Takagi was waiting nervously in the resturant, she had build up enough courage to invite him yesterday but she was shaking the fact that he likes her helped her build up courage faster
Takagi : ( where is he? He's late...)
Nishikata : (enters the resturant and finds takagi) hey takagi... (damn it I couldn't sleep last night)
Takagi : why didn't you sleep last night?
Nishikata : I don't know why but i just couldn't... ( he was thinking about her)
Takagi : well ( I can't say I did any better) here ( hands him eyedrops)
Nishikata : your prepared for everything aren't you ( reluctant) can be help me?
Takagi : getting bold are we?
Nishikata : you know I can't do it takagi...
Takagi : your such a baby.. ( she helps him put the eye drops) ( he is getting braver with each attempt... One day...)
Nishikata : let's play a game, shuichi helped me come up with this one (she has to lose this one)

Nishikata : (stares intensely at her) ( I'll win this time takagi)
Takagi : ( happily stares at him) you know nishikata you've been staring at me for some time now...
Nishikata : ( he blushes but keeps staring at her) ( after a few more seconds he starts to tear up and tries to clap in front of her but)
Takagi : I love you nishikata ( after staring at him for so long the words just flew out of her mouth she took a second to realise what she had just said)
Nishikata : huh?! ( he blinked in the chaos and jumped up) what...
Takagi : ( immediately scared of his reaction and played it off as a tease) your reactions nishikata!! Their so good!!
Nishikata : ( sad) (she definitely heard me the other day and the first thing she does is tease me using that info...) I guess you don't care about my feelings whatsoever huh ( he said under his breath)
Takagi : ( she somehow heard it) ( oh no... ) nishikata... I'm sorry I went too far...
Nishikata : ( he doesn't respond) ( goes in deep thought)...
Takagi : ( getting more worried by the second) nishikata?
Nishikata :... I have to go to the bathroom... ( he leaves without saying anything)
Takagi : ( she starts regreting after he left) ( why did I play it off as a tease god damit... I knew his feelings but still I couldn't respond to him... I'm just a weak coward... He also got mad at me) ( tears come out of her eyes... She scrambles to control her emotions and fails... She started imagining all sorts of bad scenarios)
Nishikata : ( finally emerges from the bathroom after 15 minutes, he looked like he had also been upset but he had washed his face) hey takagi! ( wait) why the heck are you crying...
Takagi : ( he's here... I can't face him) ( looking away from his eye)... I thought I... took it too far... you just left without saying anything I thought I lost my best friend... I'm sorry
Nishikata : ( still mad) ( I still love her and all but heck, I can be mad at her for her mistake right) I'm still pretty fucking pissed off you know...
Takagi : huh?! ( he is mad...)
Nishikata : ( normally if someone else had done it I would have beat them up regardless of who they are but with takagi I can't bring myself to hurt her, so that's out of the window...) I'm not gonna let you off the hook that easily takagi..
Takagi : you will punish me? ( scared)
Nishikata : ( makes a face) don't be that scared, I'm not a monster you know (I can't really think of anything right now) I'll think of something later... But don't do that again. Ever.
Takagi : ok ( is he threatening me?)
Nishikata : yes that's exactly what I am doing...
Takagi : ( how is everyone suddenly gaining mind reading powers)
Nishikata : ask shuichi... ( takes a minute to calm down and his expressions soften) you look like a mess from all that crying, you should wash your face
Takagi : ( she returns after washing her face and to her gladness nishikata looks like he is back to normal) let's eat already...
Nishikata : ( they quickly eat everything and since takagi still felt bad she didn't tease nishikata even once) I wanna go some where, are you coming with me?
Takagi : sure but where though...
Nishikata : just follow me... ( they start walking)
Takagi : ( still silent)
Nishikata : ( I wonder if I'll be teased for this) why are you so silent?
Takagi : huh? I just... I...
Nishikata : I didn't stop you from teasing me you know... I only stopped from going too far... ( she's awfully emotional these days)
Takagi : nishikata.. ( she looks at him dead in the eye) do you actually enjoy my teasing?
Nishikata : ( looking away) what do you mean...
Takagi : please just answer me.
Nishikata : this isn't one of your teasing attempts right?
Takagi : it's not a tease I'm genuinely asking you...
Nishikata : I don't dislike your teasing... I mean it's kinda grown on me... 2 years ago I would have said no but I'm kinda OK with it now.. ( he answered truthfully)
Takagi : I'm glad ( I really thought that I was bothering him too much with the teasing... This... Does make me feel better)
Nishikata : were here ( they reached they tree were a couple had their kiss years ago and to they listened to music)
Takagi : why are we here? ( is he gonna confess?)
Nishikata : I just wanted to hang out and chill somewhere (I was gonna confess but... I guess I'm a chicken) ( he climbs on to the tree)
Takagi : oh ( that's disappointing) hey pull me up to the tree, I can't climb
Nishikata : sure (pulls her up)
Takagi : the view from on top here is amazing...
Nishikata : yeah ( closes his eyes while resting on a branch)
The weather is sirene and great it is cool in the shade eventually nishikata falls asleep and takagi is also about to doze off when her phone rings
Takagi : hello?
Shuichi : hey takagi-chan! Do you have any idea where yuki is? He isnt answering my phone
Takagi :( checks his phone) he is with me, his phone seems to be out of battery
Shuichi : (curious) so... Did my plan work? Did he manage to tease you?
Takagi : ( triumphant smirk) no I won
Shuichi : that idiot couldn't even do it with my help, typical yuki...
Takagi : hes asleep you wanna talk to him
Shuichi : let him sleep... Hey takagi-chan ... I have a favour to ask you...
Takagi : what is it?
Shuichi : you know we're leaving for suika's friends wedding ( though I couldnt care less about weddings, it's so boring) ... It's on his birthday... So can you invite him somewhere... I don't really want him to be alone on his birthday ( if he's alone he will probably just sulk around all day) he's too stubborn to ask you, so I'm asking for him
Takagi : sure... ( another excuse to spend time with him maybe I'll get him to forgive me )
She hangs up and wakes up nishikata who climbs down
Takagi : help me get down
Nishikata : I'll try ( he hold her hand tries to help her down but she slips)
Takagi : AHH!( she feels herself falling fast onto the ground but something breaks her fall... She opens her eyes...)
Nishikata : phew... That was close ( she is lighter than I expected)
Takagi : thanks... You saved me... ( I wish I could just stop this moment)
Nishikata : no big deal...
Takagi : ( teasing voice) how long are you gonna carry me?
Nishikata : ( embarrassed) I'm... I.. ( quickly puts her on the ground and lays on the ground to sleep again)
Takagi : ( her heart was still fluttering) how the hell did he fall asleep in 15 seconds, its hilarious ( but I... Maybe) (she moves closer to him)
-- A Few Hours later--
Nishikata : (wakes up) AHH! TAKAGI!
Takagi : (pout) what happened, you were sleeping like a baby till now
Nishikata : you know what happened don't you
Takagi : ( quickly changing the subject) hey nishikata your birthday is in 2 days right?
Nishikata : ( wow she remembers it) yeah...
Takagi : let's go to the amusement park that day, I'll invite mano and nakai too ( he'll be too embarrassed to go alone with me)
Nishikata : (I was gonna sulk around but this will be fun) yeah let's go! ( I'm still angry at you though...i also have to think of a punishment huh)
Takagi : well then see you later ( one day wasted and I couldnt confess... One day...)
Nishikata and takagi headed back to their houses
