It was almost midnight, Rafael was walking up to the apartment with 22 month old Rafa and 8 year old Noah. Rafael had the kids for midnight Christmas Mass, Liv unfortunately had to work a case and didn't make it home in time to go with them. Raf quietly opened the door, Noah headed straight for bed so Santa Claus could come. Rafael got Rafa settled in his bed, after checking the locks, making sure all the presents were under the tree and the cookies were gone. He checked on Noah covering him up, and kissed his head. He walked down the hall, opening the door to their room, seeing Liv under the covers. Raf softly closed the door and undressed sliding under the covers wrapping his arms around her.
"Merry Christmas mi amor." Raf whispered, falling asleep.
Next Morning
Noah and Rafa ran into the bedroom jumping up on the bed wanting to open presents.
"Mijos calm down, give Mami and I thirty minutes." Raf said as he cuddled both his sons to him on each side.
Thirty minutes later, all four were in the living opening presents. After all the gifts were opened Noah and Rafa were playing with their toys. Rafael and Liv were watching them until Liv's phone rang, looking at it Liv frowned slightly.
"Work?" Raf asked, hoping it wasn't.
"Trevor." Liv said, before answering, putting it on speaker.
"Liv you have an extra bedroom right?"
"Yeah, two actually."
"I need a foster home ASAP, mom was brought in to give birth and was high as a kite, I need a home for him until after new years and then if you and Raf want to adopt him we will get the ball rolling, I already informed Mrs. Jackson and Linden, they're on board if you are, I'm at your Mercy."
"Rafa will be there, he's putting on his jacket now." Liv said as she watched him put on his shoes and sweatshirt.
"Okay, bye."
Raf opened the door, seeing Lucia and Dodds sir.
"What's going on Rafi?" Lucia asked.
"Bringing home another nieto for you, mami. Love you too." Raf kissed her cheek and left.
Lucia and Dodds looked at Liv confused.
"Trevor, our adoption lawyer called needing a foster home ASAP, Raf went to meet him and bring him home." Liv said, calling Fin to see if Ken had any old baby clothes from Jaden.
Six hours later it had taken Lucia, Dodds, Trevor, Sonny, Amanda, Fin, and Rita but they all had everything decorated and the crib (from Rafa), and everything else set up. Rafael and Liv just sat with the newest Barba, Eduardo Jon Barba while he drank a bottle.
"Perfect way to end Christmas and this crazy year." Liv whispered, looking around at their friends and family.
"Yeah it is." Raf whispered, kissing Liv.
