So, never attempting to draw again, at least until I get an actual computer. I despise what I had created so I will instead ask you talented folks to aid me with your artistic help. Based on what you know of the Reds and Blues, I have made, I offer a little challenge.
Rules:
-Pick any character that hasn't officially revealed their face from Red vs Blue or RWBY to draw.
-Details about them that I have listed off in previous chapters will count for points. You can still win even if you don't follow the descriptions.
-Send me the link to your art in the comment section.

-The winners 2nd through 5th place winners will have their OC's featured in the Vytal Festival tournament as a team from the 2nd place's choice of Academy.
-The 1st place winner will also get their OC featured as a teacher and get a year's worth of bragging rights from when this was posted to this date next year.
-All other contestants will receive a shout out to their names as well. Every time I upload a chapter the first 10 winners will have their art posted with each chapter, from 10th place to 1st.
Now I've taken up enough time. Let's get into it.
[Team JNPR dorm]
Early in the morning before the sun had begun to rise Jaune's eyes sluggishly opened to the sound of his ringtone. Squinting his eyes he picked up his scroll to see who would be calling at this hour. None other than his crimson best friend Ruby Rose.
With droopy eyes, Jaune placed the phone next to his ear. "Uh, hello?" A loud static noise entered his ear making him flinch away from the phone. He looked at the screen in bewilderment, wondering what she would be calling him for, "Ruby?"
[Afternoon]
Jaune couldn't shake the thought that Ruby needed help, but what for was the question. Despite telling his team they were less helpful than he thought.
"I'm sure they're fine." Pyrrah suggested to ease his worries.
Jaune just had to know if they were fine, "You think?"
"Probably a butt-dial." Nora guessed as she skipped to the bullhead.
Ren shared his knowledge on he situation, "Team RWBY has always performed exceptionally in the field. We should be focusing on our own mission."
"We're gonna be deputies!" Nora cheered.
Jaune shook his head as his thoughts were still filled with worry for team RWBY, "I just got this... feeling. I don't know."
"Jaune..." Pyrrah sighed as he couldn't let up.
That's when the alarms went on in the city, making team JNPR gaze towards the city, where smoke was rising. Their faces changed as they knew that Jaune's feeling was right. Seconds as the alarms from the city sounded off, the school's alarms joined the crescendo, forcing Nora to cover her ears.
"We're changing our mission. Everyone onboard." Jaune told them as he stopped Ren for a moment, "Ren, we'll make it out to that village another time."
"Wait up!" a voice yelled out as multiple heavy steps were coming closer. Jaune turned to find Grif actually running to the bullhead team JNPR was on. As Grif arrived he placed his hand on the doorway and spoke in between heavy breaths, "Take us... with... you."
"Alright." Jaune made room as team JNPR was now joined by team DRFL, "Take us into the city Jaune shouted to the pilot over the starting engines.
While the two teams had taken off another watched from nearby.
"That's not what I think it is, right?" Kiss questioned with disbelief.
Pill looked out at the same situation with a smile, "Sure does look like it."
"That's still days away!" Kiss raged.
Ivan stood tall and looked at Cinder, "What are your orders, ma'am?"
Cinder thought hard as she wondered what could she do now. More importantly, what should she do?"
[In The Middle Of The Carnage In The City]
Team RWBY was surrounded in the middle of what appeared like a never ending pack of Grimm. All kinds of beasts, from the usual beowolves and ursa, to some unknown or unseen yet. Their small circle was tight and impenetrable with weapons drawn.
Then the large serpent, King Taiju hissed with a loud volume, sending all the Grimm into attack mode. Team RWBY vs army of Grimm, one could only predict the outcome of this battle.
Ruby Rose was the first in action, sniper jumping into a open area in between the beasts. With a big smile she dug her scythe into the ground and hung on as she spun around. Several Grimm were knocked down due to the fury of Ruby's running over their heads.
Yang charged towards an unknown looking Grimm and jumped off it's hump shaped nose. In the air above she rained her Ember Celica shotgun shells down on any Grimm unlucky enough to be in her way. As Yang was in the sky, small Nevermores flew behind to strike from behind her, forcing to slam to the concrete below.
A beowolf attempted to slash Blake but was blocked by her sheath and stabbed by Gambol Shroud. She removed the blade from it's chin and transformed her blade into her pistol and let the bullets hit every incoming enemy in sight.
Weiss used her Myrtenaster to quickly dispatch and cut her first three Grimm. She then used her glyph to slice through a line of monsters as though they were grass on a messy lawn.
After recovering from her fall Yang smashed the front end of a nearby car and sent it barreling forward. Flipping down the street and crushing Grimm in the process.
Ruby just finished off two beasts easily until she stopped by the scaly King Taiju. As it hissed a loud explosion rang out forcing both Ruby and the snake to look towards the noise. Nora sailed towards the two as she rode her hammer to the rescue.
"Nora SMASH!" Nora cried out with glee as she nailed the King on it's crown.
Team JNPR had lined up to the aid in team RWBY's defense with Team DRFL right behind them. After grouping together Pyrrah gave the first order this time, "Let's move." While everyone charged forward Jaune pouted that his leader spot was taken for a moment.
Nora smacked her hammer across a Grimms face while Ren had cut one up it's chest. Quickly moving to another enemy and slicing it's stomach area, then moving to the another shooting it's chest up close. Lopez rocket boosted forward slugging a monster with a giant metal fist he had equipped instead of his left arm cannon. After the punch he used his right gatling gun to swiftly mow down three more rushing him. Grif swung his bat upwards sending a Grimm sky high and then proceeded to strike another's bone plated head in. Simmons stood in place as he fired his 3 burst shot at two monsters while his shoulder gun turret fired quick streams behind him. Donut used his chain to stab through another Grimm's gut and launched forward towards another.
Jaune jogged to battle as he felt confident in his new skills he had obtained, "Okay, who's first?" Jaune asked as a large lept down behind him. The large bear creature towered over making Jaune's confidence shrink for a moment with a heavy roar, "O-oh-oh, you're first, huh? Haha, okay. No, that-that's fine."
After Pyrrah had taken down her nearby share of Grimm she looked to Jaune to discover he was in trouble. Before she was about to help him Jaune repeated to himself, "Totally fine. I've done this before, done this before." After inhaling for a break Jaune unleashed a fury of sporadic slashes, so fast you could hardly keep up with him. After his attack he paused to see his enemy still standing until it toppled over on it's backside. Jaune couldn't help but smile at his achievement as Pyrrah smiled at him.
As another Grimm ran at Jaune a bullet seemed to have come from above him and pierced it's head. As Jaune looked up he saw all of Team MLLF dropping in on parachutes. As they slowly descended the team spread out and went to work. Church charged to the right side to get on street level to get on top of a car for high ground as he began popping shots from his level action rifle. Caboose stayed in the center as he unloaded his clip in every direction with Grimm in his way. Tucker stayed centered and invited every monster his way with a taunt, as he swung his sword with two hands. Doc had been occupied, by that, he was caught on a streetlight dangling in the wind.
The notorious Team EMMM came diving into the action as they all almost literally jumped in. With Mercury stomping one of the beast in it's face, Emerald shooting a few before she dug her blades into the back of one. Militia dived claws first into a creature as her sister knife kicked another in the ground.
Now came more backup, "Nobody move! Junior detectives." Sun announced as he held up a badge that could have been fake.
"We have badges so you know it's official." Neptune claimed as he held up his as well.
"LAAAAAME!!!" Grif shouted while he cupped his hands around his mouth.
But everyone stopped moving when they felt a rumble and the sky darkened over their heads. When an Atlesian airship flew directly overhead clouded over everyone. The calvary had arrived, several ships swooped in down and began making a quick fly by. One had mowed an Ursa down as it tried to jump on Ruby, when she got up she couldn't help but give a little salute to the pilot.
The ships were directly above the teams as they began dropping in the new Atlesian Knights. When they landed they wasted no time in shooting every creature of Grimm in their line of sight. Although they weren't as tough as regular huntsmen they certainly knew what they were doing.
Team PICK had arrived as Cinder nodded to each ofthe members sending them off to fight. Darius Pill went right with Kiss by his side as the two were close ranged fighters. Pill came rushing with buckshots and slugs knocking Grimm back. His partner Kiss pulled out her two sub machine gun nightsticks and sprayed at two Bullymongers in the face. While dazed by the bullets she crept behind them both and smashed their legs down. Breaking one of their hind legs she proceeded to beat the skulls in. Ivan took on a different approach as walked straight down the street and began punching anything that came his way.
Cinder smiled as she avoided battle walking left to sit on a wooden bench. She had no intention of revealing her power. But luck was not on her side as a large caped figure landed directly at her feet. She looked down to see none other than Church, the guy she... slept with, "...Hey."
"...Hey." Church responded as he forced himself to get up l, despite his pain from earlier.
More Grimm came to attack him while he was down as Cinder got a glimpse of something while he was on his back. She sat on his chest as she pulled out his revolvers and checked to see if they were loaded. After the inspection she stood up to fire the guns she borrowed. Despite her inability to show her power she knew how to handle her fair share of firearms. Bang after bang, switching from left to right she dropped every beast one by one. While she let her badass soar, she failed to remember the man under her as Church got an eye full of her bad ass and other feminine parts.
Amongst the battle, the robot from the tunnel emerges after most of the Grimm were crippled. With it came a small fighter, Zwei, Ruby's dog who head bashed a Beowolf down.
As the battle was now even, another team had landed to tip the scales even further in their favor. Professor Port had nodded to the bullhead's occupants and out came the team, Team CVFY to be precise.
They landed one after another as they all went to action as they did. Yatsuhashi stood alone as he allowed the Grimm to crowd around him. With one heavy swing to the ground he broke the floor sending concrete shards around him, shooting at the creatures.
Velvet and Fox stayed in a straight line next to each other as they both punched and kicked the beasts back, further and further. Despite Fox's lack of sight he was able to pinpoint a roaring Spiked Ursa from the herd. He charged it forward, with a backflip kick he launched the monster upwards. When the beast was about to hit the floor, Fox began dicing it's midsection with his arm blades. Then with a double fist strike he sent the Spiked Ursa back towards it herd, as it inflated like a balloon and then popped, shooting it's quills at every other close by Grimm.
Coco deflected the spikes heading her way with her heavy bag, "Nice hustle, Fox. Good job." Coco congratulated him with a pat on his rear. Coco continued to strut forward in front of a beowolf three times her height, "You just destroyed my favorite clothing store." Coco announced lowering her shades. As she raised the sunglasses back into place she spat to her right, "Prepare to die."
As the towering Grimm swung his arm overhead Coco deflected it with her bag, she then kicked it in the shin. As the beast clutched it's leg, Coco received a roar from the hurt monster. She then raised her bag over her head and slammed in down on his head like he was a nail and her purse was a hammer. As she finished it off more Grimm, as they began to pile to her, her gripped tightened on her weapon. With a backhand one flew, a forehand to the face sent another away and a double kick knocked the third one back. The three small ones were easy, the large Deathstalker raised it's tail to strike as she lept backwards.
Her partner Velvet joined Coco by her side as she readied her weapon to use, "Hey, come on. You spent all semester building that up. Don't waste it here." Coco told her friend. With a twist of her handle, her small but heavy bag had transformed into a minigun. Once the barrels spun up nothing stood after that. The monster were torn apart in seconds as they barrage of bullets was too much. Even the incoming Nevermore did not stand any chance as they were cut in half.
Elsewhere on the battlefield Doctor Oobleck emerged from the hole that he fell in. As he dusted himself off, his colleague, Professor Port joined his side. While the two stood together an entire herd of Grimm moved in on their location down the street. The educators shared one look as they both aimed their weapons down the street and fired. Large fireballs shot through the horde and burnt them all to a crisp.
When the Grimmwere almost finished off Glynda Goodwitch began walking into the battlefield. With just a flick of her riding crop the incoming Grimm dropped like flies. Being completely over the fight, Glynda used her powers of telekinesis on the hole from which they came. The street was filled within seconds as every gravel and rock went back into their original places.
[Minutes Later]
The rest of the captured White Fang members were put in handcuffs and taken aboard Ironwood's ship. They were surrounded on all sides by both human and mechanical Atlas Guards. Not one of the extremist dare to attempt any kind of struggle.
The shackles did not stop the White Fang Lieutenant on the other hand. Despite being pushed in he still cried out, "The White Fang will rise victorious in the end! This is only the beginning!"
Despite the warning everyone on the finished battlegrounds joined each other for a small victory celebration.
[On The Edge of The School Grounds]
Team RWBY sat watching the city be put back together from afar, enjoying their peace. Joined by everyone else except Sun, Neptune and Team CVFY. They all stared towards the setting sun. Their order from left to right was Team JNPR, Team DRFL, Team RWBY, Team MLLF and finally Team EMMM.
"Well, we did it." Yang announced.
"We did it." Blake repeated.
"If we don't get extra credit for that, I'm going to be seriously disappointed." Weiss declared.
Simmons poked his head out beside his team, "Don't hold your breath. They tore that little square, from the bakery to the arcade. Rest in peace high score at Hac-Man."
"Plus, I mean, we didn't solve everything." Ruby added, "A lot of people were hurt, and we still don't even know why they did this, or who really is behind the scene."
Church revealed his face from his hat as he got up, "Welp, not all stories end perfectly, but take the good with the bad, I guess." Church advised.
"We might have more questions, but a few more are answered. And we took down a lot of bad people at least." Mercury agreed with Church.
Ruby felt better as she nodded along, "Yeah, and if anybody tries something like this again, we'll be there to stop them."
"Yaa~ay" The group let out a tired cheer.
While the group watched the sun slowly drop, Caboose's nose had picked up on an enchanting aroma. He followed his nose as he turned his head and leaned into Emerald. His face just hovering over her head.
Emerald couldn't help but give a faint blush, luckily it was unnoticeable, "Umm, Caboose?" She asked.
"Sorry, but Emerald you smell good. Like, really good." Caboose answered honestly, as the big dope would.
Emerald glanced away as she ran her hand through her hair, "Thanks, I guess."
"Nah, I smell it too." Church added as he caught a wiff, "Why do y'all smell so good?"
After a brief period of thinking Militia thought of the answer, "Might have something to do with the food we brought back."
"Food?!" Grif and Nora sprung up like a gopher.
Melanie looked down the line, "Yeah, as thanks the village gave us some goods as a reward. I think Professor Peach already had it loaded into the school lunchroom."
As Team EMMM looked back at the hungry and eager faces of their friends, they knew what needed to be done. Emerald looked to the other teams for a moment, "Would you all like to eat with us?"
After a unanimous agreement everyone started walking to the cafeteria. For a moment, until Grif and Nora started racing each other.
"Move! I call first bite." Nora shouted next to Grif.
"Dream on, first come first serve." Grif yelled back as he began pulling ahead of her.
While the group followed and several of them wondered how a guy that fat could run so fast the twins were behind Donut and Mercury. Emerald was behind them next to Caboose as the two couldn't make or keep eye contact with one another. As the awkward couple behind the twins were less desirable to listen to, Militia eyes began to wander.
Exploring eyes soon discovered a peculiar sight to behold. Militia looked directly at the back of Donut's legs, which was exposed due to his... shorts. On Donut's calf was a tattoo of a butterfly, the same spot where Mercury said it was on his mystery lover.
With a mouth closed she patted her twins shoulder to get her attention. Once Melanie gave her attention, Militia pointed directly at the tattoo making her sister become shocked silent. Mouth and eyes wide open she froze while walking like her twin.
The twins then reached for their captain behind them and pulled her up. They pointed to the leg ink and Emerald gave the same reaction. Now the had one question: what do we do?
[Ozpin's Office]
Ozpin stared out his large window, looking away from his desk as he grew weary of the conversation he was forced to have. The conversation that he knew would result in both the loss of his control over the situation and the possible loss in the future. Ozpin, alongside Salem, were forced to listen to the never ending prattle that was this discussion.
"Ozpin? Ozpin!" One of the three Councilors called out to receive his attention.
Ozpin turned back to face his screen, "Yes, Councilman?"
"You've left us with no choice; The Vytal Festival Tournament cannot be broadcast, let alone held, if we are unable to ensure the safety of the citizens." The speaking Counselor told Ozpin. As Ozpin took a sip of his coffee to ease his mind the man continued, "Therefore, we have reached out to the Atlas Council, and together have decided that the best option is to appoint General Ironwood as head of security for the event."
"Thank you, Councilman." Ironwood bowed at the news, "Our kingdom is happy to lend as many troops as it takes to ensure that this event runs as smoothly, and safely as possible."
"And we thank you, General." The Councilman acknowledged.
Ozpin remained calm but was uneasy beneath the surface as he wished for this to be over, "Will that be all?"
"For now. But after this festival comes to a close, we are going to have a serious discussion regarding your position at Beacon Academy." The Councilman warned, "General Ironwood's reports of these last few weeks have left us somewhat... concerned. I'm sure you understand."
General Ironwood was left in the call as the Council left the two, "This is the right move, Ozpin. I promise. I will keep our people safe, you have to trust me. You brought this on yourself."
As the call ended, Salem began to rub her husband's shoulder as the man within their office leaned forward, "I told you. This is what I feared."
"Is there anything we can do?" Salem asked her student for an answer.
The Director shook his head, "All we can do now is hope and pray."
[Back Where The Battlefield Occurred Today]
The ones behind the attack today stood on a roof together overlooking their already cleaned up mess. While most of team looked pissed off, the two leaders actually had delighted faces on. Cinder and Darius couldn't shake off the smiles from their faces, despite the setback they saw.
"All in all," Cinder spoke to her pawns, "I'd call today a success."
"Those stupid kids have caused a lot of trouble." Ivan noted.
Kiss then listed the cost of the kid's actions, "Several faunus didn't make it out of the tunnels, I think the White Fang won't listen to us anymore."
"No... they won't." A man, a faunus had said as he stood behind them. He wore all black, except for his masked face that hid behind the Grimm disguise he wore. His hair was a hellish red with black tips pointing out like spikes, with his only slighty tanned skin that was seen on his face. The faunus clutched his kitana in his hand, "...But they'll listen to me."
