The Misadventures of Caulifla and Kale: Episode Twenty-Eight- "Sister In Arms for Life!"
Partial Afterlife
After sacrificing herself to save Caulifla, Kale is sent to the partial afterlife. This place is where souls are moved in between the afterlife and the real world. She only sees white nothingness, as she wonders where she's gone to. "Caulifla! Cabba! Guys! Where are you!?" said Kale. She never saw what happened to her, after Ghana hit her with her energy beam. She hears some footsteps coming her way. Kale sees another figure that has the same clothes as her. When it came close to the young saiyan, it has dark skin and a taller appearance than Kale. She now know who's in front of her. "Ghana!" said Kale. "Yes! I hit you with my beam and we both died! I...I didn't know that it was going to happen. Killing myself by killing you!" said Ghana. She keeps telling Kale that everything would be different, if she haven't been that weak in the tournament. Caulifla wouldn't have to die; she never feel alone again; and everyone on Sadala would be alive. "It's my fault that I caused this damage to everyone that you loved! I just...I just...I just want her back with me! Caulifla was the only person to give me happiness!" said Ghana as she falls to the floor on her knees. Kale looks at her, as if she knows this moment. Then...it hits her! This position that Ghana is at, is the same position that she did, when her parents died. This causes her to think of something that she never thought of asking herself.
Kale: (looks at Ghana) Are...Are your parents still alive? In the other dimension, I mean.
Ghana: (Looks at Kale with tears in her eyes) What do you mean? Of course I don't have parents! They died, when I was eight! It happened, after…
Kale: A building fell on them. Yeah. Same here.
Ghana: Your parents are dead in this dimension, too? And you're not ashamed that you're responsible for their deaths?
Kale: (Shake her head) I was at first, but...then Caulifla came along. Before she became my friend, my parents were everything to me. Dad would teach me how to fly and Mom would tell me not to talk to strangers. I got my power from my dad, while I got my shyness from my mom. After their deaths, I felt that same feeling that you had, after Caulifla died. She...saved me from getting worse. She never yelled at me, nor does she even mock me for being shy.
Ghana: What does that connect to your question? (gets up and looks at Kale)
Kale: I mean...You don't need to revive the past to be happy. There are other ways of being happy. Caulifla after my parent's death is an example of that. She gave me happiness and I stuck with that. My parents never truly left me. Dad's legendary power is mine and Mom's influence is still in my system. When Caulifla in you dimension died, she didn't truly left. She...was in Kenya the entire time.
Ghana: Kenya… (looks away) I forgot that she...I felt sorry for not telling her the truth. I thought that she wasn't the Caulifla that I needed. After hearing your message, I...would have made that last decision of not getting that damn book!
Kale: It's never too late to say sorry. (Looks at another figure walking behind Ghana)
Ghana: Huh? (Turns around and sees Kenya) Kenya!
Kenya: I've heard! I miss you, sis! (Holds out her hands)
(Ghana and Kenya hug each other)
Kale: The past is in the past. Finding happiness comes from finding what makes you happy. Caulifla, Cabba, my parents, and even my new friends. They make me happy. I'm...I'm proud to have them as friends! (Smiles at Ghana and Kenya)
Ghana and Kenya: (Smile at Kale) Thank you! (Disappear into nothing)
Kale thinks that she finally let go of Ghana's and Kenya's souls from this mysterious place. She also thinks that she might leave this place and go to the afterlife with them. "Caulifla...Stay safe for me. I love you." are Kale's thoughts, before seeing a bright light. This is her way out of the place and into the afterlife. She starts to go into the light, until a voice tells her to stop. "Kale! Wait!" said a manly voice. She stops to hear the voice. She knows that voice! The light shows two figures coming out of there. One's a male with short, black hair, black eyes, and a dark tan skin color. The other is a female with long, black hair, black eyes, and a light skin color. They're both wearing long, white robes. Kale cries, knowing that the two figures standing in front of her is…
Kale: Dad! Mom!
Collard: (Looks at Kale) Hi, Kale! You've grown so much, since the last time we saw you.
Leaf: (Looks at Kale with tears in her eyes) Kale! My baby!
Kale: (hugs her father and mother) I miss you! Why are you here?!
Collard: We're here to see our daughter again. Plus,...we're also here to say that it's not your time to leave the real world.
Kale: (Raise her eyebrow) Huh?
Leaf: You're not completely dead.
Kale: How come? I got a hole in my chest!
Collard: We don't know, but...it turns out that you're stronger than you think. Remember your Berserker form?
Kale: You mean Berserker?
Collard: She's keeping you safe, after Cabba, one of your friends, saw you and Caulifla. He carried you both out of the building.
Kale: He did? (Sees a white orb on her chest) What the…
Leaf: It's time, sweetheart. (Looks at Collard)
Collard: You're right. Kale...(Looks at Kale, while touching her shoulder) I want you to never forget who you are. Got it? You're a strong woman! I've always thought that you would do great things in the future. It took us dying to get you there.
Kale: Dad...Mom… (Cries) T-Thank you!
Collard and Leaf: We know, sweetie!
Berserker: Kale! (Her hand pops out of the white orb) Come on! Grab my hand!
Collard: You should be going now. We had our time with you. Good luck, Kale! (Leaves into the light)
Leaf: Be sure that you're safe! Along with your friend! (Leaves into the light)
Berserker: (Grabs Kale's arm and drags her in the orb) We're going back!
Kale: AAAH! Mom! Dad!
Collard and Leaf: Hehehehehe! Bye!
Kale leaves the partial afterlife with Berserker dragging her down a white tunnel. She's confused of how a white orb was able to get on her and why she is being dragged down a tunnel, but she's alive! She can see Caulifla again! Although it was nice for her to see her parents again, it would have been nice for her to stay for a while. She sees a dark hole by the end of the tunnel. Berserker's hand disappears within the hole. Kale closes her eyes, as she feels the warm sensation on her body. Her body falls through the hole, alive once more!
Planet Sadala, Outside of Destroyed SDF Headquarters
Caulifla looks at Kale with a sad expression. She keeps looking, until her friend's eye begin to move. "Kale? Kale!" said Caulifla as she gets close to her face. Kale fully opens her eyes to see Caulifla, alive. The two sister in arms hug each other in tears. "I can't believe that you're alive! My friend is alive!" said Caulifla. "I know! I'm sorry for doing something dangerous!" said Kale. Cabba, who's looking at the two interrupts them. He says that he got to the location of the fight. He saw Caulifla and Kale on the floor. After getting there and carrying the two out of there, he also saw Ghana's body glowing white. "I didn't know what that was, but I didn't care. All that I cared about was getting you two out of there." said Cabba as he hugs Kale and Caulifla. They stop hugging to see the white orbs in the sky.
Caulifla: What the hell are those in the sky? (looks at the floating orbs)
Cabba: They have the same color as that master lady. Is that her?
Kale: It feels like her. (Looks at the soldiers getting up) Look! The soldiers!
Cabba: (Looks at the soldiers getting up) They're recovering!? That can't be possible! They had holes in their bodies!
Janet: I have a theory. Maybe the master's negative energy changed into positive energy, after her death. The orbs go to the people that she hurt during her plan. Thus explains why the soldiers are getting up so quickly.
Kale: White orb? Wait a minute! (Looks at her chest) It's full! My chest doesn't have a hole!
Caulifla: Oh! About that! After Cabba woke me up, I saw a white orb heading to your chest. It touched it and the hole was gone.
Kale: Dad...Mom...The orb on my chest! Ghana saved me!
Caulifla: She did?
Kale: Me and her were in this white area. I talked to her about the past being a forgotten life and new life is the future. She seemed to have got the message and turned into positive energy, after reuniting with Kenya.
Caulifla: Oh! That would explain why the orbs are all around this area.
(Orb lands on Claudia's body)
Claudia: (Wakes up) Uh...What the (bleep) happen?
Romaine: (looks at Claudia) Claudia! (Hugs Claudia) You're alive!
Claudia: Of course I'm still breathing! What just happened!? Did we win!?
Cabba: We did!
Claudia: AW….(Bleep) yeah! (Hugs Romaine) We did it, sista!
Kale: (looks at Caulifla) Caulifla?
Caulifla: (looks at Kale) What is it, Kale?
Kale: I was thinking...since Ghana and Kenya are taken care of, how about you and me have a trip?
Caulifla: (Raise her eyebrow) What?
Kale: I mean to the planets that I've been. Goliath, Jello, Sugga...those planets
Caulifla: The last planet I've heard about, but really? You want us to do that?
Kale: I thought that we need to be ourselves, while doing some new things. You saved me from becoming much worse. If I haven't met you, then...I would have turned into Ghana earlier than excepted.
Caulifla: You're right. (Smiles) If you say so...then I'm not going to judge!
Kale: You're agreeing with me?
Caulifla: Hell yeah! Throughout the journey, I learned that I need to change to have our friendship last longer. Sure the friends that I made, such as the blobian sister are weird. (Points to Jacqui and Phatcilia) But...they did help me find you. (Touches Kale's shoulder)
Kale: (Smiles) Caulifla...You don't need to change for our friendship to change. We're sisters in arms. We can do anything together!
Caulifla: Oh...Kale…
Kale: (glows green) Wah! (turns into Berserker and hugs Caulifla)
Caulifla: What the hell!?
Berserker: Hi, Caulifla!
Kale: (Berserker! What the-)
Berserker: I'm sorry! I needed to get into the hugging as well!
Caulifla: Hahahaha! It's fine by me! (Hugs Berserker)
The sister in arms continue to hug each other, while the white orbs fly up the air. They fly through space to the other people, who Ghana hurt or killed throughout her plan. Janet tells the team that the building will be fixed up within two months. She advises all of the soldiers to go back homes and only do missions on Sadala. With that said, the soldier go home. Janet shows Jacqui and Phatcilia to the ships area, where they can get a replacement ship to go back home. Jacqui says good bye to Caulifla and Kale. "Maybe next time, we can meet again!" said Jacqui. Phatcilia hugs Caulifla and Kale, saying good bye as well. After that, they leave the planet and go back to Jello. Cabba tells the girls that he might live in their hideout, since the headquarters was his only living spot. Same goes for Limo, Romaine, and Claudia. Caulifla says that they're all invited to her hideout for the time being. This is her first step in making a change to her future. Kale looks up in the sky, thinking about her parents. "I promise you...I'm going to get stronger! For you and Caulifla!" said Kale as Berserker consciously says that she's glad to have her as a sister in arms. The team goes to Caulifla's hideout for the rest of the day. This is the beginning of the new future for the two saiyan girls.
Planet Sadala, Caulifla's Hideout (Two Months Later)
Kale[Narrating]: Sorry! I'll be taking the narrator's place. If you don't mind? Two months later, the SDF headquarters has been fixed. The soldiers went back to the building, continuing their normal routine. Romaine and her sister leave the area, saying their good byes. Limo says that he would like for him and Masa to come here again. He leaves, along with his girlfriend. Me and Caulifla, on the other hand, we're starting our trip to the three planets that I've been to. Cabba is tagging along, since he doesn't have any work to do. We set out things for the trip. We're outside of the hideout, getting ready to leave…
Caulifla: (looks at Kale) So, Kale? Is it true? On Planet Sugga, there are giant desserts everywhere!?
Kale: Yes! Chocolate chip cookies, Ice cream scoops, cakes! They have it!
Caulifla: That would give someone a stomachache! (Looks at Cabba in the ship) Cabba! Is the ship ready!?
Cabba: (Looks at Caulifla from the ship) Almost! I need to make sure that the back area is clean!
Caulifla: (Rolls her eyes) Of course he needs to check!
Kale: My parents once said that we should double check, before leaving.
Caulifla: My mom would say to (bleep) it and go with it!
Kale: I never got the chance to see your mother. Was she a good fighter like you always tell?
Caulifla: Yeah she is! Best bad ass on this planet!
Kale: Same goes for my father. (Looks at the sky)
Caulifla: We'll get through this together. I promise that everything will go as fine as the friendship that we have.
Kale: Maybe I should ask Janet if she can remove Berserker out of my body, so that she can have a body of her own.
Caulifla: You really want to go through with this?
Kale: Berserker said that she would have a body of her own. That would mean that I can still transform into my other two forms.
Caulifla: Good for her!
Cabba: I'm done with the checks! The ship is ready to go!
Caulifla: Thank God! Let's go, Kale! (Holds out her hand)
Kale: Right! (High-fives Caulifla)
The saiyans begin to start their leave to the planets, Cabba is driving, while the girls are in the passenger's seat. Once he starts the engine, the ship starts to take off. The ship leaves Sadala and into the deepest of space. Kale always wanted to go on a real adventure with her sister in arms. She likes having Caulifla around. She knows that their friendship won't last forever, but they have to make it up for it, before it ends. She looks at Caulifla, who has a smile on her face. She's glad that she was able to survive the last fight to see her sister being happy for the first time. They've been together for like five years. As I said in the beginning. Kale is a shy girl, but now...she's a positive person! She can do anything either by herself or...with her sister. This is the new beginning of Caulifla's and Kale's journey across Universe Six!

Notes- The last episode! I was a pleasure to write this amazing story with you all! I would like to say that I will not be writing an epilogue for the story. I did some writing of what the epilogue will be, but made some mistakes that will make some time for me to write a new one. Ignore the previous messages for now.
