Potions class seemed to go pretty fast after Snape walked in. He looked towards Hermione seeing her on the floor. She could feel him enter her mind and saw what had happened. She put the thought that they would have to talk right after class. He nodded in approval then started class like nothing was wrong but stopped to take points away from Gryffindor which made Slytherin snicker and laugh at them.

Class seemed to go normal after that though Hermione would need to talk to Snape after class. For one she needed to get her extra potions lessons in but she also needed to ask about these powers. From the memories she could control water and looking back at it she learned how to control this power but now it seemed to be out of control. She needed to learn how to control everything again.

She also wanted to take a look at those spell books her uncle and aunt had sent her. Ever since the truth had been revealed to her she hadn't been as strong. She hated being this weak in front of people so it's time she stopped. It's not like she wasn't grateful for how nice they had been to her and she loved having real friends but she isn't one for emotions and being weak made her feel all kinds of emotions none of which were positive.

Today we were just reading about the potions we would be brewing which happened to be Polyjuice Potion which Hermione had already brewed so thankfully she was able to relax for once which Hermione quite enjoyed. She had always had to help Harry and Ron while keeping up with everyone's school work; she never had much time of her own.

She decided to spend class looking at the more advanced books. A few of the spells that stood out to Hermione the most happened to be very advanced but maybe Snape would teach it to her or she could learn it on her own. The spells were expecto patronum, incendio, reducto, lumos maximus, and at the back of the book a spell called sectum sempra was written and Hermione couldn't help but feel curious.

Class was over so fast for Hermione. She wanted to just continue to read, not releasing that Snape had ushered everyone else out of the room leaving just the two of them.

"So it seems that you are slowly regaining your memories. I don't know why this is happening so suddenly but I think we can both guess the reason. My problem is how they are happening. Fainting throughout the day isn't safe."

"I know but I don't know how to stop it. It just kinda happens. I've finished reading the potions book you gave me though I have a few questions about some of the things in the spell book I want to learn."

"Always have the thirst for knowledge just like your mother…" Snape whispered. "Now what questions do you have about spells because i'm guessing you want to learn these spells and I'm going to have to help you."

"Okay well the spells I want to learn at the moment are expecto patronum, incendio, reducto, lumos maximus, and sectum sempra,"

"You do realize that these are very advanced spells and none of these are easy to learn. Some of these are so difficult that even the most powerful of witches and wizards can't master some of these spells."

"Well i'm not like other people. I'm not going to just back down because other people who have greater power than me can't do it. You never know maybe one day I will surpass those people. Plus I am known as the brightest witch of our age so I can't be that bad at magic."

"You aren't bad at magic at all. In fact you're very talented at magic. All aspects of it. You haven't earned the title brightest witch of your age if you were bad at it. You're the top student at Hogwarts. I'm just concerned that you're a bit young to be learning this kind of stuff."

"But Professor Lupin taught Harry how to cast Expecto Patronum and he used it but I can't learn it."

"I know. He should not have taught that to that boy. He should have asked before just going off and teaching him that spell. Potter already has the fame of the wizarding world; he doesn't need anymore attention drawn to him. He can't even make one potion in my class without messing it up."

"Well, then teach those spells to me. I'm not dumb and I know he's coming back and when he does i'm going to be in more danger than I already am."

Severus looked at the girl in front of him with sad eyes. If only he could tell her that the dark lord had himself had a soft spot for the girl. They were family. The only blood related family he has left now. After him and his half brother met they got along great and he adored Lyra when she was born. If he told her the truth, Doumbledore would be sure to erase her memory again and put new memories in her head.

He needs to stay strong and keep her safe. Maybe teaching her those spells would be helpful to her. Dumbledore is surly unhappy that she's in Slytherin and is doing everything in his power to get her back in Gryffindor. The war is coming and she's going to be in the middle of it and he was the only person that could prepare her for that at the moment.

"If you really want to learn these spells as well as a position mastery then I will teach it to you one a few conditions. One you must not tell anyone about this. If word got around that I was teaching you these spells then we could both end up in trouble. Second, you can not start falling behind on your classes. You already have a lot going on so adding more will add stress so please don't be afraid to ask for help. Do you understand?"

"Yes Professor."

"Okay have you finished reading the potions book?" He questioned and Hermione nodded. "And you have taken notes?" Hermione once again nodded "Then I want to see just how capable you are. I want you to brew a wolfsbane potion."

This shocked Hermione. A wolfsbane potion wasn't easy to brew and the ingredients that you needed for the potion weren't easy found. He was really going to test her and push her but Hermione didn't mind. She was always up for a challenge and this could be a great learning experiment.

"Judging by the loon in your eyes you are up for the challenge so very well you may use one of the cauldrons in the back of the room to brew it. Open your book to the correct page and get that area set up while I collect your ingredients."

Thankfully Hermione had marked where each potion was and was easily able to find the wolfsbane potion and set everything up so by the time Snape got back she was already to go. Her whole afternoon up until dinner was preparing all the ingredients and putting some of them in the culdrain that needed to sit overnight.

Hermione decided to skip dinner and eat in her room tonight but it seemed someone else had the same idea. Hermione had walked into the first common room to find Adrian Puecy reading a book while drinking a hot beverage.

"Hello Granger."

"Hey Puecy. What are you reading?" Hermione said while taking a seat opposite from him.

"Oh this. It's a quitched book. We convinced them to let us play quidditch this year even with the tournament. Said it would keep people in higher sperintes. I'm reading it to try and get some strategies from it to plan our next game. Thankfully we have new brooms this year thanks to Draco's father which should make this easier but we need a game plan."

"I agree though I'm not a big fan of quidditch I might be able to help you out. When's the first game and how are we playing?"

"The game isn't for another two weeks, They're doing it on Christmas break since we aren't going home. First match of the season is Gryffindor vs Ravenclaw. Then it's us vs Hufflepuff. After that the two losing teams play each other than the two winning teams play each other. We only play two games this year but can't wait to play."

"Fair enough. So we have two weeks until Christmas and you said it's right after. Hufflepuff is known for being hardworking but with everything that's going on they're more than likely to use an old strategy from last year that got them the win."

"What do you mean Granger?"

"Do you remember the last time that Hufflepuff played against Gryffindor last year?" He nodded yes. "Do you remember when they played first year?" At this he shook his head no. "Well when I was in first year the quidditch match they had against Ravenclaw is the same one they used against Gryffindor last year meaning that they're more than likely going to do it again this year."

"Granger I have no idea what your going on about. This sounds like your spitting out nonsense."

"Cedric Diggory is the seeker and team captain. He is also a champion. He won't be able to come up with a strategy this year because he has other things to worry about. Instead he will more than likely try and use an old strategy that no one will notice they have used before. Hufflepuff isn't very aggressive when competing since they tend to be more friendly towards one another. They also seem to be using most of the same strategies in each game just rotating them."

Hermione stated and watched as Puecy silently thought but as he thought about it he realized she was right. He made a moment with his hands for Hermione to continue.

"Hufflepuff isn't a violent house but should not be underestimated because one wrong move could lead to losing the game. If you want to take out some players the best way to do so is by hitting them with the Bludger at them hard enough so that they're minimum hit backs wont hit them back and will more than likely break their bat and or hit them knocking them off for at least a bit. The other way is to surprise them. They aren't the smartest of the bunch but they're not dumb. The game won't be their focus so they won't put much effort into it so surprising them will give you an advantage."

"You really are smart Granger. It's no wonder people call you the brightest witch of your age. I'm guessing you know how we could surprise them?"

"Slytherin tends to be more on the aggressive side and take time to think. If you were to come up with moves beforehand and do the same thing they do and rotate with them they wont know what to expect and therefore can't counter it quickly. They'll have to attempt to analyze what you're doing while still playing the game. Switch between working together and working independently or with a partner."

Puecy nodded in approval with a grin starting to form on his face. "Well since you seem to notice everything about everyone how about you help me make the plans. I know you're not that big into it but seeing as you know so much about strategies you could help in support us in winning."

"If you want me to help you out sure but I don't know how much help I would be. I don't know how you work together or how things work in Slytherin yet so it might be better to discuss this with your team considering they're going to be the ones playing."

"Alright then Granger. I don't know about you but i'm starving. How about I get a house elf to make us some food and we could just relax for a while and play a game of wizard chess."

Hermione raised a brow at the mention of house elf making their food and was going to retort but decided against it. She didn't know how he treated their house elfs and maybe he treated them well. From what Dobby had told her none of them were being mistreated and that this is what they wanted. Working for their masters or mistresses was their purpose and they enjoyed work.

"Alright we can do that but I'm going to warn you. I'm not very good at chess. Never really played it since Ron would always brag about beating me and Harry in it."

"Don't worry about losing or winning. It's just a friendly game. Maybe it will get your mind off of those two idiots you're always around. I don't know how you do it. Being around all those idiots. I think I'd lose my mind."

Hermione chuckled at that. Those two were a handful most of the time. Never learned how to plan ahead and both seemed too concerned about themselves to ever really notice what was happening around them. Hermione missed them to some degree. They were rude to her and Ron had hit her but wasn't it her fault. They had some good times there. Puecy saw Hermione's blank expression and sighed. It was going to take a while before she let those two go. He didn't know how to comfort her or get her away from those boys.

It was a good thing he had pranked them today. Those two have put her through hell so why not repay them. Tomorrow was going to be funny watching those two. Hermione and Puecy ended playing a great game of chess when dinner had finished and people were now filling the common room. The two of them had started their second game and were so focused that they hadn't realized that people were back until Hermione was being pulled from her seat by Pansy who was dragging her along.

Hermione yelped in surprise but allowed Pansy to drag her after seeing her serious expression. Daphne following close behind. They had gone into Hermione's bedroom and no one dared to follow. Those two had been on edge since lunch and had said not to disrupt their conversation saying that they would tell them all later.

The three of them were now sitting on Hermione's bed. Pansy still had a strong grip on her arm. "Do you remember us Lyra?" Pansy whispered. Hermione was afraid to answer her. She didn't remember her yet and the despret looks on both of their faces made her feel guilty.

"Not yet. I've only had bits and pieces up until today. I've seen some full memoires and the memories I have had, Dray I mean Draco has been in them. It just happens randomly. I'm scared. These memories feel right but it's weird to see them. I swear my life is always throwing stuff my way."

"Do you know anything about these memories? Like anything?"

"Well they seem to be coming back with certain words or phrases. I don't know why they're being set off now but they are. It just happens. I think it's just going to continuously come back to me little by little. Are you two alright?"

"Were fine Mya. It's just good to have you back and safe with us again. It's just we don't know how long you're going to be safe with everything going on."

"Don't worry guys. I'll be fine."

"Don't lie to us Lyra. You really suck at lying. You need to relax and take time to understand your emotions. We're not going to force you to tell us how you feel just know that we are here for you." Was the last thing they said to Hermione before heading off. Hermione shook her head and began to work on her school work. She was already a month ahead but nothing was better than getting farther and at some point she ended up falling asleep.

Hermione woke the next morning feeling well rested. Thankfully there were no memoires or disruptions in her sleep for once so she got up, took a shower and got dressed. It was easily morning and Hermione decided that the library would be a great place this morning so she set off only to run into someone."

"I'm sorry I should have been watching where I was- Fred? George?"

"Hello Hermione." the twins sang. "We were just looking for you. We need to tell you something important but first how's has Slytherin been?"

"Hermione smiled at the two of them. "It's been going alright. Better than being picked on in Gryffindor. How have the two of you been?"

"Not so good Mione. Not so good. Our git of a brother has non stopped talked about you and keeps trying to get everyone against you. He sent mum a letter about you being in Slytherin so expect a letter from her."

"But that's not all. Mum has been weird lately with us and so has the rest of the family. We know we've never been too close to any of them but the distance between us has grown. They're keeping something from us and we don't know what it is."

"I know the feeling. So the two of you pull any great pranks lately?"

"We wish. With the tortamint going on it's hard to sneak around and we haven't been able to get a hold of anything to prank with. Mum has forbidden us from it as well. I swear that woman needs to let up. You should have seen her earlier in the summer. We weren't allowed out of the house."

"We miss you Mione. You were always fun to be around and Fred's right. Mum won't let us do anything. We overheard her talking to dad about how we're going to become our parents. I mean mum and dad are nothing like us so why would we become them. We ended brewing a family tree potion and you wouldn't believe what came up.

"We are the kids of Bellatrix and Tom Riddle. Mione what are we supposed to do?"

"Wait what?! I didn't know they had kids?"

"That's what we said but potions don't lie. We also know about who you are Mione or I should say Lyra."

"Don't worry your secret's safe with us but we need to know if this is true or not. Can you ask our so-called cousin Malfoy about this?"

"You can't just spring something on me like this and expect me to take this well. We need to talk about this more. If this is true then who else have they taken away or forced onto their side."

"We don't know. The only reason we're telling you is because you're the only person we can trust."

"Was there a name on there that you didn't recognize?"

"Actually yeah. Andromeda Tonks nee Black. The second Black sister and our aunt."

"She was banished from the Black family after marrying muggleborn Ted Tonks. We were actually going to sneak out tonight and pay her a little visit. You want to come?"

"You know how much I hate breaking the rules but at this point I don't have any other choice."

"Oh there's one more thing we need to tell you."

"Bellatrix Riddle has escaped from Azkaban."

Hello everyone and sorry for not updating the last week or two. I've been busy with school. This chapter was rushed and I don't know if I'm happy about adding the Weasley twins into this story yet or not. Let me know what you think about them. If I should keep them or not. Leave your reviews down below and I don't know who Hermione's going to end up with but right now it's a tie. As always I hope you enjoy and I will see you guys next time. Byeeeeee.
