Kiraak's Point of View:
I slipped out of the room, pressing my back against the wall to keep a low profile as I crept around the fort.
"This one is..uncomfortable," I heard a voice say, sounding closer and closer.
Between the tone of the voice, and the structure of the sentence, I guessed it was a Khajiit. I gripped my stolen blade tighter, preparing to strike. Footsteps came around the corner and I struck, quickly stabbing the Khajiit in the throat. I yanked the sword back and then stabbed the other guard through the chest. I reached out and caught his body, gently lowering him to the ground so as not to make a lot of noise.
"Altmer..Khajiit…," I whispered to myself, "Where am I?"
I made my way outside and was greeted by an unsettling sight. Dozens of Khajiit, as well as Altmer in the black and gold armor the New Order soldiers wore, lined the walls of the fort.
"They brought me to Elsweyr," I whispered flatly, observing the desert around the fort, "I need to find a way back to Skyrim."
"Hey! Stop right there," a voice called out and I looked towards the source.
It was one of the Altmer soldiers, and I swore under my breath.
"So much for sneaking out," I muttered, gripping the saber I was holding tighter.
The soldier lunged at me, swinging his sword towards my neck. I quickly parried the blade, grabbing the man by his sword arm. I twisted sharply, snapping the soldier's arm with a sickening pop. He gasped in pain, dropping his blade. I shoved him over the wall, picking up his fallen blade.
"FUS RO DAH," I Shouted, sending a number of charging soldiers flying backwards off the walls.
I hurled both my stolen blades at a pair of the Khajiit warriors, the swords catching the warriors deep in their chests. I darted towards one of the fallen warriors, snatching up his mace and his shield. I ran towards the front gate of the fort, just as it exploded into a spray of wood slivers. I ducked behind the shield, hearing pieces of wood strike it and fall to the ground. A mixed force of Khajiit and Redguard warriors poured through the shattered gate, engaging the New Order forces.
"What in the Nine?"
Within just a few minutes of brutal fighting, most of the New Order troops lie dead, the rest wounded severely. A trio of Khajiit warriors walked towards me, their weapons back in their sheaths. The man in the center was wearing gold trimmed silver-toned plate armor, which had chainmail covering the gaps in the plates. The two flanking guards had very similar armor, but just a little plainer. The center Khajiit flung a ball of green magic suddenly, and when it struck me I blacked out.
When I came to, I was chained in a T-pose, and I felt a cold draft upon my body.
"I deeply apologise for the means with which the Khajiit brought you here," a voice greeted me as I blinked a few times.
The voice was richer and smoother than I would've expected from a Khajiit, and when I fully opened my eyes I saw a robed Redguard.
"Who are you?"
"My name is not important, Dragonborn," the Redguard said softly, "What is important is the information you can give me."
"I won't tell you anything without knowing who you, or your Khajiit allies are."
"I'll start with a simple question. You are Jarl Allea of Skyrim, are you not?"
"No," I said, "I know Jarl Allea, but I am not her."
A look of confusion crossed his face.
"Then...Who are you? You are Dragonborn...We heard you Shout in battle with the Order," he said, "But we only knew of Jarl Allea."
"I kept my identity as Dragonborn secret until recently," I explained, "My name is Kir...Kira. I am from Skyrim, like the Jarl."
He nodded.
"And what was your intention in coming to Elsweyr prior to your capture? I'm assuming you were a prisoner by the fact you were fighting your way out of the prison in their armor."
"I was in Skyrim when I was captured," I said, "Not really sure how they got me here though."
"Then...They did perfect their teleportation spells. Very well. I'll speak with the leadership and see if I can't get you released."
A few hours passed, and the Khajiit who had enchanted me walked into the room I was being held in and unlocked my chains.
"This one is sorry," he said, "Can't be too careful with unknown players..Especially ones as powerful as Dragonborn."
"I completely understand," I reassured him, "Now...Who are you? What do you want with me?"
"This one is Ma'Zhirr, we are the Sandy Sabers."
"What do you want with me?"
"You are Dragonborn. We need a Dragonborn's strength and combat prowess in our fight."
"What fight? I know you're fighting the New Order," I said, "But why do you need me?"
"The New Order was able to overthrow the Khajiit government," Ma'Zhirr explained, "The majority of Khajiiti soldiers will not stand up to them."
"And the Sandy Sabers will," I realized, "You're a resistance."
"Yes," Ma'Zhirr said, "But we simply do not have the manpower or equipment to fight a war against the Order. This is..even with the assistance of Azzateve's swords."
"And so you need my skills and my Thu'um to have an extra edge in combat."
"Yes," he agreed simply, "Will you join us?"
"While I'm fully on board with fighting against the New Order," I said carefully, "I need to get back to Skyrim. I was captured and abducted here while in a battle against the Order outside Jarl Allea's city."
"As far away from Skyrim as you are, you're going to be able to do more damage here than you could by getting back to Skyrim."
I realized he was right.
"And besides. With the war erupting, province borders are locked down tight."
"Very well," I said, "But I'm going back to Skyrim as soon as it's viable."
