You know it's kind of funny when you're a kid you don't care about what your parents do, and when you find out you are either amazed or don't care.

Both Mark and I found out what our parents do, my dad is a part of the village guard or the police, and Marks parents are Ambu they are a part of the secret police.

My mom is just an ordinary person, at least I hope so because she comes over everyday and she has even started staying at my house, instead of going home.

I think she just hates how quiet the house is, between her smiling face and the fact that Mark has been at my side during all of this, it's because of them that I didn't break.

I can still remember the day everyone left, to think it was my wedding day.

I can still remember wearing those strange clothes and stepping on the overgrown grass, the entrance to the main house is just as bright as it was that day.

My mom hands me my white coat and my mask, before handing Mark his coat and mask, then she hands us both our black clothes.

Waite these clothes are new.

"Mom?" I ask her and she gives me a look, it's the kind of look a mother gives her child when they say something stupid and they can't bring themselves to point it out in words.

"The two of you are going to the council's office you are not going there wearing your old worn down clothes," she says to us and the two of us start to change.

When we're done changing, I look at Mark and I notice he's looking at me before he hands me a hair comb, we both let out a small laugh before we comb our hair.

It's strange wearing these cloths again after I got married, I threw away my old uniform and wore regular clothes like everyone else.

Mark did the same so seeing him with our old uniforms brings back memories.

My mom walks up to us and she hands us our old belts and headbands I can see the barely restrained tears in her eyes.

"Waite David, your dad and Marks parents have a surprise for the two of you"

"She couldn't train with you during tall of this time so they trained her instead," my mom says to us as the sound of footsteps reaches our ears.

We both turn to the entrance of the house and our breaths stop inside our chests.

Ana stands at the door, her red hair is just a little bit longer and she is just a little bit taller, her light peach skin and light brown eyes are the same.

She is wearing her old uniform and other than the short sword hanging on the left side of her waist, she hasn't changed.

None of us say anything we all just look at each other and as if someone had signaled to us that we could move we all run towards each other and make a group hug.

The last time I saw Ana she was crying, none of those tears are anywhere to be seen, lost behind her white smile.

I notice that a small group of people gathered outside of my house and we all slowly let go of each other.

"I'm off," I say to my mom, and all three of us head to the council's office.

I can still remember walking down this same rock path, it was covered in dirt- rocks- overgrown weeds, and strangers were everywhere.

As we reach the main gate II can see my parents standing on one side, while on the other side was Mini- Maria and Sonia standing behind the blond woman with giant breasts.

Whoever she was, she wore a white dress that covered her head and with her was another woman I had never seen before.

Sometimes I forget that I live in a world where babies are married to ten-year-olds by their parents to strengthen relations between influential families.

Back then the main gate was broken and heavily rusted, the brick wall that looked old and had fallen to disrepair looks brand new now, and because the Uchiha helped us paint it blue it looks great.

The sound of people running towards us reaches my ears and as we turn to see who it is, I notice four men running towards us.

"Lord Senju, please let us escort you. If anything happens to you and Mark your clan will end before it even starts" one f the men says to me.

"Okay you guys can come but on one condition, don't ever call me like that again, use my real name," I say to the four men who immediately smiled and two of them stand on my right side, and the other two stand at my left side.

we walk past all of the villagers who are going about their day and Mark signals to me, that I forgot to put on my mask.

I turn to look at Ana and I notice that she is already wearing hers, for a brief moment I look at the black side of my mask, I'm tempted to flip it over and burn everything around me to the ground, but I ignore that thought and put my mask on.

Just like before people are pointing- whispering to each other and staring at us, it's just like that day, they all just stared and didn't say anything out loud, which made them stick out.

The council's office is at the bottom of a mountain, and by that I mean, it's underground where no one can get to the councilors when they are all together.

"You're late they're expecting you," a guard says to me before looking at our bodyguards.

"They're my guards," I say to the man who nods and signals to the four men to hand over their weapons before checking if they have any hidden on them.

"Okay you can go in now," he says to them before we all have to walk down so many stairs that we are all completely exhausted by the time we reach the meeting room.

Even with all of our training, those were just too many stairs for us to walk.

We stop and rest for a bit before we go inside, Mark- Ana, and I can barely hold our laughter when we enter the meeting room, all of our elementals are growing at a bunch of guards and the village council who are sitting high above the room.

"Innocentius! it's been too long buddy" I say to the fire elemental as it wraps around me and hugs me.

"Lili comes here," Ana says to the man-made tree branches who immediately shatters and forms around her.

"Flare stop acting like an idiot get over here," Mark says to his light elemental before it blinks out of existence and blinks back next to Mark, before wrapping itself around him.

The rest of the elementals grow at us and I can't help but look at them with a sad expression.

"Sorry guys they're gone, they left the village," I say to them and they all vanish.

"I warned you that they wouldn't work for you," Mark says to the council.

"Those creatures were barely contained and the three of you are perfectly able to interact with them," Danzo says to us.

"Whit all do respect why did you call me?" I ask the council who immediately give me a collective glare.

"Explain to us why you allowed the Uchiha to move into your clan's territory," the old woman whose name I don't care to remember says to me.

"Payment, you see I don't have any money at the moment to pay anyone for helping me fix everything, so the people living in my area are allowed to do so as payment" I answer the old woman

"..." the councilors

"We also noticed that several Uchiha have been moving large sets of merchandise from their end of the village to yours," The third Hokage says to me

"The reasons simple, you see not everyone can fight so a lot of the people living with me are people that want to start their own shops, or want t open a store"

"I will be charging them of course and I will be paying the tax for them from what I make so there shouldn't be any problem" I answer the Hokage

"Last question and then you may go."

"Those creatures how did they get free?" Danzo asks me

"What do you mean?" Mark asks Danzo

"There are seals that were keeping them in their place, but for whatever reason, we couldn't sun do the summoning and we couldn't control them," the old woman from earlier says to us

It's better not to tell them that the only reason no one died, is because the elementals were playing nice and didn't want to hurt anyone.

"I'll be perfectly honest with all of you, I have no idea" I answer the council before they tell us to leave.

I wonder how the three of us looked to everyone that saw us, walking out with the elementals wrapped around us, acting like puppies, demanding that the three of us pay attention to them.

When we reached the stairs Innocentius and the other elementals let out a small grow before lifting the three of us, allowing us to not have to walk back up all of those stairs.

"We forgot your guards," Ana says to us before Lili stretched itself and piked the four men up.

The council looked at the three elementals carrying their masters, the stairs were made to drain chakra from people, so even if people did fly up and down they still lost energy, but none of the seals were reacting.

Their suspicions were confirmed whatever power the elementals used, it couldn't be contained, using normal methods and they all pretended t be contained, knowing that the council would eventually call their masters to control them.

"Hey Fugaku," David says to the Uchiha leader who just looks at the four men behind the three Whitejaws

"Greetings Lord Senju, "Fugaku says to David

"Please call me David, that name isn't for me," David says to Fugaku who just looks at the boy in the eyes.

"What's wrong?" David asks Fugaku.

"Innocentius and his three counterparts are all here, look around you," Fugaku says to David and the boy notices that everyone inside the mountain is looking at them

"I just came to pick them up, anyway since you here I was thinking about throwing a party to celebrate the fact that half of of the work is done"

"You know something to motivate everyone and says thanks to them for all of their help," David says to Fugaku who just closes his eyes

"Do you have the funds for it?" Fugaku asks David who immediately lost his smile.

"Leave the party for latter, if you want I can help you get some work so you can earn enough for it."

"You should stay as the Senju clan's leader, you need to vote on who will be the fifth Hokage, when the third retires," Fuhgaku says to David.

"Just tell them I'm voting for you, after all, your the only one I trust in the entire village," David says to Fugaku, and everyone falls silent.

Everyone had their eyes widened, David had voiced his vote publicly and so by all accounts he had already voted, there was no turning back for him and he had chosen the Uchiha clan's leader.

The council watched as the three white jaws left the mountain, none of them liked what they had just heard, but there was no going back now, for better or for worse Fugaku was now a candidate for becoming Hokage.
