carnal desires like a hormone-driven teen? You are not an ugly girl, but I am not interested in your foolish love." He finishes with a mocking tone. "Besides, what have I ever done for you to take an interest in me?"
She locks eyes with him, a fit of infernal anger burning within her strict gaze. "What have you done?! Without you, we wouldn't even be here. My family is alive and growing, and everyone looks up to you. You complimented me and made me a stronger person."
"My husband is gone, I've faced that truth a long time ago. I'm lonely, I can't go through everything alone as I have." Her arms wrap around her own body as tears freely flow. "I have feelings for you and you treat me like ice. Why aren't you interested in me? Do you prefer my daughter? I deserve to know at least."
He ponders and his gaze travels to the ground with a complicated expression. A moment passes. "You are so naive." He sighs before looking back at her with a stern expression. "You know nothing about me. I don't even belong to this time, to this world. We are literally worlds apart."
Beneath his expression, she's taken aback by the calm pain and can almost see the ancient and hurt soul through his mysterious eyes, although, that is strictly what she is seeing, whether it is true, is another thing entirely. "Being alone is strength, for me, love is nothing but a weakness."
Misaki's eyes soften. "Love isn't weakness! You're just hurt from something in your past, that's it, isn't it?"
He looks at the window and closes his eyes. Many images and memories flash into his mind's eye and when he opens them, they disappear like dust in the wind. "The longer you live, the more you realise certain truths about this world, however, reviving the past is pointless now." Bitter melancholy touches his lips.
"~You're still young and have a lot of beauty, both inside and out. You're strong, I'm sure you can find someone to replace your supposed late husband. Someone that can help you raise your family. That isn't going to be me. My path doesn't allow me the luxuries of a family, it never has, and it never will."
Misaki crawls up to him instinctively. "How do you know if you haven't tried again? You're just giving up on love, how could you do that?! I can feel that you want to change, that you hate yourself, I've seen it before, but nothing is worth giving up on, especially yourself!"
She takes his arm in hand, feeling the muscles on his arm as she talks. "My husband was a warrior when I meet him, like you, battle-hardened and like a rock, cold to the touch. "She chuckles. "We were both very young back then. He cared for nothing, not even himself, only power and killing was his concern."
She sets another hand on his left knee. "I never believed that love should be based on the outcome, but from what you feel in the moment. Change happens in the journey, even without knowing or planning it. Worlds apart or not, let me touch you." She plants a kiss on his lips and another deeper one.
He doesn't resist but his expression grows more solemn as she wraps her arms around him and kisses his neck. He lightly speaks with certainty. "A juvenile form of love, based on lust and brief positive circumstances. This means nothing to me. You will likely regret this."
Misaki comes up, kissing his neck along the way before separating a little. "Let me decide what to regret. I think you'll like this kind of love." She reaches for the remaining strap on her shoulder. She's overcome by lust and attraction, logic has no place in her mind, even if he bluntly tells her how little she means to him.
Her silk nightdress falls down her curvy body, resting for but a moment above her breasts before falling to reveal her rounded breasts and perky nipples. Grabbing the back of his neck, she slides off a bit of his clothing and leans back while spreading her legs around his knees.
Closes his eyes and letting out a relenting sigh, he opens his black eyes to the slight darkroom and allows himself to be pulled down. He takes her hand away from his neck and pins it to the ground and leans in to embrace her body in various places before removing more of his clothing.
A few hours later, the sun finally comes out in full. Silence lifts as sect disciples move about in a bustle. Madara slides open the door to his room. He adjusts his clothes a little and composes himself before following some of the disciples running along in a hurry.
Along the way, he runs into Ruby, Hatsune, and Mika amongst a bunch of other female disciples. All the female disciples are dressed the same and are talking between each other in a friendly manner. On the other side of the street are male disciples, doing the same and dressed in red robes
Hatsune spots him and waves, running towards him and attracting the attention of a few other female disciples. "What do you think?" She spins around, dressed in her new sect uniform, an elegant blue robe that is form-fitting in certain areas and loose in others.
Ruby and Mika follow behind. He scans them once before saying. "All three of you look like, distinguished cultivators." Hatsune somewhat frowns at that boring response that paid no attention to the tight-fitting spots of these drafty robes. Although she has no idea, that Madara is rather spent in that category.
"Ryuu, do you know where mom is?" Mika asks innocently. They went to where her place was supposed to be but didn't find her, so she figures it's worth the question.
Without caring at all, he replies. "Yes little one, she came to talk to me this morning, you'll find her at my residence." He tells them how to get to his place and Ruby and Mika say goodbye respectfully. When he makes for the place for the male disciples to receive the sect attire like the rest, a hand grabs his arm.
Being a little smarter than the two little girls, Hatsune looks at him with sad eyes and draws closer. She frowns when she finds her mother's scent all over him.
She opens her mouth to say something but instead releases his arm with a huff and storms off after Mika and Ruby. She has some words she needs to speak to her mother about a few certain matters once she gets her alone. Madara shakes his head and walks past some male disciples, who quickly move aside.
Once inside, he sees Kaba and Hiroi. They greet each other and receive their robes together. After changing, the trio leaves together and heads to the ceremony gathering that will be taking place soon. "What kind of fortune do you think we'll receive brother?" Hiroi asks along the way.
"Who knows, they didn't really say. It said we 'may' receive a fortune! We'll probably get nothing." Kaba halfheartedly replies, tactfully and with a surprising amount of intelligence in Madara's mind.
Shaking his head, Hiroi turns to Madara, expecting something different. "What do you think this fortune that they talk about could be?"
He looks ahead with a bored expression. "Never take anything at face value, always prepare for danger and unforeseen consequences with every action and event around you. If fortune comes in the process, then it either does or doesn't, don't tunnel all your attention on what little gift you'll get."
"Because if you do that, someone more observant then you, will kill you in the process before you even know what happened." Hiroi thinks for a moment about what Madara just said. Everything had an enlightening property to it and makes him think a less of this fortune.
Madara however, doesn't even know why he keeps educating and guiding this family as he has been, perhaps some part of him feels responsible for the situation they're in, despite it being exactly what they wanted, they just don't know that it will lead to pain down the road.
Not long passes and they reach a large structure with attendants in front. Following the crowd, they see a circular platform within, raised above the ground and surrounded by stone seats on all sides. The three of them are directed to sit down in different areas based on cultivation level.
Half an hour goes by and the seats gradually all fill up. Madara is seated on the third story, the place for core formation cultivators. From his elevated position, he can spot each of his supposed family members in the crowd below. He also spots Dai across the circle on the second story.
There are only four stories in total. The ground level is for Qi Condensation. The second story is for Foundation Establishment. The third is for Core Formation, and the last is for Nascent Soul. There are also sections with elevated towers for the truly powerful of the sect.
Suddenly, three figures drop down from one of these towers and land in the circle at the centre. One of them grabs a horn tied to his waist and blows into it without saying a word. The sound is loud and travels far. In the sky, a massive door appears out of thin air at the request of the sound. Gasps spread among some unfamiliar.
A pressure descends and covers the entire sect. Madara's eyes actually widen when he feels the pressure. "This, is it what I think?" Although not intense or threatening to him, it's certainly many times more powerful than anything he's faced from a cultivator.
The man that blew the horn clasps his hands at the sky and he knows that his guess is correct. "This humble servant once again asks for the great messenger to descent and bear witness to the coronation ceremony of new inner disciples."
The man has done this exact ceremony hundreds of times throughout his life and is always extremely cautious. When it comes to dealings with the upper realm, only a select few are allowed to even know a little about it and even fewer are allowed to interact with them, he is one of the few to directly speak to them.
The door cracks up and a blast of power almost causes some cultivators to faint before relenting a little. A woman dressed in all white robes with fabric so long that it tangles down from the sky and hair as white as snow that drops down below her waist. The door closes shut behind after she steps out completely.
Despite the woman's supreme beauty far surpassing anything seen in this world, all those below smart enough, avoid the lustful or jealous gazes in fear of the power she so obviously holds. Cold and pierces green eyes descend on the man that called out to her. "I am here." She says coldly, enough to literally drop the temperature.
With a wave of her hand, a rift appears to her right and her hand reaches in to pull out a grand chair to which is promptly tossed to the circular platform. Taking her seat, she calmly tells the man. "Continue servent." The other two people who dropped down stand at either side of the chair, ready to tend to her any need.
With a respectful bow, he turns around and all the respect disappears. "From this moment, any disciple who speaks to the messenger without being spoken to will be severely punished and anyone being disrespectful will be severely punished."
"Some of you are from the Glacier Tribulation trails due to exceptional talent and some of you have painstakingly climbed the ranks of an outer disciple to reach where you stand. I will now explain what is going to occur for those who are unfamiliar." The man tries to continue when another figure descends.
This new person walks past the man who bows and calls him sect master and clasps his hands at the messenger. "My apologies senior for my delay, I had a dispute with some fellow cultivators from the Divine Fire Demon Alliance."
The woman looks bored and lazily waves her hand at him. The sect master looks over to the speaker and nods for him to continue in due hast. The man clears his throat. "As I was saying, each disciple will approach me and be judged by our sect master and the messenger behind me."
"~This will determine your rank as an inner disciple, and as with the outer disciples, growing in rank affords you more resources for cultivation and access to special places within the domain of the alliance! We have an extra witness today, the messenger of our alliance who has accepted two personal disciples today."
The moment the speaker finishes, the alliance messenger drops down from one of the towers and clasps his hands. "It is a pleasure to meet you senior!" He speaks directly to the woman in white and turns to the sect master to bow before standing at his side. A drop of sweat appearing on his forehead as he does.
The speaker then begins calling up Qi Condensation cultivators to be tested. The first one stands nervously on the stage. The two men at either side of the woman grab him and bring him closer to the woman.
She doesn't even look in his direction as if he didn't exist at all. The sect master only takes a glance before sporting out a quick number that determined the youths rank amongst the established inner disciples. This pattern repeats itself many times over the course of an hour.
Some are given higher ranks by the sect master but not one has garnered the attention of the messenger. When the Qi Condensation cultivators are done, it is the turn of the Foundation Establishment, and so on.
Only a few in the third story manage to get a passing glance, but one in the fourth gets a very strong look and for the first time, she parts her pink lips to speak. "Do you have the Ji Realm?"
"T-The Ji Realm? Your excellency?" The cultivator awkwardly stammers out, trying to find a proper way to address the figure that makes people ten times above him respectful.
"Ah, I suppose you wouldn't know." She pauses to find a way to say this. "Have you ever expelled lighting from your eyes?"
He nods his head slightly. "Attack me with it." Her words surprise those on the platform. The sect master looks at the youth with surprise, he knows this person, but he was completely unaware he possessed the legendary Ji Realm.
The youth hesitates for a moment. He has nascent soul cultivation and the Ji Realm that she is speaking about, he gained when he reached foundation establishment. It can easily eradicate several cultivators at the same level as himself, he's always kept the fact that he possesses this red lighting a secret by killing any who saw.
Now he's being told to use it in front of everyone. Upon seeing the others remaining silent with worried looks, his timid expression disappears and his eyes light up with a red glow and a bolt of crimson lightning shoots out towards the beautiful woman at blistering speeds. The lightning crackles in the air as it's speed increases.
The lighting is inches away, but with a wave of her white hand, the red lighting that would eradicate many nascent soul cultivators and even damage a soul formation cultivator is caught with little effort, stunning the man. The woman twirls the red bolt in her hand with a scrutinizing gaze.
She then flicks the bolt into the sky and it disappears into the horizon. "A moderate quality, but of the Qi variation." She doesn't know exactly what to do, it's quality is on the edge of what she finds acceptable. Twirling two fingers together, she reaches to the right and opens a rift in space again.
She pulls out a small circular pendant. "This is a messenger pendent. If you reach soul formation before encountering the barricade of the Ji Realm, this will notify me and I may send someone to find you. In the meantime, it has some lowly qualities of protection, which should be equivalent to this planets strongest treasures."
The Ji Realm cultivator gasps and holds the pendant tightly before putting it on and returning into the crowds, sweating at the fact that he's the only one to receive recognition from that person and receive an extreme treasure. It was worth exposing his Ji Realm.
"My disciples, come to my side to be judged. " The alliance messenger waits for a second and looks at Madara and Ruby, the only two in the lower ranks to not be asked to go up yet, beckoning them both to him.
From an inconspicuous seat in the third story crowd, within a hand, a familiar red bolt of lighting disappears in a flash and Madara stands up. He steps to the ledge and jumps down to the centre platform. He looks at the woman in white and a smile so very faint appears on his lips.
The woman cast a cold stare in his direction as he stands before his supposed master. Ruby stands up and walks to the stairs. She bows, standing very close beside him with a nervous look. With many gazes strongly fixed on the two, their master steps forward. "Disciples, speak your names?"
"Okumura Ryuu"
"Sato Ruby"
"From this moment forth, Ryuu Okumura and Ruby Sato, you are my disciples and will have greater status than any outer or inner disciple." He pulls out two bags of holding and hands one to each of them with a smile. "A gift for my disciples, but don't open it here though."
Ruby bows respectfully and Madara clasps his hands and slightly bows just enough to hide his face from view, but if anyone saw his expression right now, they would see a look of sheer disgust, tinged with hair-raising hatred. He wants to kill these people so badly, he wants to stand on their lifeless bones and laugh.
He's almost on the verge of being able to do so, to fight openly and not fiddle with these pathetic lifeforms. He just needs to determine the strength of the upper realm. His eyes move to the woman sitting in the chair, no longer paying them any attention. That woman is the key to finding out what he wants, but how?
He needs to get her alone. There is likely, watchers. "I need to meet her privately and see if I can manipulate her. Difficult in front of all these people and with such a limited window of time. Someone could also be watching. Genjutsu should work on her, probably."
From the height of the chair and the angle in relation to everyone else, he knows once he approaches her, no one will be able to see his eyes. Just in case, he'll use a dual-layered Genjutsu to hide his Doujutsu even if someone was staring directly into them.
The only thing he has to worry about is if someone is watching or monitoring her in some special way that he cannot detect. Hiroi was able to detect that he was different when they first meet, but he seems to a unique case among cultivators, and he's taken steps to block that.
Ruby is brought before the woman first. She looks at the young girl for but a moment. "You have a special talent for cultivation similar to mine, take this, it helped me when I was your age." The woman pulls out a ring with a white stone as its centrepiece.
Taking the ring in her hand, she can feel overflowing cold energy entering her body, it makes her uncomfortable. She hesitates to put it on. "You'll adjust with time, keep yourself a virgin and wear that and if you can reach a certain cultivation level, I'll send someone for you." The woman pushes the ring onto Ruby's finger.
She nods in a shy fashion and backs away. The sect master turns to Madara and nods for him to go next with a concerned look, he saw that smile earlier but decided not to punish him considering how he's a friend's disciple, but he'll be careful to watch him closely.
Madara approaches the woman in a slow walk and there is a brief moment of eye contact when he draws closer. The woman's expression turns blank and his own eyes widen with the information he learns for a fraction of a second before returning to normal. Her eyes go elsewhere, signalling that she is not impressed.
He retreats back near the alliance messenger with a small smile. "Congratulations on finding two excellent disciples!" The sect master breathes a sigh of relief and congratulates the alliance messenger with a kind smile. "Allow me to offer them gifts as well, for I'm sure they'll become figures of our alliance in the future."
After receiving the gifts from the sect master, for some reason, the door in the sky opens up again. This time a devilish young man comes out dressed majestically, alerting everyone of his presence will a foul aura. Madara looks at the man with an analytical gaze. The woman in white leaves her chair and floats into the sky.
"Junior sister." The man says this with no respect or disrespect. "There is some alarming news from my ancestor's master. There has been a change of plans, I will explain when we return." He finishing speaking to her with his divine sense, something Madara isn't qualified to listen into at the moment.
However, he can read minds through his own means. "You'll be staying? Why? What about the report?" The man in the sky looks questingly at the woman.
"I have my reasons, senior brother." She adds ample hatred laced in her words, not hiding it in the slightest. "My report will be made. It won't be long until I return." She teleports away after she is done speaking, almost as if looking at the man causes great annoyance and disgust.
The man cast one look at her direction as he turns to the open door with an evil and wicked look. "You cannot escape." He murmurs under his breath as he enters the door, disappearing along with the door itself. The air stirs as it encloses the now empty space the door occupied.
After the two powerful beings depart, the air returns to normal and the people below calm themselves. The sect master hands out some treasures to those he found interesting himself and some participation items to everyone present. Although participation items, they are no less grand, each a uniquely powerful treasure.
After a few more words from the alliance messenger and the sect master, the event is quick to be ended. Madara returns to the crowd and disbands with it. As he's walking away, Kaba and Hiroi approach him casually. "Some event. Who do you think that woman was?" Kaba asks his question with a lustful face.
"Who knows..." Madara reaches for the bag he got from the alliance messenger. "Take this, I have no need for it." And tosses it.
Kaba's surprised grasp catches the small bag. "But, isn't, this a gift from your master?"
He lets out a small mocking chuckle at Kaba's words. "I have no master." Stopping in his tracks, he places his hand before Kaba and Hiroi, stopping them cold. "Only the weak rely on a master, true strength is sought out through one's own effort. Now, is there something you two want to talk about?"
Kaba looks apprehensive to talk further, so Hiroi speaks up. "Actually, it's about our father, things went differently than we planned, but we're going to do some searching around now that we belong to a sect and ask some people if they recognize our father's insignia."
A hand reaches in front of the boy. "Give it." With his hand outstretched, Hiroi takes out a small token and places it into Madara's open palm. He only takes a second glance before shutting his eyes. "The place you're looking for is on the northern outskirts of the city." He returns the insignia and opens his eyes.
He takes out a token and records the location that he found before handing it to them along with a small piece of paper with some symbols on it that they don't understand. "I'm going to be gone for a while, I don't know how long but if you really need me then burn that piece of paper."
As he turns around to leave, he says one last thing over his shoulder. "Unfortunately, your father's sword and armour were religiously cleaned, but, if you find something organic, like a strand of hair, then, given he still lives, I'll be able to find him."
"Oh, and one last thing, try to avoid getting in between your mother and sister for a couple of days. I have a feeling it's going to be dangerous." He says with a chuckle. "Goodbye, try not to die while I'm gone." Walking into the distance, he leaves behind two bewildered yet excited youths.
The sun still has many hours of daylight. Far outside Glacier Fate City, in a secluded field with knee-high brown grass being tossed aside the wind in a beautiful fashion, a lone woman stands, waiting under a cherry blossom tree, her long white hair covered in the pink petals like a crown.
She looks at the distant sun and leans against the tree. There isn't a person in sight. A lovely feminine fragrance permeates the air and mixes with the smell of sunshine and fresh air. This kind of environment can allow one to forget all troubles and drift into thoughtless sleep.
But for some reasons, the woman's face is solemn, tainted with anguish and despair. A sigh comes from behind her, surprising her as she turns around. There's a man floating just slightly above the ground, not too far from her, and she had no idea about it. A red cultivator robe drifting off him like blankets.
He doesn't look at the woman right away but takes in a charming atmosphere as his crimson hair dances with the grass in slow motion. "I'm glad you decided to come..." His laser gaze travels to the beautiful fairly-like woman with bizarre patterned eyes that catch her attention fully.
She composes herself quickly. "I am Momoka Natsumi, eldest daughter of the Lin Kuei sect from the cave celestial realm, which is known as the upper realm in this world." Natsumi speaks her true identity and looks at him with a hint of scepticism and anticipation, her thoughts an open book.
He lands within the grass and draws closer a step. He speaks without telling her his name. "Earlier when we meet, I saw into your mind and felt hatred for this cave celestial realm as you call it. I didn't even need to force this meeting, just a little, nudge, as you will, and you came running at the opportunity, why?"
"The place I come from has never inspired loyalty, I've always had to watch my own back from torturously lustful men and jealous woman." Hatred taints her beautiful voice. "I'm just returning the favour to them. My younger sister has been taken by the man that was with me earlier, you saw him right?"
He turns away to hide a smirk. He realizes that they've probably lived similar lives, a life of betrayal and violence. He understands it well, that she will do anything if he can save the only person that she has left, her younger sister allegedly, a perfect pawn, a perfect way to develop, "trust", between them.
He nods as he continues to admire the nice surrounding, a hand lightly touching the flowing fields.
She ponders for a second, considering her options and waging the risks for coming actions. "I know of a way inside that no one will discover, although it is dangerous and few travel it for that reason, if what you've shown me is true, it shouldn't be a problem for you and I don't care what you're after, just don't implicate me in it."
Without warning, the surrounding area drops in temperature to the point of the grass freezing in place. "You need to destroy an entire sect and rescue my younger sister from them." More hatred lazed words leave her mouth.
A more devilish look appears. "You also need to capture the man you saw earlier. He is the young master of that sect you will be destroying. I want him alive." The temperature drops back to normal when she finishes speaking.
With a small singular laugh, he replies. "That attack just now would certainly kill probably those with much higher cultivations than mine, but you are not qualified to test my true strength, but I do admire your sharp intuition." He looks at the sky. "I agree with your request. We'll leave immediately!"
With a nod of her head, the two take off into the sky heading for the edge of space. "To enter my world, you'll have to travel the void, it's extremely dangerous and hard to navigate, but it's the only way that isn't monitored, I will give you a way to guide yourself and I will return the way I came."
She pulls out a jade token and hands it to him. It only takes a second for him to read the contents and memorize everything. It contained details on his targets, the locations, and estimated strength, and an insignificant map of part of the cave celestial realm. Along with the information of the dangers, he'll be facing in the void.
They reach the edge of space after some time. Stopping, Natsumi takes out a pendant. "This is the messenger pendent I handed out before. I can find it even in the void, I have to be on the other side to open the path for you to enter."
He grabs the ring with a thoughtful look before, with speed so fast, he violently grabs the woman's retreating arm and pulls her off balance. Their gazes lock. For the first time, the woman feels heart-wrenching fear with what she sees. "If you attempt to betray me, there will not be a place in existence where you will be safe."
"I will destroy that entire realm and everyone you hold dear will suffer horribly, in a very imaginative way, and only after you've been made to watch, will I end your life. It's too late to turn back now girl, your path is set." He releases her hand. "Let's work well together." He finishes with a sickly smile.
She isn't given time to recover when he forms a black object in his hand and sends it off. It wraps around her neck and the shape changes rapidly before assimilating with the elegant necklace already around her neck. A perfect outside replica, while the real deal is compressed within. "This will act as the contract."
A frightful look is all he gets in return as she rubs the necklace. Like a sheep in front of a wolf, she knows that it's too late to go back on her word if she ever had any intentions to, but as long as she sticks to her word all should be fine. "Shouldn't it?" She doesn't hesitate to begin open the gateway.
She forms varies seals at a fast speed. This surprises Madara, for he's never seen seals being used in cultivation before. He wonders if the purpose is similar. After minutes, the space in front of them shatters like a mirror and a dark space is revealed, even darker then empty space. "Once you enter, I will immediately return."
With a nod, he looks into the pitch-black void in front of him. There is an airy feel emanating from within, something primordial in nature. But at the same time, the void and its inhabitants are also feeling his own energy and with an unwavering step, he enters the void.
An extremely powerful being has entered the void that few enter, alerting all the dark creatures within in some unknown way. In order to break into an unknown realm, he has to cross this dark abyss and come out the other side to even greater unknowns. What will await him in the Cave Celestial Realm?!
Madara: A New Journey
