Luz kept crying until she felt a small nudge against her hand. She removed her hands from her face and saw the small dragon. A small smile grew on Luz's face as she sniffled. She rubbed the back of Violet and gave a small laugh.

"At least I still have you with me, Violet." Luz looked around and realized something, "I know this place. This is where my uncle lives!"

Luz grabbed her staff and Violet sat on her shoulder. She ran all the way to the house that her uncle lived in. She started knocking on the door.

"Please still live here."

A girl, around Luz's age answered the door. The girl stared at her before looking at Luz's ears. Her eye's widened.

"Luz?"

"Hi, Emelina."

Emelina, Emily as her friends call her, pulled Luz into a big hug. She hasn't seen her since she was eight. Violet jumped on to Emelina's head which caused the two to laugh. Emelina reached up and grabbed Violet.

"How's my favorite little dragon?" She asked before turning back to Luz, "So, not that I'm not happy to see you, but why are you here?"

Luz didn't get a chance to respond because her Uncle came up to the door.

"Emelina, who's at the- Luz?" He asked in surprise.

"Hi, Uncle Carmelo."

Luz's Uncle, Carmelo Noceda, was Camila's older twin brother. Luz always found it funny that her grandparents gave them similar names, they both told her that they had a weird sense of humor.

"W-what are you doing here? Where are your parents?" He asked worried.

"I-I-I... there was a problem. I can't get back to the Isles." Luz said, trying to hold the tears back.

Carmelo pulls her into a hug and tried to reassure her that everything will be okay. Meanwhile, in the Isles, Belos was LIVID. His Coven leader was in a coma, Eda was trying her hardest to fix the portal but there was no guarantee that it would work, and Nathaneil managed to get out in the chaos. The thing that was more important than all of that; Luz, his daughter, the person he cares about more than life itself, was stuck in the Human Realm. He walked to his bedroom, he needed to get away from everything for at least a couple of minutes. He looked into the mirror and saw his eye's start to get watery. He took off his gloves and through them across the room. He ripped his cape off and slammed his bare fist against his wife's vanity. He does the one thing that no one thought was possible, he started crying. He felt a hand grab his and looked over to see Camila.

"Alex?"

"Camila, what do I do? Our daughter is stuck in the Human Realm and Nathaniel is still out there. I failed as both the Emperor and Father."

Camila put a hand on his bare face and slowly presses her lips against his. After about a minute they separate.

"I'm worried about her too, but freaking out isn't going to help anyone." She said, looking into gold eyes that Luz inherited, "I think I like it more when you keep your mask off."

"Really?" He asked.

"Sí, it allows me to hear your real voice instead of that fake one that your mask gives you." She said, "We've had a long day, I think we both deserve some rest."

Camila slipped her dress off and laid in the bed, waiting for her husband to come join her. Belos took off his normal outfit and joined her in bed. Despite everything she said, he still couldn't help but worry about Luz. He stayed up late, unable to sleep due to his fear of something happening to Luz.
