A few nights later Lou walks to the end of the pier at the dude ranch as Mitch is standing at the end of it
"What's going on?" Lou says as she walks up to him noticing candles along the path along with rose petals scattered "Grandpa said you wanted to meet you here"
"Yea" Mitch says as he turns around to look at her "I have something to ask you" he says taking her hand as he gets down on one knee "Louise Fleming Morris" he says as Lou covers her mouth "You are unlike any woman that I've ever met" he says continuing "And someone I never thought I would meet, but now I can't imagine my life without you in it" he says as he pauses for a second "Lou, will you marry me?"
"Yes" Lou says as she looks at him as he slips the ring on her finger "Of course I will" she says as Mitch stands back up "I love you" she says as they embrace in a kiss
8 months later…
"Lyndy" Ty says as he comes out of the barn office "Honey, you need to start getting ready"
"But Daddy" Lyndy says as she is still sitting in a barn stall as Ty rounds the corner "Just a few more minutes"
"You said that fifteen minutes ago" Ty says as he gives a look to her as the little girl continues to pet the pony "I think Daisy will be okay if you're not here with her every second"
"Well the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree" Georgie says as she walks into the barn as she leads Phoenix back into the barn
"Coming from the cousin who should be getting ready too" Ty says as he looks around at her
"But Phoenix needed me" Georgie smiling as she walks over to them
"Come on" Ty says as he picks Lyndy up as they start walking back toward the house "Aunt Lou is going to get you if you're not ready in time" he says as Georgie follows them
"At least this time we don't have to worry about being in sleigh in the freezing cold" Lou says as she stands in her room as Lisa sits nearby as she helps Lyndy get her dress on while Katie and Georgie are also in the room getting ready
"So that's why your getting married in the fall this time" Lisa says smiling as Lou walks over as she looks at a picture of her and Amy on Ty and Amy's wedding day
"I never knew how hard this would be without her here" Lou says continuing to look at the picture "When I got married she helped me to get ready" she says continuing to look at the picture "And when they got married I helped her" she says continuing "I'd give anything to have her here, standing by my side" she says as Lisa walks over as a tear rolls down Lou's cheek
"We all do sweetie" Lisa says as she looks at her "But she'll be in here spirit, and in our hearts"
Down the hall in Ty's room Tim, Jack, Mitch, and Ty are all standing around as they get ready
"I don't why I'm so nervous" Mitch says as he turns around to look at them "I never get nervous"
"I think it comes with the territory of your wedding day" Jack says as he looks at him "When Lyndy and I got married I hadn't the whole night before" he says continuing "I was barley awake through the whole ceremony" he says laughing thinking back
"Yea when Marion and I got married my hands were shaking that entire day" Tim says looking at him "And oh the sweaty palms" he finishes as Mitch looks over at Ty as he's putting on his suit jacket
"I had all three of those when Amy and I got married" Ty says he looks back at Mitch "Plus I had to change my shirt once, and almost twice for how much I was sweating so much" he says as Mitch continues to give them a look "But I'm sure you'll be fine"
"Well come on boy's" Tim says as he opens the bedroom door "Let's get this show on the road"
Later that night Ty brings some plates into the house as Jack is standing in the kitchen "Well that was some shindig"
"It sure was" Ty says as he looks at him "I'm pretty sure Lyndy is going to sleep in her flower girl dress tonight" he says continuing "It is kind of funny how weddings have a way of making you remember your own"
"Yea I figured that's what you had on your mind tonight" Jack says as he looks at him
"You know it's been years ago" Ty says looking at him "But somehow it feels just like yesterday"
"Here's hoping Lou has the key for their cabin at the dude ranch though" Jack says as he smiles at Ty
"Yea I don't think spending the night in the barn loft is exactly what we had planned" Ty says looking at him "And Lou apologizing to us for the next month"
"But Ty, Amy was here with us tonight" Jack says as he looks at Ty "I could feel her there"
"So could I Jack" Ty says as he looks around to see Jack handing him a plate
"Hey if I'm washing then your drying" Jack says as he looks at him as he can tell Ty is getting lost in his thoughts
"Okay hand me the rag" Ty says as Jack continues to look at him as he takes the plate as Jack continues to wash the dishes
Everyone I'm sorry I didn't do the wedding ceremony in more detail but I just found it hard to come up with enough detail for the whole ceremony. But just know that it was pretty much just a normal ceremony. Or as normal as it can be for this family.
