Later that night not long after Bruce returned home he went to sleep but was having nightmares that The Joker was brought back from the dead.

"Joker! You're supposed to be dead!" screamed Batman. "I said I came back from the dead to haunt you!" said The Joker before laughing evilly. "You won't last long Jack!" yelled Batman. He began to wrap him with his bat grapple and tie him above a building. "Bruce! Stop! Let me go ok! I'll promise you something!" Joker screamed. Batman then releases Joker and set him down on top of the building. "I would like to make a promise to you Batsy! If you win I'll go back to the dead and never haunt you again." Batman then asked, "But what if you win?" Joker then answered, "And if I win, everlasting torment for the Bat forever and ever! So do we have a deal Bat?"

"Deal J!" said Batman. As him and Joker were going to shake hands an electric shock gets to him due to The Joker using a hand shake buzzer that would electrocute Batman to near death. "Ha ha ha ha ha. I win Batsy! You will be tormented for the rest of your entire life!" exclaimed Batman. Joker then laughs away in his blimp and flies away.

"What?" Batman asked upon seeing The Jokers goons, Harley Quinn, and The Scarecrow. "You know what Batman? Everlasting torment!" exclaimed Scarecrow. "And you will so enjoy this!" Harley said. Scarecrow uses his fear gas on him as he becomes a monster Scarecrow. Harley then hits him with her hammer as The Jokers goons attack him and tie him. "Any last words Batman?" asked Harley. "Let me go!" yelled Batman. "Not a good choice of saying Batman!" said Scarecrow. Harley shoots Batman with her little gun and Bruce wakes up with a little scream after being shoot by her in his nightmare.

"Thank goodness I'm alive" sighed Bruce in relief. "Now Bruce, you know The Joker is dead and gone for good but you need to focus on defeating Scarecrow and Harley Quinn." After talking to himself he falls back to sleep.
