"Come on talk to me."

Samara shot an annoyed look at the blonde guy sitting accross from her.

"What do you want to hear?"

"You, my sister, have been blown away by the most powerful force in the universe, coming from Bloom, my girlfriend." Sky said. "I believe I am allowed to ask how you are doing."

"Girlfriend?" Samara asked. "I didn't know you two got back together?" Samara asked.

"We talked a lot since we came to Alfea to help clean up the place." Sky said. "But don't change the subject." He added.

Samara smiled and looked around. They were sitting at a table outside of a restaurant. The sun was shining and it was busy in Magix. A lot of students like them were enjoying the nice weather. She took a long sip from her strawberry milkshake.

"I'm fine, slept through most of the day yesterday though."

Sky kept staring at his sister. He sighed deeply. "How is Bloom doing?"

"You haven't spoken to her?"

"I'm meeting her this evening to walk around the gardens of Alfea."

Samara spotted a blush appearing on the prince's face. "Sounds romantic."

Sky laughed nervously. "I hope so, we haven't had many dates so far."

"I haven't seen her since." Samara said. Just like someone else… She thought.

Samara felt the all too familiar feeling of guilt boil up inside of her.

"See that's what I mean." Sky said suddenly. "You look miserable."

"It's just been a rough couple of weeks." Samara said.

"Bullshit." Sky said. "But if you don't want to talk to me, fine." "Suffer in silence, that's what our family does best anyway."

He put down his cup of coffee a bit too hard and it spilled a bit.

"It's not like you have such a high ground to stand on!" Samara said irritated. "You dislocated your shoulder during practise a month ago and didn't tell anyone until you passed out and they had to drag you to the infirmary."

"How do you know that?" Sky asked. "Brandon…" He growled answering his own question.

Samara looked at her brother. Could she tell him? If she could tell anyone it would be him.

"Sky…I want to tell you…"

"Hey there!"

Samara looked up to see Brandon and Stella standing next to their table. Sky greeted them and before Samara could say a word, the two of them had taken two extra chairs and scooted next to them at the small table.

"What a nice day today huh?" Brandon said while taking the drink menu. "What do you want sunshine?"

"I'll have an iced tea." Stella said.

"What did you want to tell me?" Sky asked looking at his sister.

Brandon and Stella looked at the two siblings.

"We're not interrupting something are we?" Brandon asked.

"No don't worry, we were done talking." Samara said.

Sky shot her a look but she ignored him.

"So, tell me a bit about Eraklion, I never heard a lot about it." Stella said. "Even my history teacher didn't spend much time about your kingdom."

"It's a nice place." Sky said.

"Wow that really paints a picture." Brandon said.

"Well then you tell me about it." Stella said demandingly.

"Another time princess." Brandon said.

"I bet it's nothing like Solaria." Stella said.

"Eraklion is a lot more strict when it comes down to rules and traditions." Samara said.

"Yeah I know, I can't imagine my parents making me wear that awefull dress to balls." Stella said.

"Not just balls, whenever the King and/or Queen are present, their children are obligated to wear the Royal Dress or Royal Suit." Samara sighed.

"And if you refuse?" Stella asked.

Sky and Samara shot her a frightened look.

"Uhm…we would be grounded for life I think?" Sky asked looking at his sister.

"I would never listen to such idiotic rules." The princess of Solaria said.

"It's clear you never met our parents." Samara said.

They spend the rest of the afternoon talking about a lot of things and Samara was glad the subject had changed to different things like practice at Red Fountain or lessons at Alfea and in Stella's case gossiping.

"I wonder how the lessons of tomorrow will be." Stella said. "I heard Palladium tell Bianca that we will start with our simulation lessons."

Samara didn't say anything but took a gulp of her iced tea.

"Who is Bianca?" Brandon asked.

"Oh just an annoying girl, the one I beat during the tournament." Stella said. "I whiped that smirk right from her face with my solar attack."

"Yes and the entire crowd along with it." Samara said with a smirk. "We never got an official winner by the way."

"It's obviously team Sword." Stella said. "Bloom's last attack broke through your shield."

"Which would make it a tie." Samara said.

"But who will get the trophy?" Stella asked.

Samara shook her shoulders.

"Speaking about Bloom, I need to go get ready for our date." Sky said.

He stood up.

"Yeah and I need to prepare for tomorrows test." Brandon said.

"Ooh no…" Stella pouted.

"Sorry sunshine, I'll call you soon." Brandon said.

He gave her a quick kiss and both boys walked away. Samara and Stella decided to head back to Alfea.

"You two seem to have patched things up." Samara said as they walked through the streets of Magix.

"Yes we certainly have." Stella said. "It's so nice to be in love."

Samara's stomach turned.

"Are you interested in someone?"

Stella looked at her with obvious curiousity.

"No I haven't…" Samara said.

"Nope not buying it." Stella said. "I can see it in your eyes, there's someone."

Samara stared at the ground with a frown.

"Do I know him?" "Or her." Stella quickly added.

"No you don't because there is no one." Samara said trying to end the conversation.

They took the bus back to Alfea where they spotted Tecna and Timmy playing some sort of videogame in the garden.

"See even the nerds are in love." Stella said. "There has to be someone for you."

"Just stop it already Stella." Samara said irritated.

They made their way through the gardens and into the school. As they walked into their dorm, Samara almost fell over a plant.

"Sorry, I am just rearranging everything." Flora said as she was carrying more plants into the living room. "I should be done soon."

"Hey Flora, are you seeing anyone right now?" Stella asked.

Samara rolled her eyes.

"Well no, why do you ask?"

"Don't bother Flora, Stella here is out for some gossip material." Samara said.

At that moment Musa walked out of her room. She walked to the small kitchen to grab a bag of chips.

"And what about you Musa?" Stella asked with a mischivous smile. "Anything interesting going on with a special someone?"

Musa turned towards the fairy of the Sun with a questioning look.

"None of your business." She said as she made her way back to her room.

"Oh really, so nothing happened between you and a certain purple haired specialist huh?"

Musa glared daggers at Stella. "Like I said it's none of your business!"

Stella raised her hands defensively. "Hey don't attack me, all I'm saying is that the two of you disappeared for quite some time during our clean up party a few weeks ago." "Makes a girl wonder, if you know what I mean."

"You're the worst Stella!" Musa yelled as she threw the door of her room shut behind her.

"What is going on with you?!" Samara asked mad.

"Nothing, I am just interested in my friends that's all." Stella said.

"You'd better prepare for tomorrows lesson." Flora said with a frown to Stella. "We are going into the simulation room first thing tomorrow and I for one am quite nervous."

"You're always nervous when there is something new going on." Stella said. "And it always involves professor Palladium's lessons…"

Flora's frown turned into confusion. "What are you talking about?"

"Oh my you have the hots for a professor!" Stella squealed.

"I do not!" Flora said angry. "That is ridiculous."

"Yeah you're right, who would want to date that small coward." Stella said.

"Hey, stop it with the name calling!" Samara said.

It was out of her mouth before she knew it. Stella stared at her with a thoughtful look. Samara felt her head turn red and cursed herself.

"No…" Stella whispered. "It's you, you're in love with Palladium!"

"No of course not." Samara said.

"It all makes sense, you've been spending a lot of time with him." Stella said.

"Stop it Stella." Flora said. "You're being a bully."

"So am I right?" Stella asked completely ignoring Flora. "Do you have feelings for the most boring teacher ever?"

Samara felt her head turn red again but this time from anger.

"There's no shame in attmiting it, after all I doubt you had any experience with dating handsome guys like Brandon during your time in the palace of Eraklion…"

"WOULD YOU SHUT YOUR BIG MOUTH!" Samara yelled. "Just because you're pissed at your boyfriend for leaving you early on a Sunday doesn't give you the right to attack all of us!"

Samara marched towards her room and slammed the door shut. She heard Musa open her door and yell: "What she said!" before slamming the door again.

Samara grabbed one of her books from the cupboard and sat down into the windowsill. Suddenly she heard something fall and jumped up. Groggily she realized that she had fallen asleep and that her book had ended up on the floor, unread. She looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was already seven o'clock in the evening.

Oh crap, I almost skipped dinner!

She quickly walked though the living room and out of their dorm to bump into Musa.

"Dinner?" The fairy of Music asked.

Samara nodded and the both of them hurried downstairs.

"I got lost in my music." Musa said. "I didn't even hear Tecna walk in."

"I fell asleep reading my book." Samara said.

The two of them walked into the hall and saw it was almost empty. Only two teachers and three students were eating. Samara and Musa quickly sat down and loaded their plates with mash potatoes and beef. Musa pricked her beef with much more force than necessary.

"Stupid Stella really got on my nerves." She said.

"Yeah tell me about it…" Samara sighed.

She glanced at the teachers table and felt disappointed that it wasn't Palladium who was sitting there.

"What did she say to you?" Musa asked. "All I heard was you screaming to her."

Samara took a gulp of her drink.

"Which was totally called for by the way." Musa added.

"She said that I have feelings for a teacher." Samara said.

"She really lost it." Musa said. "Feelings for a teacher, yikes."

Samara didn't respond. They ate in silence for a while.

"I have been seeing Riven for a couple weeks now." Musa said.

Samara looked up.

"Oh…and how is that going?"

"Pretty well actually." Musa said with a grin. "It's a nice guy but just really misunderstood."

Samara nodded while chewing on her beef.

"It's nice to have someone who you can rely on." Musa went on. "We can talk together, or just sit in silence enjoying each others company…he really understands me."

The love in Musa's eyes was obvious and Samara felt envy boiling up.

"Should we go back upstairs?" She asked.

"Do you think Stella has come back to her senses?" Musa asked.

"Only one way to find out…"

The two of them walked back to their dorm. Luckily Stella was out of sight.

"She's on the phone with Brandon." Tecna said as Musa and Samara sat down next to her on the couch.

"Poor guy." Musa said.

Samara hid her snicker.

"Don't worry Bloom talked some sense into her." Tecna said. "I think it helped…a bit."

"I don't care, I've had enough drama for one day." Samara said. "I should talk to Bloom though."

"She's with Flora in their room." Tecna said.

Samara walked to the room and found the two girls putting plants back on their original place.

"Hi there." She said. "Need any help?"

"No these are the last ones." Flora said while putting two small pots of plants on her nightstand. "Now everything is nice and clean."

Flora walked to the door and admired the clean room. "I'm going to get something to drink." She said as she walked out.

Now it was just Bloom and Samara. Bloom was playing with Kiko on her bed.

"So…how are you doing?" Samara asked.

"I should ask you that question." Bloom said. "I never meant for that to happen…I just…lost control."

"It wasn't your fault." Samara said while she sat down on Flora's bed. "And nothing happened, I'm fine."

Please don't lie to me

Samara gulped and forced the memory to fade away.

"But what if you weren't?" Bloom asked. "I would never forgive myself!"

The red haired fairy sat up and looked at Samara with pure guilt.

"If it wasn't for the teachers protecting you, who knows what would have happened!" "It was a miracle that your shield hold the dragon for a bit, if it had attacked you the second time with it's full power…"

"But it didn't." Samara said. "What did Faragonda say?"

"That I need to practise more to keep control." Bloom said. "She will help me with that."

"Good to hear."

"Are you sure you're okay?" Bloom asked. "Faragonda said that anyone who would get hit by the Dragon Flame can have serious…"

"I am fine Bloom." Samara interrupted her.

Finally Bloom nodded.

"How was your date with Sky?" Samara asked.

Bloom smiled and explained how surprised she was by the romantic date Sky had planned fort hem. At that point Flora came back inside to work on some homework and Samara decided to retreat back to her own room to do the same.
