Somehow Kim and I managed to make it to the bedroom. We were kissing hungrily as our clothes were coming off. We sunk down on her bed to make passionate love. After the loving ended, I lay there, completely stunned. "Arielle, are you okay. Are we okay?" Kim asked, caressing my cheek and looking at me with a worried expression.
"I've never been better," I said as I kissed her again. And I meant it, too. I was suddenly blissfully happy, despite all the painful memories having returned to me. I had a future again and it was with Kim. I had lost Elena and my other life, but I was still alive. I felt exhilarated as I made love to Kim once again, this time more slowly and with a lot more tender and unrushed exploration.
I made Kim gasp as I helped her cum again and again. She was breathing erratically after our second round of lovemaking. "Woah... that was... spectacular," she said, her eyes darkened with the remnants of desire.
"I really love you, Kim... and I never want to leave you and this life."
"Do you think you'll go back to everything you left behind? I couldn't bear to lose you earlier. It makes no sense how you came to be here. You were in an accident, but how did you wind up here, in Port Charles, New York."
I shook my head because I did not know. "There must be some reason," I stated. "I had to come here. I had to be with you. I needed you."
"And I need you," Kim stated. She wrapped her arms around me, holding me so tight. Suddenly we both stiffened, hearing voices in the nearby room.
"Oscar's back... and he's brought his girlfriend."
She reached for a robe, then handed a matching one to me. "Would you like to meet Josslyn?"
I smiled. "I'd like that. But won't they know we just -."
"Probably," said Kim with a little grin. "But does it matter?"
"No, it doesn't matter to me. I am glad we are friends as well as lovers."
"Okay, let's go out and say hello to Oscar and his girlfriend."
Moments later, we entered the living room where Oscar was talking to Joss, his girlfriend. "Hi, Mom," said Oscar. "Hello, Arielle."
Kim kissed her son's cheek. Then she said hello to Oscar's girlfriend. "Josslyn, I'd like you to meet Arielle, my girlfriend."
I grinned. I was Kim's girlfriend now! I was ecstatic when I heard her words. I now had the most beautiful woman in the world on my arm. After all I had gone through losing Elena, I now had Kim and a second chance at happiness.
"Ohhh wow, Mom. I didn't know," said Oscar after Josslyn and I had exchanged pleasantries.
"I have a feeling it's just the beginning of a long and beautiful relationship," said Kim as she took my hand and gazed into my eyes.
"It was so nice meeting you, Arielle, but I have to hurry home now," said Joss as she gave Oscar a long hug. "See you at school tomorrow, Oscar."
"See ya, Joss."
Josslyn left and I smiled at Oscar. "She's a sweet girl. You're very lucky to have someone like her in your life," I stated.
"My mom's lucky to have found you, too," Oscar observed.
