[The lighting inside is low, but feels cosy. A long corridor takes a u-turn around a big enclosure, where a white tiger is sleeping. Three small waterfalls, large rocks and dense vegetation create a small jungle in the enclosure and even manage to be decorative for the rest of the corridor. Nicole sniffs her nose when the smell returns. She smells the fresh, alive fish near the waterfalls. Darwin and Anais are a little bit nervous by this place, but Gumball is in full admiration of the big striped feline. The Wattersons walk further until Nicole freezes when they got past a second door. She opens it and peeks inside, only to see a rather odd cat which catches her attention. The rest of the family question where she's going, but keep standing still. Nicole opens the door further and signs her family to come inside. They then all look at the feline creature behind the glass. Its fur is whiter than snow and it looks like a generic house-cat, but way bigger and more evolved. It stares into Nicole's eyes and she lowers her ears as she remembers something.]
Nicole: This cat, guys... was the first one to see my unsheathed claws and encounter me in one of my Limit stages. It was after the night when it happened for the very first time and I came here to vent on my own. I loved this place as a kid and teen. I even trusted some of these cats more than my own parents.
Darwin: C-can you... communicate with them?
Nicole: I can, but I don't want to put you at risk again.
Anais: What do you mean?
Nicole: I can only communicate with a feral cat if I bring up my own instincts. But it's probably a bad idea as I don't want to awaken the Upper Limit again...
Richard: Look honey, your parents suggested you to come here for a reason. So, Limit or not, you are gonna do this. If you say you could fully trust this cat, it might even work as reassurance.
Nicole: A-are you sure?
Richard: We're trying everything no matter what, to do something about this condition, Nicole. Give it a chance.
Nicole: [Sighs deeply] All right. But I'm trusting you on this one. If anything goes wrong, stop me. [Sternly] No. Matter. What.
[Richard frowns and nods in full determination. Nicole is going to try it... Awakening her inner cat and trying to avoid the Upper Limit at the same time. Nicole closes her eyes and breathes heavily, getting really nervous... She starts remembering everything Brandon had done to her. She remembers one of the worst moments; the time where he wanted to let her fall from a building. How did I go too far by killing him?, she suddenly thinks. He tried to kill me first all this time! She steps away from her family when her head starts hurting; it's happening again and she managed to bring it up herself by thinking of bad memories.
Her heartbeat increases speed and she catches herself with her paws when she almost falls to the floor. She closes her eyes and hopes she got a bit used to it. Fortunately, her transformation is only partly and goes gently as the pain isn't as bad as before. that probably has to do with the fact she feels some happiness too. Her eyes turn yellow, but her pupils stay black as they constrict. Her shirt only rips at the shoulder area, exposing some of her fur and her teeth didn't even elongate that much. She feels too calm to get to a total monstrosity level.
She turns around and looks Richard in the eye with a worried expression. But he is full of hope and gestures that she can go. He opens the first glass door of the wild cat's enclosure and lets Nicole in, who carefully walks on all fours. When the glass door is closed, Nicole can move through the mall, metal gate and reaches the cat. It notices her and hisses, before recognizing her smell and fur color. The cat nervously moves forward until it and Nicole can look each other in the eye. Then, out of a sudden, the cat rubs its head on Nicole's shoulder which indicated that it trusts her. Apart from being able to speak and walk on hind legs, Nicole and the white cat have a lot in common. They both lay down and the white cat, who appears to be older, treats Nicole as if she's one of her kittens.]
Anais: Woah... It must have been a second parent to Mom.
Gumball: Who thought our mother has a stronger bond with feral ancestors.
Anais: Must be one of the Limit's traits. I'm glad to see Mom calm like that. This was indeed a great idea from gramps Daniel and granny Mary.
[Richard and the kids hug while smiling at the lovable scenario in front of them. The scene cuts to when they are back in the car, on their way home. Richard reads 8PM on the dashboard when they crossed Elmore's border sign. He decides to grab some dinner at Joyful Burger, due it being later in the evening than expected. Nicole is asleep in the back of the car with Anais and Darwin next to her and Gumball sits in the passenger seat next to his father. Richard takes a turn and orders a meal for each his family members. Then, he drives to a hill which is not so far away from their house. He parks and the family get out of the car, except Nicole as they want to let her sleep. Richard sits down on the grass next to the front tire of the car with Anais on his lap. Gumball and Darwin sit in front of them and the four enjoy their burgers in nature's environment. The sunset, which was visible at the start of their trip back, turned into a beautiful starry night sky. Anais falls asleep in her father's big arms as soon as they finished their dinner. Richard strokes his daughter's little ears and Darwin goes checking on his adoptive mother, who was sleeping in the car earlier, but now is wide awake. She shivers a bit as she suddenly remembers a clue that the white cat told her...]
