Damion-

It's only been one day, and Yang already wants to talk to me again.

"Can you explain that one more time please?" I asked her.

"So, I'm gay, and I'm into a couple of people after last night, and they are twins," she said as her face was slightly red.

"So, last night, both?" I asked extra confused.

"Yes," she quietly said.

"Alright, can't really help in that regard, but let your team know about it, but don't tell them about the second thing, until you have it figured out yourself," I offered. I was definitely not expecting that, I thought.

"Sorry, you're right, but I guess thinking about it, it does sound weird. Still, I talked with them before I came back and they are ok with being in a relationship, but they want an actual date beforehand."

"Then go on the date, and talk to everyone afterwards," I suggested.

"I was planning on going out with them for lunch, so that works perfectly."

"Good, well I would recommend a shower because everyone else has gotten theirs," I said as I went out of my room.

"Hey Damion, what did Yang need to talk to you about?" Ruby asked me.

"Can't tell you, that is for her to do," I said avoiding the answer.

"Ok, well teams FNKI and SSSN just got her so if you and Oscar would like to join us to meet up with them," Blake offered.

"Why not? Oscar, come with us," I said.

"Why? Not more training?" He complained.

"No, we got a few more hours till Port's class, we're gonna go meet up with teams FNKI and SSSN."

"Oh, I would like to meet them."

We went to the courtyard and found that they were already talking.

"Hey Sun!" I yelled.

"Damion, Blake, Ruby, and some boy I don't know," Sun said as he noticed us.

"He's my new partner, Oscar," I said.

"Ah, hello nice to meet you."

"You too," Oscar said, putting his hand out.

"So, both of you are showing your ears," he noticed.

"His was a choice, mine was forced," Blake said.

"Cardin?"

"Yep, but after what he did to my girlfriend, her brother beat his whole team to a pulp," Blake said looking at Ruby and myself.

"Wait, so I'm guessing you and Ruby finally got together, but who's her brother?"

"I am," I said. "My full name is Damion Rose."

"Oh, that makes sense. Well, now Neon and I are together also," he added motioning to her.

"Hey, so has Sun told you yet?" She asked as she rolled up next to him, her hair in two buns to make it look like cat ears.

"Just did, congrats," Blake said.

"Oh and Blake and I are together too," Ruby added.

"And I am single like usual, but now I have a new partner, meet Oscar," I said.

"Oh, is he Ozpin's family member?" she asked.

"Yes," Oscar said. "Still getting used to his weapon though."

"So, you're also a student then?" Sun asked.

"Yep, I'm the same age as Ruby."

"Also, he's in as a second year, just so the two of us are together, however he has knowledge, just not strength," I said as my scroll buzzed. "Crap!" I said looking at it. "Ten minutes to class," I said running to the school.

"Everyone, let's go!" Sun yelled.

We ran to Port's class and got there with two minutes to spare. Oscar and I were in the back, SSSN and FNKI were two rows in front of us, and RWBY and JNR were on the bottom row.

"Ah, it has been a while, students. Welcome back to these halls, and welcome to teams SSSN and FNKI who have transferred. Also would team ODN please introduce yourselves," Port said walking to the front.

We looked at eachother and stood up. "I'm Damion Rose, leader of team ODN, and this is my partner, Oscar Pine," I said.

"Pleasure to meet you," Oscar added.

"Thank you, also their other team member is Noble the wolf," he added as we sat back down. "So, we must learn about our prey, for they are always up to feast on human flesh. They will attack even in one's most private of moments. I remember a time," he started. He told us of how he cleared the area around him and sat down to have some lunch. And very descriptively, but boringly told us of how a grim attacked him from underground. While he hasn't gotten any better at storytelling, the story made us realize that we should always be on guard when hunting grim. "Well, that is all the time we have for now, off to your next class."

I knocked Oscar in the arm as he was slowly drifting to sleep. "TIme for combat."

"I now understand why you told me that I would have to get used to going to combat tired," he said, rubbing his eyes. We got together with teams RWBY, SSSN, and FNKI and all went to class together.

When we arrived at the amphitheater we saw Qrow in the middle of the arena and he watched as we sat down.

"So, you are probably used to Glynda having you fight other students, well I want to see if any of you as a team can even stand up to a full hunter," he said. "Any volunteers?"

"Team ODN volunteers," I said.

"We do?" Oscar asked me.

"Heh, the smallest team, this is gonna be fun. Get down here," he said as he moved to one side.

Noble and I jumped over the railing and landed on our feet, while Oscar had to land on his knees to keep from falling.

"You two will get in close, I'll provide cover fire," I said.

"Alright, let's do this," Oscar said, taking out Long Memory.

Noble bent low and activated his aura, Oscar did the same. I noticed that Oscar's aura was stronger than Noble's. Qrow then motioned for them to attack him. I watched as Qrow blocked both attacks with his scythe, his back was wide open. I took a shot from the rifle and when the gravity dust went off, the shot changed direction and hit him in his back. I then changed it into a sword and went in to slash at him but I felt as a mechanism in the weapon malfunction and the blade opened up as my strike was messed up. I however activated my semblance and grabbed his arm holding the weapon with a tendril, and looked as Noble bit his arm causing his weapon to fall. I then took it with my other tendril and put it in my other hand, and pulled Reaper out as well. I dual wielded them as swords and stood there as we surrounded him.

"Not bad kids," he said. "But any hunter should know how to fight without a weapon," he added as he ran and blocked Oscar's attack and punched him in the chest. Noble then lunged and tried to bite him to only be hit right in the snout. I then attacked and mid swing transformed both swords to scythes, both finding their mark, but then his weapon shrunk to it's compact form making me drop it. He picked it up and transformed it into a sword and swung at me. I barely blocked, and looked right into his eyes.

"Not bad, old man. But you should know, those who don't know how to fight, often get back up faster than they should," I said as Oscar hit him in the back of the head.

The whole class went silent as the lights came back on as his aura entered the red.

"That was a nice hit, Oscar right?"

"Yes sir," Oscar said, stiffening up.

"That hit to your chest, let me see it." Oscar pulled up his shirt and his chest was slightly bent in. "Yeah, you should go to the nurse, Damion help your partner there please."

"Yes sir."

"Another thing, don't call me sir or Mr. Branwen or professor, just call me Qrow."

"Hey Oscar, let's go," I said as he started to slowly stumble looking at his chest. "You'll be fine," I assured him while we were heading there. Once we got out of the class he promptly feinted. I picked him up and carried him to the nurse's office. Currently Professor Peach was there helping out.

"Hello there Damion, and who is that and what happened?" she asked.

"My new partner, and he got punched in the chest during combat, luckily that is our last class today. Where do you want me to put him?"

"Over here, I'll see how bad it is," she said, putting her normal lab coat on. She showed me to a room with a hospital bed. I set him on the bed and turned to see Noble sitting down just outside the room. "Who hit him?"

"Qrow, he asked if any team wanted to fight him. We won, but he didn't notice how bad he was until Qrow pointed it out," I informed her.

"Ugh, I thought so. Velvet is just a few rooms down, she jumped right into Yatsuhashi's blade."

"Oh crap, is it ok if I check on her?"

"Yes, but if she is asleep, leave her be, it isn't too bad. I had to convince her team that I would let them know if anything happened so they would go to class."

"Thanks," I said, going to check on her. I knocked on the door quietly, "Velvet, you awake?"

"Damion? Yes come on in," she said.

I went in and saw that she had bandages wrapped around her chest and left shoulder. "I was told what happened, but how?"

"I'm not sure, the two of us have done that maneuver many times and it never happened. I felt my feet slip out from under me and I fell on his blade, luckily Qrow stopped me before it hit anywhere vital, but it must've been bad luck," she said. "Why are you here?"

"Qrow hit Oscar in the chest, he got back up and we beat him, but Oscar didn't realize that his chest was caved in a bit, the bones aren't broken, or most of them aren't from what I could tell. Still, I can't believe that he still got up in as much pain as he was in."

"Oh my, well that's good. While his teaching is, different from Mrs. Goodwitch's, he is knowledgeable. Still, I hope that isn't how all of his classes will be like," she said as a small frown appeared on her face.

"Hey, it'll be fine," I said leaning down to give her a hug.

"I know," she said, wrapping her arms around me.

I then heard Noble pawing at the door, I opened it and he nudged his head towards Oscar's room. I looked at Velvet and she nodded knowing what I was about to say. I left and went to Oscar's room as he was leaning up.

"Ow," he winced.

"Yeah, a hit like that will do that to you. How are you mentaly?" I asked from the door.

"I feel like my mind is even more muddled than before," he said looking at Peach.

"Don't worry, Glynda let me know about Ozpin when you arrived at the school. Only three teachers help in the nurse's office, me, Glynda, and Qrow. We all know only in case something happens," she said.

"Yeah, Oz is telling me that it would make sense," he said rubbing his temple. "At least I think so, his voice is muffled right now."

"That is probably from your body creating aura to heal you, your mind will get used to doing it and you can do it without the fuzziness," Peach said. "I'm not a master of aura, but I can tell you that it will only happen the first few times."

"Thanks, I'm gonna sleep now. Oz's orders," he said leaning back down and closing his eyes.

"I'll be with Velvet if that's ok. I both want to be here if anything happens, and I want to keep her company," I said as we left him.

"I'll allow it, just don't make a ruckus."

Yang-

"Why did you hit him so hard?!" I yelled at Qrow.

"Hey, calm down firecracker. I didn't mean to, he just moved at me faster than I thought he would so his own speed worked against him. At least I let him know that he was hurt so he could get to the nurse's faster," he said with his hands up.

"You didn't activate your semblance on purpose then?"

"No, but you know that it just turns on."

"Fine, I got somewhere to be but don't think that I'll forget this," I said walking out calming down.

I went to the bullhead landing and got on the bullhead to Vale near the restaurant the girls said to meet them. I saw them outside and went over to them.

"Hello Yang," Melanie said.

"How are you?" Miltia added.

"Good, and you two?"

"Better now that you're here," Melanie replied.

"Now there's another beautiful person to look at," Miltia said.

"I only see two, and they're very similar," I said with a smile.

"You're hopeless," Miltia said.

"We should go in," Melanie suggested.

"Let's go," I said, offering my arms. They each took one and we went in.

They sat us down at a round table so we were all next to each other. We talked, flirted, and eventually we got our food and decided to discuss the elephant in the room.

"So, what do we do now?" I asked.

"Well, we have been in several three way relationships, but we want to make sure you are ok with it," Melanie said, taking my hand.

"We don't want to force you into anything you don't want to be in," Miltia added taking my other hand.

"I oddly think that I am ok with it, but there is just one rule I have," I said looking into their eyes.

"What?" they asked in sync.

"You can't do it with anyone else," I said.

"Wasn't thinking about it," Melanie said.

"Alright, there's not many who I would do it with anyway," Miltia replied.

"Thanks, I'll get the check," I said.

"How about we go back to the club after this?" Melanie said.

"Or our room?" Miltia added.

"I would love to, really. But I have some things I have to do at Beacon, starting with checking on a few friends who are in the nurse's office," I said looking at a message from Damion about Oscar.

"We understand," Miltia said.

"But don't forget the rule," Melanie joked.

"I'm not going to," I said, placing lien on the table. I went to Beacon and decided to go to our dorm to find a girl with freckles outside checking the number. "Can I help you?" I asked, making her jump.

"Oh, um, yes. I'm looking for Blake Belladonna," she said.

"Oh, I don't know if she's in our dorm but let's go in," I said opening the door. I went to Blake and Ruby's room and remembered what happened last time I knocked. "Blake?"

"Yeah?" she said from the other side.

"There's a girl with freckles out here looking for you," I said.

"I'll be right out."

"Sit down, she said she'll be out in a moment," I told the girl.

"Thanks," she said as she tentatively sat down.

"Sorry, I was," Blake started as she came out, stopping when she saw the girl. "Ilia?"

"Hey Blake?" the girl said.

"What happened? I thought you were with," she said looking at me.

"I left, your parents helped me because they said 'faunus should help humans'," she said looking at Blake.

"Oh, ok I understand. But why are you here?"

"Well, I got a job in Vale, and I saw you during the festival, and I wanted to come visit you since I didn't have your number anymore."

"Ok, still, it's amazing to see you. It's been too long," she said, going for a hug.

"Agreed," the girl said, getting up.

"Careful kitty, your girlfriend might get jealous," I teased.

"Girlfriend?" Ilia asked, confused.

"I'll introduce you to her later, she's visiting her brother's partner who is in the nurse's office because her uncle hit him too hard," Blake explained.

"W-what?" she asked, looking even more confused than before.

"It does sound weird when you say it out loud. I think I'm going to check on Oscar," I said.

I went to the nurses and Peach told me that Oscar was asleep, but that Velvet was taking visitors. Because I couldn't see him I went to see Velvet.

"Hey, how you doing?" I asked, walking in.

"Yang, not too bad for being stabbed," she said.

"I'm sorry," Yatsu said.

"It's not your fault, it was just bad luck," Velvet said, trying to convince her partner.

"You don't even know how true that is," I said.

"What do you mean?" Damion asked.

"Well, Qrow's semblance is bad luck quite literally, while it is slightly activated at all times, he can also use aura to make it happen on purpose. I'm guessing that it was active without him knowing against Oscar, but something like a teammate stabbing you, means that he used it on purpose," I said.

"Wow, that can be very powerful," Damion said.

"Yeah, but it doesn't discriminate from friend or foe, sometimes it even affects him."

"Oh yeah, like that one time he tripped putting his shoes on," Ruby said.

"That sounds funny," Coco said.

"It was, I didn't even know you could trip putting shoes on before that," I said.

"Yeah, dad was dying with laughter."

"I remember one time Summer burnt just his food and said that it was his semblance," I said laughing.

"I wish I could've spent time with my mother," Damion said looking down.

"Sorry, that was inconsiderate of me. You and Ruby didn't get to spend much time, if any at all, with her, and I did," I realized.

"Hey, it's not your fault," Ruby said.

"Yeah, if she hadn't had gone on that mission, then I wouldn't have gotten that letter. I wouldn't know that I have an amazing sister," he said as Ruby went and gave him a hug.

"You two are just too cute," Coco said.

"Well, they are siblings," Fox said into our minds.

"They even look similar, the only difference is their height," Weiss said, finally getting off of her scroll. "I guess Damion is more mature though."

"Hey, I'm mature," Ruby whined.

"No sis, you are not," Damion said.

"Shut up," she said, hitting him.

"Well then, I think I'm good enough to leave," Velvet said, leaning up.

"I'm not a doctor, but I'm gonna say no, based on the fact that those bandages just gained a red hue," Damion said. "Now how about we all leave, and the girls can help you put new ones on," he said as the boys all nodded and left.

"Ugh, I hate being injured," Velvet said.

"Well, the boys left so lets get them changed," Coco said.

We all helped take them off, and for a moment while they were off, I saw both Ruby and Weiss stare and then look away as they realized what they were doing. Coco and I looked at us and nodded as we both had noticed it and were suppressing laughter. We all helped her get new ones on and then Weiss left while the boys came back in.

"Should I ask what happened or not?" Damion asked.

"I'll tell you later," I said with a wink.

"It ought to be worth the wait."

"Hey, Blake just messaged me, she said that she wants us to meet her at our dorm," Ruby said.

"All of us?" I asked.

"Um, no, just our team and Damion. Don't know why," she said reading from her scroll.

"Alright, well then. Get better Velvet," Damion said going out.

"Yeah, get better," I said, giving her a hug.

I then went with the two of them and found Blake in our room on the couch slightly shaken up.

"What's wrong babe?" Ruby said going to her girlfriend.

"Nothing, just met an old friend who I thought I would never see again, and well, I thought I should introduce you all to her, where's Weiss?" she said realizing she wasn't with us.

"She um, realized something and ran off," I said trying to not tell what all I knew.

"Ok, I'll ask her to join us for dinner. She should be there to meet her."

We met up later that day and we met Weiss in Vale and went to a restaurant and Blake went to the bar and motioned for us to all sit with her. Ruby sat on one side of her Damion the other. I was next to Ruby and Weiss next to me.
