Chapter 11

"You sure you want to do this?"

Naruto asked seriously, looking at the Sekirei Queen who stood directly in front of him with an equally serious expression on her otherworldly beautiful face.

"I am sure Naruto-san... If I don't do it, then I don't know..."

"Well, first thing first, that's not how you hold a broom." Naruto told her, his tone shifted entirely as he walked over to Miya, who had a broom in her hand "You are not holding a sword, you know." He finished with a small chuckle and lowered Miya's arms down "Like this." He told her and Miya's hands seemed to unconsciously relax around the handle of her broom as she let Naruto guide her hands to where they should be.

"I understand." Miya said with a nod of her head.

"These are normal brooms." Naruto said as he willed another broom to fly into his own hand "But someone with our powers can easily level this entire area with it, so it's best that we are careful, like this..." The always self-proclaimed God explained as he began to show Miya how to properly sweep the front yard of Izumo Inn, moving his hands in a controlled motion to gather a pile of fallen leaves. "See? Easy."

"I still can't see why you have to trouble yourself with such trivial matter, Miya. It's not like you will have to clean this place from now on." Kazehana, who was drinking another bottle of beer, spoke up from her usual spot on the wooden porch.

"At least I am the one who is trying to be useful here, Kazehana." Miya replied plainly as she tried to mimic Naruto's arms movement, but she did so with a little bit too much force and hurled the dirt in front of her up several feet in the air, blowing the leaves in Naruto's pile away as well, causing him to burst out in laughter "Sigh..."

"Just like cooking, a 'Queen' doesn't need to know how to do normal household chores, does she?" Naruto asked, before he stood with his broom raised "One small step at a time, Miya-chan. Here..."

"You sure this is the place?"

But before he could finish telling Miya that he would demonstrate the 'art of normal sweeping' once again, the three of them, Kazehana included, heard a familiar voice outside the Inn and turned their heads to the front gate to see Karasuba standing there with an unusual confused expression on her face. Standing next to her, however, dressed in the standard black uniform of the Discipline Squad, was a fair-skinned young woman of average height and slender built, with brown eyes and matching colored hair. Her hair was styled similar to Miya, but it had shorter bangs, chin-length strands surrounding her head and framing her face, and a single antenna-like strand that hung just above her head, with hip-length hair at the nape of her neck.

"Karasuba?" Miya asked, widening her eyes in surprise before turning her attention over to the girl standing next to her, recognizing her almost instantly "Yume? Is that you?"

"Miya-san, Naruto-sense, Kazehana-san!" Number 08, Yume, the Sekirei of Fate said with a smile while waving her hand at them "See, Karasuba-chan? I know we got the right address."

"Wow, I have not seen you in a few weeks and look at you now, all grown up." Naruto beamed as he lowered his broom down the ground and put his crossed arms on it, his words coming out as more of a statement than a question "Come on in you two, don't just stand there." He told them, and instead of opening the door and entering like normal people would, Yume leaped over it and entered the front yard to rush over to stand in front of Naruto, leaving Karasuba to enter on her own with an annoyed expression on her face.

"Sensei, it's been a while. How have you been!?" She asked, bowing her head to him respectfully, which was a gesture that he had taught her and the rest of the second generation of first digit Sekirei on the first few days of their training, demanding them to do it to greet him, but so far beside Yume and Akitsu, the rest refused to do it.

"You know me, I am always in the best of shape." Naruto answered with a smile, and then he asked her as Karasuba showed a friendly gesture to Miya, who nodded her head to #3 in acknowledgement "What about you, Yume? I see that you are an adult now? When did your tuner turn you... and what's with the uniform?"

It was obvious that Yume had become a member of the Discipline Squad, as while MBI had moved to Shinto Teito and had started training their own personal military forces, the imminent threats from the United Nations were still there. Each of those countries still wished to obtain a Sekirei for themselves, and since Miya had decided to lay down her sword and ended her murderous career to start anew, Naruto wasn't surprised that the organization wanted someone capable to take her place.

"It was a week ago, Naruto-sensei." Yume replied with a determined look on her face "Since both Miya-san and Mutsu-san had chosen to leave the team, Takami-san decided to form a 'Second Generation' Discipline Squad to better guard our new headquarter, and who's better to safeguard the futures for those little birds than the defender of love herself?"

"Not that I couldn't handle it alone, by the way." Karasuba rolled her eyes.

"Oh come now Karasuba, you know that we can cover more ground when there are two of us instead of one." Yume reasoned, turning her attention over to Karasuba, who merely shrugged her shoulders.

"Wait... hold on," Naruto chirmed in, a mischievous smirk on his face "Am I detecting some rivalry or sister I have never had relationship between the two of you here, Karasuba-chan? If there is, then I'm not surprised a bit, because from the first day I have known that Yume is stronger than you." His smirk turned sly and was directed over to the silver haired Sekirei, who glared at him.

"One day, fishcake..." She said, as her hand glided over to the handle of her sword, while a silvery aura flared threateningly around her. "I will chop your head off and then use it to decorate my room, as I feed the rest of you to the dogs." The wind around Kazehana picked up as she hardened her gaze at Karasuba. On the other hand, Miya looked calm, but anyone who had seen the Pillar in battles could tell that she was on guard.

"Shit, that's dark, even for you." Naruto chuckled humorously, completely unaffected by Karasuba's killing intent. He then turned back to Yume, asking her with a smile "What about the others? Have you heard anything from them?"

"Well, I think Tsukiumi, Homura and Uzume are all still living with their turners. Akitsu returned last week around the same time as I did, but I have not seen much of her since then." Yume answered before continuing with a confident smile on her face, her hands balled into fists "But catching up is not the reason I am here, Naruto-sensei. We will have time for that later. I'm here because I want test my strength against you, and see how much more powerful I have become!"

"Lemme guess, this is Takami... no, Minaka's idea?" Naruto asked casually as he turned his broom around and put it on his shoulder "Yep, sound like something he would want to see, a match between his new top Sekirei, and the dude who will blow that whole building up if the Sekirei younglings isn't in there, but it's not like I won't kill the president the moment he crosses the line." Naruto stated, making a gesture toward MBI's headquarter, causing all four Sekirei to look at him in shock "Just kidding." He added, laughing like a maniac even before Miya or anyone could react. "So, you want to spar with me, correct?"

"Yes, sensei."

"Ah well, it's not like I have anything else to do around here, and a friendly spar won't hurt anyway." Naruto said as he made his way to the center of the front yard of Izumo Inn, a location that was a bit away from the house to avoid unwanted collateral damages.

In that short walk, the blond was able to detect the activations of several hidden cameras around the place, and smirked, knowing that the entire MBI's science division, as well as its president, would be watching and once again, trying to analyze the origin of his power.

"Come, Yume." The self-proclaimed God declared as he removed the brush area of the broom and held the shaft in hand like a sword "Show me how much you have grown."

"YES! Please don't hold back on me!" With that said, the Sekirei of fate rushed over to Naruto with immense speed, as both Miya and Karasuba retreated to the back, both watched on in interest, #3 much more so than the Pillar.

As Yume threw her punches, she fully expected her former teacher to easily react to them, and he did so with the broom shaft in his hand even, which somehow did not break when he used it to block her attacks. Yume had just enough time to see a faint, but noticeable aura surrounding the broom shaft, before Naruto swung it at her, casual and simple, but she still chose to dodge it, leaping into the air before sending a kick at the side of his head.

Naruto once again blocked it with the wooden shaft, and beside his arms, the blonde remained in the same place during the entire process, like her kick had no force behind it. Not pausing for a second, Yume generated a tremendous amount of light from the palm of her hand and then unleashed it at Naruto in the form of a beam at point blank range.

"Behind you." As the beam of light went through his head as if he wasn't there, Yume heard Naruto's voice from behind her, and wasted no time to snap around to counter whatever attack that he would throw at her. "Still can't predict the unpredictable, Yume-chan." To Yume's surprise, the Naruto she had faced, who's now behind her, said and then struck the broom shaft across her back, sending her across the front yard of Izumo Inn. The attack was strong, but simple as Yume was able to regain her balance midair and turned her around to dash her feet on the ground to stop herself, smiling at she looked up at Naruto.

"You are as amazing as I remember, sensei." She told him, radiating a white aura around her as she took a stance with her fist cocking back.

"And you, dear, still have a lot to learn." Naruto told her while waving the broom shaft around, smirking as he created a pack of twelve fire and yellow thunder wolves "Let's see how you deal with them." with that, Naruto sent the elemental wolves at Yume at the speed of actual lightning, commanding to attack in a formation. The Sekirei of fate smiled as she steeled her nerve, and blocked a wolf's claw with her fist that coat in light, avoiding being electrocuted, before twisting her body around to send it away with a light kick, smashing it into a lightning wolf and causing both of them to explode upon impact.

The next two wolves attacked her in quick succession. Even Karasuba would have troubled avoiding their attacks, but Yume did so with graces, dancing between the wolves and their claws with moves that was equal to a world-class dancer, before smashing her palm together and generating a dome of light from her body, knocking back the elemental wolves before she leapt toward over a fire one punch it in the head, causing it to explode on impact, before moving over to another. The next wolves she defeated with ease, but the last one, however, charged at her with an enormous vortex of water that came from an unseen water source, merging into one devastating attack that Yume was able to dodge to the side at the last second as it crashed down, but continued to move forward until it raised into the air and formed into an eastern electrified water dragon.

"Oi oi, what is with these moves?" Karasuba asked, sounding more annoyed than ever "How come you have never used any of them against me?"

"You never asked."

Even Karasuba had to admit that he had a point.

But before neither of them could continue, an explosion occurred at the MBI's headquarter building, shocking everyone who could see it...

... everyone, even Naruto Uzumaki.

Note: Ah, I'm so sorry for the short chapter, but I have to end this chapter here, since I was unable to keep my promise of updating this story when I announce my return a while back.

This chapter was originally so much longer, but I have to delete the entire thing and rewrite from the beginning, because I ran into a writer block with the way I first took this story. However, with this cliffhanger and the way how this chapter has turned out as I wrote it, I think I can easily work on this story more from now on.

There are two things that I want to ask, also, and would love everyone to explain it to me as soon as possible in order to continue writing the continuation of this chapter, which will require the information I want to know about in the questions below. Since I am not that familiar with Sekirei (as it has been stated before that I only know about Sekirei on fanfics), and still reading through the first few chapters of the manga at the moment, I am still unfamiliar with a some concepts:

Is Miya really a Sekirei (I did remember reading a chapter where she said she was neither human nor Sekirei, correct?).

Is there really a kill-switch in Minaka, in which if he's killed then all the Sekirei will die as well?

What actually happened to Yume?

What is the decease that Chiho, Uzume's Ashikabi, is contracted to?

IF the current Ashikabi is the descendant of Sekirei, then who is the first Ashikabi, and will it be possible for me to make Naruto one?

That's all I want to know, if these four questions are answered then I will be able to continue on with this story as soon as possible.

Also, there's one more thing that I would like to mention in this note. I don't know if it's okay to do it, but I am going through some very difficult times at the moment, and writing is something that I would love nothing more than to do every day, but if I do that, I can't make money and won't be able to support myself or my family.

So after consorting some friends, fellow writers on the site, of mine I have decided to start a p-a-t-r-e-o-n, to see if I can get somewhere in this difficult time with writing both fanfictions, and original smut stories, which I have been doing recently and will be doing a lot in the future on other (adult-allowed) sites. I know it is a bit too much to ask, and it's wrong for me to start writing FANfiction of all thing for money, and ask something like this from you all, but if anyone has the financial power to support me for the contents I can deliver, please check out my profile page to get the link to my page and support me however you can. I promise to put the money to good use, like the moment there's enough money then I will use it to pay the fee for an English course, which will allow me to write even better in the future.
