What to do?

Kayla was walking down the hallway of the Academy School. It's being 4 days since the revelation of who she really was, and who her parents were and the death of her best friend. Since that tragic night, she didn't get back to the Temple, or even wanted to see him or Cal. She didn't want to deal with this right now. She was there to get some her stuff and maybe leave that awful planet. If her true bloodline meant putting everyone's lives and she loved in danger, maybe it was better for her to leave. In a way her mother and best friend were dead because of her.

Grabbing her stuff from her locker, she was turn to leave when she saw the last person she wanted to deal with.

"Lina" she said waking towards the exit door, but sadly she had to pass by her and the little puppy dogs that were always behind her.

"Look who decided to appear. I thought you would not return here, after all you don't have you little sidekick to defend you, because she is dead, poor thing"

"You better watch your mouth, Lina. I'm not in the mood to deal your stupidity anymore."

Even Mena and Lex didn't agree with her and were looking at her I shock.

"Brave all of the sudden?" Lina continue

"You know why, don't piss me off cause the Kayla you once knew is gone, forever. And by the way, don't ever talk about Ava anymore. She is gone, but at least she was my truly friend. Can we say the same about you, Lina?"

"What?" she asked not understand what she was meaning by that.

"Let's see what Mena thinks about you thinking she is getting a lot a weight and you start to get ashamed to hanging out with her. Or what Lex think that you ony hang out with her because she is the one doing her stuff for you, like homework and exams."

"What?" Mena and Lex asked at the same.

"Is that true?" Lex looked at Lina who looked at Kayla with angry look

"Have fun Lina" Kayla said and pass by her bumping her on the shoulder. She was done to be afraid of her.

She walked out of the place for a couple a minutes, when Cal called

"Really? That's all I need, another one to pissed me off today"

"Finally. Where the hell have you being? We were worried. You don't come to Temple or even to Ava's parents house" Cal said as Kayla continue to walk not even wanted to listen, which made him stand in front of her.

"Will you stop acting like a little spoiled brat and stop thinking only in you."

Kayla looked at him with an angry look.

"I think you know everything now. How long you've being to me as well."

"I didn't know until that night. And nobody lie to you. If he didn't tell you sooner it was only he thought it wasn't the right time."

"Yeah right" she said "Get out of my way"

"Lara…" he started

"My name is Kayla" she interrupted him

"No it is not. And you better start to accept it. Running away from the truth will not bring you comfort. He is being suffering too you know"

"I don't want to hear" she said starting to walk away but Cal grabbed her arm and pulled her closer

"I'm not finish yet" he said.

That was it. She turn around

"Let me go" he push him away to the point he flew a few meters before hit the floor, which made her gasp. She didn't mean to do it and she even didn't know how that happened. Everyone around just stop to see the scene. Running towards him she tried to help him to get up.

"I'm sorry."

"Leave it" he said not wanting her help and standing up alone "You know what. Maybe you are right. You really don't deserve to have him as your father" he said before he walked away, leaving her alone watching him going away.

Kayla need to hear that but what will she do? Will she accept once and for her who she really is? And will Lina get her revenge?
