The Dragon and the Fairies Chapter 11, a fairy tail fanfic

Alright, here we go, back to the ol' grind! Finally, what you've all been waiting for…*drum roll*…LISANNA BEING ADDED TO THE HAREM! …YAAAAAAAAAAAY! And yes, I know, it's been quite a while (which is putting it mildly), but thank you to the many people who were patient. I deeply appreciate your patience. Thanks for all the love last chapter though, it meant a great deal after being absent for so long! Anyway, without further ado…

Fairy Tail Guild (Present Day: Nighttime)

Lisanna's hands fidgeted nervously under the table, rubbing her cerulean-blue dress between her fingers, as her white, low-heeled pumps squirmed anxiously . It was finally happening; her dream of going on a date with Natsu Dragneel had finally become a reality. The youngest Strauss honestly thought this day would never come, and that her feelings would either go unanswered or go unsaid. Luckily for her though, she was able to avoid such an unhappy fate…albeit under…unorthodox circumstances. The young Take-Over mage's right eye twitched as her older sister walked over to their table with her usual Mira smile stretched across her face. There was still a small part of her that was angry with her sister for…well…doing what she wanted to do with Natsu for quite some time now, behind her back no less. Not to mention there was a small sliver of her that was also quite furious with the man of her affections too, but that could be addressed at a later date.

"So, how is everything going tonight you two? …Natsu, please chew with your mouth closed." Mira deadpanned towards her boyfriend, staring at the rose-haired mage.

"Hmm?" Natsu replied, still chewing his food. Seeing his ivory-haired girlfriend's irritated expression, Natsu quickly gulped whatever food he had in his mouth down his throat, "H-Hehe, s-sorry!" The fire mage said, scratching his head awkwardly, while wiping his mouth with his napkin.

The buxom bar maiden nodded with a smile as she turned towards her nervous/irritated little sister and asked, "And how about you, Lisanna? …Stand up straight, Lisa, you're slouching."

Lisanna deadpanned. "We're fine, Mira. Just…leave us alone for now." She said, shooing her sister with her left hand before turning back to fidgeting her dress nervously.

Mirajane nodded sadly at her sister's words, but understood the nature of her words. "Okay, I understand. I'll just be…at the bar if you both need anything." The model said, walking towards the bar in a slightly somber state.

The short-haired Strauss sighed at seeing her older sister's cheery demeanor be deflated a bit, but there was too much anger in her to feel too bad for the bar maiden. Besides, there was another matter she had to attend to at the moment. Finally stopping her nervous fidgeting, Lisanna took a deep breath and exhaled before looking at the fire wizard with a small smile. Unfortunately for her, the rose-haired mage seemed to be more preoccupied with his dinner than with his date, to her slight irritation. Clearing her throat somewhat loudly, the fire wizard quickly looked up from his dinner to look at his dinner date. Seeing him gulp down his food before sitting upright to look at her, Lisanna cleared her throat again to make sure nothing was stuck inside of it before taking a sip of a cool glass of water. Putting the glass down, the cerulean-eyed woman said, "So…how have you and Happy been?"

Hearing the mention of their favorite cat quickly perked up the pink-haired mage exponentially, "Oh, haha, he's been good. I mean, it's been a while since I've seen him since he went on that quest with Wendy and Carla, but I'm sure he's having plenty of fun and eating lots of fish with them!"

Lisanna nodded with a small smile at that response. "That's right, I forgot about that!" She shook her head at her forgetfulness. "I was wondering why I hadn't seen him glued to your side for a while. *sigh* I assume he's trying to impress Carla once again. Hehe, some things never change."

Natsu grinned in reply. "Oh yeah. He even caught this huuuuuuuuuuuuge fish just to impress her!" He laughed, stretching his arms as wide as they could go for reference.

The young Take-Over mage giggled at their talking cat's way of wooing a girl. "Well, I don't know if I can speak for Carla, but if a guy caught a fish that huuuuuuuuuuuuge, then…well I don't what I'd do." She laughed, stretching her arms as wide as Natsu had just done.

Natsu laughed as he saw his childhood friend copy his movement. "Well, I mean, if that's what you're into, than I won't judge. Note to self: buy tons of fish of Lisanna for her next birthday." He grinned, getting a laugh out of the young female wizard across from him. The two shared a smile as they stared at one another, enjoying each other's company as they had when they were much younger. The male wizard's black-colored eyes stared at how gorgeous the young girl had become and couldn't even imagine how the skinny girl he once knew had grown into the person before him. "Lisanna…you look-"

"-Drop dead gorgeous? Why thank you, Natsu!" Lisanna grinned, leaning her hand onto her face.

"Well, actually I was gonna say you look like Elfman in a dress, but y-HEY!" Natsu laughed, nearly dodging a roll of bread that was thrown at his head.

The white-haired wizard's eyebrow twitched as she replied, "Don't forget I can turn into a giant rabbit and stomp you into the ground."

Nodding, Natsu conceded and said, "True…very true. Allow me to correct myself?"

"I'll give you five seconds."

"LisannaIthinkyoulookamazingandbeautifulandgorgeousand-"

"Time's up!"

Natsu raised his hands in victory with a smile. "I said three positive things! Hahaha-OW!" he grunted, feeling a piece of bread hit him on the forehead. "What was that for?" He asked, rubbing his brow with a frown.

Lisanna merely shrugged, "I just felt like it." She gave him a teasing smile and returned to eating her own meal, albeit with a bit more pep to her demeanor as opposed to her earlier nervous one.

Natsu smiled a bit at seeing Lisanna act like her more playful self. It had been…well…honestly, the dragon slayer found it difficult to remember just how long ago both of them hung out with just the two of them. Before the "S- Class Mission Incident", Natsu and Lisanna had been as thick as thieves; practically inseparable. The two were always seen together at the guild either talking to themselves at a table, picking out missions for either individual missions for Natsu or group missions for the Strauss siblings (the reason being Mirajane's overprotectiveness and never allowing Elfman or Lisanna to go on missions alone or with anyone else besides her), or playing pranks on other guild members.

The dragon slayer laughed softly to himself, which got the attention of the white-haired girl, "What's so funny?" Lisanna asked, tilting her head to the side.

"Hehehe, I was just remembering all the little pranks we used to pull back in the day." Natsu smiled.

Lisanna's eyes widened for a second as her thoughts went back and remembered all the mischievous tricks she and Natsu would pull over several of the guild members. She remembered how the dragon slayer would always focus his efforts on pranking Gray in particular. Some examples being, leaving a bucket of water on top of an open door and watching it splash on top of the Ice-make mage when he entered the guild, or hiding all his emergency clothes that Gray stashed around the guild when he lost the shirts or pants he'd strip away by accident, as well as just lighting the poor boy on fire. The ivory-haired mage tittered to herself at remembering Natsu's childish rivalry with the ice-make mage (one which still existed to this day) and remembered helping him hide some of Gray's clothes back in the day. "Hahaha, I seem to remember you always making Gray the main target of all your pranks, Natsu."

Natsu merely shrugged his shoulders in response. "Well, he deserved it!"

"How so?" Lisanna asked with a raised eyebrow and a teasing smile.

"He's…well I mean he's got that…err…he's…HE'S GRAY AND HE'S A BIG JERK WITH ICE MAGIC! I DON'T NEED TO EXPLAIN ANY FURTHER THAN THAT!" Natsu shouted, crossing his arms with a pout.

Mira sighed to herself and shook her head at hearing Natsu's childish yells, but decided not to respond in case it upset Lisanna again. '*sigh*…I really hope she can find it in her heart to forgive me…' Mira sighed as she continued watching the two from afar and cleaning the bar mugs with a rag.

The sister in question couldn't help but shake her head at the dragon slayer's words, "Some things never change. After all your quests and adventures with him, I'd have thought you two would get along at least a little bit better." Lisanna chuckled quietly with a sweatdrop.

Natsu merely grumbled to himself under his breath before responding, "…Grr…It's not like I hate the guy or anything. I'd never admit it to his face…but he's saved my butt plenty of times in life or death situations." The dragon slayer grabbed a piece of chicken and gnawed on the bone irritably as he continued, "What annoys me the most is how smug he can get afterwards! Tch, it pisses me off! I mean, I've saved his butt plenty of times too, but ya don't hear me braggin' about it, y'now?! Like the time he was about to be crushed by a big-ass Golem once after he used up all his magic and I dragon-fisted the thing to pieces! Did I give him a smug grin or brag about it to anybody? NO! Oh! And this other time when I saved his butt from a pack of giant, feral wolves! And another time when-"

"Natsu." Lisanna chimed in.

"Eh, what?" The rose-haired man replied back.

"It kind of sounds like you're bragging right now." The ivory-haired girl responded with a laugh.

The fire-eater scrambled to reply as he sputtered out excuses, "What?! N-No, I mean…I was just…I saved…he should be grate-…ARGH! Why do you always gotta mess with me like this, Lisanna?!" Natsu yelled, scratching his hair furiously as his childhood friend laughed at his frustrated antics.

"Hahahahahahahaha! Because teasing you is so much fun, Natsu! You have no one to blame but yourself!" Lisanna winked back, which only frustrated the rose-haired boy more. "In fact, I remember one time…one time…you…you did…pfft haha…hahahahahahaha!" The blue-eyed girl began to say before sputtering into a fit of laughter.

Natsu squinted his eyes in suspicion as he asked, "Eh? What's so funny? What did you make me do? OI, YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ANOTHER GIRLIE HAIRDO LIKE YOU DID ON TENROU ISLAND, DID YOU?!"

Lisanna couldn't help but laugh and snicker to herself as she tried to calm herself down. "Hahaha-ohmygosh, okay okay. I'm sorry, phew. No no, it was nothing like that. Hahaha okay, remember how you used to stick the bucket of water on the Guild entrance so it could drop on Gray?" She said, seeing Natsu nod his head in return. The ivory-haired girl opened her mouth to speak before snickering a couple more times, which only made the dragon slayer even more irritated and curious. "Okay, s-so haha one day, you had set up the prank for Gray and were waiting inside in front of the door to make fun of him, but what you failed to realize was that you had done it to Gray too many times and he was already savvy to when and how you'd do it. So, Mira, Elfman, and I were walking to the guild one morning and we saw Gray waiting outside with his arms crossed and just staring at the door. Mira quickly pushed him out of the way, which I could tell made him really angry and I could tell he was about to get mad at my sister…but then he stopped and made a really weird grin before slowly getting to his feet. Part of me was confused because normally Gray would at least argue with my sister a little bit before cowering in fear of her, like you two did with Erza back in the day…or I guess, still do to this day." Lisanna chuckled softly, which caused the dragon slayer to grumble embarrassedly. "Anyways, it didn't really occur to me what was going on before I saw my sister open the door and…KERSPLOOSH! The bucket of water came pouring down onto her, soaking her to the bone! And the look on your face when you saw Mira all wet…it was…it was so…PRICELESS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YOU LOOKED LIKE A DEER FROZEN IN FEAR HAHAHAHAHA!" The ivory-haired girl giggled as she was unable to contain her laughter anymore.

Mirajane, on the other hand, could only feel the dread and embarrassment fill inside of her as she remembered that day. She rubbed her hand across her face in shame as she remembered all the guild members staring at her and many laughed at the sight of her drenched. But what mortified her the most right now was what happened after. 'Don't say the rest, Lisanna. Please…'

"And that wasn't even the best part!" Lisanna yelled, still laughing to herself.

'…oh damn it.' Mirajane thought to herself in shame, blushing profusely.

"As soon as Mira saw that it was you put the bucket of water on the door, she punched you straight through the roof! And you didn't come back down for two whole minutes! We thought she punched you all the way into space hahahaha!" The short-haired sister laughed to herself.

Natsu on the other hand was just staring bewildered at what his friend was saying as he tried desperately to think back to that day, but couldn't remember. "…Punched through the roof? I don't remember this at all! Are you making this up?"

Lisanna shook her head in response and began giggling even more. "You want to know why you don't remember?"

"Yeah, okay! Why can't I remember?" Natsu fired back.

Her giddiness outweighing her anger towards her sister, Lisanna turned towards the embarrassed Mirajane at the bar, whom was currently trying to make herself vanish from existence. "You want to tell him, or should I?"

Mirajane could only slap her hands onto her face as she tried to hide the huge blush that was spreading across her face. "PLEASE FORGIVE ME, NATSU! I WAS JUST A LITTLE GIRL!"

"EH?! What the heck did you do to me, Mirajane?!" Natsu shouted towards his girlfriend.

"Well that, 'little girl' punched you so far into the sky and made you crash so hard into the guild that you she knocked you into a coma for three days." Lisanna replied with a laugh.

…

"…THREE DAYS?! YOU KNOCKED ME INTO A COMA FOR THREE WHOLE DAMN DAYS JUST BECAUSE I SPILLED SOME WATER ON YOU?!" The dragon slayer screamed at the buxom bar maiden, whom was shaking in shame.

"I-I-It was a bucket full of water! A-And everyone was staring and laughing at me! You know how violent I was back in those days, Natsu! P-Please don't be angry with me…" Mirajane stammered out, fighting back tears as her embarrassment filled her body.

"Mira…your crocodile tears aren't gonna save you this time…" Lisanna deadpanned at her big sister, causing Mira to quickly deny her sister's words.

Natsu on the other hand was still half in shock and half peeved that one of his girlfriends knocked him into a coma for a prank gone wrong. "I don't know which is worse, the fact that Mira knocked me out for three whole days, or the fact that ice jerk knowingly caused the whole thing to go down!" The fire mage growled, breaking the chicken bones on his plate in half.

"…Well, I mean, if you hadn't done the same prank over and over to Gray, then maybe he wouldn't have deduced your plans so easily." The youngest Strauss responded with a haughty smirk, which caused Natsu's anger to fume even more.

Mira quickly saw that her younger sister's date was spiraling out of control a bit and quickly rushed over. The buxom model walked behind the dragon slayer and placed her hands softly onto his muscular shoulders, causing the demoness to bite her lip unconsciously and fight back her instincts to tear off his clothes right then and there. As she began rubbing her hands gently across her boyfriend's shoulders, the ivory-haired bar maiden could feel all the tension inside her lover slowly begin to subside. "Hehe, I'm sorry, Natsu. Like I said before, you know how violent I was back in those days. They didn't call me 'The Demon' Mirajane sorely for my Take-Over magic."

Feeling his girlfriend's soft hands rub against his shoulders, Natsu let out a slow sigh as a small fire emanated from his mouth. "…Yeah yeah, I know. I get it. I mean, if somebody dropped a bucket of water on me, even if it was by accident, I'd be royally pissed too."

Mirajane smiled at her lover's words as she asked, "Hehe~, so you forgive me?"

Natsu raised one of his hands to softly grab ahold of one of the ivory-haired girl's hands and slowly caressed it. "There's nothing to forgive. It was my shitty prank that caused you harm after all. If anything, I should be the one apologizing to you anyhow…" The dragon slayer replied with a sheepish look on his face.

The buxom demoness' eyes glowed with a mischievous glint as she looked at her younger sister, whom was mildly jealous at the scene with her older sister and crush. Seeing that, Mirajane couldn't help but shiver at all the naughty things she wanted to do with her sister and Natsu. 'Now now, Mira, pace yourself. If all goes well tonight, there will be plenty of time for that type of stuff in the future…then again, if things REALLY go good tonight, then maybe those naughty things could even happen tonight…' Tittering to herself, the demoness slowly lowered herself to her lover's ears and began whispering something to him, which caused his eyes to widen and a huge blush to form across his face.

Finally unable to take it anymore, a blushing Lisanna finally slammed her hands on top of the table and yelled, "Mira! Just what are you whispering to Natsu!"

After a couple seconds of more whispering, Mirajane pulled herself away from Natsu and gave her sister a mischievous smile. "Hmm? Why, I was just telling Natsu how long it took you to pick out a dress tonight. You seemed rather adamant that you look absolutely perfect tonight. Why, I even saw you picking out the perfect underwear…I can't imagine why that would be, eh Lisa~?" The oldest Strauss teased with a wink, looking towards the embarrassed dragon slayer.

Blushing furiously, Lisanna began stammering aloud as she tried to come up with words to say, but found herself speechless. Gritting her teeth and giving her older sister an annoyed look, the younger Strauss quickly rushed around the table and grabbed Natsu's hand and began pulling him towards the guild's entrance. "We're leaving, Natsu!"

"Eh?! B-But what about all the food that's still left?" Natsu cried out, reaching for all the delicious, gourmet food that was still left on top of the table.

"You've eaten enough! Now shut up and just follow me!" Lisanna growled out, pulling Natsu towards the guild doors. Pushing with fervor and irritation, the ivory-haired girl sprang open the large wooden doors as she continued pulling away the now silent dragon slayer from the guild and the teasing demoness.

Mirajane could only shake her head and sigh as she shrugged her shoulders. "Maybe I pushed her buttons a little too hard right there, but it's necessary for her to take the next steps with Natsu. Even if she's angry with me…it's fine just as long as she can be happy with Natsu in some way or fashion." The oldest Strauss heaved a heavy sigh to herself as she stared at the food she tried so hard to cook for her younger sister's date. 'All of it gone to waste now…well, at least Natsu enjoyed some of it.' Mira thought to herself as she began moving to clean up all the food and décor she had set up.

'I leave it up to you now, Natsu…'

Magnolia City

Natsu continued to stay silent as he was still being pulled away by an obviously irritated Lisanna. The rose-haired boy had known the girl long enough to tell when something was clearly bothering her. 'It was usually because of what I or Happy would do back in the day that would make her this annoyed. *sigh* well…in this case, I guess I am still partly responsible for her being this angry at Mirajane. Hell, you could argue that this whole mess is my fault entirely…' The dragon slayer thought to himself as he continued being dragged along by his childhood friend. As he was being dragged out of the guild and into the city, Natsu noticed all the lantern lights helping illuminate the town, as the crescent moon shone high up in the starry sky. It was quite the beautiful night the dragon slayer thought to himself as Lisanna pulled him farther and farther away from her older sister. The two finally made it to a small bridge that stood above a rushing canal of water before Lisanna finally stopped.

'Grrrr…I can't believe her! Mira promises me a romantic date with the guy I've had a crush on since we were kids, and then has the gall to flirt with him right in front of me?! What's her angle?! Ugh, I swear-' Lisanna thought to herself before finally pulling her hand away from her crush and screamed, "UUUUUUUGH!" The ivory-haired girl stomped her foot angrily on the cobblestone floor.

"Lisan-"

"DON'T SAY ANYTHING!" Lisanna quickly yelled out, causing the fire mage to quickly shut his mouth. The take-over mage gritted her teeth and leaned her body up against the bridge, staring down at the rushing water beneath them. Rubbing her fingers across her forehead, the blue-eyed girl tried to calm herself down. Sighing heavily, the girl continued to stare down at the water as the dragon slayer somberly stared back at his childhood friend, waiting for a chance to speak. Neither of the two spoke as the night air continued to blow throughout the town as the dreadful silence continued to build and build between the two friends. Moments continued to drag on until they felt like hours as the dragon slayer's stomach began to churn at the thought of making one of his oldest friends angry. He tried opening his mouth to say something…anything before ultimately closing it and allowing the silence to continue on.

"…Do you have any idea how fucked up it feels to find out that a person you've known since you were a kid has been secretly sleeping your own sister behind her back?" Lisanna finally asked the dragon slayer in a stoic voice, while still staring down at the rushing water. "It feels like…swallowing a boiling rock and feeling it burn a hole in the pit of your stomach. Every time you think about it, that hole just gets bigger and bigger inside of you and you can feel it eating away at you and…and…it…hurts. Badly. I mean…c-can you imagine that? How much that must hurt? Now…imagine after you find that out…you also find out that not only as that person been sleeping with not one…not two…but THREE other women! It just…it feels…" Lisanna stopped suddenly, gripping the stone edge of the bridge with a tight grasp. Her breaths started to become heavy and horase as a sickly feeling began to pool up inside of her as her body began to tremble slightly.

Natsu could only stare painfully and feel the guilt began to build more and more as he saw his childhood friend struggle to speak. Before all this, he never considered the consequences of what could happen if someone who held previous romantic feelings for him had somehow managed to discover his secret relationship between him and several of his guild members. 'It had been much easier with Lucy and Cana…but this is different. I've known Lisanna for much longer than the two of them. Not to mention that neither Lucy nor Cana have anyone that's related to them inside of our…relationship. Mirajane and Lisanna…I should've seen this coming. But I never thought that Lisanna had feelings for…' The dragon slayer lowered his head in shame as he felt the guilt churn inside of him. 'This is all my fault. Lisanna shouldn't be angry with her sister…I have to fix this somehow! I know Mirajane is counting on me and I would never forgive myself if I was the cause of a sudden rift between the two sisters!' Slowly, the dragon slayer stepped towards his trembling childhood friend and rested his arms on the rim of the bridge alongside her. Looking down towards the water, Natsu could see the full moon's reflection shimmering on the surface and he could even see both his own and Lisanna's mirror image staring back at them. 'Man…the moonlight makes Lisanna's hair look even more bright and beautiful than it already is.' The fire mage thought to himself with a small blush before clearing his throat with an awkward cough. "Look, Lisanna…I don't even know how to begin to tell you how sorry I am. You know me, I'd never want you to feel angry or upset. Hell, I'd kick anyone's ass if they ever made you cry! I'd slam fist after fiery fist onto them and pummel them into the ground!" Natsu began, before scratching his head and following up with, "I mean, assuming your brother and sister leave any remains of a body of whoever made you sad anyways…"

Just the thought of her older brother and sister sticking up for her and pummeling someone out of existence caused a small sputter of laughter to emanate out of the ivory-haired girl's mouth. Natsu felt a small wave of relief wash over him at hearing Lisanna laugh and quickly continued, "…But I messed up. I hurt you and that really makes me want to punch MYSELF into the ground, and if you want me to, then I will. I don't wanna see you sad. I hate seeing my friends cry. I just…please don't be mad at Mira. If you wanna be mad at someone, then be angry with me. I'm the asshole with the four girlfriends after all. I know your sister loves you with all her heart and she'd do anything to make you happy-"

"Does that include sleeping with my best friend?" Lisanna shot back, staring angrily down at the water as she scratched her nails against the cobblestone bridge. Gritting her teeth, Lisanna's cerulean eyes suddenly shifted towards the dragon slayer's own black eyes, "Or how about the fact that she was doing that behind my back?! It's just…so…GRAH! You have no idea what it's like to be betrayed by a sibling like this!" The ivory-haired girl screamed at the dragon slayer as she quickly turned her back to him and began storming off once more. Natsu could only stare wordlessly as his best friend began walking away from him. Lisanna was upset with him and Mira, that was obvious. Not a lot could cause the Salamander of Fairy Tail to be left stunned and wordless in his tracks. The rose haired dragon slayer was always ready to fire back any words or statements of defiance at his opponents, or even comebacks if any of his friends began to argue with him. But what Lisanna had said to him…she couldn't know just how deeply those words stung him.

"You have no idea what it's like to be betrayed by a sibling like this!"

Natsu's mouth began to tremble and no words could escape his trembling body. 'I do know, Lisanna…I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do I do…but how could I ever tell you? Or Erza? Or Lucy? Or Mira? Or Cana? Or anyone in Fairy Tail? I do have a sibling that betrayed me…made me what I am today.' A shaking hand clasped itself atop the dragon slayer's suit and he could his heart begin to pound itself harder than before at discovering the truth of his creation. "No…snap out of it, you idiot!" Natsu growled out, punching himself in the face. "Now isn't the time to start thinking about that crap!" He screamed, punching himself again. "Look at what you've done!" He punched himself again. "You saw those tears!" And again. "You caused them!" And again. "Because you were too stupid to ever realize her feelings!" And again. "You don't have any right to feel sorry for yourself right now!" And again. "Or scared!" And again. "Because right now you have a friend who's in pain!" And again. "BECAUSE OF YOU!" Natsu finished with a roar, slamming both of his fiery fists into his face, sending him careening to the floor. Crashing down onto the floor, the flame wizard coughed in pain as he felt his blood trickling down his nose and chin. 'This is all my fault. I'm such a fucking idiot. Why can't I ever do or say anything right? Feels like all I ever do is destroy things and fuck up all the time. Heh…feels like dumb luck that I'm still alive at this point. Dammit…I don't have time to lay here and feel sorry for myself. I gotta…f-find Lisanna and apologize to her. She can hate me all she likes, even if it hurts me…but I won't let her hate Mira! They're family! They have to stick by each other no matter what!' Natsu grunted in pain as he slowly began pushing himself up and the blood from his face dripped onto his nice black suit, staining it. "Shit…Mira and the others are gonna be pissed I ruined this suit. Heh, oh well, no time to think about that right now. I gotta, w-whoa-" The dragon slayer wobbled as he slowly got to his feet and used the rim of the bridge to keep his balance. "-find Lisanna." He finished as he stuck his nose in the air and tried sniffing out to wherever Lisanna's scent led to.

While his vision was somewhat hazy thanks to his self-beating, Natsu's nose still worked plenty fine as he began running towards where Lisanna's scent was. 'This is my last chance! I CANNOT fuck this up again! I'm not gonna let it end like this!' The dragon slayer thought to himself as he continued running. Even with a messed-up face, the fire mage still managed to find his way out of the small city and into the forest. 'This path…these trees…I recognize where I'm going. Heh, I haven't been back here in years. I guess Lisanna was feeling a bit nostalgic after yelling at me. Don't worry, Lisanna…I haven't forgotten our past. I swear, by the end of tonight, I'm going to show you how much you mean to me!'

East Forest

Lisanna breathed heavily as she used more of her Take-Over magic, transforming into a white-haired wolf in order to aid her escape from her childhood friend. Her furry paws slammed hard onto the muddy floors of the forest as she tried her best to jump over any branches or overgrown roots that stuck up from the ground. Truth be told, the youngest Strauss had no idea where she was going and was simply running on pure instinct at the moment. All she wanted right now was to dig a giant hole to bury herself in and never come out. Lisanna blinked back tears as they escaped from the rims of her eyes, 'Idiot! He's such an idiot! I'm such an idiot! What was I thinking?! How did I think I could go through with this stupid harem idea!? What a big waste of time…I should've known I wouldn't be able to go through with it, but I tried anyways. It's too much…I can't…it's not fair. Damn you, Mira…damn you, Natsu…and damn myself for not being brave enough to speak my true feelings before it was too late.' All she wanted to do was run far away, and thanks to her Animal Take-Over magic she could do just that. Using her keen sense of smell and sharp eyesight from her wolf take-over, the ivory-haired girl was able to weave through the grassy terrain of the forest. She could pick up an earthy aroma emanating from the ground below herself as her paws touched the ground along with various scents of foliage and fruits that spread throughout the environment. The wolf girl's ears shifted as she listened to all the other animals that lived inside the vast ecosystem, turning her head to stare upwards into the giant, towering trees and watched as purple squirrels leapt from branch to branch and bird soared high above the sky.

'I always loved using my magic to become one with the environment; to see through the eyes of an animal and experience what they do. To smell what they smell, to see what they see, to hear what they hear…I always loved to do that as a kid. It always made me feel closer to animals…made me as strong as them; to either be as fierce as a lion, strong as a bear, quick as a cheetah, or as cute as a bunny hehe~. It's been a long time since I've done this…I've missed it a lot.' Lisanna though somberly to herself as she continued running through the forest in her wolf form. She remembered what it was like as a teenager hunting with wolves or flying with birds or swimming with fish and found herself yearning for those simpler days. Like humans as well as wolves, both needed water to live and Lisanna could feel her throat becoming quite parched after her rigorous trek through the forest. Shifting her nose upwards, she halted her movements and began sniffing for any large gatherings of animals nearby. 'Where there are animals, there is water. If I remember correctly, there is a river of some sort in this forest. Natsu used to take me and Happy fishing there all the time when we were kids…' Lisanna quickly shook her head and took off in the direction of the large gathering of scents to the north of the forest.

It didn't take long before she found the large river thanks to her wolf senses and lowered her head to lap up some refreshing water. Every gulp of cold water helped the woman's parched throat and felt strength returning to her body. Lifting her snout from the river, Lisanna stared down at her reflection in the water and almost laughed at how silly she looked. A small part of her always found it embarrassing how her Take-Overs always seemed to fuse her appearance with that of the animal she transformed into. Like right now for instance, while her body looked like that of a wolf, her face was a different story; she could easily see that her sky-blue eyes were still the same along with the cropped haircut she had atop the wolf's head. 'I don't look as frightening as a wolf at all…I suppose I should be a little more upset with this, but I can't help but think at how cute I look as a wolf! Elfman and Mirajane always looked super scary when they transformed into their monster or demon forms, but not me! While I do feel a bit embarrassed at some of my Take-Overs look like, I can't deny that I look super cute as any animal!' The ivory-haired mage giggled to herself as she looked at her reflection in the water. Looking closely down into the river, she could see movement down under and saw various amounts of fish swimming. A rumble echoed from her belly and realized that she had barely eaten at the dinner earlier. Licking her chops at all the delectable fish swimming inside the river, the wolf girl dove her head down under into the river with fierce speed and quickly snatched up a purple fish with green spots inside her jaws. Thrusting her head upwards, Lisanna held the flopping fish tightly inside her mouth and slammed it to the ground, 'Sorry, little fishy…but a wolfs gotta do what a wolfs gotta do.' Biting down hard on the head of the fish, the she-wolf tore off the head of it clean through and placed it down next to the body. 'I really hope it's true what they say and fish really don't feel pain…' Lisanna thought to herself as she started biting chunks of flesh from the dead fish and eating it. The white-haired she-wolf quickly finished the medium-sized fish and found herself hungry for more. 'Mmmm! I love the taste of fish! No wonder Happy loves it so much! Hehe, maybe one of these days him and I can go hunting here. Although, maybe I shouldn't do it as a wolf…it might freak him out a bit hehe.' Moving back towards the river, Lisanna began slowly moving upwards in search of more fish to devour.

Never suspecting that she was quickly going from the hunter…to the hunted.

Above the she-wolf was a hefty, muscular green-furred Forest Vulcan was watching her from high atop a tree branch. "Oooohooo~ What cute doggy! Hehehe me don't know whether to make it my pet or eat it!" The Vulcan smiled to itself as it continued staring at the wolf girl down below. Rubbing its massive palms together, a devious grin spread forth from the Gorian's face. "If it too dumb and weak, then me kill it! If it strong, then me make it my pet! Simple! Ooooohoooo~ Me so smort!" It grunted, slowly watching in wait as it began ready to pounce upon the unsuspecting Lisanna. With a massive leap, the Vulcan hopped into the air and slammed straight into the river where the she-wolf was just hunting inside, laughing as a huge tidal wave of water crashed right onto the wolf girl. "Oooohoooo~ Oopsie! Sorry, doggy! Me forgot how big and strong me is! Now you all smelly and wet!" The green-furred Gorian laughed at the soaked she-wolf in front of him.

Lisanna could only growl and snarl in anger towards the Gorian in front of him at now being drenched thanks to the beast's recklessness.

The Gorian waved his finger side-to-side in a chiding manner, "No! Bad doggy! No growling at new master! Now sit!" It said, pointing to the ground. Ignoring the beast's command, the ivory-furred she-wolf snarled and leapt towards the Gorian in a fury, causing the Vulcan to jump away to avoid being slashed by the wolf's claws. "Oh! So you want play with me? Ohohoho~ What a playful new doggy me have! Ok then, let's play!" The forest Vulcan sneered, pounding its large fists together. The green-furred Gorian bent its knees, feeling the cold river water rush up against its hefty feet, as it waited and watched its new pet get into a pouncing position. Quickly, and with fierce precision, Lisanna leapt towards the Gorian's right leg and savagely bit down onto it. "Ohohoho~ You want play rough? Okay then!" The beast laughed as it roughly grabbed the Take-Over mage's tail and tore it away from its leg. Holding the snarling wolf in its hand, the Vulcan laughed again before throwing it against one of the tree trunks, causing the wolf to howl in pain.

'Agh! Damn it! He's stronger than I thought…' Lisanna thought to herself, whining in pain as she tried to will her wolf form to stand up.

"Huh? Done already? Nononono! Let play some more! Me no done playing yet!" The Gorian yelled, hopping upwards from the river and barreled down towards the injured Lisanna, whom was still picking herself up from the ground.

'Oh no! Not like this! Please…someone help me!' The youngest Strauss thought to herself as she closed her eyes and-

"KEEP YOUR DIRTY HANDS OFF OF HER, YOU DAMN DIRTY APE!" Natsu roared as his flame-covered body slammed into the forest Vulcan, causing it to launch into the night sky and sent it flying way past the edges of the forest as it flew out of sight.

Lisanna could only gape in surprise as she stared at her childhood friend once again saving her life from another one of these Gorians and whispered, "N-Natsu…"

As the fire mage landed on the ground, Natsu turned towards his injured comrade and quickly rushed to her side. "Lisanna, are you okay?!" He asked, kneeling down closer to the snow-colored wolf.

"Hehehe…I'm getting a real sense of déjà vu right now. Why is it that every time we come into these forests, one of these stupid Vulcans try to take me away?" Lisanna mumbled to herself as her Take-Over wolf form disappeared. Wincing in pain thanks to her new bruises and scrapes, Natsu quickly used his body to help her lean on. "T-Thanks…" She mumbled, still a little dazed from her new wounds.

"Don't mention it, Lisanna. You know I'd never let one of those monsters take you away from me." Natsu grinned to his childhood friend, causing her to blush.

'Even when you were just a kid and vastly outclassed, you always protected me…I guess somethings never change, huh?' Lisanna thought to herself as she leaned against her rose-haired friend. Being closer to her crush, she couldn't help but sniff and smell a distinct aroma wafting around his tuxedo. "…Are…are you wearing cologne?" The ivory-haired mage asked, shocked.

An embarrassed blush covered the dragon slayer's face as he scratched his head and looked away. "Well, I don't know…I wanted to smell nice for my first date! To be honest, I hate wearing this crap! I smell weird and it makes my head hurt a lot. Ugh, I don't know why women like this smell…I'd much rather smell like myself!"

Lisanna's eyes widened and stared towards the fire mage. "T-This is your first date…I-I was your f-first?"

Natsu, still looking away embarrassedly, shrugged his shoulders and replied, "…Well yeah. You should know I've never…been together like this with a girl. I didn't have much of an interest dressing up all fancy and crap and smelling like a discount Loke." He muttered. "But…I don't know…I didn't know if you ever went on a date with a guy and he smelled good and I wanted to try to make this night better for you. So I asked Lucy to have Loke get me whatever he uses to make himself smell like…well whatever he smells like, and well…here we are." The dragon slayer shrugged again with a mild blush. "Do I…smell bad?" Seeing her best friend so embarrassed and self-conscious, Lisanna couldn't help but laugh out loud, causing Natsu to blush even harder. "WOULDJA QUIT LAUGHING! I KNOW I SMELL STUPID, OKAY! YA DON'T GOTTA RUB IT IN MY FACE!"

"Hahahahahahahaha~ No no…I've just…hahahahahaha…never seen you so… self-conscious about anything before! Hehe, well, I guess except for how you had trouble reading as a kid." Lisanna tittered, thinking back on her childhood memories. "I remember you struggling to read a request once and struggling not to cry-"

"I WASN'T CRYING! There was just…SOMETHING IN MY EYE!" Natsu shouted, gritting his teeth in frustration at being picked on.

A smug smile formed across Lisanna's face as she waved a hand in front of her face. "Right right~ You said the same thing before when we were kids all the time, but it still neve stopped my sister from teasing you about it."

Natsu could only continue to choke on his rage at the mere mention of his childish behavior.

Laughing, the girl suddenly grunted in pain as she held her side. "Owie~ Ugh, I always hated those stupid Vulcans, and tonight hasn't helped out all to dispel those feelings." Lisanna rubbed her bruises and whined, as Natsu watched with a guilty look. "You really came in the nick of time, Natsu. I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't shown up."

The dragon slayer looked away, guiltily. "Well…you probably wouldn't have even been out here if it wasn't for me…"

Opening her mouth to respond, Lisanna could only stand there and stare awkwardly. "…"

…

"We should really get out of here before more of those Vulcan jerks come out of the woodwork. Let's get you back to the guild and Mira can-" Natsu began, before Lisanna quickly interjected.

"No! I don't…I don't want to go back there tonight." The youngest Strauss responded, looking towards the ground. 'The last thing I need is Mira doting all over me tonight. And besides…I don't want her feeling guilty over me being stupid and reckless.'

Natsu stared at his childhood friend and asked, "…Well, where do you want to go then?"

A small smile formed across Lisanna's lips as she chose the place she wanted to go from inside her mind.

Natsu's and Lisanna's Childhood Home

"Of all the places you could've chose, I didn't think this would be one of them." Natsu said, staring at the spherical, battered, small house in front of him that he and Lisanna had built from scratch years and years ago. Lisanna could only shrug a she stared at the little hut that she and Natsu had raised Happy in when they were only kids. Slowly pulling away from the dragon slayer, Natsu quickly tried to reach for Lisanna before being told that 'she was fine' from his childhood friend. Watching as she slowly moved towards the tiny home, the fire mage couldn't help but smile at all the memories that had been made inside of it. "Our little home has really stood the test of time, huh?" Natsu said, smiling as he walked beside the ivory-haired girl.

A small smile spread across Lisanna's face as she nodded, "Who would've thought something I made when we were kids could stay standing for this long?"

"Eh? What do you mean, 'I made?' I'll have you know that I helped too!" The dragon slayer interjected with an offended tone.

Lisanna's smile quickly turned from nostalgic to teasing, "Oh~ Yes, that one house of boulders you made really lasted for a long time…of ten seconds"

"HEY! I tried my best and that house of rocks I made would've been awesome to live in! Everyone would've been jealous of our boulder house!" Natsu retorted, crossing his arms in a childish fit.

"…Somehow I doubt that." Lisanna laughed awkwardly, sweatdropping. Turning back towards the tiny house she made long ago, the white-haired girl noticed something else standing in front it. "What is-" She began to say, before quickly realizing what exactly what she was staring at; a grave. Looking closer, the Take-Over mage could see a name written in front of the tombstone: Lisanna Strauss, a true friend to all humans and animals. "…Why is there a grave here? I thought my grave was at the cemetery in Magnolia?" Lisanna asked, turning towards her friend, whom was looking towards the ground.

"…I didn't think you would have liked that spot." Natsu said, looking towards the horizon.

"What do you mean?" The youngest Strauss asked, confusion laced in her tone.

Pointing towards the horizon, the dragon slayer replied, "…You always loved seeing the sun rise and set, so I figured this was the best spot to see them both. The cemetery was such a dreary and depressing place…and you were the complete opposite of that. I hated thinking that your grave was in a spot like that…so I made my own grave for you just in case you ever wanted to see the sun again." Natsu scratched his head awkwardly as he looked back towards his friend, whom was currently tearing up at his words. "EH?! W-Wait, don't cry, Lisanna! I'm sorry, I didn't know you would hate this place!"

"NO!" Lisanna shouted, rubbing her eyes as she coughed out a combination of what sounded like a laugh and a cry. "Of course I don't hate it, you idiot! *sniff* I…I love it. You remembered how much I loved watching the sunset and sunrise, so the fact that you put so much effort into making this…oh, Natsu!" She cried, leaping towards the surprised dragon slayer and wrapped her arms around him.

Natsu slightly stiffened up at the sudden hug from Lisanna, but slowly loosed up as he returned the hug and pulled her closer to him. "Heh…I'm glad you liked the spot, even though you were far away from it."

The ivory-haired girl coughed out another laugh as she was pulled deeper into the hug. "Hahaha, I'm sorry that all that hard work went to waste."

Shaking his head, the fire wizard replied with a smile, "No…it didn't go to waste. It kinda helped making something like this for Happy and I. I know he felt a lot better seeing it, even though he was just as confused as you when you first saw it. Heh, besides, now that I know you were safe in Edolas all that time…well, it makes me happy, even if I couldn't see you for all that time."

'His warmth…I missed it so much. As identical as he was, Edolas Natsu wasn't the same as my Natsu in that regard. His smile…his determination…his kindness…I missed it all so much.' Slowly pushing her head up against the dragon slayer's toned chest, Lisanna moved her head to look upwards at his face, whom was now looking down at her gaze. Staring into his dark, grey eyes, a small blush spread across the girl's face. "Natsu…" Lisanna whispered to the dragon slayer, unconsciously moving her face closer towards his own…

…and pressing her lips to his.

Shock and surprise shot through Natsu's mind as his eyes widened at feeling the soft lips of his childhood friend press up against his own. 'One of my best friends is kissing me right now…you'd think I would have gotten used to this after several of my other guild mates have kissed me before. Her lips…they taste like… peppermint? Heh, I wonder if that's the type of lipstick or whatever she decided to use tonight.' The dragon slayer thought to himself, as he slowly gave way to the ivory-haired girl's kiss and closed his eyes to reciprocate. His muscular arms pulled the mage's body closer to him, deepening the tight embrace under the pale moonlight.

The two stayed like that for quite some time, enjoying each other's warmth before slowly breaking apart the kiss. To say Lisanna's face was redder than a tomato would be an understatement, as Natsu couldn't help but sputter out a childish laugh at the sight of it, causing the Take-Over mage to pout angrily. "Grrrr, Natsu! Quit laughing at me! I'm gonna stomp you into the ground in my bunny form if you don't stop!"

"Pffffft hahaha! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, okay. You just looked so weird with your face all super red like that!" Natsu replied with a smirk, seeing his friend still pouting angrily at him. "Oh, c'mon, you would've laughed your ass off if my face was as red as yours was." Hearing that from the fire wizard, a sudden thought popped inside of the young Strauss' mind, as a devious smile stretched across the girl's face. 'Uh oh…that's the kind of look that Mira gets right before she starts to do something really lewd…' Natsu thought, jumping slightly as he felt a small hand brush up against the hem of his trousers.

"Oh~ That sounds like a challenge, Natsu~" Lisanna whispered towards the trembling dragon slayer, as her index finger traced circles on top of the man's abdominal region. 'Oh what am I doing?! I know I shouldn't be doing something…lewd like this with my best friend…but…but a little teasing wouldn't hurt anyone, right? It's not fair that Mira and the others have already done a bunch of stuff like this with Natsu already. I at least deserve a little piece…' The ivory-haired wizard thought, biting her lip as her finger slid down lower towards her friend's crotch, before it suddenly was caught by the dragon slayer's grip.

"H-Hold on, Lisanna!" Natsu shouted, grabbing ahold of the young woman's hand. "You don't have to…we don't have to do this. I know you're having… reservations about my 'relationships' with some of our friends…and your sister." The fire mage said, looking away at the mention of the young Strauss' older sister. "…You don't have to do this if you don't want to, Lisanna. If you're having doubts or issues with what I'm doing with the others, then I don't think we can continue with this. I don't…I don't want to hurt you, Lisa, and I don't want you to have any regrets." He finished, lowering his friend's hand and letting go of it.

Lisanna's mouth opened and closed as words failed to escape from her cluttered and chaotic mindscape. She was conflicted. What was she to do? On one hand she wanted so desperately to finally be with the man she had loved for years, but on the other she found herself grasping with the reality that if this all failed, then it could destroy not just her relationship with Natsu, but with her friends and sister also. 'Not to mention how the guild could possibly react to such an obscene and sordid relationship. I know they're our family…but could they really accept such a bizarre and outlandish polyamorous relationship from their own guild members? And that's not even to mention how this could potentially affect the guild's reputation too. Ugh…damn it! I don't know what to do. All I want is to be with Natsu…why couldn't this be easier?!' The Take-Over wizard thought to herself, biting her lip in frustration. "…You never make things easy, huh Natsu? You always have to make things complicated. Even when we were kids, you'd make the simplest of situations into a convoluted mess…but even then, you never lost hope or gave up. No matter how bad the odds got or how awful the situation was, you always found a way to win. Heh for better or worse…that's part of the reason I fell in love with you in the first place. Does that make me crazy or what?" Lisanna chuckled somberly, as her eyes began to tear up from all the conflicting emotions raging inside her head.

The dragon slayer's blackish grey eyes softened as he softly brushed away a tear from the corner of his guild mate's eye. "No…well, maybe a little hehe. I'm no stranger to how bad I can fuck up a situation. Lucy, Gray, Erza, Happy, Gramps, and geez practically the entire guild have all said the same thing to me. Heh, I'm a hothead and I'm prone to fucking up a lot of shit when I'm out on quests. I can't tell you how many times I've been chewed out by clients because of how destructive I can be when I'm all fired up. Hell, I know you yelled at me quite a bit whenever we managed to sneak away to do missions when Mira wasn't at the guild. I remember you screamed at me for a full hour on the way back from a job that had us trying to find a special mushroom for some old duke's wife to make some stupid casserole or some crap, but I ended up accidentally starting a forest fire after fighting a Vulcan and knocking his flame-ridden body into a couple of trees! Yikes…not to mention you forced me to ride the train back as punishment for messing up that job. I was having both an earache and a stomachache the entire ride back…what a nightmare." Natsu said with a nostalgic smirk as he shook his head at the memory, causing Lisanna to snicker a bit.

"I remember that…the second you saw that Vulcan about to attack me, you went absolutely ballistic on it but you never told me why…" The blue-eyed wizard asked, looking up towards the fire mage.

The rose-haired dragon slayer replied with a simple shrug, "…It tried to take you away. Ever since that one Vulcan almost stole you before Gildarts saved us when we were kids, just the thought of you being taken away because I was too weak to protect you…well, you saw how I obliterated that Vulcan, right? Not being strong enough to protect my friends is a sin I hope I never have to bear…again."

"Again?" Lisanna asked, confused.

"…" Natsu looked away with a guilt-ridden face behind her, causing Lisanna to follow the man's gaze and saw him staring at-

"…Oh." The young Strauss replied softly, somberly staring at the gravestone. "Natsu…what happened back then…it wasn't your fault."

"Yes it was! If I was stronger…If I had been an S-Class mage, then I could have gone with you and protected you! Then maybe I could've stopped Elfman from trying to take over that beast and he wouldn't have-"

"NO!" Lisanna shouted back. "It was my fault! Neither Elfman or I should have gone with Mira on that job in the first place! We weren't ready to be S-Class wizards, which was proven again once we did the S-Class trials on Tenrou Island!" She continued, pressing her forehead against the dragon slayer's chest as tears began cascading down her cheeks. "…What happened all those years ago wasn't your fault, and it wasn't because you were too weak to protect me. I wasn't strong enough to protect my family…and Elfman and Mira were the ones who had to suffer because of it…and you too. Even if you had been there with us, there would've been no guarantee we could've beaten the Beast…or worse, you would've been the one to be sucked into Edolas and just the thought of that…the thought of losing you…scares me more than anything." Lisanna choked out tearfully as her trembling body pressed up against her childhood friend's.

Natsu watched solemnly as his friend cried into his chest, while all he could do was hold her tightly and try his best to comfort her. "Lisa-"

"Promise me…" Lisanna whispered, gripping the dragon slayer's arms tightly.

"…Promise what?' He asked, stroking the ivory-haired girl's head.

"…Promise you won't ever leave my side. Promise me that you'll always be here to hold me…and to never let anything take me away. I don't want to leave Fairy Tail again…I don't want to leave my siblings again…I don't want to leave Happy again…and I don't want to leave you ever again. So please, just promise me that…and…and I'll agree to it. To everything. Just please…promise me." The Take-Over wizard pleaded to the dragon slayer.

Without a moment's hesitation after hearing his friends pleads, Natsu pressed his thumb and index finger against Lisanna's chin, slowly tilting it upwards and said, "Nothing in Earthland or anywhere else will ever take you away. I'll burn whatever comes our way to a smoldering crisp before it lays a hand on you, I promise. I won't let you be separated from your family again, ever. I swear to you; the moon, the stars, and Mavis as my witness. I will protect you forever and always, Lisanna."

Hearing that from the man she had always loved, Lisanna's eyes teared up even more as her lips curled into a smile and she whispered out to him, "…I love you, Natsu Dragneel," before pressing her lips once again onto the dragon slayer's own in a much more passionate embrace than the one prior. Feelings of elation spread throughout the young wizard as she felt the rose-haired mage pull her deeper into the embrace. Her hands wrapped around the back of the man's neck as she tilted her head to the side to allow the kiss to intensify. 'Finally…after all these years, I've finally told you how I feel, Natsu. I feel so happy right now…I want to bare it all to you tonight. Everything. So there's not a doubt in either of our minds that we can be together.' Mashima knows what he's doing. That's obvious to see, especially while reading his current manga, Eden's Zero. That man loves his ecchiness. Sometimes it's a bit too much and it hampers some of the more serious fights but, for the most part, it's HOT!

I know this chapter has been a long time coming, but I hope the large length of it makes up for it, if even slightly. I didn't want to leave you guys with a meager 5k chapter or whatever. While Lisanna isn't my favorite Fairy Tail lady, I still had some fun writing with her and Natsu. However, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't eager to get back to Erza and the other gals. The harem still has room to grow and I can't wait to write more chapters for the OG girls, as well as the new ones. I know I wrote down a list of girls who would be in the harem, but I know I forgot to add some like Brandish or Michelle (AKA Imitatia. I always had a fondness for her and enjoyed her ditzy character) for instance. So, if you didn't see a girl you like, then more than likely they might still be added. No promises though. Again, I want to apologize about the long wait and hopefully it won't be another two year long wait for the next chapter. I've got other fics that need to be updated, but this one will always have a special place in my heart, as it was my very first attempt at a fanfic. Is it perfect? Fuck no, but I still hope you guys find some kind of enjoyment out of it.
