Important Author's Note:

Hello everyone! It is with a sad heart that I announce a (possibly permanent) hiatus on this fic. I've been struggling with the next chapter and the content has been getting a bit heavy for me in light of recent situations. I've also had some life events come up that makes it difficult for me to juggle fic writing along with it.

I may come back, but, if I haven't within the next month or so, I'll upload all the details with the ending and such as the next chapter. If I have, I'll delete this chapter and replace it with the 'real'/fully written chapter. Feel free to leave any questions you had about the fic and I'll do my best to answer them all.

I didn't want to leave the fic abandoned and wanted to give it straight. Thank you to everyone who has given support! Every comment/review really made me so happy and brought a smile to my face. That doesn't mean I'll stop writing fanfiction!

Scene change to Aizawa

Finds out it's the Red Light District (only thing down this side of the road, minus a few buildings).

Jumps across the building rooftops, no signs of anything.

Notices Yakuza like people, but they're not doing anything so he can't arrest

Finds one of Ko's face stickers on the floor "Why does this look familiar?"

Goes back home

"Gotta tell Nezu about the fake address" also offhand remark about submitting the paperwork to Hound Dog to get evaluation

Cut to a scene of the Red-Light District group arriving at the Shie Hassakai, Papa-san carrying an injured Ko.

Some greetings and dialogue

Kazuma takes issue with the damages, but brushes it off as a whole (Make implications he has standards, but is a strictly business type of person)

Eri greets excitedly as Papa-san puts Ko down to walk on her own. A hug, pain due to injuries. Eri notices no Mutton.

Eri is sorry for the pain, quirk minorly activates and heals some of Ko's injuries (Eri backs up quickly, but that short amount of time was enough to heal some of the 'harsher' wounds).

Ko thanks her.

Papa-san says if Ko is good at the meeting, he'll give Mutton back.

Greetings with Sensei and Chisaki

Chisaki makes an off-hand comment about Eri's 'love' of Ko being a good driving force for her to use her quirk; Eri would usually refuse to practice with it.

Move to a scene of Ko sitting with Eri (reading Tintin). Use references of Tintin to refer back to the song and juxtapose more of Ko's situation.

Eri sits in Ko's lap (Ko gets to be 'Mama-san' and give love she changes her thoughts back to Juan-Esteban) as she reads

Doesn't realize she stopped reading and dissociates holding onto Eri.

Ko starts to cry (doesn't realize until Eri wipes her hand on her cheek)

Some fluff scene (making the realization that if Mama-san or Sensei told them to hurt Eri she wouldn't, but she would for Papa-san [makes her chest hurt]...right? Why wouldn't she?)

Small flashes to Papa-san hurting her

Reasserting the 'right?'

Cut back to a scene, Ko is standing in front of Shinsou's group home. She's having trouble standing, but keeps the ideal smile (her image goes back to looking like a boutique vomited on her, rainbow bracelets

Shinsou is notably concerned. Sees more injuries, Shinsou wore his blazer today (chillier), Ko is still blazer-less and tie around Mutton.

Asks what happened, Ko doesn't respond right away. But says 'nothing'

Tries again, activates quirk when Ko mumbles a reply.

'What happened?' 'Papa-san got mad' 'Why?' 'I was being stupid.' 'What did you do?' 'I was being stupid.' Rinse repeat. Shinsou can't get an answer beyond 'I was being stupid.'

Breaks quirk.

The two walk in silence, Shinsou reaches out to hold her hand. She grips at Mutton's straps harder, terrified expression as she backs away, quirk activating. Pain as some of the bones fracture and she falls down with a muffled scream.

'What's wrong'

Ko tells to a point, freaks out due to damaged outfit

Shinsou takes blazer and puts it over her 'just give it to me after'

'He's...kind. Like Juan-nii.'

Shinsou mentions Aizawa looking for her.

Ko doesn't know what for. Shinsou tells her Aizawa's BS reason.

Ko takes it as truth.

Walk to class

Same old, same old.

Mina brings up that Shinsou's blazer is around Ko. When Ko says who its from, Hagakure freaks out 'omg how cute'

Ko doesn't understand, but takes out her work as he classmates do.

Aizawa comes (Episode 7?) makes comments about Midoriya and Bakugo. Tells Ko to come to the teacher's lounge at lunch.

Class resumes as usual (highlight Shoji and Ko interactions, minor Kaminari, continued struggles with writing)

Highlight stronger how the writing is not working 'Papa-san said fix it'.

Minor tears, wipe away quickly and keep trying (teachers notice)

With class over, the girls come up to Ko to ask about her blazer.

She says it's Shinsou, because her shirt ripped.

'scandalous'/Mineta reactions

Kaminari notices something off when she says it (showing he's more observant)

She walks out of the classroom with Mutton, not willing to leave him behind.

Short meeting with Shinsou where she tells them she has to meet with the teachers.

She hears Shinsou get invited by some of his classmates before leaving. This makes her hang onto the jacket tighter. Makes her way over to the teachers' lounge.
