This chapter makes this officially the longer story I have ever written to date. The closest one I have to this is 14 chapters and took me 3 years to write because I was still in school then, plus I was really bad about writing. Also, I'm drawing out the time Izuku is with the League from two days to a week, because I have a purpose in mind that I need that long for, so I'm sorry. But I'm not sorry.
Here's the chapter.
When Izuku came to he was chained to a wall. He could move, but he had a shackle around his neck that kept him from leaving a certain area. He tried to power up One for All so that he could smash through the shackle, but a surge of electricity shot through him, causing him to scream out in pain.
"Oh, good, you're awake," said Dabi he stood on the other side of the small room. "The names Dabi. You're about to get to know me real well. Along with pretty much everyone else here at the league too."
"W-why am I here?" Izuku asked.
"Well apparently, Sensei has this big plan for you. That's where we are now. At his factory. It's where he makes the Nomu," Dabi said. "By the way, that shackle around your neck, it senses your brainwaves. If you even think about using your quirk it'll zap you full of lightning. Not a fun experience, trust me."
"Shut up, Dabi." Kurogiri's portal appeared and Shigaraki stepped through it. Sensei's coming, so you need to leave."
"Ah come on, I never get to see the guy!" Dabi yelled. "I only ever hear him from that stupid monitor."
"Leave."
"Fine, but I want at him after Sensei leaves."
"That can be arranged." Dabi walked through the portal and it closed. Shigaraki moved to a chair that Izuku just now realized was in the room. "Now then, before Sensei gets here, I want to have a little chat with you. Sit."
Izuku stayed standing. He wasn't even sure if the chain attached to the shackle would let him.
Shigaraki pulled a remote from his hand and pushed a button. The same electricity as before coursed through Izuku's body. "I said sit."
Izuku sat. He was right, the chain wasn't long enough and he had to kneel instead.
"Fine, that's good enough," Shigaraki said. Izuku sighed with relief.
"You know, I really wanted to kill you, especially because of that stunt you pulled when you cut off my arm." Shigaraki raised his stump in the air. "Though, I suppose Stain did a number on you, didn't he? I see you have a new scar."
"So w-what?"
"I didn't give you permission to speak, did I?" Another surge of electricity. By the time it stopped Izuku felt like he was dying. His arms were already broken, how much pain was he going to have to endure?
'Please, save me, All Might!'
"You just asked All Might to save you, right?" asked Shigaraki. The man stood and walked over to Izuku, placing his hand on Izuku's right shoulder, where Dabi had burned it. Izuku realized he was shirtless, and his shoulder, was now slowing crumbling away, revealing the muscle beneath. It hurt. Izuku screamed. Shigaraki removed his hand. "So noisy, but I like it when you scream. It makes my blood race!" Shigaraki took a step back. "But you know kid. They won't find you. We're in Sensei's laboratory, it's not even connected to our base!"
Izuku let out a whimper of pain and fear. Shigaraki pushed the button again.
"You only get to scream, got it?" Izuku was screaming.
"Enough, Tomura," said a voice. Izuku recognized that voice. He hadn't heard it since he was six, but he was certain it was that voice.
"Sensei," Shigaraki backed up and Izuku saw him, his father walking out of Kurogiri's portal. Except he didn't look anything like the man he'd known nine years ago. Rather than the curly white hair and gentle eyes this man looked like a potato, he had no eyes or hair. How could he even see.
"It's been a while, Izuku," said the man. "Are you surprised? You shouldn't be, after all it was your dear mentor who put me in this state."
'All Might? No, it can't be, that means he's...' Izuku thought panicked.
"That's right, I'm All for One," Izuku's father said. "Honestly, where did you think that quirk of yours came from?" And Izuku's world shattered. He sagged, the shackle tugging at his throat, making it hard to breathe.
"W-why?" Izuku asked.
"Hmm?"
"Why? H-how could you...? What a-about Mom! Did you even c-care when she died! H-how... How could y-you?!" Shigaraki set off the collar again.
"Stop that Tomura. Go back to the bar."
"But, Sensei!"
"I can handle him. Don't worry. I'll let you know when I'm done."
"Fine." Shigaraki walked through the portal and Kurogiri closed it behind him.
"Why a-am I here?" Izuku asked once the pain dissipated enough.
"Why, can't a father see his son?"
"N-not when they want t-to torture them."
"Oh come now, Izuku. That was Tomura. I never did anything to you."
"Then w-what did you want with K-kaachan? He was one o-of the targets right?"
"You must mean that Bakugou kid. Hmm, Tomura was the one that wanted him not me. And everything I do is for Tomura's sake. He is my masterpiece."
"I-is he why you left?"
"Yes. I had to put all of my effort into teaching him, getting him to this point."
"W-why?"
"Because I wanted to, of course. You know, when I met your mother I was planning on taking her quirk, but it was just so weak. But then I thought, what if I had a child with her? Would the child get my quirk, or hers? Would it get both? Or neither? Maybe a whole new quirk would be born. So, I fooled her, made her think I was in love, and then she gave birth to you. The most perfect son I could have asked for. And now, you're ripe for the picking."
"W-what do you...?" Izuku was confused. Confused and utterly terrified of his father, no All for One.
"You see, I've been making the Nomu for quite a while, but so many of them lose their minds after receiving two or three quirks. You however are like me. Your body was built to hold multiple quirks! In fact, you even made my job easier and took All Might's quirk!"
"I d-didn't..."
"Oh I know, it can't be taken by force. But don't worry, Izuku. That's not why you're here. You're here to become what you were born to be. I'm going to break you Izuku, and then I'm going to rebuild you, as the strongest villain this world has ever seen."
"I-i'll never be a v-villain," Izuku said.
"Oh, don't worry, kiddo. Give it a month or two, and you'll change your mind." All for One walked through Kurogiri's portal that appeared in front of them. A few minutes passed and Dabi and Toga walked in.
"Why are you here again?" Dabi asked the crazy girl.
Toga smiled her creepy smile, "Cause I want to see Izu-kun bleed!"
"Tch! Whatever." Dabi turned to Izuku. "Oi, brat! Don't pull any funny business got it?" He pulled out a remote like the one Shigaraki had. "Shigaraki gave all of one these, so don't think you can pull anything." Izuku knew he was about to go through hell, and he was right.
Dabi walked up to him and whispered in the green haired teen's ear. "I want to hear you scream got? Beg for me to kill you, I won't do it though." And with that Dabi lit his hands with fire, and pressed them into Izuku's side. Izuku screamed. He could feel his blood boiling, his skin bubbling and distorting. Would Recovery Girl be able to heal that once the heroes saved him?
"You know, having you chained up like that isn't very fun," Dabi said. "I should make sure you can't run away once it's removed though." Dabi grabbed Izuku's feet, burning through the soles. "There. I'd love to see you walk on those. Stand up." Izuku stayed where he was. The collar was activated. "Stand up!"
Izuku tried to stand. He could use his arms to support him since they were broken, though it did look as though a doctor had set and wrapped them, and his sides and feet burned literally. Izuku screamed as one mutilated foot touched the icy floor. He put his weight on that foot as he finished standing and screamed even louder when the second foot was placed. He nearly collapsed from the pain.
Dabi caught him and then removed the chain from his neck, leaving the shackle on. "There, now we can have some real fun." Dabi hand was covered in the blue flames and he pressed it against Izuku's back, pushing him to the ground. Izuku screamed again. Dabi didn't remove the hand. Izuku was in agony. He didn't know how much more he could take. If only he could use his quirks!
Electricity coursed through his body. 'Damn it!' Izuku couldn't even scream anymore.
"You were thinking of your quirk, weren't you, Izu-kun~," Toga cooed. "Dabi, I want a turn!"
"Tomorrow, today is my turn."
"Please~?"
"No, now shut up!" Dabi pressed a no longer burning finger in the wound on Izuku's back. Turns out Izuku could still scream.
"To bad that Sensei's just going to heal you later~," Toga said. "You're so cute when you're bleeding and screaming."
"You are so creepy, Toga," Dabi said.
"I know~!"
"Though I suppose I'm not much better." Dabi turned back to Izuku. "Oh. He passed out. Must have been too much for him. Too bad. I wanted to play for a bit more." Dabi picked Izuku up and laid him on a cot in the corner of the room. "Let's go Toga."
"Okay~!"
Izuku hurt. He hurt bad. When his father came back and healed him it somehow just made it worse. The man went on and on about his life. Talking as if he were a hero and the holders of One for All were the villains. It made Izuku's blood boil. And then All for One did something, something terrible.
On the fourth day of Izuku's torture, after Shigaraki had practically dissolved his joints, All for One forced a quirk onto him. It made him feel disgusting inside. Pain enveloped Izuku. He'd never felt it before, not even when he'd taken quirks. This was different. It was like his DNA was being rewritten. Was this what it felt like when quirks were forced on a person?
"This is one of my favorites, actually," One for All said. "I got it recently too. I believe you know of Ragdoll? This used to belong to her." Izuku screamed. Not from the pain, but from the knowledge of what must have happened to the happy go lucky hero. He stared at his father, wishing he could burn him away with his gaze, but he couldn't.
"You know," said All for One. "It's been seven days since you've been here, I'm surprised the heroes haven't found you yet honestly. Then again, maybe they just don't care." All for One left. Izuku was shocked. He'd been there for a week? But he'd only been aware of four of them. What if the heroes didn't come?
No! They would come, and even if they didn't Katsuki sure as hell would. Nothing, not even death, would stop him from finding his brother. Izuku smiled a little bit when he thought about it.
And then he heard it. An explosion. And suddenly a small hole, just big enough for Izuku to crawl out of. In front of him stood his father and All Might. Many other pro heroes sprawled along the ground, unconscious or unable to move. The League of Villains was there as well.
Izuku stepped forward and yelled, "A-all Might!"
The hero turned his head towards his student. "Young Midoriya!"
Katsuki, who was with Kirishima, Ochako, Shinsou, Yaoyorozu, Iida, and Todoroki, yelled out his brother's name, revealing their presence, "Deku!"
Izuku turned to where he heard Katsuki's voice come from, "K-kaachan!" And thn the collar was sent off. The voltage higher than it had been previously. Izuku collapsed to the ground, curled up, shaking, and screaming. He was pretty sure that he could have been foaming at the mouth too. The pain shook through his body. His injuries from Shigaraki hadn't even healed yet and now the man was forcing him to endure this level of pain? Shigaraki stopped the collar just before Izuku could pass out from the pain.
"What have you done to him, All for One?!" All Might yelled.
"Oh please, All Might, we just had a little, father and son bonding." A shock ran through All Might and Katsuki. All for One was Izuku's father?
"Nonsense!" yelled All Might. "It's not possible!"
"Wait, Izuku, did you not tell him? Your own teacher?"
"Tell me what?" All Might was seething. His successor, the boy he'd come to see as a son, was writhing on the ground in pain.
"Izuku inherited my quirk, All Might. He was born with my power!"
Katsuki couldn't contain himself any longer. He jumped out from his hiding place after telling the other students to run, and propelled himself towards his brother, one arm out stretched, using his quirk. "Deku! Grab my hand!"
"K-kaa..." Izuku couldn't finish the name, but he could just barely reach out to grab his brother's hand. Katsuki grabbed Izuku around the waist before setting off a bigger explosion and launching them into the sky. Before they could get away Shigaraki pushed the button, causing Izuku to scream, and Magne magnetized Compress and Twice. Compress was sent flying, trying to capture the two boys with his quirk, but Mount Lady rose up, blocking his with here face.
"Get out of here, brats!"
Katsuki grunted hiz thanks, tightened his grip on his thrashing brother, and launched them out of sight of the fight. They landed in a deserted alley. Izuku was no longer thrashing, the distance limit for the collar having been reached. Katsuki tore up his shirt and bound Izuku's wounds.
"What the hell did they do to you, Deku?" Izuku couldn't reply. His thoat was too raw from screaming, plus the electricity that had just been pumped through him. All he could do was point at the collar. "Hang on, I'll get that thing off ya'." Izuku shook his head and waved his hands furiously.
"N-no... h-hurt..." it was all he could do to get those two simple words out.
"No way, I'll kill those bastards if I ever see them again!" Izuku couldn't even bring himself to be upset at his brother's choice of words. He was just glad to hear his voice again.
With Katsuki supporting Izuku the two walked out from the alley and into a crowded street, just in time to see what was happening on the big screen. All for One had revealed All Might's true form to the world. After much yelling and encouragement from the crowd the number one hero let out a final "United States of Smash!" and defeated the villain. Then he turned towards the camera, pointed his finger, and said, "You're next."
The crowds of people watching went wild thinking All Might was talking about the rest of the villains. But Katsuki and Izuku knew, he was telling Izuku, "Its time for you to take my place."
I wrote the last part on my phone, so sorry if it seems a bit weird. What did you think? Was it good? Did I do it justice? How was the big reveal? Please, comment and tell me what you think!
Well, see you next chapter.
