Two week later
Riley had started talking to a therapist last week. She hasn't talked to Amber since the fight.
Jareau-Prentiss household
"Riley, I think you should talk to Amber about this." Emily said
"Yeah I know, but why can you just tell me. I really don't want to talk to her after what she said." Riley said
"We can't tell you because she wants to tell you herself." JJ said
"Fine, if i have time i will call her." Riley said
"Amber wants it to tell you in person." JJ said
"Okay when i have time i will make a trip to New York." Riley said
"Great. So how have you been settling in since you been back?" JJ said
"Great." Riley said
"Are you sure?" Emily asked
"Yes I'm sure." Riley said
"Okay if you say so." JJ said
"I have to get going, I promise Sabrina we will hang out today before everyone gets home." Riley said as she grabbed her stuff.
"Bye, love you." JJ said
"Bye love you too." Riley said as she walked out the door.
A few hours later
Thompson household
"Hey what are you doing?" Madison asked as she sat down next Riley on the couch
"Booking flight to New York." Riley said
"So you are finally going to talk to Amber." Madison said
"Yep." Riley said
"Do you still want me to go with you?" Madison asked
"Nope i think i will be fine, my therapist said i should be this alone." Riley said
"Okay, but here if you change your mind." Madison said
"Thanks." Riley said
"So when are you leaving?" Madison asked
"I leave in to days" Riley said
"And how long are you going to stay?" Madison asked
"About four days." Riley said
"Okay." Madison said
"I'm glad that you are finally going to talk to Amber about this." Madison said
"Yep." Riley said
"Riley, are you okay?" Madison asked
"Im fine." Riley said as Sky and Liz run down the stairs
"Hey mommy can we have Taco for dinner?" Sky asked
"Sure." Riley said as she stood up and walked to the kitchen.
"Where is Andre and Sabrina?" Madison asked
"Sabrina is helping Andre with some homework." Liz said
"Oh okay." Madison said as she walked into the kitchen to help Riley with Dinner.
A few hours later
Riley, Liz, Sky, Taylor, Andre, Sabrina, and Madison were in the living room having a family game night when Riley phone started to ring.
"Hello." Riley answers her phone.
"Hey, can i speak to Riley Thompson please?" The women on the phone asked
"Speak." Riley said
"Im Dr Taylor at Silverstone Hospital. Your sisters and brother had been brought in." Dr. Taylor said
"What happened, are they okay?" Riley asked
"Yeah they are fine they only have a few cuts on their face." Dr. Taylor said
"Wait, was there anyone with them?" Riley asked
"Nope sorry they just came in with no parent." Dr. Taylor said
That when Riley started to get worried.
"I will be there in a few minutes." Riley said as she started to get ready.
"Okay see you then." Dr. Taylor said as she hung up the phone.
"Hey what wrong?" Sabrina asked
"Ruby, Sophia, and Henry are in the hospital." Riley said
"What, what happens?" Sky asked
"I don't know. I'm going to go and pick them up." Riley said
"Okay." Madison said as Riley walked out of the door.
Silverstone Hospital
Riley walked into the hospital and walked straight to the nurse deck.
"Hey, i'm here to see Ruby, Sophia, and Henry Jareau-Prentiss." Riley said
"Are you family?" The nurse asked
"Yes." Riley said
Before the nurse could say anything Dr. Taylor walked up to her.
"Mrs. Thompson?" Dr. Taylor asked
"Yes." Riley said
"Hi, I'm Dr. Taylor we talk on the phone." Dr. Taylor said
"Yes, remember, can i see them?" Riley asked
"Yes, follow me." Dr. Taylor said as they walked to their hospital room.
When Riley walked into the room she noticed that the twins were crying and Sophia was just staring at the wall. When they finally noticed that Riley was in the room they got up and hugged her.
"Hi, why are you two crying?" Riley asked as she wiped away their tears.
"Some people take mama and mom." Sophia said
"Wait what do you mean?" Riley asked
"Well we were driving home, when the car broke down. Mama had a feeling that something wasn't right. Right as Mommy got out of the car, hit her in the back of the head, then hid mama in the head too. They broke the glass to get to mama. Then they left." Sophia said
"Did they say anything?" Riley asked
"No." Sophia said
"Come on, let's get y'all out of here. We are going to stop at your house and pick up some stuff for y'all then we are going to head to my house." Riley said as they walked out of the hospital and to her car.
Two hours later
Sabrina and Sophia were in Sabrina's room watching a movie while the eights and seven year old were asleep. Taylor was also asleep. Riley and Madison were in their room when Madison's phone started ringing.
"Director Thompson." Madison answered her phone.
"Director the FBI needs Special Agent Thompson to help them with a case." Nell said
"Okay what is the case about?" Madison asked
"Two of their own went missing a few hours ago, they suspect their unsub is someone that Riley put in Jail the first years when she was a NCIS agent." Nell said
"Okay, i will tell her right away. Does she have to go in now or tomorrow?" Madison asked
"Right now, this is a time case. "Nell said
"Okay thanks Nell." Madison said as she hung up the phone.
"What was that about?" Riley asked
"The FBI want you to help them find JJ and Emily." Madison said
"Why me?" Riley asked
"Because they think you might have a past history with the unsub." Madison said
"So they want me to go in right now?" Riley asked
"Yep." Madison said
"Okay." Riley said as she started to get ready.
A few minutes later
Riley left to go to the FBI headquarters.
A few hours later
It was no midnight. Riley was still at FBI headquarters working with them.
Riley was in the break room when Reid walked in.
"How are you feeling?" Reid asked
"Right now my fine, but i will feel some much better when we find JJ and Emily." Riley said
"Yeah, just don't be too hard on yourself." Reid said
"I know, now come on let's get back to work.
